So my review is not about the brick and mortar dealership. I found my "unicorn" Discovery Sport at Land Rover Denver and called to inquire. Ryan Armstrong answered the call and was my go-to the entire negotiation and purchase of the vehicle. I was luckily not in a rush, as it took some time to figure out how to satisfy both my bank's and the dealership's requirements for the sale, but I always received a timely reply to an issue. When Ryan was unavailable, Michael Mather was super helpful in taking over. Very satisfied and would absolutely recommend.

We had a great experience with Ryan Griep, and with the dealership overall. They answered all our questions fully, never rushed us, showed us a wide range of inventory, and explained every detail of their product and process. We spent an entire day making sure we got exactly what we wanted, and they helped us get there every step of the way. It's a great facility, that includes a play area for children, so your kids can be occupied while you are in the showroom. There are the normal snacks and coffee, and the waiting area is comfortable and well-designed. The receptionist was friendly, the financial adviser was great, and the service person treated us nicely. Everyone seemed to be on the same page.With Ryan Griep, I feel like we got the "old fashioned" car experience, where we didn't just get a car. We got a car and the support we would want going forward, to keep it well-maintained, and allow us to continue to get all our questions answered, long after the ink has dried on the paperwork.

If you are looking to acquire a Land Rover or Range Rover, I would strongly recommend that you reach out to Jordan as your expert guide. He knows the product inside and out along with the competing 4 wheel vehicles in the market. Although Jordan clearly loves range rovers and land rovers, he wasn't trying to sell us a 4 wheel vehicle - from beginning to end he was helping my wife and I pick the best car for our family. Jordan also helped make the paperwork side of the purchase painless.

Great experience, start to finish. Clay and Ryan were helpful throughout. The actual buying process was smooth and painless. They found out that the vehicle had a battery issue --- they apologetically told me they didn't have a replacement and didn't want to hold me up. They said I could take it somewhere closest to my home and email them the receipt and they would send me a check. Great dealer, genuinely good guys in the sales and finance shops.

This is my 5th Rover I've purchased in the last 4 years; both from Private sellers and Dealerships...this is the 2nd one in the past year from this dealership and I have to say it's been awesome! I highly suggest Land Rover Denver and more importantly, go and see Jordan Schlabach in their Sales Department!Jordan made the buying experience extremely easy and not "pushy" at all. He respected my request to communicate via email in the beginning because I was on a business trip and phone calls would not work well. When I got back to Denver, I called Jordan and told him I wanted to come down and take a look at the car we were talking about....and I stressed "Just Look". Ryan Griep was excellent to work with. As an out of town buyer, I was able to complete my entire deal over email. Ryan was prompt and professional answering all of my questions and provided additional pictures of the vehicle. He picked me up at Denver International Airport and we completed the test drive back to the dealership. In about 1 hour, the deal was complete and I was on the road heading back to Dallas. No high pressure sales. I strongly recommend Ryan and Land Rover Denver. Make sure you discuss the dealer fee. In my case there was confusion (deal was negotiated prior to flying to Denver) but was fully handled by LR Denver. Thanks again.

Request Ryan Griep if you are in the market for a LR/RR. I was an out of town buyer that was able to complete the entire deal over email. No high pressure sales. All questions were promptly and professionally answered, including additional pictures of the vehicle. Selection was excellent. I was picked up at Denver International Airport and the drive to the dealership was the test drive. In just over 1 hour, I was in my new RR driving back to Dallas. Make sure you discuss the additional dealer fee ahead of time. There was some confusion during my deal that was handled properly by the dealership.

Went in to test drive and buy a car. Found one we liked asked about price and Nick told us to go to lunch and hang around the area, he would check to see if he could go lower. No call back. Went home. Two days later my wife called to talk to him about it. No call back. Two days later she called again. No call back. Finally almost a week later Nick calls back so my wife told him, sorry we bought a Mercedes Benz last night. The entire dealership has a I don't care attitude and Nick proved that beyond a shadow of a doubt. Here's the kicker, I will be buying a car also in two months and I was considering a Range Rover. Not now, I'll definitely go Mercedes, BMW or any other luxury brand. Shame too because I love my Jaguar. Again, you're in the customer sales business, calling people back should be basic.

