We were shopping for a reliable and luxury SUV. Mr. Appah, from Alexandria Land Rover reached out to us, and scheduled us a test drive according to our busy schedule. Even thought, they did not have what we were looking for in stock in the dealer at the time, Mr. Appah, assisted us to build one with exactly what we need, and the vehicle arrived earlier than we expected. When we got there to pick up our Ranger Rover, the finance manager had already prepared everything ready for us, and did not push us to buy any extra service, which we did not need. She just nicely explained all the pros and cons of each option to us, and let us make our decision. In and out within 30 minutes, and it is definitely a "stress-free" car shopping experience!! Highly recommend!!

Doesn't get any easier. Walked in knowing I was buying a Range Rover. Salesman gave me the down and dirty on each model and made his suggestions. I told them what I expected for my trade, they were very close. I picked the car of choice, Sent the wife by to eyeball the purchase the next day. Financing was arranged before I could get back to sign the papers with a nice low rate. Luxury cars with luxury service. Stop by and see Larry.

I was looking for a brand new Range Rover, and being from Alexandria I went to the Duke Street store. A friend of mine recommended Sam. Sam explained that there was a 3-4 month wait for a new one but that he would call me if anything comes in.After 2 days, Sam called me because he just got 2015 with only a few hundred miles on it. It was the car I wanted. We did the deal in about 30 minutes, nobody tried to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't want or need, and he went over all the features on the car and off I went to my son's birthday party, making it on time.Sam is great to work with....he's been there for 15 years and knows Range Rovers. Plus, he's a good guy! I highly recommend Sam and Land Rover Alexandria.

We purchased our vehicle through pics and conversations with rep from this car dealership. Things are going smoothly but haven't received vehicle yet to comment how well they represented the car. They did have to alter the mileage on the paper work and when asked why there were an additional 130 miles on the car they didn't have an answer except they would be sure to stop driving it. As we had completed the transaction we weren't sure what they were using the car for...

Being retired Navy, I've moved around a lot and purchased more that 12 cares in my life time, Amy, Amanda, and the Land Rover Alexandria team beat all my other car buying experience, hands down. They were fast, professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 1.5 hours. The car was professionally detailed and the quality that you'd come to expect from a dealership the quality of Land Rover. I have been using Alexandria Landrover since 2000 and have never had a problem that they did not either address or resolve immediately. I have owned and serviced three Landrover's with them and have always been happy with the service. I just bought a new LR4 and could not be more pleased with its performance and the customer service and quick response I got from Tim Bohlin. I highly recommend him. I sell real estate part-time in the Appalachian Mountains in WV and have to traverse some crazy, steep, rocky mountain roads in all weather conditions and often times find myself off-roading to get to a specific property and Landrover vehicles have always gotten me there. I have yet to get stuck in the snow, dirt or mud!!!!

I have never been more impressed with a service department. While the dealership is small, their service center and customer service is better than I have experienced with the big dealerships. They were incredibly attentive and upfront about the cost of repairs, any other repairs that might be needed, and were in constant contact with me to let me know the status of my repairs. I enjoyed them so much, I hate that they sell such reliable cars that I won't (hopefully) be spending more time with them. I live in DC and the service at Land Rover Alexandria is worth the drive (even in rush hour traffic)!

This is my second Land Rover/Range Rover and I have used this dealer for service on both vehicles. Customer service is always great. I remember when the loaner vehicle program was only for certain services that took longer than a day, now you get a loaner even if your vehicle will be ready the same evening. Just great and very accommodating. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They could lean a little bit on the labor fees, but overall this is a great place to have service done properly, correctly and timely. They really do care.

I bought my first Land Rover (a Discovery II) in 2001 from Land Rover Alexandria. I bought my second truck, (LR4) from them last week. I've taken my Land Rover for service there, so I feel I can speak to that aspect as well. I'm happy to say that my buying and service experiences have been excellent. We have some specific aspects of our servicing that needs special attention, and the service department has always accommodated us without fuss, often procuring our materials outside their shop. The latest purchase was facilitated by our sales guide, Gian, and Sales Manager, Amanda. They are both fabulous to work with and without question went the extra mile to help us get the deal done. No pressure, always helpful and informative. I'd recommend Land Rover Alexandria to anyone without reservation.

