Service. I appreciate that my service advisor keeps track of when my Range Rover's annual service is due, calls to alert me, and schedules an appointment that works for me. As soon as the service is complete, I receive a phone call letting me know my car is ready for pickup - no guess work, just prompt scheduling. Staff. Kudos to the most courteous staff (service & sales). Upon arrival, my service advisor efficiently checks in my car, a complimentary loaner car is waiting, and I'm on my way. The staff are all very knowledgeable in their area of expertise. Keep up the great work!

This past Saturday I was out running errands. I parked at the local mall to finish up some shopping and as I was getting out of the car I heard a sound coming from the front driver side tire. This of course is never a good thing. I got back in my car and noticed the warning lights were on. There was also an indicator for the PSI that was showing 31 at the time. As I was contemplating what to do, I noticed the PSI falling rapidly. I decided to try to Drive my vehicle home. Once I got to the traffic light I noticed the PSI had fallen to 13. At this point I knew my car would never make it home in this condition so I decided to try to make it to the land rover dealership which is on my way home. I was now in an absolute panic. As I made a U-turn prior to pulling into the dealership the PSI was now at three. I pulled into the dealership not knowing if they were open or if anyone was there. I was planning on just leaving it there for the weekend and taking care of the situation on Monday. To my surprise as I parked my car in the customer service area I realized they were open! I opened my door to get out and noticed the tire was completely flat. I walked over to the only door that had someone sitting in the office. I walked in and told the assistant service manager Michael Cabrera that I had a problem. I was never so relieved to see someone and for them to tell me that they could fix it. Michael got the necessary information off of my car, checked that they had my particular tire in stock, and then told me they indeed had my tire in stock and that they can fix it right then and there. I was completely blown away! Michael told me to go have a cup of coffee, to sit down and relax, and he would have it fixed. I arrived at the dealership at 1:30 and they close at 2:00. This apparently was not a big deal for them at all. They never even mentioned what time they closed I just noticed it on the door. A around 2:15 my brand-new tire was on and completely fixed. I was now on my way home. I was so grateful to Michael and Frankie for taking care of what was a really bad situation for me. They were absolutely awesome! I've had many many cars in my life and never have I had such exceptional customer service at a dealership! I truly appreciate all that you did for me that day.

I was extremely impress with Torrey's assistance and professionalism helping me with my new lease and she went above and beyond to help me get the car at the right price. She is very knowledgable about the product and that helps a lot. I am very grateful for all the work she and Jonathan Russo put into making my dream car come true.
