In my experience buying a new car is usually a pretty terrible experience that takes weeks of negotiations even when you come to the table with a small bag of gold. I went into Lasco on Friday prepared to be scrappy and they found a beautiful new C-Max for me no problem. It was completely painless and they got me an awesome price on a car I'm really excited about! I will never go to another dealership again.

I knew of Lasco Ford from reputation from locals in the Fenton area but had never went to them for a car purchase before. What a mistake. I found the sales staff straightforward in their approach, not trying to "sell me" but they listened to what I was looking for and what my budget was. Within 20 minutes Andy Klepoch found exactly the car I was looking for and within 10 minutes I was sitting in exactly what I had been looking for throughout the state of Michigan and northern Ohio. No hassle about the purchase price, the numbers came right from NADA and discounted since they are a wholesale dealership. I have been buying cars for forty years and never had such a positive experience. OUTSTANDING!

By far, the worst dealership and car buying experience imaginable. After finding what I initially thought was a great deal online, my wife and I went in to take a look at the 2015 Ford Explorer Sport we had found. Car looked great, ran great, and only had ~12k miles! After trying to get a fair trade for my 2011 Escape and being told by the salesman that delivery for our car was not an option (even though his boss came out and told us they do it all the time) we were on our way. Before we left, we discussed the issue of a power rear foldING seat that didn't work, a large scratch in the drivers side door and a squeaky sun roof, all of which we were assured would be fixed when we got our car. Fast forward about 2 weeks later, car shows up and only thing that was fixed was the paint, even though it had a cloudy appearance. Called the dealer back, told them the issue, and they told me that if I brought the car back (which is 2.5 hours from my house) they would fix it and give me a loaner for the time the car was in the shop. 2 more weeks go by and my "fixed" Explorer is delivered back, only it was not fixed. Power seat was still not fixed and 2 jagged pieces of broken glass were in the cup holder next to the seat my 3 year old would sit in. On top of the glass (which was unbelievable) the car had greasy hand prints all over. Throughout all of this, I was in contact with the Salesman, SS (not mentioning his name, but if you shop there, look up the initials). After talking to him multiple times, he informed me that there "are literally thousands of moving parts on a vehicle" and that a few bad here and there are not a big deal. REALLY!??!? The guy didn't seem the care about us after the sale, even after we found that LASCO didn't contact Ford Credit to pay off the 2011 Escape, thus resulting in me having 2 car payments. After bringing this to their attention, I had to work with Ford Credit and Lasco, and after about 1.5 months and a few choice words, the issue was resolved. Now, fast forward to this evening. A loud crack! and boom, a piece of the "repaired" sunroof came down. Now we need to take it to another dealer since LASCO is incompetent. DO NOT SHOP HERE. DO NOT STEP FOOT IN THE DOOR. BY FAR THE WORST CAR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER AND I WILL CONTINUE TO TELL EVERYONE I SPEAK TO THAT BUYING A CAR FROM LASCO IS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE YOU CAN MAKE. ONLY GIVING THIS REVIEW 1 STAR DUE TO NOT BEING ABLE TO SUBMIT THE REVIEW WITH 0.

I took my 2012 Focus in for service when the check engine light came on. I spoke to Greg on the phone to arrange my service appointment, from this point forward I dealt with Andrew in the service department. He arranged to have me driven to work within 5 minutes of my arrival. Throughout the day he provided me with updates as to what needed to be repaired, cost of repair and time frame. At the end of my work day they picked me up and drove me to Lasco Ford, the car was repaired as promised and ready for pick up. I was very happy with my service experience as Lasco Ford and will look to Andrew if any future repairs are needed. Thank You!

I bought a used vehicle from Lasco that had supposedly been through an "inspection", but three weeks later I had a laundry list of issues with the vehicle. I purchased an extended warranty on the vehicle because Kelsey Riley said it would cover "all the expensive stuff." Ha what a lie. Twelve days after I dropped the vehicle off and after calling three times, Cameron finally called me to tell me that it was gonna cost at least $2,000 and the $5,000 extended warranty that I purchased wasn't gonna cover any of it. No wonder Lasco has 1/5 rating on consumer affairs. Save yourself from these crooks and shop elsewhere.Here's an update: I went to go pick up my vehicle and it wouldn't start! They killed my battery. Then they tried saying spark plugs and a catalytic converter was gonna be $2300 but they will give me a deal for $900. They took advantage of me and I'm gonna have to contact a lawyer and file complaints with the BBB and State Attorney General's office.Update: I took my truck to MY mechanic and he told me there isn't even anything wrong with it. What Scammers!!!

