I would highly recommend Lambo of Dallas! I had phone conversations with many Lambo dealerships while trying to purchase a gallardo as I live in the north east and all my prospects where out of state (I was not impressed), finally I found Lambo Dallas who looked out for me in many ways before I even came down to buy the car,needless to say because of (Travis) Lambo of Dallas I was able to finally make a trip all set up for me when I dropped off my car for a clutch replacement they alerted me of several recalls, again Travis jumped on everything for me in a time frame that was unreal and then they set up delivery for me. I went back to home town the day I dropped off and felt completely comfortable leaving my Lambo in their hands. They were GREAT start to finish and everything went as planned! My car was delivered 2 days ago and everything is fantastic!!! Again I couldn't be happier with Travis and the rest of his Lambo team, I feel they went above and beyond! Purchase of Ferrari F-12 Berlinetta

I have purchased several Ferraris and Lamborghinis over the years. I would rate this purchase experience near the top of my list. I was an out-of-state buyer so most of the transaction was conducted over the phone and internet. John Hrad was my sales consultant; he was helpful and courteous throughout the entire process. When you are buying a higher end car sight unseen, you need to rely on the sales consultant to give you the straight scoop. When the car arrived is was exactly how John had described it - no surprises. John gave me an initial shipping estimate, but when the actual cost came in $200 less he passed the savings along to me. Mike D at Lambo Dallas is best sales guy ever!

I'm not a fan of dealing with sales people who are pushy, smaltzy, lie, cheat steal, and will sell ice to an Eskimo to make a deal......so in general I don't have a good opinion of sales people. Mike D breaks that model for me! I have just purchased my second car from him and while yes the cars represented at Lambo D are top notch, Mike's attitude and way of dealing with me is PERFECT! Ask him a question, for additional information, or go to bat for you and he does it! Mike answers his phone, his e-mails, always and never once pushed me in a direction I didn't want to go. Super nice, super helpful and gave me the time to make my decision. I'm not stupid rich so I protect every dollar and have to feel right about what I'm doing when I make a high dollar purchase. IF I were Mike I'd think I was crazy with all the questions I ask, and the hemming and hawing I do before I finally just go for it. I already told Mike I hope to be back in 2-3 years with another trade up interest and will definitely do business with him and Lambo D!

Although I never physically visited your dealership, my experience via telephone and email with John Hrad was most professional. Purchasing a car sight unseen is somewhat nerve racking, however John was able to set my mind at ease through the entire deal.

they treated me like i was buying a new car, not used;)

i bought a used gallardo from these guys, it was a hard negotiation but in the end the price was really good, then i couldn't have it shipped until i sold my ferrari as i had to free up garage space, and they were kind enough to store it for free for THREE MONTHS, then they treated me as if i had bought it new for $250,000, rather than used for $125,000, which is really unusual as normally dealerships, even exotic ones, treat the new car sales customers much better than used bc they make more $ off of them, john hrad was very fair, nice and knew a lot about the car, i had a preinspection done and picked up a minor problem with the convertible top, so they immediately fixed it, no questions asked, they also agreed to replace all filters and top up all fluids, even after delivery they were kind enough to walk me through the car's controls, etc, so just a FANTASTIC STAFF AND EXPERIENCE, no wonder why they are one of the highest-rated lambo dealers in the COUNTRY, i should also mention sales manager louie bonsukan was also very nice and fair which is not always the case with sales managers:)

Experience at Lamborghini Dallas

Scot Whitworth was my salesman. He was very professional and new a lot about cars we looked at.We first looked at a Huracan, both my wife and I drove it. The lease company killed the deal on that car. I have excellent credit but they wanted $90K down. We were also interested in a 2012 McLaren. We purchased that car instead of leasing. Again, Scot was knowledgeable on the car we were interested in and made a reasonable deal. We left the car so they could paint the wheels and I am due to pick it up tomorrow. Overall good experience except for the leasing company.

Las year I purchased from them a brand new Aventador and the process was so smooth that right then and there I decided I would use them again for any future purchases, and I DID!! Shahram and John took my call about a dead battery in my R8 (It's not a simple replacement in these cars), quoted me a price half of what the dealership wanted and told me to bring it in right away for service. I was expecting to leave the car overnight but Shahram told me he would have it back to me in 45 minutes. Wow... people just don't expect service like that on automobiles these days. Thanks guys.

