The Genesis I wanted to look at was not at the Hyundai store, but contacting them early in am, salesman Brandon drove it from another Larson's Nissan, and was ready to test drive when I arrived! Car was everything I was looking for.....but wanted to test two others that day. Negotiated over the phone, came to an agreement. Handed off to finance manager Vince. He was able to secure an even lower interest rate than my credit union at home. After a unbelievable amount of paper work, I drove off in my new/used car. Sweet deal! Thanks Brandon and Vince!

Having owed several BMW's in the past, from a Z3 to 745's, I have to say it's unlikely I'll buy another. Last week I purchased a Genesis and when my wife drove it she had to have one also. They are not only great car's but an unbelievable value at half the price of a 7 series. My wife had a 2015 Highlander and when we traded it in the payments for both Genesis's were $90 more a month than her Toyota. The process was painless and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Larsen.
Great sales experience and efficient service
I went to Larson Hyundai to look at one specific pre-owned car that I saw on this website, and was very happy with the customer service. Brandon greeted us quickly and was friendly, courteous, and not at all pushy. I love my Hyundai and am happy that it still came with a warranty. I visited the service department a week later to have the window switches fixed (which was work promised at the time of sale), and they completed the work in less time than promised and I also appreciated the complimentary hot chocolate. Overall, I am very satisfied with the experience.
My Outlander
I came in with a friend who was looking for a used car. We worked with Andrew. My friend could not find anything she liked and Andrew asked me what I would buy? An hour later I was driving a used Outlander home. We had been to two other lots and no one talked to me at all. Andrew was great!!

Every one in the dealer was very helpful and pleasant. The only thing that I did not like was that their popcorn was a bit salty. But over all I give them a 9.999999

Great Experience
My wife and I decided to downsize our car and decided on an Elantra. After some research we met with Andy Carlino. He was direct, personable and asked questions to be sure he knew what we really wanted to do. We had not considered a GT model but Andy showed it to us and my wife fell in love with it.. We worked out some figures and went home to think it over.. Andy called to remind us of the Black Friday sale and we visited again bright and early at 7 AM. When we arrived fresh coffee was waiting and so was our new car.. It was a great process and Andy really cared about making sure my wife knew how to operate everything because we had owned only domestic cars previously. I highly recommend Larson Hyundai and Andy .
Never again
Bought a one owner 2005 Chrysler Crossfire there on June 6, 2012, and have drove it 961 miles, today had it towed into Larson Chrysler for repair. I talked with the Service Manager, (Larry), and asked that he call Larson Hyundai and ask if they would help out at all with the repair cost. Was just informed they had no intention of helping out, or even discounting the cost of repair. Understand their used car warranty is on power train only, but they denied any assitance before the problem had even been identified. Larson Chrysler is still working on it. Buying the car left a bad taste, when it was listed with all weather car mats and when I was delivered the vehicle after purchase, they said they couldn't find them and directed me to the parts department where I could "purchase" some new ones. I strongly recommend not purchasing from any of the Larson Automotive Group. I can hardly wait to get this repair bill. Btw, their hourly shop rate is $110.00.
Worse service ever
It has been 8 months since I bought my car from Larson and I regret it every day. Oh it;s not the car itself so much. It was the way I was treated by these people. I wish I had walked away, because they absolutely did not deserve my business. I told them from the start don't lie to me and don't play games with me. I went back and forth with the sales manager on price, and once we agreed, he wrote it down on a piece of paper and drew a line for me to sign on it. He then showed it to the general manager who said "Oh, I don't think we can do that". So I looked at my son who was with me and said, "Come on, let's go". Well that got their attention. He says, "wait wait wait, let me call my boss and see what I can do!" The ONLY reason I bought my Tuscon from them was because they had the color I wanted. Well, the manager comes back from his "phone call" and says begrudgingly that they'll sell it to me at my offer (which his sales manager agreed to!) Well, they were not happy to learn that I was not financing, nor was I purchasing any additional options they offered me, such as extended warranty or $900 for their inside & out protection! They treated me like I was dirt and the who fiasco took over 6 hours! Mind you, I had cash, so there was no waiting for credit approval or anything. If I hadn't already been there as long as I had, I would have left, but by the time I realized what they were doing, I wasn't going to let it be a total waste of time. I get my car serviced at Titus Will and refuse to go to Larson's despite them constantly emailing coupons for their service. I'll pay more and get the service I deserve.

