My experience with Paul Miller Land Rover in Parsippany NJ was beyond pleasant. From the moment I arrived and was greeted by a man named Luke to picking up my keys from a mechanic named Mike, I was literally treated like the staff there had no other mission but to make me satisfied with their service. Each member of their staff were courteous and professional, I was informed of every bit of repair BEFORE it happened, there were no hidden fees or "adjustments" to the initial quote and I felt more like I was dealing with my small time local mechanic than with one of the biggest Land Rover dealers in the North East. The fact that I wasn't driving a new vehicle but rather an 11 year old one didn't have any bearing on their treatment of me and the professionalism with which they conducted themselves. My loaner vehicle was exceptional as was the representative who worked with me. I could not be happier with the staff there. 5 stars!

It was quick and easy to get to a spec that worked for me, and he was able to quickly find a car that included what we wanted. After comparing the Mercedes GLA-250 to the Evoque, the Evoque won hands down. Dennis, our salesman, treated my wife and son (and I) with nothing but respect from the moment we walked in - and I purposely "dress down" when I go out because I love people to judge the cover and who wants to wear a suit on a day off. Dennis, knew every option, and he knew how to explain it and in what order. He found us the perfect model with options that we wanted, and even some we didn't even know we wanted, but are so thankful we got them! Dennis also negociated a great deal and got us every dollar possible for the trade-in. Couldn't be happier with the experience, and I've already referred a friend to see Dennis for their next SUV.

This is my first Land Rover. When I walked into the dealership I was greeted very warmly by the young female receptionist, who paged a salesman. The salesman that came to me was Charles, who I can't say enough good things about. He went over all of my options and got the best deal he could get me. Charles was open and honest about all of the numbers involved in buying a vehicle. Charles even text me from his personal cell phone to update me on how things were going. That was a first!! When we went to pick up our Land Rover, Charles, along with Aldo, the Business Manager made us feel like we had known them for years. They went over everything that we needed to know about the vehicle and explained to us some options available for our protection. I bought a lightly used LR4 here a few years ago. It was the first used car i'd ever purchased. The car has been extremely durable and reliable. The buying process was very smooth and hassle free. I also bring the car in for service or upgrades from time to time, they have done an excellent job each time. Just recently had to bring the car in for an emissions recall issue. I called on Thursday for an appointment and was able to get it done on Saturday. Took 1 hour all in. The service rep was very helpful.

From the beginning, this was the worst experience I've had to date with a dealership. They were completely disrespectful and untrustworthy considering they would not divulge any information pertaining to the condition on a used vehicle. They said I would need to come to see it with my own eyes to find out if there was anything noteworthy regarding the condition. The salesperson then added it would be sold to another party unless I put a non-refundable deposit on the car. Are they really asking me to pay for a condition report regardless if I end up buying the car? Save yourself some time and energy and shop elsewhere...

I purchased an Infiniti from Paul Miller 46. I have a complaint as I dropped my car off Tuesday. The clutch or transmission is bad as car does not shift smoothly. I have put a down payment of $7,000 and financing the car. I brought the car in on Tuesday for no reason as they just "tested" the clutch. The Transmission was not even dropped to see exactly what the issue was. But instead Im being rejceting, saying that I am not covered by the 30 day warranty. I am only 18 years old, and the $7,000 paid was money I made myself....not my parents. I cannot afford to spend more money on repairing a car. Especially what surprised me is that they are Paul Miller and have a reputation. My car is sitting in the lot I believe as I need to get it repaired. I have tried to get in touch with Jimmy the sales manager for 3 days but I guess he keeps denying the situation as he is the one who assumes I have "damaged" the transmission. The problem was discovered the first week and was brought to Paul Millers attention 2 weeks ago. I have already put in a claim with the Better Business Bureau.

I was shopping for a Range Rover ABG, and a friend recommended Paul Miller Land Rover. I contacted the dealership, and the salesman I spoke with was very professional yet friendly. He convinced me to visit the dealership so that he could assist me further with my questions regarding the special order I needed for my vehicle. When I visited the dealership, friendly and courteous staff welcomed me. I met with the salesman I had spoken with over the phone. He took time to explain the ordering process and the wait time. My salesman kept me up to date monthly about the progress of my order. When he anticipated that the order will soon arrive, he informed me ahead to enable me plan for my payment. After signing all the paperwork and ready to pick up my vehicle, a technician was assigned to explain to me how to use all the function buttons in the vehicle. I was on my way thereafter. No unnecessary delays. My experience at Paul Miller was wonderful and I owe it to my salesman.

