We were due for our first annual maintenance on our LR4, but before we took the car in my wife texted me with a picture of an error message saying "charging system failure", I told her that the car was now running on battery and she needed to either get home or to the dealer ASAP as the car would die. This was a Friday at 4:30pm, she took the car straight to Land Rover Hinsdale and they immediately took the car in and checked it out. They had not seen that error message on a car that new before and provided her a rental car so that they can complete the fix and take care of the annual maintenance. It was a rainy Chicago day near closing time for the repair shop and she was able to be in and out of there in 30 minutes. They were out of dealer loaner cars and had Enterprise drop off a nicer SUV. The LR4 wound up being there for 2 days and came out all fixed. The best part of the experience was that the repairs were all covered by the factory warranty and the first year maintenance is free with Land Rover Hinsdale. Since our purchasing experience was the best we had before with any previous car, and now our service has been so outstanding we are giving a strong recommendation that you do your business with them and not mess around. We are a previous Land Rover customer but went to a dealership in the city and the difference in support and experience is night and day. You and your family will be well taken care of at Land Rover Hinsdale!

1/2/16, we just bought our third (3rd) Land Rover from Dan and The Bill Jacobs team. Why do we keep going back to Dan? Dan is down to earth, well-informed, and has a low key sales approach. He is honest, respectful, and a straight shooter. My options are always throughly explained he never up sells me which I really appreciate. Truthfully the dealership isn't convenient to my home (Long Grove/Kildeer) but their selection, customer service, and support makes the extra time it takes to get there worth my while. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

My wife and I were looking for a new car and opted for LR Hinsdale because of it's convenient location near the city. We wanted the ability to test drive a car in the suburbs without the hassles of urban grid-lock, road construction, and traffic signals at every intersection. As a former owner of 5 different LR vehicles it's also nice to see that some of the older LR dealerships, like the Hinsdale location, have remained. Our contact (Dan) in the sales department was extremely knowledgeable with a genuine love for the heritage of this great automotive brand, which I really appreciate as a LR enthusiast. His product knowledge of the cars we test drove was impressive and he didn't pressure us to make a purchase, which was equally refreshing. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a Range Rover or any Land Rover vehicle. Thanks again!

My family and I drove up to the Hinsdale Land Rover dealership hoping to look at, test drive, and maybe buy a certified pre-owned LR4 about a month ago. They happened to have three I was initially interested in. After test driving all three, it came down to two. Our dealer, Mike Ryan, helped us weigh the pros and cons between the two cars and gave us the time and space needed to make our decision once we had all the information. With the decision made, Mike helped us maximize our trade in and completed all the paperwork in a timely manner. We were in the dealership from 11:30-6:30 with our two boys (7 and 10). Although our kids are well behaved, they are kids all the same. Everyone at the dealership was kind, considerate, helpful, and welcoming. Mike even made us aware of future Land Rover annual events that sound fun for our family. This was a pleasant experience from start to finish and we love our LR4.

I purchased a 2014 BMW X5 that I saw on cars.com from this dealer. I dealt with Dan Gallovitch and the entire process was very smooth. Negotiations and financing were quick and fair and the vehicle was exactly as described when I picked it up the next day. Dan even came in on his day off to meet me and deliver the vehicle at the dealership. I would highly recommend this dealer.

Overall my experience at Hinsdale was great. Mike is a bit of a character and was very helpful. I explained how I had just been burnt by another dealership selling a car out from underneath me after I had given a deposit. He worked to get the price of his vehicle comparable to the price I was suppose to pay at the other dealership. I flew in to pick up the car and they had a very nice older gentleman pick me up from the airport. The vehicle was as described and freshly detailed when I arrived. There was a tire pressure light on and the shop checked it and took care of it right away. I've had the vehicle for about a week and a half now and I still love it. The only complaint I have, and it's a minor one, is that it took forever to process my paperwork. Mike had accidentally filled out my paperwork with the wrong address and it took over an hour to get new papers, and I needed to get on the road and headed for home (6 hour drive). It wasn't that busy in there. As for the rest, the dealership is beautiful (right down the road from the Ferrari dealership) and you could tell they only keep top notch vehicles on their lot. Recommended, I would by from again.

