Had a great experience with Brett Havener buying a 2016 Dodge Ram Big Horn! He found me a great deal on a new truck at the price I wanted to pay. He then patiently worked with me through a credit bureau issue I had getting my credit unlocked. I had unusual circumstances with my credit due to identity theft. The finance dept (Lance and Jay) assisted in getting things fixed. Brett was very knowledgeable about the truck and getting the deal finalized--can't say enough good about this young salesman--more than helpful to get the deal completed. Friendly, easy to work with, and best of all: no high pressure tactics. He's the best--will recommend Brett to everyone I know who's looking for a new vehicle!

I was in to look at a used vehicle. Salesman took my info, standard procedure, and I asked to see what the best price we could get was. I told him I am not interested in payment amount, I want to see Price of vehicle. He left the room without saying a word and I never signed anything. I then got a notification from Credit Karma that a new Hard Inquiry was made. What??? I did not authorize this, I was not ready to see what my payments were. They do not need to run my credit to give me a price on a used car, just tell me what the price you can do is, then if I like that I will authorize a credit run and talk payments. The thing that really upset me was he never even said they were going to do a credit check, If he had told me upfront I would have denied it and walked out, This was an unauthorized check. I will not do business with this dealership.

One of the sketchiest car business EVER. Worst experience I have ever had and very thankful we ended up going somewhere else. They cheat you out of money and are very rude and disrespectful. Customer Service from the sales department and financial was excellent. Sales Department Brett Havener was superior, not demanding at all. I came back the next day when the sales person Victor Cooks assisted me, he demeanor was the same as Brett excellent . I ended up getting a V8 instead of the V6 Challenger. When I went into Financial department I sat with Lance Havener, who never told me no when I made a counter offer. He always left the room to ask. After reviewing the paperwork several times while in negotiations I signed the paperwork buying me a new car. I walked away very happy with a brand new car. Payment where I needed them to be with the interest rate even better. This is my 3rd time buying a car from this dealership and I know it will not be my Last.

My wife and I came in to look at a new 2016 Durango R/T on 6/17/16. Our salesman, Daniel Juniel, told us that is was still in transit from the factory, but he would call us as soon as it was unloaded off of the truck. Flash foward to 6/27/16, Daniel called me at 2:30 pm, as soon as the wheels touched the pavement off of the truck. My wife and I went up there, took it for a test drive, and by 6pm that night we had it sitting nicely in our garage. The finance manager, Lance Havener, explained everything line by line, since my wife and I were both first time buyers. He was able to get us a great interest rate, and was very professional in everything he explained. We never felt taken advantaged of by anyone. We will definitely be returning customers when we need a new car. Finally the sales manager, Bruce Clark, gave us final tips and tricks about our new Durango via email. All in all we had a great experience, and will definitely recommend to our friends and family.

We bought our Fiat 500L Pop Hatchback in October of 2013 from Landers in Shreveport because my husband needed a vehicle in a desperate way (yep, he picked it out, too... I promise). Anyway, we were upside down on it due to the number of miles he's accumulated while driving to and from work each day - somewhere along the lines of 80-90 miles per day for 6 days a week. We decided to bring to Fiat back to Landers in Bossier to get hubby a truck, which we found ourself in need of due to life/moving/baby, etc. The experience we had at Landers Bossier was not one to write home about... just thr exact opposite. We found a used 2014 Ram 1500 that we were happy with, but it basically went downhill from there. The salesman lied to us several times about the note we could have, the duration of the payments, the wheels/rims on the truck... so many lies, which we only found out were lies when we met the Finance man, Mr. Lance, who was not very friendly at all and didn't seem to care that he was rude to us. He told us that we were not eligible for the number of payments we were promised (yet I have a credit score that's above 750), nor were we going to get the payment that we were promised - "It's just not possible, sorry" is the only explanation we got. We decided to leave the dealership to search for a week to see if there were any better deals that we could find and we communicated our thanks to the team for working with us so diligently - we'd been there for 10 hours - but before we left Mr. Lance came to us and gave us a spill about how the dealership was "making a friend and not a deal with [us]" and told us we could get $10 closer a month to the payment we wanted. We declined again and left and found no better deals in thd time we were away so we came back to Landers to sign the paperwork. When we met with Mr. Lance again, he said the last deal that he shared with us was no longer on the table and that the original payment we were shown was going to be the best he could do! I was furious but I felt like I had no choice as we really needed the truck. Mr. Lance seemed appeased, yet he was further angered when we declined the warranty and the GAP insurance. We shared that we were going to go through our insurance company for the GAP and you could see almost see steam billowing from his scalp! He was very short, curt and rude from that point until the paperwork was completed, and once everything was settled it seemed as though he couldn't get us out of his office fast enough. I pray that I'm never in the position to need to do business with that man or this dealership ever again.