Report card for Denver Land Rover:Overall - 'Grade D' - AVOID - Great sales, horrible finance process, service is sub-par and management is oblivious to the on-goings in their own dealership.Sales - Mark Helliwell - 'Grade B-' - Great through sales process. Totally left us hanging on the post-sales and follow up.Finance - Ryan Leer - 'Grade F' - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Completely incompetent and smug to boot. Service - Joe Kilgore - 'Grade C-' - Nice guy, totally disrespects your time and is disorganized.Manager - Jin Jang - 'Grade B' - Working with him now with the myriad of the things have gone wrong. We buy our fair share of cars and this is by far the worst experience we've ever had with a dealership. We love the car but would definitely caution anyone that was considering going to this dealership.

Process was seamless, Ryan is very knowledgeable about all the models and did everything humanly possible for us to help us in making the right decision - even as far as washing the car we picked himself because it was after service hours and the service guys weren't available to do it.Very happy with the purchase this far and definitely would recommend Land Rover Denver if you're in the market for a Range Rover.

We purchased a used vehicle from Land Rover Denver that was in great condition. Once we brought it home we found a few minor things that needed to be fixed. As soon as we brought it to their attention they were very responsive and made sure they got everything in working order. They also even gave us a loaner can while they were fixing our car to make sure we were able to get around. We really appreciate their customer service and would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a high quality car in perfect condition.

This company does not stand behind the products they are selling. We purchased a used car from them three days ago and found out the CD player and key remote (they told us it just needed a new battery) don't work. When I told them about the issues they said there was nothing they could do. Yes, these are little things, but when you spending a large amount of money on something you would hope the company would stand behind what they are selling you and ensure that everything is working before they put it on the market. Not impressed with this company whatsoever. Do not buy a used car from here.

Jamie Bledsoe (Sales), Dan Moore (Sales Manager), Omer Maher (Finance Mgr), Jin Jang (GSM) were courteous, knowledgeable, professional and PERFECTLY SYNCHRONIZED - Jamie picked us up at the int'll airport (we had A LOT of gear/bags/child seats) and transported us to LR where we had the perfect LR Experience. went to the dealer looking for a used LR3 I have been dealing with Fritz over the last 4 months looking for a used LR3 to add to my fleet of 4 land rovers 2000 DIS II Modified with 2 inch lift off road package ARB bumper with a 4.6 range rover engine built by (British 4x4)(great service and top quality workmanship 2002 DIS II 4.0 engine with a 4.6 cam shaft 2 inch lift (British 4x4)(great service and top quality workmanship 2010 LR4went to the dealer yesterday to look at a used LR3 2007 the LR3 was listed at 14995.00 with 89750 miles after looking at it very carefully I became aware that the driver side passenger door had been repainted in a way that did not match the rest of the vehicle's color with over spray on the molding and rear wheel well, the front grill area has the same issuewhen I mentioned the issues to the manager on duty he just shock his head like it was no big deal. I was surprised that a so called respected Land Rover dealer would try to push off at full market value a vehicle that had been repainted in a very poor way. His response was well we didn't know that it had been repainted and I already have 2,000 rolled into that to get it ready to sell and the so called carfax didn't list it as being repaired stay away from that LR3 (IF YOU NEED TO REPAINT SOMETHING THEN IT MEANS ITS BEEN WRECKED OR HAD OTHER ISSUES) I have nothing but good thinking to say for the salesmen I dealt with but am very disappointed by the management of Land Rover Denver

They were very fair with the pricing on both the Rover and my trade-in.After I got the car home I had a minor mechanical issue which they took care of immediately. Just purchased a used Honda Ridgeline truck. Called Ryan Armstrong (sales guide) and set meeting for 30 minutes later. Performed a test drive, negotiated a reasonable price, and closed on best rate financing in 3 hours. Ryan personally drove the truck to my house. Used vehicle came with 2 month or 2,000 mile power train warranty, and was delivered completely detailed inside and out with a full tank of gas. In 40 years of buying cars, I have never had a better experience. Land Rover Denver receives my highest praises and recommendation as a first stop to purchase a car. Based on this experience, my next car may have to be a Land Rover.