Chaz Hall was a very nice young man and from the start he made a sometimes difficult situation with purchasing a car so enjoyable! I'd done some research on line and knew what I thought I wanted, but hadn't seen it in person and so was unsure if I would be able to purchase the car I wanted. He and the financial manager did a super job, making it possible for me to purchase the car I wanted. I have already recommended him to coworkers and friends.
Great Dealership - Good Customer Service
We were skeptical when dealing over the phone that the specific car we wanted would not actually be there when we arrived, but we gave it a shot. Glad we did! This turned out to be a good car buying experience. Chaz Hall is a polite, respectful salesman. He even paired my phone to my Nav system and showed me how to use a few techno features.This is a professional dealership.
They sold my car!
So i wanted to buy a new Veloster Turbo when i seen there car online. Im in the military stationed in San Diego. I called up there and told them i had family there and would like to buy a car and come visit them. I talked to Steve-o and he was very nice. I told him i found a white veloster turbo in idaho where i also had family and wanted to know if he would bet there price. He said he would bet the price by $200 which put the car at $25,200. I gave him all my and my wifes info and my credit card to hold a deposit on the car. The car was not in the states yet which was good because i couldnt get up there until the end of the month. I called several times to make sure that the car would be there when we flew up there so i had a way to get back to San Diego. He told me everything was fine that it was in and all good to go. I was suppose to fly in monday, the friday before, Steve-o Called me and said that they had lost the car, that corporate had taken it. It was 3 days before i was to fly up there and now i didnt have a car and no way to get back. I talked to their manager and he said he had never had this happen before and that the owners know and that they were going to do what ever they could to help me out. I told them that i would take a few other colors. They said they would be able to get me one because they would just do a dealer trade. Waiting for hours for an answer, i called back. They were out working with other customers when they told me they were trying furiously to find me a new car. The manager would not call me back. I finally talked to steve again and he said that there were not any cars on the west coast and they could not get me that car. I looked online and the first thing i found was a black one 30 miles away from them. I told steve to see if they could get the dealer trade and he told me that there was too much heat on it now that i called to insure it was still there and they could not do anything. After that they never called me back and left me to fend for myself. I cannot believe this kind of treat me from a business. I have filed a complaint with Hyundai.

Consistent Service Quality
Since moving to Tacoma, I have had my Santa Fe serviced at Larson three times: twice for a routine oil change and once for my 100,000 mile service. Making an appointment or talking to a service consultant on the phone is super easy. The service is always done well, and they provide you an easy-to-read inspection review afterwards. I will say that the bill for my 100,000-mile service was a HUGE shock, so I wish there was more up front discussion about the costs of upkeep-type services. Still, though, now I know to ask, so I'll continue to go there.

Fast, professional service
Our 1.5 year-old Hyundai Elantra Touring had a fuel door that would not open without a lot of coaxing. Service Advisor Glenn Parkin took the car in at exactly the appointed time, saw to it that the repair was carried and got me on my way in less than 30 minutes. We've had less than satisfactory experiences with the sales side of this business but the repair shop is well run and knows what it's doing. This was all the more impressive since it was a no-cost repair. High marks for the mechanics and service advisor.
Mud Guard Installation
I was a little disappointed in the time it took for the installation.i was waiting almost an hour and a half. Although service did do an overall vehicle check including replacing a windshield wiper blade. I kinda think the streaking mid windshield might be a design flaw and I can live with that. I was so sorry for the error on my part about the payment for the mud guard kit. I had thought I had pre-paid when in fact I did not, so that part did delay the whole process. I did receive a discount for the labor. Overall,I will most certainly continue to have this dealership take care of my needs.