First of all my wife and I hate pushy car sales men so that's why we usually go looking at cars after hours. This experience was the total opposite thanks to Jay. He was very easy to talk to and very very knowledgeable of the entire inventory of vehicles. He never tried to push a vehicle on us that we didn't want for his personal gain. This was by far the best car purchasing experience we have ever had. So from personal experience if your looking for a vehicle at landers dodge do yourself a favor and ask for Jay Brown !!

Dealership puts add-on items to cars automatically that have high markup and you don't know about it because it is not listed on the website. The price you think the vehicle will cost may be over $1300 more that will be written on the window sticker with a marker. Not a good practice for customers and others have complained about it. Also, they will give you a negotiated price for the vehicle that is for "today only." A day or two later you may get a better "today only" price. Obviously a sales tactic to "buy now because the price is only good for today." Then the "out-the-door" price you agree on that is also for "today only" may be more than you agreed on because someone did not figure it correctly. But they will not honor the deal that was made and you may not actually discover it until after you leave and look at the numbers. Not a good way to treat customers!!!

My 2011 Chrysler 300C began to have a burning rubber smell and then strange sound. It was 7pm and we were in route from Dallas to Shreveport,LA and on to Lafayette,LA for a presentation. We were able to drive the car to Landers Dealership at 8:30am the next morning and was told they were full up without a appt. We explained we were traveling and desperate. Service Advisor Josh Bass understood and promised to at least have the car looked at, and made arrangements for us to get a rental car. We raced off to Lafayette,LA and got to our presentation with 21 minutes to spare. During the presentation we received a text from Josh Bass saying our Alternator was toast and needed to be replaced, if we would approve it, he would have it fixed that day. We did, he did and at 6:35pm we arrived back at the dealership after a 400 mile round trip. Our car was ready and we continued back to Dallas. Because of Joh Bass and Landers, We closed a sale and profited our family by $2,650... which we would have lost forever had we not gotten to our presentation on time.Thank you Josh Bass and Landers.. you guys are a class act in our book.Don & Ellen WilsonCarrollton,Tx

I bought a car a year ago from this dealership and I have had nothing but trouble with the whole service experience. I like the car, although I have already had two recalls and also had to have it in for repairs twice as well. The service experience has been horrible, most everyone is rude and they never follow through on what they say they will do, noone can give you any answers why things were not done. I have been jacked around every time I have had to deal with them. I would tell anyone thinking about buying from this dealership to keep on drivi g down the road. I wish I had never bought this car.

We stopped by Landers to look at a Used auto like the one we were already driving because we were so happy with the Chrysler we had but were getting a lot of miles on it. The salesperson Mary Salter that helped us showed us what they had on the lot which was a step up from what we had. We told her we loved it but it was out of our league, she told us to leave that up to her, guess what, we left with that car. She and the ones working with her were wonderful. They made it happen and we left with a much more than we had in mine when we went in .

Went over to Landers at the Auto Mall and since they couldn't help us they recommended Landers off of Benton Road. So we went there and they offered us a deal on a car with our trade. We understand that they were helping us out. The finance man told us that it was no hurry, go home and think it over and call on Monday Morning. Well we called Monday Morning to confirm the deal and they say they can't honor the deal anymore. What!

Mr. James Gillis is the greatest salesperson ever! I purchased my truck from him in 2010 and he gave me the perfect deal with no pressure to buy. I plan to purchase another vehicle from him in about 10 months, as soon as I get this one paid off. Mr. Bass and all those guys and gals in the service department are absolutely fantastic; they "know my vehicle", and they always let you know what to expect, and they call after the diagnoses, prior to performing the work.