Even better, soon after taking possession of the pre-owned vehicle some issues that were not the fault of the dealership surfaced and even though they could have ignored "my" problem, they addressed it at their cost, quickly, and pleasantly. Overall ok experience, I had made an appointment but they did not seem to know about it and they would not give me a loaner for a few hrs till my car was fixed. This may be a problem since I could have needed it urgently. The repair was a fast one though and I paid for labor. The waiting room facility is also spartan, a small area in the showroom itself. Both the mechanic and the repair adviser were ok.

I saw an ad for a 2010 car from this dealer. The pictures looked very good. I made an offer based on the paint being in good condition. They emailed me and told me there was a small ding on the hood and a few small stone chips. I purchased my ticket and flew to them to get the car. When I got there I found the car had several 10 to 12 inch marks on the rear fender and both sides of the front bumper were badly scraped through the paint. Their pictures didn't show it and their email stated as above. I told the sales manager I was very upset that I invested my money and time to come purchase the car based on their misinformation. He immediately got in my face and said "It's a used car, what do you expect" and " I don't care if you buy it or not". It would have cost me $650. to get back home that day and I figured the repairs would cost about $500. so I purchased it and drove it home. I emailed their general manager and explained it to him and asked him to make it right. He didn't respond. Dishonest and unscrupulous dealer.

It was New Years Eve and I was only 20 miles out of Manhattan commencing a long trip when I experienced brake trouble and my car became unsafe to drive. Pete Liebman is an excellent sales person. He made the entire process very quick and easy. I was disappointed in the office/finance group. My personal check cleared my account Monday 12/10. Your finance team wouldnt let me pick up my vehicle until I could prove that your company received my payment. My bank, Wells Fargo told me "they are crazy" the check was posted Monday 12/10. Needless to say, I had to wait for Wells to send a private email to a local branch before I could get proof. I picked my vehicle up 4 days later. In my opinion this is not good customer service. Your group could have easily called your bank, like I had to.

Our original visit was OK - the not so zen "Zen master" was not so well...zen but, then we came back for a second visit and had a wonderful, as to be expected "Range Rover" experience with a smart, funny, hospitable sales associate, Craig. This is our 3rd Range Rover over the span of 10+ years - other cars in between but, we are thrilled to have made the switch back both in truck and sales help.

Having bought or leased 6 Land Rovers over the last 10 years from 4 different dealerships, I can honestly say this has been the best experience I've had. It's the 3rd I've purchased from Paul Miller LR and the second from our sales adviser Craig Stanzione. Craig knew the product line, was patient with the test drives, forthright with the negotiations, and even went the extra mile (42 miles actually) to make the delivery and trade-in process as smooth as could be. I'd strongly recommend this dealership and Craig.

A one-hour maintenance procedure became a two-day event after the service representative told me that the dealership was rotating its technicians through some sort of meeting and would not be able to devote the necessary time to my vehicle. I was considering purchasing a new Range Rover from Paul Miller,, but will not only seek service elsewhere, but my Land Rover purchase as well.

I always enjoy bringing our cars to Paul Miller Land Rover whether it my son's Lr2 or my own Range Rover it's always a good experience. They are very friendly and Mike Rose is just the best!! Always very attentive, helpful and friendly I couldn't ask for better service. A little disappointed as when I picked up my son's car yesterday it was not washed which I always assume they do and is not a big deal but always nice when driving it off from the dealership after paying hundreds of dollars it is clean. The driver seat was also making a noise whilst re-positioning it which had been a problem previously too so may need to bring it back to be oiled or lubricated. Overall I was pleased with the service...Thank You!!

I am not one to write reviews, but I noticed the negative review by another customer and I wanted to make sure that wasn't the only one in the queue. The staff at Land Rover Parsippany is nothing short of professional and catered to my every need. The dealer just finished construction and the new showroom is beautiful! maybe the place was over stressed as they worked during the construction but they are back to the normal now.. expect nothing less than exceptional from these guys, sales and service.

The experience felt like i was being taken for a ride on price and quality. A few things had to be done on the car prior to pick up and they failed at completing those items in a timely manner.