I can't say enough about the way everyone treats the customer here. Everyone was very pleasant and extremely helpful. I don't think I'll ever consider going anywhere else. They're attitude doesn't change once you drive off the lot like most other dealerships. I would recommend to anyone that they should start here before going anywhere else.

I was not serious about buying a car - until I saw the ad. They (Brandon & Maria) were very quick to respond to my on-line inquiry, and followed-up with me a couple of times, until I was able to get out to Fenton. They also were willing to allow me to come see/drive the vehicle, even though it wasn't yet on the used car lot. Sales staff & Finance team were very friendly. The only [very minor] complaint that I would have was that I was (for lack of better words) "bounced around" between a few different sales/support personnel - I am used to working with just one sales person, and 1 finance person - Perhaps it was because they were very busy, when I was there. All paperwork was handled quickly & efficiently.Because I purchased the vehicle before they had an opportunity to go through the usual steps, in getting it out to the used car lot, it needed to be detailed (that of which I brought it back for, along with finishing up finance documentation). The detailing job was slightly sub-standard, but really wasn't a big deal.All-in-all a good experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Ford, or any other car, for that matter!

I'm currently looking to buy a Ford Escape. Andy from Lasco contacted me told me he had a Grey 2009 4WD Ford Escape with around 100k miles on it in my price range. I told him I would drive there after work the next day. He told me to text him when I was on my way. I had to drive a hour and a half to get there. 10 minutes before I arrived he text me saying he's not working. After waiting for help a very nice lady told me they didn't have the car ready to look at and it's not 4WD. So basically I just wasted my time for nothing.

Bought vehicle from Lasco in Fenton, Turns out it needs all new front suspension parts. Bought the car less than 30 days ago. Lasco did an inspection before selling it, so either one of two things are happening. 1 Lasco knew the parts were bad on vehicle and decided not to fix and not disclose to unsuspecting customer. 2 Lasco has incompetent mechanics working on people's vehicles. Either way I am now stuck with a $26000.00 vehicle that needs $2500.00 worth of front end work. I have been swindled and Lasco has offered zero help resolving these issues. There are plenty of honest dealerships in the genesee county area . Unfortunately Lasco isn't one of them. I have replaced power steering pump, upper ball joints and tie-rods. All at cost to me, the front strut/shocks are $900.00 plus labor..I haven't done this repair yet because of financial burden I have already paid for repair listed. Everything I have stated in this description of my experience is true and I have records to prove it. The intent of this description is to get attention brought to Lasco ford in Fenton for poor dealer practices. Nightmare.Saw a car online at this dealer.Told them i would buy it if I liked the car on inspection.It was only 1 year old with 34000 miles on it.When I inspected the car it was a RAG.Looked like someone got drunk and drove it through the woods.It needed to be repainted totally,and needed new tires too.The salesman pleaded and begged me to buy this car.Said he would sell me new tires at his cost.He VERY much wanted me to put a deposit on the car,(I knew I would never see my deposit again).This guy just would NOT take NO for an answer.High pressure does not do justice to this guy.Very uncomfortable time for me.I felt this guy would say ANYTHING to make a sale.I left and bought a new car from another dealer.

So for the past year or so, I have been determined to purchase a GMC Sierra. A couple of days before I was set to make the purchase, I decided to drive by Lasco Ford just to be sure. I was only on the lot for a brief moment when I was approached by Emily Lorencz and she was more than helpful. She was very informative and very professional, even after I told her I was going to be buying a GMC! I set up a test drive in the coming days (because I was too busy that day) Before test driving the F-150, I had every intention of continuing on my way to the GMC dealer because I was certain I wouldn't like the Ford as much. So I test drove it and obviously fell in love, not that I could disclose this to Emily. We sat down and began discussing payments and it was clear she was doing everything she could to make sure I didn't leave without my truck. Emily found about TEN (10!) rebates tha I was eligible for (GMC's rebates couldn't even sit in the same building as Ford's). Emily continuously worked with me on final price and upped my trade-in value to meet my request. Also, I was eligible for the X-plan discount, however I did not have the PIN as I was not able to retrieve it for a few more days. Emily still got me the X-plan discount that day without the code and allowed me to provide the PIN to her in the coming days. For the past year all I've dreamed about driving was a shiny new GMC Sierra and I shopped for months but wasn't able to agree on a price. Here I was at a Ford dealership just to do due diligence and Emily sold me an AMAZING F-150 within 2 days of me spotting it. I am overly joyed with my truck and can't believe it took me so long to come around. Whether you know you want a Ford, or if you're hesitant, or if you just want to do due diligence (like me), go into Lasco Ford and see Emily. I don't really warm up to sales people but she was not like most others. She'll be honest with you and will bend over backward to make sure you're happy. Oh and did I mention that their inventory is ASTRONOMICALLY HUGE?!! GO TO LASCO!!!

