I can't say enough great things about this dealership and especially my sales associate Renee Acciardo. She was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful buying experience. We bought our first Land Rover 10 yrs ago at Jake Kaplan Norwood and only had service done there. George in the service department as been a great asset, we always appreciate his honesty and great care he has given us, like no other we have ever received at any other dealer. My LR2 is the most solid car I ever owned, so when we decided to get a new car, I am happy to say that we bought another one there.Our sales person, Renee Acciardo, was a pleasure to deal with. She went above and beyond for us so we ended up with a sporty new car. I hope Renee will still be there in 10 yrs when we get another new one!

Great experience getting my second car from Land Rover of Norwood. The dealership offers top line service. Zhubin Shobeiri the sales consultant is wonderful to work with for the second time and stays in touch and follows up after you leave the lot. Great organization to work with and Zhubin is top notch! The other day I bought my second Range Rover, a 2016 Sport Supercharged from Dan Averbukh at Land Rover Norwood and Im even happier than before. Big thanks to Mike Fleming and Rob Webber for making it all possible as well. The price was right and I didnt feel the need to negotiate on the price because I knew that my purchase was more than worth it. There was no pressure and also no need to haggle over price. Just like the first time, Dan was attentive to finding the perfect vehicle for me. He went above and beyond from the time I called to tell him I was looking to upgrade to a higher model to when he delivered the vehicle. He is super knowledgeable, professional, polished, and polite. He is not the typical sales person that sells and forgets. I will from time to time get a call from Dan checking up to see how I am enjoying my vehicle, to which I reply I love it. He truly cares about what he sells and stands behind the product. Im happy to give my business because the sales people are as good as the cars, the best! After many months of trying to find the time to test drive a Range Rover we finally got there. We were greeted by Renee Acciardo and felt comfortable from the first handshake. She was great from the test drive to the final pickup. Renee helped us through negotiations and with arranging for paperwork to be FedEx ed to us, not a lot of time to go back and forth to the dealership. When I picked the vehicle up both Renee and Pedro were extremely helpful in helping understand all the fabulous features that my new car offers. Pedro is even coming to the house to go over everything again!

I finally picked up my Disco Sport. The whole experience was awesome. Josh was flexible to my needs and even recommending what I should get based on my budget. Leaving the traded car and taking the new vehicle was a flaweless experience. Josh didn't just sell me product and wrote me off, he's still in contact with me. Asking how I like the Disco and answering all my questions about it's features. I've already have recommended this dealer and Josh to family and friends. I am beyond excited. The last vehicle I had when I went for service I didn't even see the sales guy anymore I don't think he'd remember me, which is understandable because they see a lot of people; but Josh remembers all his customers. He loves Tacos.

This dealership was top notch! Sonny went above and beyond to make sure the sale was smooth. He worked with me over the phone to start the process and his advice was great, and not pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on the price, he made the process was absolutely painless. So professional and helpful. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! I would recommend Sonny Singh to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle. Sales person Jake not knowledgeable about options / nav system screen size to start with. Wanted to get the car on the highway during test drive, asked to go back to the dealership and come back on a weekday if I want to test drive on a highway. Ridiculous. Told "we only have this one demo and weekends are busy". GM didn't really care about my poor experience. That's it, going back to BMW where they treat you right.