After researching quite a bit over the internet for the best Lamborghini dealership in the country and zeroing down on Lamborghini Dallas, it turned out to be one of the most amazing buying experiences for me. John Hrad was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions as a first time buyer with tremendous patience, never ever resorting to a condescending tone which some of the luxury/exotic dealers seem to use sometimes. He was gracious and open enough to rate my choices of vehicles that I have short-listed scouring the various dealerships, never ever trying to push me into a choice ! Louie was supercool with all the paperwork and finance angle. The whole process once I finalized the vehicle to its arrival in California took just 14days. Whether this is your first super car or your tent supercar there's no better place to go. everyone there is low-pressure very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I had a mechanical issue with my purchase a month after I brought it home - they fixed it no charge no questions asked and apologized to me for the inconvenience. This was a car without a warranty so they were not obligated to help, but they did it anyway. Don't waste your time anywhere else, go there, go to the best!

Had a bit of a panic when i thought the alternator went out - turned out it was the tensioner. I took delivery of a 2006 Gallardo SE. The entire transaction went smoothly, even with a minor hiccup with the paperwork, Louie and Mike resolved it in literally 5 minutes. The car was delivered promptly via GTS auto and on time (earlier than expected). The driver was courteous and respectful to the vehicle as he was backing it out the trailer. From the first day I called Mike to enquire about the Gallardo without knowing my financial background, he took the time to answer my questions thoroughly and helped me decide on what vehicle to choose. Unlike other dealerships who didn't bother to return my calls, Mike did and was very patient as I had a contingency on my previous vehicle. Used car purchase

I recently purchased a used Ferrari 458.Their description of the car was very accurate. They told me when I could pick the car up and it was ready on time and it had been prepped like a concourse auto !!! I asked if it had two keys, they said yes, but when I picked the car up, it only came with one....... No problem, they ordered a key from Ferrari and will pay the cost to have it programmed, with a smile. I highly recommend them as an honest, pleasant dealership.

terrible service

I visited this location two times for warranty service and I was totally disappointed and unhappy with their level of service. For the first visit, I found out when I came back home that the issue that I visited for was not fixed at all.So I had to visit the dealership again for the same issue and explained the issue to service director nicely and in detail.A week later after the second visit, I noticed that they damaged my vehicle.They were supposed to replace some parts on the rear spoiler, but they just put some glue and applied heat on the area by damaging my vehicle.It seemed like the service director would not listen when I explained the issue and he did whatever he wanted to do. Very unprofessional !!!

john hrad was very pleasant to work with and also efficient and honest, the only thing he could have done better is perhaps call me at my office when he said he would, although i do understand there is a 1-hour time differencei haven't received my car yet, as i didn't bother flying out to dallas from NYC, i just hired an inspector, who was the same one that john used once to inspect a sports car he was buying for himself. clearly there is a potential for a conflict-of-interest since i used the inspector that john recommended, but this does indicate the level of trust i have for johnthe inspector found out that the mechanism to close the convertible top was a bit misaligned, so john had the mechanics disassemble it and bend it back so now it is much more aligned, still not perfect but instead of being off by a noticeable 3/4" it is now off by only 1/4" which isn't really very noticeable and doesn't affect the operation (which wasn't even affected when off 3x more)he also agreed to replace all filters and top off all fluids and change the oil and provide a new oil filter, and also furnish a car cover bc the old one "went missing" sometime during it's ownershipoverall, very pleasant to deal with, although i won't get my car until may so ask me later for more complete feedback once i actually get and drive my lambo!:)

My current purchase is my fifth car from Lamborghini Dallas. Lamborghini Dallas is absolutely a fantastic group of people to deal with. I recently purchased a 2014 Audi R8 from Lamborghini Dallas. Although I live in Southern California I flew to Texas to make this purchase. After finding the car online I called the dealer and spoke with John Hrad. I found him to be helpful, friendly, knowledgable, and professional. He even had an Uber car pick me up at the airport. even after the deal was made he spent sufficient time with me explaining some of features of the car that I was not familiar with. Perfect Buying Experience

For the past twenty years, I have bought cars from one person. I bought Porsches when he was at Porsche---five of them. I bought Audis from him when he moved to Audi---seven of them. I became accustomed to a personalized buying experience that was respectful, honest and tailored to my needs. I walked into Lamborghini Dallas without an appointment and was paired with John Hrad. He had never met me, and he had no reason to think that I came to buy my perfect Huracan. I had done extensive nationwide research to locate the exact car that I wanted and flew to Dallas expressly to see this car. John was professional and accommodating. He honestly answered questions that I had about buying a car from a location several hundred miles from where it will be garaged. He provided me the type of buying experience I had become accustomed to over the past 20 years from one of my best friends. That type of approach is my definition of professional: treat everyone as a VIP. Thank you, John for your care and attention. Questions over email were answered the day they were received. All telephone calls were returned. He assisted me with every question I had as I completed the elements of the transaction from several hundred miles away. I cannot recommend this dealership more strongly! My car buying has been predicated upon a relationship with the person I'm buying from and John understands the value of that. The Best Cay Buying experience Ever