After shopping for six months or so, my wife and I finally found the vehicle we were looking for at Dealership near Lasco Ford. Upon viewing the car and test driving it with the sales associate we were very certain that this was not our vehicle. My wife pulled out her phone and used an app. From this site and found our 2011 Escape down the street at Lasco. As we walked in the dealership, we were greeted by someone who was friendly and introduced us to Scott who treated us right and gave us a good price on the Escape. I am very impressed with Andy Klepoch. He listened to what I was looking for. I went to Lasco Ford to purchase a different car than what I did purchased. When my husband, and I test drove it, but I didn't like it. Andy showed me different cars on the lot, and on the computer. I wasn't to sure about the Ford cars. I didn't know that much about them. But Andy told me about his dad's experience with his car, and I decided to try one out. The moment we drove down the road I knew this was the car for me! I had already been pre-approved from Capitol One, and Andy did his best to see if he could get me a better deal. Which he did! When they announced my name over the intercom, and all the staff stood up, and clapped their hands; it was like I just became part of their family! I contacted Lasco because we wanted to purchase two new vehicles. We had very appropriate deals set up at a Chevy dealership and we were scheduled to close however I reached out to Lasco to see if deals could be matched on comparable items. I was flooded with phone calls and emails by four different people from Lasco. Emily was the first person to contacted me via email at the direction of her manager Mike, she is the only person we dealt with who understands customer service. Within five minutes I was contacted by phone and email by Chris who made it very clear he was going to taking care of us and if he needed to bring Emily in at any point he would. I told Chris we were not picky and we were trying to save money from our current payments, he was told we wanted white cars with auto start and tinted windows; simple. He didnt have time for us to come in on Friday so we were at Lasco on Saturday at 9:00 am. The Fusion was pulled up not long after we arrived and other than the windows not being tinted my husband is more than happy with this purchase. The Escape was pulled up and we walked around, I immediately asked if it was a four cylinder to which Chris immediately told me I would not notice because of the Eco Boost. There was no auto start and the absolute basic options. We then took the Escape for a test drive however as soon as I started the car the gas light came on and said 2 miles to empty. I had a less than five minute test drive. Every concern I had about the Escape he skillfully talked me out of. I asked why so many people had contacted us at first and he told me because Emily has a friend in her manager who feeds her customers inappropriately and its wrong because only his manager is allowed to assign the customers. The whole thing was confusing. We didnt leave Lasco until after 4:00pm on Saturday. I was texting Chris by 8:00am Monday morning asking him to please help us that I was 100% dissatisfied with the Escape, he completely ignored me and my husbands phone calls on Monday. No one followed up with our concerns until Tuesday when the customer relations person called to see how I was enjoying my new car. When I contacted Ford Motor Company this morning they reached out to Lasco to assist with the customer relations. The Lasco management team agreed to offer me the market price for my car which was below what its owed, Ive had the car for 5 days. To say I am an dissatisfied customer would be an understatement. Its disheartening to think a company such as Lasco doesnt care enough about a customer who has purchased 4 cars and referred numerous family and friends. Since no one at Lasco seems to care enough to even attempt to make this right I have decided to take this to social media. I have already receive over 100 likes and 47 shares. As small business owners we pride ourselves on our reputation and customer services. We go over and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Lasco has lost very loyal customers.

We were very particular with what we wanted and when Dan didn't have it on his lot he search high and low and found the perfect vehicle at another dealership. He made a trade to get it for us and even drove it to our home to swap out the old lease for the new one. Talk about great service!!!