If you plan on traveling from out of town to visit this place, save your time and gas! Salesman and "manager" both lied to me so I would drive 4 hours just for them to pull a "switch-a-roo." It was the worst sales tactic I have ever seen and can't believe I fell for it. Send detailed pictures and information on my trade and they quote me a price-get there and then all the sudden it changes. They quote me a price on a new vehicle-get there and then they saw "that price was for the exact vehicle but would have to take off all the accessories." Even told the manager that I didn't want to waste a trip and he said "i promise you will not leave without a new truck." Joke was on him because 5 minutes in they started changing all the promises. Needless to say... I walked out and drove my truck home. "Lies lies, tell me sweet little lies" was there business motto.

My wife and i had a great experience at the Landers Dodge in Bossier City. I called from Tennessee and i talked to Mr. Joe Green and he took everything in consideration that i had to say what i wanted and he directed me to one of his good salesman by the name of Mr. Carlyle Cooper Jr. and Mr Cooper told me what he had and everything i needed to do. and when i got there the next week he had what i wanted and had it in time. So if i need another vehicle i would drive from Tennessee again to get another vehicle. My wife and i really love our 2015 Dodge Ram. and she's learning how to drive a big boy toy.

I wouldn't even give this place a 1 star if I didn't have to. Completely irritated. We are military and are suppose to get out of state plates. They won't return any phone call or message I leave. We're being stationed somewhere else and they won't call me back to let me know when my plates will be in. I called the rmv from the state were registering in and they have no record of the vehicle being registered there. The rmv agent called the dealership and they were RUDE hung up on her 3 times ! My car came without a spare tire and a second key was told I would be able to get a second key and now they're not answering my calls. GOD AWFUL EXPERIENCE ! I guess this is the way you people thank your military members

I went to this establishment for a simple oil change back in Feb 2015 for a 2006 Dodge Charger SRT8. Dropped it off and walked around with a buddy of mine to kill some time. When I came back and checked the receipt for the oil that was applied to my vehicle (it's been messed up before), they installed the incorrect weight. The individual that did the oil change looked at me like I didn't know what I was talking about and went to talk to his supervisor. He came back and said the oil they put in my car was the "equivalent" to the correct oil. I popped my hood and showed them the oil cap as well as the owners manual so they'd realize a mistake on their part had been made. We stared at each other for a while until the tech asked if I wanted my oil changed again. As I had a 12 hr drive ahead of me, I stated yes and waited again. I figured any establishment that advertised "Mopar Specialists" wouldn't have made such a rookie mistake.

I went in in August 2015 and purchaced a "New" 2015 Dodge Challenger RT Classsic. When I got home I went to the Mopar website to fix the recal. I typed in the VIN and some thing didn't add up so I called customer service. Well my name is John So this was why I was mistakinly able to hear the truth.This car was TITLED to a person named John from Minden so thats who Mopar thought they were talking too. Well the 1st John whom the car was titiled too purchaced it on a friday and returned it back on monday because the Mannual Transmission was making a bad noise in the rear end when he got it home and put it in reverse.. Ok he got the car with approx 2200 miles stating it was test drove and been to car shows. "WELL" now to get to the nittty gritty of this car. Someone walked in in May and put 20K down on the car, Landers let this man take the car as he had a co signer and the buyer Did not have a drivers lisence WOW! Then when the bank called to verify the co signers employment the man quit the day before. Getting good so far huh? well when they sold the car to this other John. Was any info about the history released NO! When he returned it. Landers had to replace the Transmission and preassure plates. Then I got the Car the 3rd owner but technically by landers standards the 1st owner because even though the car was never titled to the 1st person and the 2nd person this car WAS titled to even though landers feels since they brought it back within 3 days it was not, But the DMV say yes it was tilted. So the 1st person destroyed this cars transmission and the 2nd returned it, They never discclosed any of this information that The Sales Manager Thom Hoeflinger, Scott Goldstein, Alvin & Kendrick and I'd call out the finace guy but can't remember his name, Oh and I don't want to forget Steve Thats the person that sits on the far rightside of the front counter (you know the one that LOWBALLS) your traid in. They sold me a USED CAR as a new car, and when I called them out the went stupid. I called Chrysler and everyone else and no one cares about these dealings. Oh by the way I am a 100% disabled Veteran I served over 25 years and this is how they treat the vets. Well since then THOM the General Sales Manager told me that the next time I come up he will make me a deal of a lifetime. Ha! I called him approx 3 weeks ago and told him I'd like to get a SRT Charger. I have a service dog so a 2 door car is not practical. On Monday ( 19 Oct 15) David texted me stating Thom had a car that looked like i could get. So I went up and he showed me a Challenger Hell Cat used on the showroom floor, Asking 68K, I stated I really did not want a Hell Cat and the he promised in his letter I would NEVER have to talk to Alvin again, I could pick the sales person I wanted. No Thom threw Alvin on me. I sat there 3 hours for alvin to get my name SSN payoff and then came back out to say well that car was a little to much. Ha they didn't even run a credit check or anything just wasted my time. Do yourself a big favor. DO NOT purchace a car from this crooked dealership. Now as for the service department they are top knotch

