I took my Murano in because it was leaking anti-freeze. The radiator needed to be replaced. The service was reasonable on time, but customer service could be greatly improved. I called multiple times during the day to check on my car and no response was given me. I was told someone would call me back, but never received a call. I have used this service department for all repairs and have never had the customer service I had this time. I was very disappointed.

Having bought my 2011 Nissan Altima at a Nissan branded dealer one would think that it would be a good experience HOWEVER every time my vehicle has been serviced there has been an issue. From the purchase to now the issues have been persistent. First, the car only had one key. Only after contacting corporate and the service advisor messing up on the 90,000 mile service was I able to receive a second key. After taking the vehicle for a shut me up, complimentary, oil change was I able to have to take it back to have the reminder reset. The 105,000 was the doozy. It took three visits to get this one right after having my intelligence insulted in reference to a gravel shield that wasn't properly clipped in place after the service. And when you let the management know what's going on all they want to do is throw in something complimentary because they initially wasted your time with their lackluster performance.

I came back for a part to be installed that you all had to order. I was told that the wait was only going to be 2 hours. So I told them that I would wait there. At the almost 3 hour mark, I went to ask how much longer. The guy I checked in with said to the guy that delt with the week before. He knew nothing about it but went to look into it. He then told me that the guy would be bring it in next and it would only take a few minutes to switch out the part. An hour later were done. If I had been told it was going to take 4 hours then I would have gone home with your shuttle service. Why is it that I had a 845 appointment that takes only minutes to change out this part and here I am leaving at 1230.

I scheduled a service visit for my 2012 Nissan Sentra two weeks in advance and spoke directly with my service advisor about the maintenance I wanted done. I told him what make of car I had and engine size, and was assured by the service advisor that their dealership stocked the parts that would be needed. I wanted the drive belt replaced, radiator flushed and coolant hoses replaced, thermostat replaced and an oil change. After sitting in their waiting area for 3 and 1/2 hours, the service advisor came to tell me the dealership had been sent the wrong coolant hoses and thermostat. This after being assured two weeks earlier the dealership stocked the items required for the maintenance I wanted done. I wish I could recommend this dealer to a friend but I can't and they ARE the Nissan dealer in town that's why I took my Nissan to them. But, this is no way to treat people. To their credit, they did provide me with a rental car for the night, at no charge, which was greatly appreciated since I have no family in this town.

We dropped our vehicle off on Sunday night for a Monday 10:00am appointment to fix a couple of recall issues, and ask them to do the scheduled service that was due. At 8:30 on Monday morning they called me w trying to sell her another $400.00 worth of "maintenance work". We told them not to do anything other than then recall repairs and the agreed on service work. When I arrived at 2:30 pm they informed her that all of the recall work was done but the service work was still unfinished. I had to pick up the kids by 4 so ask for the service work not to be done, and to have the vehicle back considering they had 6 hours to complete what was supposed to be a 1 hour recall, and about a 1 hour service. They told us that all of the fluids were out of the vehicle and I would just have to wait. They finished the work at 4:00pm. Our time is valuable that is why I made an appointment, found a way to get both of us to and from work with only 1 car, and dropped it off on Sunday night. They could have cared less for any inconvenience they may have caused .

I absolutely despise this dealership. It has only been a few times that I've been in for some type of service and nothing went wrong. From me telling them an issue, telling me I didn't know what I was talking about (I saw a mechanic before I came), and then finding out all my problems was do to a transmission issue that I stated from the beginning. I have had a false claim of my tires being rotated and having to return because they weren't. I had my front license plate broken and no one said anything to me, but when I called to tell someone they already new. And what takes the cake, i just spent over $1000 on tires on July 25 and an offer started on August 1 and they won't honor the coupon. I call and leave messages for individuals and never get responses back. I requested a change of service rep, because it seemed that he had attitude when I came in one afternoon like he was ready to go home. It only seems as though I get referred to one manager that is semi-helpful. These issues are just to name a few. This has further confirmed to me that I dare not purchase another Nissan ever, especially if I live here. I will say that Dwayne has always been great with customer service.

The check out process was very slow. It took 1/2 hour to get my car. My appointment was originally set for 7am, but 4 days before my appointment it was changed to 7:45am. This was not compatible with my work schedule. This is the second time this has happened.

Brandon is a great service rep no way around it. 2 hours plus for 15,000 mile service is just too slow and that's with an appointment! Until I get to the big services I won't do it again abs then it'll be a drop off! I won't quit again. Maybe it's just a back log. I'll buy my next car from them, major service will be done there. Just had to be away to get it done faster!