I am so disappointed with the after sale service, I have had my car for 30 days and the driver door handle quits working and its a 300 dollar fix you would think so soon after a sale it would be covered I mean if your car starts breaking after 30 days what does that say about the quality of the car. Also stone chips to be fixed when first bought still have not been addressed. It just seems that the sale is the only important thing not customer satisfaction or quality of products. I am re-thinking my opinion of the dealership

Bought a used car in March and already there are engine issues. The Warranty is useless, they fight with you and nickle and dime you until you end up paying almost all the repairs. At first I really thought this was an amazing dealership and very honest but how quickly they show their true colors when issues arise/ I was told the car had a full inspection but the repair shop stated that the trans leak should have been caught by them. The trans leak fried the clutch/ Go elsewhere and save yourself alot of grief

My time at Lasco Ford is one for the record books. In all my years on this earth have I ever felt so relaxed and comfortable. These fabulous people need a RAISE..!! They made me feel like... Well more than just special. More than just important. They were truly AWESOME..!! Words can't really express how magical and wonderful these gents and ladies were. My first FORD TRUCK ever..!! Heck my first truck ever and they made it a memorable experience. Yeah it was a 41 mile drive to get there, but they made the trip well worth it. I had came strait from work, all the way from Selfridge ANG Base. Without sleep or breakfast. Working from midnight till 8 am, only stopping at home to get my sunglasses. Wanted to be at my appointment with Mike Goldsworthy on time. Anyway to make a long story short the trip as I said before was well worth it. They are the BESTEST..!! Offered a $7,000 trade for my car, a firm exact trade based on the appraisal that was done by one of the sales MANAGERS. After I spent much of my time searching the lot online, and in store I was able to find a vehicle I loved that I wanted to purchase. Once we sat down to fill out the paperwork to purchase the vehicle, the trade in price DROPPED to $3,500. When I asked about why the price difference they basically said "too bad this is what we can offer" but said it was okay because if i just added the other $3,500 in difference they could still make the deal. How on earth is this a correct way to do business? I was baited in with promises of a good deal, then at the last minute they took it all away, but still pressured me into making the deal. They don't care about the customer, only the money. DO NOT shop at this dealer, they will do everything they can to lie and cheat to make a deal the works in THEIR favor only.

I found the exact F-150 I was looking for at Lasco. I first spoke with Danielle via online chat to make sure the truck was still available and within minutes Chris gave me a personal tour of the truck by making a video for me and taking me through all the features, allowing me to see how it was exactly as the pictures portrayed it, and reciting a brief history. Since I wasn't from around the area, Chris went above and beyond to answer all my questions and make sure everything was all set prior to me making the trip down to Fenton. When we arrived, Chris had his hands full with several other customers, but he juggled us all very well and I always felt like I was being taken care of. From test drive to driving it home, Chris made the process as enjoyable as possible. He was never high pressure, and presented the terms of our financing arrangements in a fair and easy to understand manner. After we left we realized we forgot to get the second key and the key code for the keyless entry. Chris took the time to make sure his service didn't stop after the sale. He made arrangements immediately for us to get those items taken care of. I highly recommend him if you want an ambitious professional willing to go the extra mile to meet your needs.

First, let me say that in the past, when dealing with Mike M who is now a general manager, we had a great experience. He was attentive to our needs and a pleasure to work with. This latest lease was and is a nightmare. First of all, the salesman who took care of this deal is no longer employed by Lasco. He was fired for a reason. We feel we were /are the victims of a bait and switch, i.e., a vehicle other than we had selected was prepped and delivered to us. I realized something was going on when a safety feature I had indicated was imperative for me to drive safely was not on the vehicle. At first I chalked up the absence of this feature on my not being familiar with the vehicle. I visited Lasco 1 1/2 - 2 weeks and relayed my exasperation at the omission of this feature on the vehicle I received. I vented, Mike M assured me he would take care of me when I turned the vehicle in. Fast forward 3 weeks, I had occasion to use the navigation feature. I couldn't get it to work so called Lasco to make an appointment to have it looked at. After almost 3 1/2 hours (because the salesman we had was being fired -- whole other issue ) I was told -- ready? -- it wasn't on the vehicle. OMG! Their fix? Have me turn in the vehicle, but, of course, I have to eat the depreciation! A more unprofessional "fix" I can't imagine. Not a good way to retain customers. Come on guys, take care of this and don't kick a good/return customer to the curb and do what is morally and ethically correct. Again, Mike M is a wonderful asset. You obviously should have more like him.

I leased a beautiful red Ford Fusion Titanium with the help of Danny Oda and Ben Willey. They were both very helpful and went the extra step to find the red color/interior with all the features I really wanted (and then some!) and bring it in from another dealer all for the price we had originally negotiated. Danny helped me sync my phone and showed me how to use a bunch of the great features on the Fusion before I even left the lot. We had a few after-delivery items to wrap up, all of which have been taken care of, other than one thing that requires me to take the car back to the dealership. But I know they'll be ready and waiting whenever I get there! Overall a great experience, and I totally recommend Lasco Ford.