I just bought my Range Rover Supercharged and I have to say it was the best experience I ever have had buying a car, I was incredibly pleased with the entire car buying, Thanks to Fritz Piatt, His Genuine, Professionalism and knowledgeable during the whole process. From start to finish, my experience with Land Rover of Denver was 100% positive. My wife and I saw a vehicle on their webpage that we were interested in, so we called and spoke with Jordan Schlabach before heading to the dealership since we were 2 hours away. He was able to answer all of our questions and get us to a point where we were compelled to make the trip (in a snow storm no less). When we arrived, we inspected the vehicle, took it for a test drive, asked a few more questions and then went through the paperwork. I recently completed the purchase of a new, 2014 LR4. Since it was a special order it was necessary to wait for the vehicle to be built and shipped. During that time Adam Hatter and others (Lou, Richard) at Land Rover Denver were both helpful and patient with my near-weekly visits to their showroom (to take measurements and envision how the vehicle would be used) and with my innumerable questions. Those questions ranged form how things worked to potential issues with the vehicle (I was closely monitoring multiple online forums) and why it was taking so long and why I shouldn't consider a vehicle from a different manufacturer. They were extremely helpful and even let me have a couple of additional, albeit short, test drives to confirm how things worked.Another major breakthrough came when Tyler Fitzpatrick from the Service Department offered to answer some of my questions on how things worked, how they would address issues that other owners had apparently faced and how best to outfit and utilize the vehicle. Tyler exhibited extensive knowledge of the LR4 and its systems and gave me the confidence that, should an issue arise, I would be in good hands.I would definitely recommend Land Rover Denver to others.

Overall our experience with the dealership was very good. We had been looking extensively for a Range Rover Evoque and of all the dealerships and sales personnel that we spoke with, Ryan was the one that really followed up with us and seemed interested in getting us into a car. He looked and located vehicles outside of our are that could maybe work for us and keep us informed. Eventually we ended up with a vehicle that was on the lot and had more features than we originally were looking for but I guess that shows his ability to work with the customer!The unfortunate thing is that after only our first day using the car we have a warning light indicating something is wrong with the Blind Side Mirrors. Hopefully service will be as good as sales.

As an experienced luxury car buyer, I was very impressed with my first experience with Land Rover Denver. Their inventory of new Ranger Rover and Range Rover Sport models is unparalleled. I was paired with sales representative Jerry Schefflin and Jerry made the transaction efficient and enjoyable. I had done my research on the brand and models, so I knew what I wanted (a 2014 Ranger Rover Sport) and Land Rover Denver had the exact model, color and option package I wanted. Jerry was extremely professional and helpful in fulfilling my goals of a fast transaction with no "salesy" experience. I arrived at the dealership and Jerry had the team ready to help me - from the dealership manager to the finance manager to the vehicle prep team - fast, fun and professional! As expected with the demand for these vehicles, there was no negotiating on price (and that was clear from the beginning) so I was pleased to dispense with that typically annoying phase of purchasing a new car. To the dealership's credit, they also did not layer on additional profit margin - which many Land Rover dealers are purportedly doing since demand exceeds supply currently. The Land Rover Denver team also swiftly and equitably processed the trade in on my Mercedes GL - and a deal was consummated with me driving out of their building in under 2 hours - start to finish. I purchased my Jeep Last week. Came down to look at another jeep at another dealership after driving four hours from Aspen. The jeep I orginally came down for was not what they advertised! I felt jipt! After doing a craigslist search, I found the black 4 door I bought from Land Rover Denver! They had the best price for the 2008 Used 4 door in ALL OF DENVER HANDS DOWN! Ryan Griep Was the sales rep i worked with, and although he was new he did an excellent job. But I must hand it to Omer Maher He was one of the best and fastest Finance Managers I have ever dealt with when buying a car. I felt very well taken care of. I dont think I have ever been in an out of a dealership when buying a car so quickly in my life!!

I went to this dealer to look at a very similar LR4 I was considering purchasing at another Land Rover dealer. My salesman Richard Mall was very nice and did a good job with the situation he had to work with. The vehicle in question was very good and they had just got it into inventory. It was almost identical to the other LR4 with some very small minor details. When we got to the trade appraisal and negotiation of vehicle price I did a flashback. I have not been treated like that or seen the old school sales tactics since I was on the finance side of the business myself 25 years ago. This was one of the worst I have ever seen. The sales manager was not of the quality that I would expect to see at a Land Rover dealership. I would expect him and his tactics at a used car lot not associated with any major brand, selling cars that barely roll off the lot. In addition, they attempted to take advantage of the fact that I was from out of state and didn't fully understand the laws around automotive sales in any state other then Colorado as far as I could tell. Last, who ever hear of a document fee of $795! WOW!Needless to say, I was insulted and felt like I had been beat up. I ended up going back to the other Land Rover Dealer and paying slightly more (less if we include the document fee) in order to work with people that treated me with respect. I would avoid this dealer!