Fairly easy to deal with minimal sales pressure or hawking while looking. Two issues: Was told the LR2 had front sensors which it does not; handoff from salesperson to sales processing was sloppy and unorganized which was frustrating. Specific things lost in the handoff included accounting for my deposit in closing out the sale and being completely forgotten about for at least 40 minutes when I thought they were working on something for me. In all an average experience.

I sent an email asking about a car that was just listed on the website. Larry McClung replied and answered all my questions and sent over additional photographs of the car. They sent a car to pick me up at the office so that I could test drive. All went well, absolutely no pressure, answered all questions I had and shared his experiences with a similar model. When realizing I had been waiting a very long time for the finance and leasing manager, who was involved with another client, Joseph Dizon stepped in and completed the process for me, and I was on the way home with my car.

I was servicing my 2006 Range Rover Sport when I spoke with Gian Bojanovich, sales at Land Rover Alexandria. I mentioned I would be interested in buying another RR Sport if it met a very strict criteria. I gave him a list of multiple things that I wanted and it would literally be a needle in a haystack to find. Over the next two-three weeks Gian B. continue to keep me informed as new inventory arrived and trade ins were taken in. By the third week he found it. The year, model, color, mileage, and interior. He was diligently searching for the perfect car and FOUND IT! The experience is something you will not find in another dealership and very happy with my new purchase. When I first arrived at Land Rover Alexandria the first thing that struck me was the customer service, selection and how clean the facility was. I visited at least three other Land Rover Dealerships in the area and none made me feel like I was going to be a potential purchaser of a high end vehicle. Brandi Senenig worked with me back in April of 2013 when I mentioned that I would be in the market for a possible 2013 Sport late in the year. Other dealerships would have waved that suggestion off and never given me a second look (*another dealership did so I am speaking from experience). Not only did Brandi follow up with me every six weeks or so but also bought to my attention that the new 2014 RR Sport would be available around the Christmas holiday. I had not seen the new version but once I did.. easy choice to wait! Brandi called me early fall to see if I was available to come in and test drive the 2014 and I was hooked!! Finally, Dec 26th I had one to call my own. Brandi was sensational throughout the whole process *service with a smile*... Bridget is an exceptional Sales Guide! This is my second car that she helped me purchase from Land Rover and now I am a loyal customer for life. Everybody there is very helpful and is always willing to pitch in when needed. They truly work as a team to make sure the buyers experience is a great one. Buying a car can be a bit overwhelming but Bridget helped walk me through the entire purchase including taking time after the sale to give me a tutorial on all the features in the car. With both purchases I've made with them, I traded in my previous car and both times after doing much research and checking around with other dealerships, Land Rover Of Alexandria gave me the most money for my trade in, by far. My experience was excellent in all the above, which included a quick description of my needs and your services, a fast in and out with a loaner vehicle and very pleasant interactions with all members of the team. My vehicle had it's inspection and service and an additional request to determine the heating operation in the rear seating area in a day's time. The vehicle was finished, washed, vacuumed and cleaned for pick up that evening. Recently I was introduced to the Alexandria Land Rover dealership after having been treated very poorly at the Annapolis dealership. I was introduced to Steve Lindsey upon scheduling the appointment. I own a 2006 LR3 which was purchased at another dealership. Upon meeting Steve, I found his level of service to be outstanding and had an immediate feel of trust while dealing with him. Here's that catch, the diagnosis of my vehicles issues were so problematic and cost prohibitive that I decided to trade the car in but his (and those in the shop along with the service manager) attention to detail and thorough analysis earned my trust and I felt a great case study of how to capture trust and a customer should be treated. Steve and the service department at Land Rover ended up doing only the work that would allow me to drive the car off the lot which was minimal, but encouraged me to strongly consider not only another Land Rover as a replacement as I would be certain that the Alexandria dealership would be a source of a trusted standard of care, but to buy from this dealership.