Our car buying situation was becoming quite stressful when we were not getting much response from our current dealership. Our lease was almost up and we knew specifically what we were looking for and what we wanted to pay, but the company we had our lease with could not produce what we wanted, or even come close to the price we were looking for. That is when I reached out to Renee Acciardo at Land Rover Norwood, and we couldn't have been more thrilled. Immediately upon emailing Renee she responded and got the needed information to get the ball rolling. After my first initial email we exchanged a bit more information, and then she called me with two vehicles to choose from, both in the price range we wanted to pay and stocked with all of the features we were looking for. That weekend we met Renee in person to look at both of the vehicles. As we were tight on time with a prior engagement, she rearranged her schedule so that she could accommodate us early that morning, and not once made us feel pressured in any way to walk out with a car that day. After doing our homework and knowing we were getting a fair price, coupled with the excellent service we received, we did in fact end up with a car that day. Everyone involved with the transaction was super friendly, the playroom and snacks kept my 3 year old happy, and the whole process overall was a delight. In closing, after visiting A LOT of dealerships Land Rover Norwood by far had the most inviting environment with a very attentive staff....even the two cute doggie mascots came over to say hello. Renee was the best, took her time with us explaining every feature of our new car and insisted to contact her with anything we needed. We will definitely be using this dealership in the future and would recommend Land Rover Norwood wholeheartedly.

I couldn't be happier with my LR4 purchase at Norwood. I worked with Dan who extremely pleasant, down to earth, patient and helpful. I knew I wanted the LR4 but I took a long time narrowing down my color combo. Dan took me to view their lot of LR4s twice in the pouring rain. The selection can't be beat and neither can the sales service. Once I had my field narrowed, we worked on the price and the negotiating was pleasant and smooth. This was my first luxury brand purchase and I never expected it to be this easy and comfortable. I highly recommend Dan and the Norwood dealership (especially after visiting another Land Rover dealership where the experience just wasn't the same).

I had the opportunity to sample two flavors of local Land Rover dealers before purchasing an Evoque; Doug in Norwood is where you want to be. Trust me. He took the sale seriously from the outset. He knows the cars and the trim packages inside and out, and he quickly helped me work out the type of Rover I wanted. This was a breath of fresh air after dealing with another local dealership that couldn't (or wouldn't) answer basic questions. Doug got me real quotes on real vehicles within an hour of speaking to him on the phone, and the sale was easy from there. I felt like the initial quote was fair and that he was shooting straight, but he even gave me an additional discount when another dealer vaguely (long story) offered to "beat" the price. After the sale, he walked me through all the vehicle setup, and told me to call him directly for anything related to the vehicle, even service. Solid experience; I recommend.

They corrected what was a regrettable, recent purchase with another vendor.Their pricing and transparency was excellent and they were forthright. The salesman, Richard Howe, did not rush or push matters and provided just the right amount of time and attention. He had a very good gauge for what the client wanted.What also made this experience very pleasant was the fact that the folks were honest, clear and succinct; without any gamesmanship.I highly encourage anyone interested in a Land Rover to consider Land Rover of Norwood. Distance should not be a primary consideration when weighing the entire experience.

Doug made us feel confirtable right from our first interest in the SUV. He communicated with us consistently but never pushy about the car, even put it on hold so we could get a time scheduled to visit the dealership. We had visited another Land Rover dealer in Sudbury and the reception was cold and disinterested throughout. She was great from our first email exchange to the ongoing check-ins since I bought the Landy earlier this month. She got me the car that matched exactly what I wanted - and then some!! Even after buying the car she has kept the relationship up. I really feel that she cares about her customers and would recommend working with her to anyone in the market for a Land Rover. It's my very first Land Rover vehicle. Land Rover Norwood was my second stop after stopping by at the other dealer closer to where I live. I wish it was the first stop to save my time. My experience was great the minute I stepped in, till I drove out with my Discovery Sport HSE Lux on the next day. Everything was taken care of swiftly and so smoothly. Renee is simply the BEST! She is very patient, helpful, resourceful and pleasant to work with. Also I should mention that her co-worker Doug was also very helpful though it was not him who sold me the car. But he went above and beyond to make couple phone calls for me to get a relatively cheaper insurance package. Rob from finance also took his time reviewing all different options for coverage. He was very informative, yet gave me an absolute freedom in making my own final decision. My whole experience was so positive that I am quite confident to say you would never regret stopping by at Land Rover Norwood if you're thinking of having one yourself. Only one thing is that I just wish my license plate was not dated July 2015 while the purchase date was on 9/30/15. I am aware that they had no control over this, but I just wish that it was properly dated as September 2015.

