I would like to rate both Bob Parker and Peter Stafford, they were very pleasant to talk to and listened to what we really wanted. Honest and True to Their Word

This is our third experience at Lamoureux Ford in East Brookfield MA. With the first car, a Taurus sedan, we purchased an extended warranty. The company for the warranty went bankrupt, but Lamoureux stood by their commitment to us and fixed the car free!! We then purchased, three years ago, another used car. Now we have just leased a brand new C-Max Energi. The sales people and owner are hands on but not in your face. There is help with any questions, but no hard sell. We took over two weeks to test drive twice and research our choices. This was never a problem with the sales person, Bob, or the owner [who is frequently present at the dealership]. We travel almost 20 miles to go to this dealership because of their honesty.

Lease Renewal

I was able to renew my lease and go from a 2014 Fusion to 2017 Fusion for less than $2.00 more per month from what I am currently paying. The car has all the same features that I wanted. I am getting the best upgrade possible for basically the same cost. The whole process was so easy and without any interruption. I brought the old one in and drove off in the new one. No issues with financing, taxes, title, registration, going to insurance company of the registry of motor vehicles. The best part? John Boxshus makes it all happen without any headache or worries or problems. So much easier when you have someone and a dealership that you have faith in and can trust to treat you right and take care of transportation needs.

They Listen to the Customer.

For the past eleven years, we have had Lameroux Ford be our dealership for vehicle purchase and services. We have just completed the purchase of our fourth vehicle from them. Besides their friendly and comfortable manners, I have noticed that they really listen to the customers. Whether it was "what we were looking for in our next vehicle" or in the service and parts department listening to us when we needed services. They listened and performed as we wanted. We have purchased two new and two used vehicles from the dealership, and have found that the used vehicles look and perform just as well as the new vehicles; and neither ever gave us any problems outside of normal wear and tear. Great Experience

I just bought a new 2.7 V6 F150 from Lamoureux. I was able to search their inventory online, visit the dealer ship to sit down with Bill who listened to what I was looking for and showed me the trucks that I would most likely be interested in. He explained to me the differences between engines and models which really helped me make my final decision. Not a Ford enthusiast to begin with, but won't buy anything different in years to come following a very helpful and patient gentleman so rare in car salesmen Bob wasn't rushed as we drove several autos at first around the lot and then onto the highway. He even took an auto off the showroom floor with ABSOLUTELY no hesitation to satisfy a woman's whim, that that one might be the one Ilike better than the last. I have purchased cars at many dealerships over the years and every time I've felt like I was getting taken advantage of. Lamoureux Ford was a completely different experience and I was pleasantly surprised. The sales person Gary Pion went out of his way to prove that my experience at Lamoureux would be better and he didn't let us down. There was no pressure to "buy right now", in fact he encouraged me to take a day or so to think about my future purchase. They made sure that my preowned Ford Escape was in tip-top shape and even replaced the tires, breaks, and belt before even putting the vehicle on the sales floor! I will feel very safe driving my suv for a long time without the fear of it breaking down and needing repairs anytime soon.I'm a very happy customer. Don't go anywhere else. Go to Lamoureux. I just purchased my 7th vehicle from Lamoureux Ford, this one being a Ford Edge Titanium. My Ford purchases over the years have been personal, spouse and for family members. The sales person in all instances has been Marc Kokansky. Lamoureux prides themselves on trust, fair value and service and as such, albeit they have other as qualified sale staff, I have stuck with Koko. Marc is low key, his knows his products and best of all, he is patient thus allowing the buyer to make his choice instead of the typical sales pressure. A value missing from other sales people where as an example during my most recent purchase, I visited other dealerships to consider purchases of a new Volvo or a Denali and came back to Lamoureux because no one can meet or beat the over all purchase experience that they offer, One last thing: With seven cars purchased and since all vehicles need service, Lamoureux Ford has the best Service and Parts Department Manager, that being Charlie Pane running the show, A good HONEST service department is just as important as the brand of vehicle that you buy. Lamoureux, has all the ingredients to make you want to come back.

A different experience than what I'm used to

These guys are great. We worked with Bill Thibaud. Several trips back and forth due to us being a little indecisive. Bill was patient and vey helpful offering several choices/ options. At no point was Bill pushy or wanting to persuade us in any particular direction. Didn't hound us with phone calls after we looked and left a couple of times. In fact never even asked for our contact info. I liked that. Many other dealers force you into filling out all kinds of paperwork and then call incessantly. Bill listened to what we wanted and told us what he thought would work for our needs. What was different here was that everyone at this dealership was respectful. Business manager was very easy to deal with and found us the best finance options for what we wanted payment wise. Spent the time to show us the numbers for several options and gave an honest opinion about what he thought was the best way to go. You feel comfortable here and don't feel like you are at the typical sleazy car dealer where you almost know you are being taken advantage of. From Sales to the Service Dept we have had nothing but great experiences at Lamoureaux and would highly recommend them.

Want to buy a car from them across country? No problem!