This is not William, I am Linda, his wife, and the one who took care of this issue. I called Landers service department at 7:03 am yesterday. The phone rang and rang and rang. I was finally rolled to the operator...(hopefully, her title is NOT customer service). She was no more willing to help me than someone at Direct TV. She told me that everyone in the service dept. must be busy and that they do not usually answer pages because they cannot hear them Meanwhile, my husband was waiting to leave for work because the Altima is what he drives. She finally put Tykeya on the phone to help me. By this point, I was pretty mad. Tykeya was able to work me in and was fantastic throughout the rest of the process. I would give Tykeya a five star rating! The one who answers the phone may be a customers' ONLY impression of your company. In my opinion, you better hire the right person for that job... it may be more important than you think. If I had been a first time caller, I would have never called back or stepped foot on your property after my call at 7:03 a.m. yesterday morning.

I scheduled my auto for an oil change and tire rotation. The technician that was assigned to do my work was absent from work but the work was done by another technician. It would've been a problem if I had to reschedule to do the situation. Although, I hadn't schedule the recall to be done I inquired and they took care of it for me so I wouldn't have to come back. So, I guess it's safe to say they did a wonderful job and the personnel was friendly and polite towards me.

I took my car in for a brake fluid flush and a rattle in the front end. I told the service advisor I had pulled out of a driveway and bottomed out in front and that's when the rattle started. The service advisor, to her credit, did put two plastic bolts in that were missing in the left front wheel well at no charge. The brakes work much, much better. I guess I should have asked them to drive the car afterwards to see if the rattle was still there. It would have been nice if they had gone just one step further and checked it out.

I found out I needed to leave earlier than the 2-3 hour service time scheduled. I had asked about cancelling some of the service to be done, but the associate checked and pulled other service associates to my vehicle, and was done in just over an hour. They did a great job when something came up, and I just didn't have the time to wait. The new waiting area is very comfortable, and they have complimentary popcorn and newspapers there as well.

I took my Murano in due to a recall and the service reps were very polite and friendly. Took the shuttle to work. The shuttle driver was filling in on his off day and that's speaks volumes. It's important to me to do business with employers who treat their employees well. It appears to be the case here as the driver was willing to come in on his off day. I received a call that she was ready to pick up and upon getting the keys noticed she was all washed and the inside dusted. Great job Nissan staff! Will be back!

Instead the detailer had scratched the hell out of it and said he couldn't get it off that the prints where behind the display. We were in for RJ to repair. He order one but wrote it as if it was a single scratch behind the display when there were many scratches on it and fingerprints behind.

I have been going to Landers Nissan for many years to have my car serviced. My advisor Sammy has always been very helpful and knowledgable. The only complant that I have is the wait time. Even with a schedule appt you will have to wait hours. This is every time you go for a servicing even if it's just a simple oil change. You will wait more then 3 hrs. There waiting area is nothing special and they need extra van drivers. Overall the experience is alright and my service advisor Sammy is always very helpful . Just extremely long wait times which has always been my complaint for years.

Took my brand new rogue of 1 month to be serviced because it was making a popping noise, but as soon as I pull out from picking up my vehicle from the service department that was supposedly "problem fixed" it started popping again. So they didn't even fix the problem I took it in to get checked out , unhappy about that.Also I needed a rental vehicle to drive back home because I live an hour away, turns out you have to pay for one because until you reach 30000 miles a free rental doesn't happen. Unacceptable to me personally since I've only had the vehicle 1 month and only made 1 payment. I believe I should have gotten a free rental until the 2 days after when my vehicle was "supposedly "fixed. Im an unhappy customer.

I took advantage of the shuttle service this time and went to work. The service dept called me when my car was ready; I called the shuttle service for a pick-up at my convenience. The pick-up was reasonably prompt. My service advisor explained everything that was done to my car and made recommendations for future service/maintenance based on my car's condition. This past Friday, I took my Rogue in for routine service but asked that an inspection be made regarding an issue with noise when the vehicle was moving. Everything ended up fine, but the repairs to mitigate the noise ran into Saturday. I was told that I would received a call by 3:00 Saturday afternoon to let me know the repair and service was completed, but I did not. I called about 4 times between 3:00 & 4:00 to try to find out the car's status, but was never able to reach anyone in Service. I then went to the shop and, after about 20 minutes of research, a rep did find that my car was ready. This was important to me as I needed to be able to drive to work on Tuesday (Memorial Day weekend). Because of the confusion relating to determining whether or not my car was finished with repairs, I have to say that this is the most frustrating instance that I have had with this service department. Usually, I am very satisfied with the results. I think the issue stemmed from a service rep initiating the work on my car on Friday but, as they were not there on Saturday and it did not pass this on to a rep that was to be in on Saturday, I think my car "fell into the cracks". Essentially, there was no one to take over and finish this service/repair work - meaning that there was no one to call me to let me know the car was ready. Anyway, the one rep that I spoke to jumped on this and eventually found out the status on my car and I did get my car back before closing on Saturday. So everything ended up good, frustrating but good. I hope this feedback will result in an enhanced process by which the reps can pass on information to other reps so as to keep customers informed.