I went to Land Rover Norwood to browse the different models and hoped to drive a couple. Doug helped me and didn't mind the fact that I was a little indecisive and drove three different trucks before making up my mind on which one I liked. I had a new Range Rover Serviced. The made the repairs, all was fine. I picked up the car, it was not washed or vacuumed. I received an email to write a report. So I wrote that the car should have been washed and vacuumed out and that giving me an LR2 was not up to standards. That they have amazing SUV's, the LR2 is not one of them. Manager called and was very nice. Then a women called and told me i am not welcome at the dealerships. Spend $95,000, respond to an email and then get insulted. NOT A DEALERSHIP TO USE.I contacted corporate and they were very nice.

Overall I'd say my experience with this dealership was very average...First the good: my main objective was getting a good pre-owned car at a price I could afford (and getting a fair value for my trade). Both were accomplished, and so far I couldn't be happier with my new Acura. There were a few items that we agreed to have fixed on the exterior, and both were completed satisfactorily before I picked it up. And the not-so-good: the sales staff was ok...I've certainly met much worse, but I never felt like they were particularly friendly (the finance rep I dealt with was very nice however). This was by far the most expensive car I've ever purchased, but probably cost 1/3 of the Jaguars/Land Rovers they usually sell, and it seemed like in turn they put in 1/3 of the effort. The interior of the car was not very clean when I picked it up. And seriously, almost $400 in documentation fees?I also was pretty dissapointed to see that, while they charged me the full $40 for a new 2-year state registration, the registration I received will expire in 13 months (thus the cost to them was pro-rated). I know big-picture, it's an extra $20 on a $35k purchase, but that left a bad taste in my mouth just out of principle.So in conclusion, I guess the ends did justify the means in that I did get the car I wanted, but I most likely would not return to this dealership in the future.

This was my first time at this dealership and purchasing a Range Rover vehicle. I would have to say that this is the best experience that I have ever had when buying a vehicle. The sales representative Doug Ostroff was professional and curteous the entire time even after making the sale. Doug took an extra hour and a half just to go over all of the equipment and how it functions to make sure we could maximize our experience with the vehicle. He also gave us his personal cell phone number and said we could call him at anytime even to schedule service for the vehicle, or if we had any questions at all. I have called him three times so far and every time he has picked up his phone and continued to be professional and really took care of us. They seem to have a great client-first culture instilled and it made all the difference in selecting them as the 'winner' of my business.I finalized my 2013 RRS lease with them (July 2012) and they won my business for the following reasons: 1) excellent client service, 2) honesty and transparency, 3) soft-sell (vs. hard-sell from other dealers), 4) excellent deal on the first/second/third rounds of discussions - something that took 5-7 rounds for other dealers to even get in the ballpark. In fact, my rep (Roger) and GM (Chris) treated me BETTER than my previous dealership (Herb Chambers BMW and HC Land Rover Sudbury). I recently contacted George Knipfing at Land Rover Norwood service after my brand new LR4 was involved in a major accident. George was incredibly helpful as I tried to manage getting the car to a repair shop, assessing the extent of the damage, working with the insurance companies, getting a loaner car etc. George did all of this happily and knowing that the dealership would not profit in any way. Ultimately, we determined that we did not want to keep the damaged vehicle and decided to purchase a new car. Alan Wilmarth, together with Chris Cunnion, worked incredibly hard locating me a new car, transporting it to Massachusetts, registering it and delivering it right to my driveway in less than 1 1/2 weeks! I have a few bad habits, one of which is buying a new car or two every year. Since 2000 i have bought 14 cars/trucks that i can remember for either my self my wife. Most of the salespeople are taught by the "come on down" type of dealerships, the back and forth haggling, the don't you dear let the buyer out of the showroom, grind it out for the last hundred type.