I have dealt with many dealerships in Shreveport/Bossier but when I realized how friendly and helpful the team is at Lander's in Bossier I thought to myself, why have I not been coming here all along. Since 2007 I have purchased four vehicles from Lander's and had a pleasant experience each time. When I had an issue with my Jeep Wrangler 2012, I was out of town so I had two other dealerships work on my problem but no one was able to resolve it. I finally got it to the service department at Lander's in Bossier and they took the time to find the problem and fix it for good. Bought a Dodge Charger on Thursday and it ran hot on Friday. I requested my down payment and the return of my trade in. I could foresee numerous future problems with a vehicle that ran hot only after having it in my possession for a day. I called several times and went to this dealership on numerous occasions to get an update on the status on the return of my down payment and trade in. Not one member of management called me until almost three weeks later to discuss when I would be receiving my down payment and trade in. After finally speaking with a member of management, his tone was very rude and uncaring. Over the phone, I was told that no one knew the exact location of my trade in. Later I was told that my trade in was in California or possibly Alexandria. Finally, my trade in mysteriously appeared with the license plates still attached even though I was told the plates would be turned in. Buying a vehicle should be a memorable and exciting experience. Landers ruined this experience for me due to the terrible customer service, a faulty vehicle, and prolonging a situation that could of been handled at expeditious rate.

I bought a Jeep Compass from this dealer on 6/6/15. 3 days later, I had to take it back in because the transmission dip stick was broken off and hanging out of the bottom of my vehicle. They fixed it. Now, on 6/29/15 my vehicle breaks down completely in traffic and I have to push it to safety by myself. Apparently these are all my problems. I will never buy a vehicle from this uncaring dealership again. The manager was rude and spoke down to me like I was a child.

It all started when I had a screw in my tire and when I went to change it the locking lug nut tool had been stripped out and put back in my glove box when Landers dodge rotated the tires. So Landers called Chrysler Roadside assistance service to tow the vehicle to Landers Dodge so they could remove all the locking lug nuts and replace them with regular lug nuts (which I paid I pay for). The tow truck driver hooked the tow hook on my tie rod end and secured the jeep on his truck improperly which bent my tie rod end. The Landers Dodge mechanic that changed the tie rod and then Bill The service manager along with Earl one of the service reps agreed that the tow truck company that Chrysler roadside assistance sent to get my jeep was responsible for the damage and should pay for the replacement. My 2014 jeep has been fixed for 2 days now and Landers Service Department refuses to give it to me because the tow company will not get back with them. My question to you is why am I being punished for someone elses mistake ? The service dept. does not seem to care one bit about me (the customer ). Instead they are more worried about inconveniencing me until Landers Dodge gets their employee(The tow truck company) to pay for damages that they obviously did to my vehicle. April Babcock responded to one of my e- mails this is her answer to my problem Mr. Dixon:I spoke with the Service Director Bill McGinnis regarding your vehicle.He states it was towed in to our dealership through Chrysler Roadside Assistance to have some work done on it in our shop and that the tow company was the one that damaged your vehicle at delivery.Mr. McGinnis states that the tow company that Chrysler sent to pick up your vehicle wanted to fix your vehicle in their shop, however, you approved for our service department to fix what the towing company broke on your vehicle. Please note that we do not hire anyone for tow services, when you contact Roadside Assistance they determine who they send and that comes directly through Chryslers Roadside Assistance. In order to pick up your vehicle you will be responsible to pay the balance due for the work that was rendered in our shop upon your approval. A few months ago, brought my truck there to diagnose/fix a coolant leak. I am supposed to be a Business Link customer with priority. Was told by the service manager that the owner said we had too many vehicles to service and that they were not taking any new vehicles for service. Recently received a recall notice on my truck for the airbag which directed me to contact the dealer for repair. Called to schedule an appointment per the directions and was transferred to the "Airbag" service rep - got voicemail and left message. Never got a call back. After a week, I called again to try to schedule the airbag repair. Was told by the rep on the phone that "we are too busy and you need to call back in 2 weeks". I asked why I could not schedule an appointment for 2 weeks from now and was told "I will transfer you to a service rep but you will probably get voicemail". What kind of service is that!!! I bought 2 vehicles from Landers and I WILL NEVER GO BACK after this!