Even without an appointment my issue was addressed immediately and because of availability of parts and troubleshooting the problem, the actual repair took place over several days-but the communication was excellent (by Dave the service rep and Mike performing the repair) and gave me comfort that the issue would be resolved to my satisfaction as quickly as possible. Clarity is critical. A consumer just wants straightforward, honest and direct information - even if its bad news. Lack of clarity raises suspicion. The service rep simply can't hem and haw about whether the extended warranty does or does not cover a particular repair. If he doesn't know the answer, get it! Its that simple. Someone has to know the answer. Don't tell me that I have to pay for an inspection and that the repair may or may not be covered. Experiences like this is why the industry has a bad reputation.

This is my second Land Rover purchase and, after a poor experience with the dealer closest to my home, I decided to do some research into other dealers. I found that Land Rover Alexandria was worth the extra drive because they are simply a better dealer than most. Their inventory selection was strong, the sales staff were helpful and they did what they said they would do. Anyone looking for a new Land Rover should visit Land Rover Alexandria.

Contacted LR of Alexandria RE a used BMW Station Wagon. Received a follow up call within 24 hrs, which was great and what I would have expected. The price was fair and wasn't being negotiated. However, I was asking the sales person to arrange for financing options BEFORE making the 3 hr trip to get there to determine whether my negative equity in my current Mercedes would render the trade not worth the loss. The tone changed, and suddenly I could tell the sales person didn't feel the sale was worth the work. She told me she would call me back the following day with the information. I'm still waiting for the call a week later (hypothetically, of course...). Overall, not impressed with the service, which is a shame because my husband's a surgeon and I change cars more than once a year. Their loss. Because of this experience, I won't be working with this dealer in the future. Of this, I am certain. LWCPHD

Having looked a literally 30 different cars and trucks over the last year and getting close to a few different SUVs on a couple of occasions, I decided to drive one of the few vehicles that I had never driven before - a Land Rover. Without hesitation, I went to Alexandria Land Rover and was paired with Brandi - hands down the best salesperson of I ever bought a vehicle from. She knew the product - and LR4 - like the back of her hand, but let the truck sell itself over the course of a long test drive that included a significant side trip to let my wife see it. Decided to buy the truck on the spot, but it was late, so I was back the next evening after work. No fuss, no hard sales, a very fair price and trade in, none the typical after sale selling of coats and under coats. Out like the breeze. Very happy with the truck since and recommend the whole team there, especially Brandi and Amanda very highly.

Tim and his team have been fantastic to work with through every part of the buying process. I've been to many dealerships where they are condescending just because you're a woman or try to talk you into things you clearly don't want - You won't find that here. They have a great selection of beautiful cars, but more importantly, they care about their customers finding the right fit, know a ton about everything in stock, and are more than happy to spend all the time with you that you need to make sure you're making the right decision. We wouldn't buy a car anywhere else.

Contacted the dealer on-line regarding a car on its website. He sent photos that showed the car had been sold. He didn't know it had been sold. I continued to receive emails concerning purchasing the vehicle and still do. Obviously the emails are computer generated and the sales staff is unaware of its inventory status.

I bought my Range Rover three years ago and the sales staff is still great, unlike other places where they hand you off once they have your money. My service adviser Chad is the best. He takes him time with each customer and you never feel rushed or treated like a number. They put on events all year long. When you buy from them, you see them more than your vehicle will. These events help you learn the true capabilities of your Rover and yourself. Although Amanda is the Sales Manager and takes care of you at the dealership, she is the best Host for the sponsored events. We had lots of fun trap shooting this past weekend.

I spoke to Tim Bohlin, he made my buying a luxury truck experience a autumn walk in the park. The vehicle had tire sensor monitor, he offered a loaner pending when the issue will be resolved. I recommend them for car busines. The Mercedes Benz ML 550 is as described.

The customer service was good. However I was not able to drive my car for an entire month, because they had to do some repairs to it. The loaner that they gave me was really nice, so that kept my frustrations to a minimum.