The communication from this dealership was excellent. I sent an email requesting a test-drive of a Mercedes ML350. They followed up immediately by email and phone, then called again to confirm my appointment. When I arrived, the car was ready and waiting - which is not always the case with other dealerships. The sales manager made a point to introduce himself and, because it was later in the evening, he offered to let me bring the car home overnight (I live nearby). I decided not to, since I had to be somewhere early in the morning, but I really appreciated the gesture. I ended up purchasing another vehicle elsewhere, but I'd definitely consider going back to Land Rover of Hinsdale in the future.

I saw the dealership had a 2007 Chevy Tahoe for sell on-line. The photos attached to the ad on the Internet helped me to make the decision to check the truck out. Arriving at the dealership, I was treated like a valued future customer. When the vehicle was bought to the front of the building, it was a very clean vehicle. After test driving it, Dani, the sales person was very patient with me. Jeff the manager was a gentleman and a scholar. The price was good and the what I received for my trade in value was event better.

Truly we stopped by the dealership just to test drive and see the car; it's location was convenient from work, but certainly not close to home. Shortly after meeting Dan Gallovitch and experiencing his professionalism, outstanding knowledge of the vehicle and ease to work with, we firmly decided that this would be where we purchased the car from. Then we met John Gavin in financing and the experience couldn't have gotten better. This team was not only professional and knowledgeable, but they certainly knew how to get things done. My experience with both of them left me more than confident that I'd have the same quality interactions with this dealership for all future needs with this car and any other vehicles we purchased with them. We will, no doubt, be purchasing from them again.


Careless-Unorganized Dealer- Unbelievable Story

I inquired over the phone about a vehicle posted for sale earlier in the week. They kept trying to get me to go to the dealer to see the vehicle and also to bring my trade in vehicle to get it appraised all week. I gave them a financial ballpark figure of where I wanted to end up in and repeatedly stated that I didn't want to waste my time driving over there if it seemed unrealistic. After previous calls during the week, I finally ended up going after they (Danielle) called me three times to go in today... When I arrived, -the vehicle had supposedly just sold 15 minutes before I had arrived!? WOW! but the girl who repeatedly called me all day, who I had just spoken to minutes ago... had just told me the manager (Jeff) was waiting for me to get the deal done! Unbelievable!? I had just explained to her that I was driving in from the city and didn't want to waste my time! It gets better... I arrived and the girl I had spoken to... denied it was her I had spoke to over the phone?! I was mad and told them I had to drive 30 minutes to get there and the sales manager laughed it out and said, " ahh, I drive that everyday, no big deal... how about an LR2?" Are you kidding me?! No sense of professionalism or even a bit apologetic. These people are unorganized, selfish, and careless... and/or lying about the cars they post up for sale. DO NOT SHOP HERE! Complete disregard for other peoples time! I WILL NOT BE BACK!!! and hope you take your money and shop elsewhere.

In general I have had 2 very good experiences here, I worked with Jeff both times, he was honest, informative and realistic. I bought a used car from him the first time and a new car the 2nd time. Service has been unresponsive, I have e-mailed them a few times to schedule appointments and nobody ever responded, so I take my service to another dealer near my wifes office in Naperville. I will go there again next time I buy, but I always shop around to be sure. .

Avoid this dealer, This is my personal experience, I am a Student At Purdue University, I bought a Range Rover Evoque from this Dealer, the guy I bought from his name is Dan, he is a jerk. We spoke ahead on the phone, he gave me a price, which according to him, includes everything, and NO discount at all, but he said he will pay for my rental car if I decide to buy. So I went there, they guy increased the price right there at the dealership. I mean what the hack?! But then I liked that car so much so I just bought it anyway. So I asked him to pay for my rental car fee, he said I need to pay first and then he will pay me back. Guess what? I has been 8 month now he has not paid me anything!!! They also have bad attitudes when talking to you, like they are the only Land Rover dealer on the earth!!! AVOID!!! no kidding!