But they were very friendly, called me back with information to let me know what was going on and had the deal done in about an hour. Once I got there, they had the car ready to go, all we had to do was test drive the vehicle and sign the papers. We arrived at the dealership about 15 minutes before closing time. A manager came out looking exhausted but extremely friendly and welcoming after working long hours of end of the month inventories. After introducing himself a salesman named John was sent out to assist my son and I. Although we informed John that we would come back during regular operating hours, John was more than willing to continue our discussion about each truck he presented to us. Inspite of being exhausted and now after closing hours, John never mentioned it was closing time. He just kept moving forward as if it was regular business hours. He enthusiastically proceeded to show different various of the particular truck we were interested in purchasing. John quickly realized there wasn't a need for a sales pitch. There was never any pressure to buy nor rush. I recall the words located on one of John's arm (Patiently and Quietly). That is exactly how John dealt with us from beginning to end. John was extremely knowledgeable, polite, approachable, professional, and above all very dedicated. An outstanding representative of his company. He also offered many suggestions concerning our plan of action that was greatly appreciated. Our first visit was very impressive and quite pleasant thanks to the manager and a personable salesman named John. One more thing, we noticed the next day that the entire staff was very polite and friendly.

I worked with Derrick Thomas and Joe Green when purchasing my Acura. At the time I wasn't even in the market for a new vehicle, i was just going to the lot with a friend of mine. I saw the car and expressed some interested. "If you want that car... Lets make that happen!"- I believe were the exact words that were used. Sure enough, they were able to get me an affordable monthly note on a beautiful, gently used, car. If I developed any qualms about the purchase they were soon diminished by the top notch customer care I received. Joe Green takes "customer service" to a new level. He was friendly and professional during the entire process. Not to mention, he took care of installing both my infant and toddler care seats in my new vehicle. Buying a car as a young woman can be a very taxing and intimidating experience. However, i felt comfortable the entire time and knew i was getting a great deal on my dream car! I have and will continue to tell all of my friends and co- workers to visit my pal Joe and Derrick at Landers in Bossier.

I found a 2012 Ram Express on Landers website. Brandy and Rod both worked with me via email and telephone. In order to get the numbers correct, I was asked to bring my vehicle in, I live in Alexandria. Once I arrived in Bossier City, I was greeted very professionally. From start to finish I was not in the dealership very long. I was contantly check in on while waiting. The dealership was very busy, yet they were able to make the time to make sure I was happy. The team did everything they could to get me in my vehicle And it worked! They went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted. So above and beyond that they wanted me to drive the vehicle so I was sure this was what I was looking for. In the end Kyle got me a better deal that included a warranty (I was not expecting) in my price range. Landers did not give up and now they have a customer for life. Thank you Team Rod, Brandy, and Kyle and whoever else was in this deal.