At Nissan everyone is down to earth and respectable mi recently went to the Honda dealership, nobody would show me the car I wanted because according to them "I couldn't afford" the vehicle. The gentleman at Nissan had no problem or ever questioned me once!

First, I called the service dept 4 times to schedule an appointment....no answer. Then I spoke to the operator and she attemped to find someone for me....no luck. But she assured me that someone would call me back...they didn't. I called back after a couple of days and voiced my disapproval to the operator. A day later someone finally called. I had no problem with the service after I got there...Natasa did an awesome job...but if I had known I was going to have to go through an act of congress to merely schedule an appointment I'd have went elsewhere.

Had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. 1 hr 45 mins later I have to go ask what is taking so long. I was informed that my car wasn't ready, because they was fixing a recall on it. A recall that nobody came to the waiting room to let me know. They put me in a rental car that was not even as nice as my car. I thought a service department had to inform the owner of the vehicle before they could fix anythg. Due to their lack of communication with me I was late for work. Worst experience every. Looking for a department service department for future services.

This dealership went out of their way to help me get out of a negative equity vehicle which I could no longer afford and gave me an amazing deal to cover the entire trade in and put me in a brand new vehicle saving me money. Before I visit Nissian, I think it is a good international company. But I am wrong. My first sales is Daniel, I provide all the document for reviewing am I qualified to have a lease car. After 2 days, I want to know the result, but she is hard to get in touch. I call a so-called manager "Bruce", but he was impatient and said "I don't understand " and then hang up my call and I try not angry, call him the other day, he was still impatient, request me not to call again. I am really disappoint.After I selected my car at 0500 pm on 19 May , I waited 3.5 hrs to speak to the finance manager or sales "SAM". When I asked SAM to revise the used mileage from 7 to 12 and about the lease payment schedule he showed up arrogant and unpleasant. I tried to show my politeness to ask again, but the answer was the same" check with the bank or the billing company", I want to say I am a customer from Taiwan even though I am not excellent in speaking English. But why should I tolerate your bad manner? You can think about that someday you come to Taiwan with poor Chinese speaking or listening ability. When you face the same situation what will you do.Even though the bad experience in "Landers McLarty Nissan", there is still a good sales "Marvin Pinchon". He only service in Nissan for 3 months, but his patience and proficient really let impressive, thank you for your help.

I recently bought a 1-year old Nissan Pathfinder - Platinum from Landers McClarty Nissan in Huntsville, AL. I do not buy vehicles that often. I drive them 'until the wheels fall off'. So, I am always nervous going through this process. With every concern I brought up (after seeing reviews on websites), the dealership gave me confidence that even if something happened, they would stand behind the product. Nothing impressed me more than how they processed the one I actually bought. It was traded in the day before and had not gone through inspection. It had some paint chips on one side of the vehicle that were caused by a lawn mower slinging pebbles into the side. (Previous owner had parked it near a field being mowed at a ball park--Ugh). The paint chips were a concern. The dealer promised to repaint that side of the SUV at no cost to me. They did. I bought the car and subsequently scheduled the paint job. I picked it up today. They also sent it through their service department for inspection and it is like brand-new. Elester Ruth was my salesman and he was great to deal with throughout the entire process. Couldn't have been better!

The gentleman in the finance department handled the completion of my buying experience smoothly and with a professional manner. He explained the benefits of the extended warranties to better protect my investment, but he was never pushy or aggressive. I purchased 2 auto which Ms. Danielle Hamilton done an outstanding job helping me. I was sorry to hear that she might be leaving. I hope that she gets a monetary award and a special thanks for the hard work she is doing. If she goes as hard for me for ever customer then she is definitely a salesperson superstar. Only reason why it is not 5 stars is that the negotiation process took a while to come to an agreement. When I got the 2nd vehicle it took 3 times as long to get to the finance department versus the first vehicle. And a certain office need to be clean (seen dust on the screen so thick it look like a 2nd layer-screen protector of dust). And since the process took awhile there was nothing available to purchase to eat (food vending machine) to hold me over. So I broke down and had some stale popcorn.

My air conditioning fan went out and Nissan fixed it right away. They always give top service. I did find two screws that were left behind but nothing seems loose so far. I will always take my car there for service. I think since they are a Nissan dealership they know the Nissan car the best.