The deal took place during lunchtime, so Rick loaned us a nicely appointed Ford Escape to go get a bite while the paperwork was being completed. I had been thinking about trading in my 2012 Focus for a larger car, and driving the Escape certainly influenced my decision. Rick took the time to explain Lasco's process and personally introduced us to the other team members. It is a 3 1/2 hour trip one-way to Fenton, but the results were definitely worth the drive!

We simply came to do some research on the Edge and the Explorer. Paul Zaagman was very informative when answering all our questions and helping us narrow down which vehicle would work best for us. Paul also helped us understand a high mileage lease as opposed to a purchase which made more sense for us. Flo Gojcaj took us for our test drives and I was amazed at how roomy the Explorer was. However, it was late on Friday night so I went home applied for the Ford Credit and waited to hear from Flo and Paul as they searched for just the right Explorer that was in our price range. We returned Saturday morning to drive one that fit within our budget. And...after driving the vehicle, we knew that was the one! Once we got to negotiations, Paul & Flo worked together to get the payment just where we needed it to be. Flo went out his way to make sure we were comfortable while I waited for the signing process. Then I signed all my paperwork with Blake Boan who also made me feel welcome during the signing process. Finally, I had a Sync training with Anna and she was great, patient and very informative. Flo was there to ensure all my questions had been answered and that I was happy and pleased with my purchased. By the time I left the dealership, I felt as if I had made a whole set of new friends. I have since communicated with Flo on email in regards to following up on the car and I am even more satisfied now than when I left.

We worked with Kayla Mangani throughout the leasing process of a Ford Edge. My wife and I originally thought that a 2L engine with Eco-boost would be the right vehicle for us. After meeting with Kayla, the only significant change was to an Edge with a V-6 engine. (Reason being that we travel to Virginia and the hills in Pennsylvania are pretty "cumbersome"). All the other features we specified remained in place.Kayla worked very hard in locating the vehicle we leased. The V-6 engine and all the required vehicle amenities were provided to us. We are very pleased with the Edge SEL. When we decide to lease another vehicle, Ms. Mangani will be the first person we call.

I thought it was a brilliant thing to be able to put a face to the name. He followed up with a call and was very patient with all my questions about the price, incentives and financing options. He spent a good amount of time with me on the phone and I was never pushed to come into the dealership if I needed my questioned answered. Polite, Patient Professional.I met with Demetri Relford at the dealership. He beat the internet price I was promised over the phone. I asked for a number of financing options. Demetri was very patient, printed out all the different financing options and waited as I went through the numbers. I loved the fact that I was given my space and was never rushed or pushed for a decision. Blake Boan at Finance was great too. Walked me through every document and gave me all the information to put my mind at ease. I was treated with respect and never did I feel he wanted to just wrap it up so that he could go to the next customer. BTW the price was the lowest compared to all the dealerships in the area. We bought our 2014 Flex at Lasco Ford, they had the best deal and found one of the few models left that met our requirements. As soon as you walk in the door someone is there to help you. When we went to pick the car up we found an issue with the tailgate and they immediately took it to the service department. They gave us a loaner vehicle to drive home (30 miles) and were prepared to bring us our new Flex when it was fixed. As we had dinner in town we were able to pick up our new car that evening and the extra trip was not necessary; but they were willing to bring the vehicle to us if needed.

This has been the worst car buying experience I have ever had and I will never go back to this dealership again. I love my new vehicle and my salesperson, Erik, was great. But every other aspect of buying a car here has been a headache. It was the first place we went and as we were leaving to visit a couple more dealerships we were told we had to talk to a manager first before we could leave. Shawn was pushy and borderline rude and almost lost the sale for Erik but I really liked the Escape so we went back. It took three hours from the time we said we wanted the car to when we finally left with it. I've bought many cars and even on a busy Saturday I've never had it take that long to give someone my money. All the employees rush around like they are super busy but all that rushing around means mistakes get made. We sat there for two hours before we found out that to get a particular discount we needed my husband's title to his car and we couldn't sign any paperwork until they had that so he had to drive home for it. After signing we had to sit and wait for the car to be prepped, even though we were approved an hour and a half earlier. As soon as we finally got home and sat down to eat there was a phone call saying they forgot to give us the registration and they closed in 15 minutes, not to open again until Monday. So my husband put down his fork and drove back to get that very important piece of paper so I could legally drive my new car the rest of the weekend.A few days later I got a phone call saying they forgot to have me sign something so I had to go back in and sign it. It took a matter of minutes but as I was leaving one of the managers started yelling at an associate about a customer in the far lot not being helped and almost hit my four year old daughter with the heavy glass door on his way outside. As we walked to our car he was yelling at every employee he passed, dropping f-bombs in earshot of my daughter who thankfully didn't ask me to explain what that new word meant. I understand management wants to make as many sales as possible but the tension there is so thick you can feel it. It makes for a very miserable buying experience when the employees are clearly being managed by fear. I will never buy a vehicle here again.