Sales person or credit department lied to my son and myself. Told my son he was approved and to bring money and drive away!! We came with $1000 cash for down payment like we were told. Landers Dodge Bossier CityHorrible ExperienceEveryone knows the process of buying or leasing a new car is no fun. Imagine spending 6 hours at a dealership, looking at and driving 1 car, buying the 1 and only car they showed to you, agreeing on a price, signing the papers, waiting for the car to be detailed, given the keys and owners manual for the car, being told, here it is you are all ready to go, seeing them park the car at the door and then being told they sold you the wrong car! I spent 6 hours at Landers Dodge on Saturday, January 17th, with my 72 year old mom, my 12 year old daughter and my 4 year old granddaughter. 6 HOURS!! I called ahead and spoke with Derek Thomas. He said he had a car he thought would work for us and to come in and drive it. When we arrived at the dealership the salesman walked us out to the car and went over all of the features. He said it was a Chrysler 200C with a 4 cylinder engine, sunroof, heated and vented seats and heated steering wheel, etc... and showed us how to operate everything. He gave us the keys and told us to take it for test drive. We drove the car and liked it. We sat down when we got back to the dealership and went back and forth many times on the numbers for the car until we agreed on a price and lease payments. The salesman would give us a figure, wed counter, and hed go back to the sales manager and bring us another figure. This happened several times, back and forth. FINALLY we all agreed on a figure. We filled out the credit application with the salesman and waited to sign the papers. When the papers were filled out and everything was ready, they called us into the finance office and we went over the paperwork and signed each of the documents. We were excited, almost done! They asked us to wait in the showroom while they had the car detailed. While we were waiting, they brought us the key and owners manual for the car. Finally we were told the car is detailed and ready to go. The car was pulled up to the side door for us. The next thing we knew, they were telling us that they had sold us the wrong car!! We only looked at the one car, drove that same car, and purchased that same car! We were forced to leave in the car we came in after all of that. We were exhausted, frustrated, stressed out, extremely unhappy and felt completely taken advantage of!Update...We went back to the dealership on Monday, January 19th and spoke with the General Manager and Denny Rogers the owner. We purchased the car we wanted, the one we thought we'd purchased on Saturday, for a much higher price of course. I guess we should have just walked away but, and I know this is bad, I was emotionally invested in the car and I wanted it! After driving the car for a few days I asked if they would tint the windows in the car for me. I didn't think this was much to ask after everything we'd been through but they refused. You would think that after everything they would have given me a good deal on the car I ended up getting or at the very least tinting my windows but they refused to do either. I love my car (so far) but will never again do business with Lander's Dodge again and dread going in for oil changes, etc... I have to say that on Monday when we spoke with the owner and GM the owner was very unsympathetic. They even tried to turn it around and make it my fault saying that I should have checked the VIN numbers and that I was confused about which car I was getting because of one I had looked at a week before. I truly feel like we were taken advantage of at Lander's by the employees and the owner. I guess we will never know if they made an honest mistake or if they saw an opportunity to take advantage and took it. One final note, our original salesman was Justin and then we were switched to Mary (on Monday). I don't believe any of this was their fault and they were both awesome to deal with and made me feel like a valued customer unlike the other employees/owner at Lander's. And they wonder why car dealers have a bad reputation!

I went to purchase a new truck from landers. The sales man that worked with me did not listen to anything I said! I told him what I wanted my situation yet they ran my credit 20 times sent to lenders that didn't even apply to my sittuation! The person over finance apparently don't know what thier either! On top of it all this is the second time they have done this. They have told me come back with money down and I did $6,000 and still denied me! I went to Ford to buy a truck the same day and all was great they told us that we were just waiting or credit app. When credit app come back the sales man at Ford was floored to see that we couldn't get approved cause landers ran our credit 20+ times!!!! I would not recommend anyone use them. They hire just anyone now. I wouldn't have said this about 3 yrs ago cause I did all my business with them but will never go back there again after my experience this time.

