2013 Land Rover LR4

Honestly everything was truly top notch. My salesman was Ken and I had possibly one of the best car buying experiences from start to finish. My vehicle is absolutely beautiful and even though it is a 2013 it's in such great shape it could pass or a 2016. I traveled 250 miles up from Key West and it was well worth it. Ken went the extra mile to make sure the vehicle was just perfect and that our trip was not in vain. 2012 Range Rover Autobiography

I had a great experience in purchasing my Range Rover. I located the vehicle on the Internet and sent a request for info. Crissy Hawkins responded right away with pictures, carfax and all the info I could ever need. I got great financing from them. And they even pointed out some very minor issues with the vehicle that they corrected on the spot. I wish I lived closer to their location so I could visit them more often. I was treated very well by everyone I came in contact with. Crissy even took the time to go over every feature in the car before letting me drive away. A First Class operation!

My dream car

Several years ago I saw my dream car in the Land Rover advertisement on the stock market channel. I said to my husband "that's the one I want" and pointed to the Zanzibar colored Evoque. He laughed and said I'd have to wait a few years. Well a few years went by. Several times a year I looked at the used Evoques but never could find the Zanzibar color that I wanted. Last summer we bought my mother-in-laws 95 Cadillac SRX with only 13,000 miles on it. No sooner than I got it home it started giving us problems...modules going out. After a week the key wouldn't come out of the ignition. Nightly I disconnected the battery so it wouldn't discharge. Finally got that fixed and a week later another module went out and I couldn't get the car to lock. I could tell we weren't going to get along! In February we decided to get rid of the Cadillac. My husband said "why don't you see if you can find that little car you like". Fat chance I thought, but got on the internet and searched Range Rover Evoque Zanzibar and lo and behold there it was at the Land Rover Palm Beach....I live in Colorado. We talked with several sales people and ended up with Kevin. He was great! Answered my many questions, got us a great price, good warranty, and stored the car almost two months until we could get there to pick it up. My last problem could have been my husband...what if he didn't like it? Kevin picked us up at the West Palm Beach train station and on the way back to the dealership showed us all the bells and whistles and answered my husband's many questions. Long story short, I got my dream car...named him Valentino since he was my Valentines Day present and almost had to fight my husband to drive him back to Colorado. Had a great drive back home! Incompetent service department

I don't normally write reviews, but my experience with Land Rover Palm Beach service department was horrible. 4 visits and $1,900 into it and they still can't fix our 2012 discovery LR4. Now they want another $3,000. They also recommended we change our brake pads again after they did it only months before. Incompetent at best. Beware of this dealership.

I live in South Miami-Dade and drove 1 1/2 hrs to purchase my Evoque with them. The Service was excellent. Everything went smoothly. Range Rover Evoque Lease

I was still happy with my previous car but figured if I could drive out with a Range Rover for about the same monthly payment would be a dream. Then our expert Land Rover salesman, Matt B., patiently showed us a variety of vehicles that were within our price range. He was nice and calm and we felt no pressure at all to make a decision. In the end, both sides ended up being happy with the outcome. I am looking forward to returning to Land Rover of Palm Beach when my lease is up, hoping to meet with as good of a salesman as Matt B.

Service is friendly & competent, with "can do" attitude!

Mike Snyder, the Service Manager has helped me on several occasions with service on my "Florida Vehicle" - a Land Rover Freelander - which has been virtually "problem free" except for having to replace the power sunroof rails, which were warped by the heat and humidity, and covered by the Land Rover factory warranty. Everyone at Land Rover of Palm Beach is always friendly, approachable, and seems genuinely concerned about customers' satisfaction! I highly recommend them in the strongest of terms!

Terrible Experience

After having this dealership sell the car I had put a deposit on the previous year to another customer and charging me more for an available vehicle with less options (likely one promised to another customer), I brought the truck back to the same dealer to get the option I originally ordered, as I needed the tow package (I was assured at the time I could get it whenever I want). I truly thought they would make an effort to keep me as a customer and treat me better. They charged over $2100 for a $600 factory tow bar, saying there was nothing they could do...'300% mark-up that's the service department.' {shrug}. I dislike writing negative reviews, and I think everyone just has a bad experience from time to time, but I would recommend that people looking for either service or a new vehicle look elsewhere. This dealership really just does not care. I would get another Range Rover...they are great cars, but I would not give the Palm Beach dealership any more of my time or money. It's been a truly disheartening experience, both in purchase and service, and people deserve to be treated better, especially with higher-end purchases such as this.

I just bought my third Range Rover from Kevin Painter at Land Rover Palm Beach and I'm very happy with the experience I had and with my new car. Kevin is a real professional and he makes a big decision very easy. It helps that the Land Rover brand just keeps getting better and better and the Palm Beach dealership is second to none. Ordering an expensive vehicle sight unseen is kind of a leap of faith but Kevin made it a no-hassle, easy to complete transaction. The service experience I have had at the dealership has been very good and the rest of the staff is very competent and professional. I live 400 miles away and there are two Land Rover dealers closer to my home but I will return to Land Rover Palm Beach for the outstanding service and sales force they employ.

About 1300 mile drive, to get me a Audi Q7 tdi. I saw the car online, and instantly called Land Rover of Pam beach and I was directed toward Maryann. She was GREAT! She was very determined to help me work out a deal and have me come down from NYC. She went out of her way, to send me extra photos and videos of the car, to make sure I loved the car, and to make sure I would buy the car. After receiving, multiple photos and videos, I fell in love with the car and booked a flight from nyc the next day. Within 14 hrs I was down in Palm beach, ready to buy my car. Upon arriving to the dealership, I was kindly greated, and got to Maryann's desk, After test driving the car, I fell in love with it and was ready to work out a deal. We got back and agreed on a GREAT price, and did all the paper work in a timely fashion and i was out the door with my car. Maryann was great and very helpful throughout the whole buying process, strongly recommend you speak to her!

No pressure, friendly service, fair price

I had my car in for service not shopping for a new car. I saw a model and the Service Mgr, Bill Sheehan and service agent, Gervais answered enough questions to get me to entertain the thought of buying...Matt Breem was stellar in getting me a great trade in price and the entire transaction was closed in 24 hours..No pressure! What a great way to be treated even tho my husband was out of town . I was treated fairly & with respect which is not usual with other car dealers! I love this crew!

I recently purchased a used 2012 Range Rover Sport for my wife. Incredible experience I purchase our range rover over the internet we made the deal over the phone with a trade . I drove 400 miles each way we live in tallahassee fl. We'll worth it. Love my Range Rover

I recently purchased my first Range Rover. I had the car built and delivered to the Palm Beach facility. My salesman, Kevin Painter, could not have been more accommodating. I left feeling like I knew the car fully. I'm 46 years old and sometimes new technology is a little intimidating but Kevin went through every button and had me practice everything so I was sure that I got it. I didn't just feel like a commission. This car has all kinds of bells and whistles that I will be using continuously. He also introduced me to the repair dept, as I am leasing this car and will definitely have to visit that dept to maintain this beauty.