Purchase of 2013 Aston Martin Vantage

I had been looking for a used low mileage Aston Martin Vantage for about a year and found one that perfectly matched my search criteria at Lamborghini Dallas. I live on the East Coast and was a little wary of purchasing the car unseen from a dealer I had no experience of. However, I have to say that after a couple of minutes speaking with John Hrad, my anxiety levels dropped to pretty well zero. He was very reassuring and came over as totally genuine in presenting the vehicle, it's history and how it came to have so few miles on it. Our e-mail exchanges were very efficient and he was always very responsive to my questions. The purchase process could not have been better and I'd also thank Louie, the General Sales Manager, for his help in getting documents exchanged overnight. My car just arrived today and is exactly as portrayed in the photos and by John's description. I am extremely happy and would highly recommend John and the team at Lamborghini Dallas to anyone looking to purchase an exotic vehicle.

Outstanding Customer Service

A few weeks ago I bought a new Lamborghini Huracan for Lamborghini Dallas and I have to tell you that it was the best experience I have ever received. I personally had the opportunity to work with the General Manager Tim and he was great! He was very professional and patient. Tim took time to search different options and walk me through pro's & con's of different cars and options. Tim and staff went far out of their way to make my experience great and 100% satisfied. In addition to Tim, I worked closely with Louie in finance and we was great making sure I had the best rates and options available. His business relations are outstanding and was able to make things happen that normal finance guys wouldn't be able to do. The entire staff is great, friendly and easy to work with. Everyone was willing to help and supported one another to make sure the customers are taken care of. In addition, I always come in the dealer to buy parts or have custom parts added on my cars and the service guys (Shahram & Staff) and great and Mark in parts is always helpful and willing to research and look up parts and other options and share what others have done. Overall, I have always had a great experience at Lamborghini Dallas and they have always made me feel special and provided customer service well beyond my expectations. Easy and quick purchase experience.

Showed up on a Saturday morning. Went for a quick test drive. Completed the sale later that afternoon. Scott was transparent and fair. They offered me a reasonable price for my trade. Was in and out in 15 minutes once the deal was agreed upon. Highly recommend.

Lamborghini Dallas Nightmare

I have waited a couple months to cool off from this horrible experience before reviewing this dealership. I bought a 2010 Ferrari 458 Italia sight unseen off the internet. I trusted these people so much I did not have it inspected or anyone look at it until it was delivered to me with 33k in damages and was told "Wes, this is your car and you need to deal with it. Things happens and it sucks, but it is what it is. It happens to us all the time and we just have to deal with itso should you. This is a dealer to dealer sale, and in the state of Texas all dealer to dealer sales are AS IS WHERE IS. We didnt do anything wrong on our end. For that matter.neither did the transport company! They cant control some other driver hitting them! It isnt their fault either. It is minor damage that can easily be fixed."You be the judge. Did I get the cold shoulder from the dealership after I paid 194,500 for the car?I refused delivery and was told I would have to pay storage if I didn't accept it. I had never seen the car a day in my life until their contracted transportation company (Perez Transport LLC) and who they also signed a electronic contract with on Central Dispatch with their dealer account. I have since stored the car in my garage and filed suit against this dealership under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act.. This transaction will end with the dealer doing the right thing. They just are not sure what that is as of yet. THEY DID NOT VERIFY INSURNACE COVERAGE ON FERNANDO PEREZ. WHICH IS NONE !!! THEY DID NOT VERIFY HE HAD AUTHORITY TO LEAVE TEXAS. IT SAYS TX ONLY ON THE DISPATCH SHEET. Lastly a 1998 Dodge Viper is missing from a transport that Perez Transport Picked up from Albuquerque and has not been delivered in 45 days so far now.. Also check with Skip Harmon at Allen Samuels Chevrolet Corpus Christi on his 2015 Chevrolet Z06 Stingray that Perez transport damaged and left in a junk yard with a key in the tailpipe 3 weeks ago.. Is this a transport company a reputable dealership gets to transport a 200k Ferrari. When Lamborghini Dallas rectifies this situation I will reevaluate my opinion of them.