I must say that my overall experience at Landers was excellent!!!!!! I was really skeptical when I first inquired about getting a new vehicle. I had a lot of obstacles in my way that could've prevented me from getting a new vehicle but that just wasn't part of "his" plan. Upon my arrival I was met at my car by a very polite young lady that greeted me with a smile and immediately offered help. At first, I said to my self "I certainly hope this lady is not pushy with a lot of quick words", I must say I was completely blown by her approach. She was straight up with me and didn't lead me down a road of false hopes or expectations. She worked hard for me and didn't crack a frown at anytime. She remained professional and willing to assist me throughout my entire buying experience. Brittany Walker gives the true meaning to (KNOCK*YOUR*SOCKS*OFF) customer service. She was awesome!!!!!!! I was going thru my social site and came across some friends page, with them going on and on about how landers Dodge was the best at Saling cars. So one I said was going to stop by n see what was the big fuss about. I came into the lobby and asked to speak what with a salesman. Faith was walking out going to her car for lunch but she stopped and helped me.she asked what car was I interested in, I told her I had my heart set on a Challenger and see went on telling me that I came to the right place and how amazing the car was. I asked her was she a salesman because she knew alot about the car, she said no but I know the right guy for the job and she introduced me to Mr. Perry. Brandy is a very informed and thorough sales person. I rated the friendliness as great because Brandy listened to my needs and tried to meet them without being pushy. The quality of work was great because she answered all of my questions about the Challenger and then introduced me to the sales manager. I purchased my 2013 Ram truck at a different dealer but brought it here for it's first service after a falling out with my selling dealer. I've been in twice and dealt with Courtney in service both times and she has been wonderful. Friendly and professional and got my truck in and out quickly. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Landers (Bossier City, LA). I was still very happy with the first vehicle when I got a text from Willie Curry who said the dealership was looking for some pre-owned vehicles and was curious if I wanted replace it with a newer model. I had 3 conditions: no money down, lower monthly rate and a newer model vehicle. I also said I really wanted a Jeep if that was possible. I arrived at the dealership on a Saturday morning and Mr. Curry met me at my car and even greeted me by name. There was a lot of buzz going around the dealership that day and lots of people all over the lot. A local radio station, KRMD, was there broadcasting live.Willie had already picked out a couple of options for me and we headed to the pre-owned lot for a closer look. Willie was knowledgeable about the vehicle, the Car Fax was already in the vehicle and I fell in love with the first Jeep I was shown. A 2011 Jeep Wrangler and with a little over 8,000 miles. I loved the versatility of the truck, the low mileage, the vehicle still smelled new and the Goodyear tires were new. I knew I wanted this truck and Willie went to work to make it happen. Willie is easy to talk with and a member of the U.S. Army Reserve. Like many people, I do not have perfect credit at this stage in life but, the Team at Landers were able to get me financed and into the Jeep same day. They filled the Jeep up with gas and promised a cleaning and detailing of the vehicle on a day it wasn't raining. With less than perfect credit, these professionals never made me feel anything other than a valued customer and even empathized and shared stories about their own credit histories and pitfalls. If you are in the market for a Jeep or any of the other vehicles sold at Landers Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM on Benton Road in Bossier City, Louisiana, I wholeheartedly recommend the Team at Landers. They will take very good care of you and ensure you get the best deal possible for whatever vehicle you are looking for.I have dreamed of owning a Jeep since I was 10 years old. Now at the age of 53, Landers helped make that dream come true. Thank you Mr. Curry, Mr. Carter and Landers for an incredible experience and great customer service.

Their service department is sub-par at best. They failed to provide me with updates on my repair work. Even worse, they took two days to return my calls when I inquired about the status. Their sales department is fine, but don't trust their service department to fix anything.

Worst car dealership I have ever visited. I went to the dealership to look at a truck that was listed on THEIR website for $17,988. After standing in the parking lot for 20 minutes, I finally had to go inside to try and find someone to help me. There were no salesmen there at all and a finance manager had to help me. He said he was going to get the keys. 15 minutes later he shows back up with a salesman, and no keys. The salesman then tells me he is going to get the keys and will be right back. After 15 more minutes he finally returns to tell me that they can not find the keys. I then ask him about the price, which advertised was $17,988, he tells me the price is around $24,000. So I show him their website with the price they have and he is completely surprised and suggest that maybe its a sale price, but he doesn't know. I was ready to buy the truck that day at their advertised price, but since they couldn't seem to find the keys or know what the price of the truck was, I did not and will not ever do business with them.