I took my car in for an oil change at Lasco Ford on a Saturday. An hour later the car was done, washed and looking good. I get into work on Monday morning and the guy at the gate says you want the good news or the bad news, good news is you made it here, bad news is your shroud is hanging off your lower front end. Turns out the mechanic who did the oil change didn't fasten all the bolts when re-attaching the shroud after the oil change and in addition, some insulation underneath got ripped in the process of driving 59 miles to work today. Never going back there again!!!

While I was completely dissatisfied with their sales department, considering the fact that it took 7 trips, close to 10 hours, and a whole week to purchase a vehicle from this company, that all dulls in comparison to what I have had to experience with their service department. Upon test driving the vehicle I noticed an obvious shaking issue. I was promised by the salesman and manager it would be addressed before the purchase was complete. Supposedly, the issue had been "fixed" while we worked on our financing. I left with the vehicle vehicle and immediately noticed the shaking was still very much there. I called back and was told to schedule an appointment to have it addressed. I scheduled an appointment and was told they would have a loaner for me while they worked on it (I had to schedule out a week to ensure I would get a loaner). I called the day before to make sure I'd be all good to go when I dropped off my car and they were unaware of my appointment and don't even have any loaners to give out. PERIOD! I took my vehicle in and was given a ride to work. Four hours later the car was returned to me and had apparently been "fixed". I wasn't given any paperwork to show what had been done, and when I called, I was told some story about having a bent wheel and was told they replaced my tires (which looked fine when I looked at them). When I left work, the shaking was just as apparent as when I left it with them before service. I called the next day and was told that there was nothing more they could do, I could bring it back in but all they were going to do was replace the tires again (WHICH WAS NOT THE PROBLEM). So, I took it to management, as far as it could go. I was put in touch with another service person at their other location. I took it over there where I did receive a loaner and they fixed the issue (which was tie rods and ball joints). Everything was okay for about a week until the next issue popped up. My car wouldn't start and about every sensor was going off. Had it towed back to the dealership where it was diagnosed with a throttle body issue. They had my vehicle for about another week. When I got the vehicle back, I noticed that it still seemed to run funny but I couldn't pinpoint what the issue was. After having the vehicle back for about 3 weeks the next issue popped up. I am now losing power to my engine while driving, and I have to jump my car every time it needs to be started. Have it towed, yet again. This time it's the battery cable has corroded.This time I'm told it's not covered under warranty (like everything else thus far) and that it's going to be close to $250 to fix, on top of towing which was $130. Almost $400 to fix a battery cable? I think not. Obviously, this is not okay, battery cables do not corrode when driven for 5000 miles, it had to be like that when it was sold to me. After a lot of phone calls and complaints I am able to get them down to $200 for everything. After a couple days, I get a phone call while I'm waiting for the cable to be fixed and am told that they are going to cover everything fully 100%, oh and by the way, we scratched your car while it was here so we are sending it to the body shop to be fixed so it's going to be about another week. After 2 weeks of waiting to get my car back I finally get the call that it's ready. When I picked my car up, I noticed a shutter when I hit my gas pedal. Literally, as I am pulling out of the parking lot. I drive the vehicle home and schedule an appointment with a different dealerships service department, at this point I am DONE with Lasco. After 2 days at their facility, they tell me that my transmission needs to be replaced. They found metal fragments in my fluid and that it smells awful. Also, they found that the transmission lines need to be replaced. AND there is also an oil leak at my pan gasket (it had rotted). The oil leak has also detroyed my crank shaft balancer. NEVER buy a vehicle from Lasco. Shady business, empty promises, BIG ADVERTISING that means nothing! There's a reason why they say they can finance anyone. Such a sorry excuse of a company!!