I have my RS Sport maintained here and the service experience is exceptional. Often times that an only be validated when you have a problem. I was irritated by a recent experience (vehicle detail not maintenance)- not enough to take my car back but enough to bug me. When I chatted with my service advisor, Sam - yes, you deal with the same person, he confirmed customer saisfaction and quality were what differentiate their service and promptly turned my irritation into the satisfaction I expect.Also, this dealer organizes quarterly off road events for clients , these are not simply riding a dirt track but real 4 wheel drive events designed to demonstrate and familiarize oneself with their vehicle. We all know it'll get to the office and Starbuck's just fine , however take it on a trail rated difficult by the Guide to Colorado Backroads and 4 Wheel Drive Trails and you'll truy have a different sense of your vehicle. They have expert support in attendance to advise along the way, each vehicle has a walkie talkie to ensure good communication and they provide lunch - there is such a thing as a free lunch. The most remarkable thing is, it's part of their service to clients , promoting brand loyaltly and the real camaderie of ike minded owners who want to experience the best 4 wheel drive vehicle in the world. I bought my LR3 here in 2009. The sales crew was very nice and informative. I have taken my LR3 in a few times for service and Tyler and Linda were very good service reps. The prices were a little on the high side but the work done was very good. This location has also offer some off-road events, which my family has taken advantage of twice. Ryan was excellent to work with. He was pleasant and not pushy. I would definitely work with him in the future. Pricing was good, and I used the service department for window tinting, and my experience there was very good as well. The ONLY negative I had with my experience is that I was looking specifically at Nissan Armadas with the "big tow" package rated at 9000 pounds. The Armada I purchased was indicated to have had this. The big tow package includes load leveling suspension and a different gear ratio. When I hooked up my camper, it was obvious that there was no load leveling, so I had to research more. What I found was that the model I purchased (SV) was not available with the big tow package and the highest capacity for 4x4 in this trim is 6500 pounds, well under the 9000 I was looking for. Other than that, we do like the vehicle (although towing through the mountains would have been much better with the increased capacity), and our experience with Ryan was excellent.

My experience was fantastic and always enkoy working with Darrel and John. The service was at the top of the game. Since I am rating the dealership for their service I want to mention something. I am VERY disapointed that one of the benefits that sold me my Land Rover a few years ago was taken away when the new owners came in. The free oil change for life was promised and all of the sudden the new owners did not take on that offer. I work in the business world and when we take over companies and organizations we keep like promises. I find the fact that I had to find out as I was picking my car up from service for its oil change that this benefit is not being honored by new management to be unprofessional. If you had to ask me if I would buy another car from the current owners my answer would be not sure...I sent in an email to the owners via the website about 3 months ago and requested someone to call me from management and that never happened.

I have owned several Rovers and like any mechanical device they have needed repairs at one time or another. A true test of a dealer is how they address something when it ISNT right or up to snuff. Darryl at Land Rover is always able to answer my questions and concerns. When I do go in for service I can easily scedule a time, I get a quality loaner and am kept up to date as to status of the repair. Even in cases where I decided to wait I have been provided with wi-fi, beverages and in a pinch even an office to take a conference call. I tried a couple of third party shops for out of warranty repairs but in the end I didnt feel like I saved any money or got better service. LRDE recently changed ownership and I am happy to say that my experience has improved even above what I had before. Premium vehicle..... Premium service

I'm a jeans and tshirt kind of guy, so I didn't know what to expect at a high end dealership like this. What I got was a team of pros that were extremely friendly and down to earth. Gary lead the way, communicating the whole time with out laying down a ton of pressure. Also, they were all more than understanding when I was dealing the anxiety of "what will my wife think?" Sales person was slow to answer questions at first but after talking to Scott that issue was resolved. I am not thrilled with the company that does the clear bra / tint because the clear bra had to be redone and now my tint has to be redone as well.