I got word that Lamoureux Ford had an allocation for a GT350, I immediately called and Dan Para picked up the phone. Within 15 minutes, I was able to get a deposit and lock in the deal. Best part was, they didn't charge any mark up. It was an excruciating near 4 month wait from order date to delivery, and Dan was patient and friendly with me whenever I would contact him to check up on the order.When the car finally came, they honored my OCD requests without any hesitation, and even went beyond them. That's something that I really appreciated. The transaction and paperwork was painless, and the car was picked up by the shipping company within a few days. When the car arrived, I was really speechless, and the car was perfect.I would like to thank Dan for all of his help, and being such an awesome person to deal with. Bill Thibaud is great.

I'm not the most decisive person. When my 2005 Honda died after 11 years of service, I sadly had to choose a new car. Bill Thibaud was very patient with me, listened to what I was looking for, and helped me through the (lengthy...) process of choosing the best car for my current needs with no pressure, even with all my hemming and hawing. Easiest Auto Purchase I Ever Made!

My wife and I went to see Koko because he had sold many trucks to the company I work for. Right from the start of our visit our experience was pleasant, from the receptionist, to the salesman, to the owner. Having purchased two other vehicles elsewhere within the last three years, I was expecting a battle for a decent price and planned on a few hours of sitting waiting for paperwork. It was a nice surprise to be treated fairly on price and be on our way home within a couple hours including two test drives. When we picked up the vehicle of course it was ready, cleaned perfectly, gassed up,registered and inspected. Other places would have required a trip back for inspection sticker. Koko sat in the car with us and showed us all the features and how to operate them even syncing our phones.I would absolutely return to buy again and refer my family and friends.Thank you Koko and Mark Lamoureux.

Best Car Buying Experience I have had so Far

First impressions count for a lot. Right off When I Talked to Dan Para I knew this was going to be a different buying experience. Dan was not Pushy in any way asking exactly what I was looking for and Actually listening to what I said. So I test drove a couple of trucks decided on what one I wanted and Started the Paperwork. Then Derek Bachand that was on Vacation the day I Came in for the test drive took over and continued the no Pressure deal . They were both very helpful and Knowledgeable on the Vehicle . They kept me up to speed from start to delivery. I have to say I grew up involved in a car dealership and Know all the tricks and I visited other Ford dealers first on Bad information and was Treated with the old Bait and switch and many other things none of which exist at Lamoureaux Ford. Surprised by the deal!

I always wait several months to form opinions on cars. This is my second Ford in my life. My first was a Windstar. Let's not go there...I had a ten year old Chevrolet to get rid of before it got rid of me. When I drove into Lamoureaux Ford they really mad me feel at ease. I think it could have been on fire and still have had some trade in value. I explained to Derek what I wanted: a used F150, fairly loaded and I was paying cash but I had an upper limit. He zeroed in on a vehicle that they had taken in on trade a couple days earlier.The asking price was of course above my budget but when we sat down their first offer, including the trade in was actually below. I negotiated a few hundred more off and we settled the deal.The truck is great! Everything I need and when it is ready to go I will definitely be back. In fact I own other vehicles and plan on replacing them with Fords, here, in the no too distant future.Highly, highly recommend Lamoreaux Ford. I located the car working with Peter Stafford the finance manager, who went out of his way to find me the perfect car and arranged for me the best financing. I would not think of buying a Ford from any other dealer. I have purchased quite a few vehicles over the years from them and have never been disappointed. I've had a few problems with a couple of vehicles(new car issues) and have always been very happy with how they handled things. their sales staff is friendly (not phony). Best experience I've had with a vehicle acquisition

Ihad been looking for some time, at a number of makes and models, was tiring of the whole shopping experience. Recently went to Lamoroux at the suggestion of a good friend who knew Ford was among the finalists on my list. Bob Parker treated me with professionalism, respect, and patience. (As a female writing this, that's pretty shocking in and of itself. I found most other salesmen at other dealerships to be condescending, or spoke mostly to the male friends I brought along for moral support.) I felt no pressure in the showroom, or on the test drive. I got no emails, and did not have to dodge calls and vm's on my phone. When I went back, the buy vs. lease conversation was clearly explained, with the pro's and con's of each. If you are looking for a fair price on a great vehicle, and want the freedom to shop, think, and decide in peace, go to Lamoureaux Ford! My husband & I were looking to replace his Chevy S-10 pick-up. We started looking at small pick-ups but then thought about our age & realized we wanted something more comfortable for our next vehicle. We looked online for a few different makes & thought it would be best to support a local dealer.We stopped by Lamoureux Ford on a Saturday during Memorial Day weekend & were ready to buy. We were introduced to Derek Bachand who discussed the different options for the Ford Escape that we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable & friendly & we felt very comfortable with him. Several years ago I stopped by the dealership just to browse and met Marc KoKansky. I was surprised by a personalized letter from him a couple of weeks later. Recently I was looking for a specific vehicle and stopped in to see him. Marc made sure he knew everything we were looking for and then some! While Marc took a short vacation we also worked with other members of the staff, all of them friendly and extremely helpful! Upon purchasing the car, Marc took the time, as much as we needed, to provide a tutorial on the features and functionality of the car prior to us driving off the lot.