Was greeted by at least 4 people asking if they could help me, other dealers I have waited 15 minutes before anyone even stops to see if I need help. The process from start to finish was flawless, they were able to get me the exact truck I wanted even though they did not have it on their lot. They were able to answer all of my questions (I am new to diesel engines) flawlessly, responded to all of me requests within a reasonable amount of time and always made themselves available. The only small knock was on the quality of the delivery. The bed of the truck had several significant scratches in it but were not noticed because it was snowing when I took delivery. I had a spray in bedliner put in so it was no big deal but should have been caught. I would definitely recommend this dealer and these two gentleman as overall the experience was much more positive than I have had at other Ford dealers. I am a life-long Ford customer (9 vehicles so far in my life) and have found my dealership. Thanks guys

Waited for 3-4 days to get a price to buy a vehicle that was sitting in my driveway while Ryan screwed around, communication sucked, and I was never even given a price to actually buy it despite asking multiple times... just run around and games. Thankfully they pissed me off to the point I told them to just come get the car out of my driveway and haven't heard from them since, despite Ryan saying he was just waiting on Anna to get him the price so I could come buy it. I ended up buying a better vehicle for a better price elsewhere! I thought the one I had from Lasco was just loud and shifted weird because it was the first 4 cylinder w/turbo that I ever drove but that certainly wasn't the case as the one I actually bought runs and rides smoother, is extremely quiet, and shifts great! I'd suggest doing a thorough inspection if you are going to buy from Lasco!!! I won't be back for any reason!

My husband and I drove over 140 miles to this dealership because the internet price was excellent and the initial phone conversation with Brandon Beebe was very helpful and accommodating ( I ask a lot of questions). He referred me to Wayne Johnson, a Sales Rep. Wayne was also very, very helpful and friendly. He did a lot of research for me and answered my many, many questions. Since we drove down on a Saturday and Wayne was off, he referred us Demetri Relford for that day. Demetri greeted us immediately and was very, very nice! It was very, very busy with lots of customers, so the Brandon Beebe stepped in to assist us as he had already dealt with us personally and on the phone that day. He actually came in on his day off to be sure customers, including us, would not have to wait long. We were very pleased with all three staff members we worked with and were very impressed and how all the customers and staff treated each other! It was a happy, friendly atmosphere, which is much more than I have ever experienced! Since I am quite particular, I asked if we could put the car on their hoist in the service department so I could look at the underside. They were more than willing and were happy to bring the service department over to answer all of my questions! Since, we needed to get our car the next weekday, Lasco even brought our car over 140 miles to our home to complete the sale! We were also promised spare keys and mats and they covered most of those expenses I did not meet Kelsey Riley, a Customer Relations Specialist, but she followed up with us by mail, which really impressed me! Also, Wayne and Brandon kept in contact with us to be sure all was well with the car and the experience! We feel like family, as Wayne put it! THANK YOU SO MUCH LASCO! I searched the Lasco website and found the 2014 that I wanted.I contacted my salesman Mike G.and it turned out to be the easiest purchase I have ever made.Mike had the vehicle ready to go and all of the paperwork was taken care of before I came in to pick up the vehicle.In the ensuing months I had to bring the truck back to Lasco for some minor tweaking and dealt with Dave in service, he took care of all my concerns in a prompt manner.

After spending a few minutes on the phone with Flo from Lasco Ford, we drove an hour and fifteen minutes to test drive a truck. He was extremely personable, down to earth, and we did not feel pressured to buy in any way. We liked that he rode along on the test drive because he was able to point out the features and really go into detail on the options available. It felt like he was really interested in getting to know us in order to find the best fit for our family. Flo was absolutely amazing to work with. The staff in general seemed relaxed, friendly and polite while we were there...it was a nice environment. Jake in finance was impressively efficient and that process went smooth and quick! Overall, working with the Lasco team was a great experience!

I paid a extra 400 dollars for a remote start but no one bothered to tell me that the engine will shut off when I open any car door.....,I thought it would be like any remote start even the service lady who showed me how to use it said it would shut the engine off if I steped on the brake she never mentioned it would shut by opening a door or the back lift gate so I feel I just wasted 400 dollars also was not informed of a 70 dollar price increase in the payment until I had to go in to sign the papers

