We purchased a used car from Monte Evans in May, and were extremely satisfied with our purchase. Everyone, and I mean everyone made us feel comfortable during the entire process, and we highly recommend Monte, and this dealership to anyone in the market to purchase a new or used vehicle.

The absolute worst dealership I've ever been to. Car we were looking at sold during our appointment to look at the car and they staff was extremely rude about it. Made fun of us. Don't ever buy from them

We were treated very poorly by the staff while searching for a new vehicle. Would definitely never return to landmark and would never make a purchase.

Agreed to buy a used car from them long distance. Made a deposit via credit card. Informed that the dealership wont accept wire fund transfer, so I had a certified check overnighted from my bank. They found the check unacceptable, even after talking directly with my banker. Unbelievable. I withdrew completely and I'm back in the market.

This was the first vehicle I have purchased from this dealer and it was one of the best experiences I've had buying a car. Great customer service and up front, low pressure salesman. I'll be back for my next vehicle!

Sione Neeley was very helpful when my husband and I went in to look at a used Chrysler Town and Country. He was very helpful and got us a great interest rate. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase.

Went to the Sprinfield, IL branch checking out an Impala and imformation on it for when I recieve my income tax return next month. Ryan Maisenbacher was vey helpful and was able to make a deal with no money down and financing with in my budget getting the Impala now instead of waiting a month for my refund 5 star service all around

Bought a new impala and they tried to trick me on the financing.told me 60 no and lucky me I noticed that they had the paperwork at 72 months. Then the salesman didn't have the time to do a walk around and show me the features. When I got home I noticed some peeling paint. Took it back the next day and they said I must have gotten into something. I will never step foot on that dealership again!

Sent an inquiry re: a specific vehicle asking whether a specific service had been performed, and got only a generic reply prompting me to come in for a test drive. I replied asking yet again whether the service had been performed, and got nor reply. Several days later the vehicle was no longer listed in inventory, so apparently it sold. Too bad, as their lack of interest in replying to a specific question soured me to dealing with them again. Marked them off my list of places to shop for our next car...

I bought a Buick for land mark that was plagued with problems. I was continually in the shop. Good thing we bought the extended warranty. The service dept in taylorville. Imo, does not care. Does not fix the problem. Is short with their customers. I tried to get a hold of the owner about my concerns, ( I won't mention the name)( but it rhymes with GRANT) owner was rude. I traded my Buick off. Never again, Buick. Never again landmark.

My husband and I were looking for a dependable second vehicle for commuting to work. We had our eye on a couple of pre-owned vehicles and never dreamed that we would qualify for a new car with a good rate of interest. We worked with Sione Neely and he was outstanding! They were very busy that day but he kept us informed of what was going on during the process. We wound up with a brand new Chevy Sonic and are thrilled with the car and the salesmanship. We will recommend Landmark in Taylorville to anyone we hear of that is looking for a great deal on an automobile...even though the dealership was not close to our home, we will travel back to Taylorville in the future!

Shady loan practices poor service dept. This dealer continues to Change ownership. So this should give you a indication that landmark has major issues. Shame on me for not fully reading contract. The service has run my car out of oil the day after I took it in for an oil change. I could go on... contacted the owner "Grant" he was less than concerned. Rude is the word. Never again!!!!!

We went to Landmark looking for a used Malibu, and as we were going over our options, they suggested a new one. We didn't have the best credit, but they worked with us and was able to get us a new Malibu! We are really happy with the service we received from them

Purchased used vehicle - suppose to be w/ bumper-to-bumper warranty for 3 yrs or 36,000 miles. 1) Dealer quoted price, int. rate, terms, etc. Day of signing paperwork was completely changed. The int rate had increased 3%! Oh, at#$%^&!2) Dealer changed warranty 'beginning mileage' approx. 1 mo after purchase - don't know why? Sent a letter NO explanation.3) Called service about the warranty mileage change said, "you don't have a warranty" - Oh, at#$%^&!What else can I say????