First off and formost this is the second time my wife and i have been here. and i have to say wow. Jarrell, Nick, and of course Annie you three were amazing I can't thank you enough for getting us into the 2012 Ford Focus the car is great and it's Perfect. our credit is bad and these three amazing people helped us get into a newer vehicle at the price that we knew we could afford and they didn't try to put a higher price on us we gave them our ceiling and they kept to it. I will definitely come back for the sales aspect of this dealership. However the service aspect of the dealership is horrible my wife and I signed our car at around 10:30 11 o'clock we left the dealership at close to 5 o'clock p.m. All they had to do was install a seatbelt clip in the rear and obviously clean up the vehicle. I don't know what happened to them but I also did not receive my floormats that were supposed to be in the vehicle or come with the vehicle that I had purchased,and that I have seen better car washing / detailing in a vehicle from an actual car wash! Very disappointed in the service aspect that it took over 5 hours to do something that should have only taken 2 max. I watched people come in after me and leave before me and I figured that what was going on was kind of crummy. you need to maybe think about doing a first come first serve service which works tremendously well...i would know because that's what my company uses. I didn't appreciate some of your service reps in the offices swearing in the waiting room with my one year old daughter who is learning to pick up words, very inappropriate! I also didn't appreciate that every time I went over to the service desk windows and door looking into the service area that most of your employees were standing/walking around on their cell phones very very horrible business ethics will never be back for service to this dealership for service ever again. My overall grade for this dealership is that if you do need a car Annie, Nick, jarrell these three people are your people to get ahold of they will do everything and anything that they can to get you into a vehicle that works for you. A+++ and unfortunately the service department you failed!

My Lasco experience was terrible to say the least! My review of this ford dealership is very similar to all the others I have read. I can't believe that Ford motor company can't be more aware of how this dealership treats it's customers. I too was passed to three different sales consultants. The so called manager was so rude and unwilling to work with me and seemed mad at me like I was wasting his time. The dealership was offering by way of radio ad to fill your tank with gas if you can't make a deal on that day, well I didn't make a deal with them that day and he didn't offer to fill my tank. So as this review goes on I sold my old truck outright after being there that day of the sale and made the mistake of calling back to see if the truck I was looking at was still available and it was but right away the pressure was turned on with salesman #3 telling me that someone else was going to buy the truck so then I said okay but then he told me that the other person was from out of town and if I wanted it I need to tell him right there and then that I wanted the truck. So I really liked the truck and it had all the things I was looking for so I ended up buying it. That's when it only got worse. so after the 4 hr. paper shuffle I was out. Then after getting truck home I noticed problems with the paint on the truck brought it back they told me they would take care of it, so gave me loner car which was nice of them so a week and a half later they said truck was ready. So go pick it up and trusted they repaired it only to find out they just buffed the paint never painted nothing and now told me nothing they can do for me. like other reviews have said they got their money and i'm just a nobody to them now. I will get it painted by someone else cause I don't want LASCO FORD touching my truck. rest assured I will tell everyone I know about my LASCO experience....

Well, I must say that my purchase of a 2014 focus followed a less than traditional route. After pouring over the numbers with a sales manager and Ben I thought the deal was done. Being late, I came back the next day for delivery and to sign. It was then that I realized that the loan was a year longer than I thought. My fault for not looking more closely. This assumption and miscommunication caused me to walk out on the deal and out of the dealership. Ben worked tirelessly to get my payment down to wear I needed it. I came back the next day and bought the car for a payment I did not think was possible. Ben used a word to describe his role in the car buying process. He called himself an advocate. I am not naive. I understand how sales works, but i really believe Ben worked for my business and was a tireless advocate on our behalf. Thanks Ben!

Recently went to Lasco Ford to price out a vehicle knowing we have negative equity in a car loan. Our salesman, Florin, not only was respectful, courteous, honest, and extremely hardworking, but tried his best to get us into a vehicle we could afford. We went into this with the expectation it was not possible due to the loan we currently have. Flo went over numbers with us, and we spoke to Mike, his manager, who is also great, and with the options we we're given it just didn't make sense to do anything with our current situation just yet. I'm writing this review because although we didn't end up in a new car, yet, the experience and way we we're treated was beyond our expectations. I recommend Lasco, and Florin specifically to everyone. You will not be hassled, pressured, or deceived. If you are in the market for a vehicle new or used, give Florin a chance to work with you.

When I stopped in to Lasco Ford I was just curious in what price they were offering for a new 2015 Ford Escape. I had already been to our long standing sales guy at Szott Ford and gotten a price from him and was planning to purchase from Szott. Flo came out of the gate not knowing that he was competing with another dealership and gave me a better deal. After that, Szott tried to beat Lasco several times and every time Lasco came back with a better deal. I really appreciated them trying to accommodate my needs and Flo could not have been more helpful and friendly! It's not often you find a dealer you feel like you can trust.