2013 Lamborghini Gallardo

This is the third vehicle that I have purchased from the Boardwalk Auto Group and each experience has been stellar. The process was amazingly seamless. The Lamborghini Dallas dealership provided an outstanding sales and service experience which is exactly what you expect from a Lamborghini dealership. John, Scott and Mike were very knowledgeable and informative about the various vehicle options, and actually knew which car would be the right one for me before I did!Working with Tim and Louie was more like a conversation than a sales process. Sharam had the car in perfect condition when I took delivery. Overall a very professional and low effort process, these guys are truly the best!

Dealing with Scot Whitworth was great

Scot was readily accessible by phone (including cell) and email. He addressed my questions promptly and took the time to send close-up pics of the front end of the vehicle so I could see that it wasn't a victim of "road rash". He went over the 2010 Ferrari California thoroughly and replaced parts that weren't functioning properly.

First Time Purchase from Lamborghini of Dallas

I was interested in adding a Lamborghini to my garage. A friend recommended I contact Scot Whitworth at the dealership. I made an appointment and flew in the Dallas to look at the cars, I had not owned or driven a Lamborghini before. I had done quite a bit of research on-line before the trip. Scot was patient and answered my questions and explained the features on the car. I was upfront with him and told him the price point and year model had I in mind. Scot showed me the cars that met those criteria. He also recommended a specific car that the dealership had sold and serviced. On Monday following the weekend trip we agreed to a price and started the paper work. The car was delivered to Midland on August 7th. I was very happy with the attention given me at the dealership, the process of getting the paper work done and getting the car delivered.

Excellent Buying Experience!!

Ive purchased many vehicles throughout my life and have had mixed experiences. Most of them were bad, that are usually expected from a typical dealership. I was in the market for exotics (Lamborghini, Ferrari, etc.) so visited few dealerships, and, given my age was normally brushed off, but at minimum, never given a serious consideration. The experience that I had at the Lamborghini Dealership of Dallas was totally different! It was certainly one of the most positive car buying experiences that Ive ever had.. I worked with Mike Durkey on the sale and Louie Bonsukan on the financing side. Mike and Louie were clear on all the questions that I asked, no surprises! I am from Ohio so I worked with Mike through few phone calls and then went to Dallas to finalize the deal. Mike and Louie made the whole process very smooth from start to finish and I was able to purchase my first exotic 2012 Lamborghini Gallardo LP550-2. I would recommend anyone I know looking for a new or used exotic to contact Lamborghini Dallas. My next car purchase will definitely be from this dealership!!

Expedient.

This is an excellent facility. I brought my Murcielago in for a scheduled appoinment and the work was completed 3 hours ahead of schedule and the job done was fantastic. Brought my 14' LP550 in for an annual service, fixed a broken vent and a recall item way in advance of when it was promised and I even dropped it off last minute. Given this is my first service with a car like this, I was a little worried about how my car would look when it was finished. My experience with other high end german vehicles has always yielded a filthy engine bay, and sometimes damage to the part that was being fixed/replaced. I never felt like the dealer cared what condition they returned my car. Here at Lamborghini Dallas, the engine was still clean, there was no damage to my car, and despite not getting washed (I asked them not to, I like to handle that myself) it was still clean, free of dust and fingerprints. Extremely impressed with how everyone treated me, responded to e-mails and such. Top notch business and customer service. This is a good time to mention that Shahram also went above and beyond and helped me out tremendously when I moved here from out of state when I needed assistance with my vehicle getting dropped off before I made it in town. Thank you again. The only criticism I would give is that they need a new vehicle to use as a shuttle. I appreciate that they have one at all, but the pickup looks like its seen better days:) Since I'm new to the area and don't know many people to give me a ride, maybe I'm the only one who uses it, haha

Once nice, second time not so much...

Sold my Huracan via consignment and that sale went smooth. Unfortunately was not able to strike a deal on another one from them due to pricing. Huracan is a great car though and would highly recommend the car.

I contacted this dealer a fee months ago to inquire about the new Huracan, next I was ordering two Huracans one for myself and one for my best friend. Thanks to John and Louie, I had another excellent buying experience. Literally, after one phone call was made and three subsequent emails later I had essentially purchased a vehicle. The docs were sent by Fed-Ex to the middle of nowhere in Texas and I closed the deal. Efficient is an understatement. My first supercar purchase was an easy one!

I'd never purchased a supercar before, so I had a lot of questions. John Hrad took the time to educate me and help me get a better comfort level with the purchase that I was thinking of making. Negotiation was relatively straightforward -- once we started talking price, we had come to an agreement in a matter of hours. I flew down to look at the car and test drive it, and John spent a few hours with me walking me through the car, and through their dealership and service area. I got the whole thing done in just about 4 hours.

The perfect 458

While searching for a 458, I never expected to find it at a Lamborghini dealership in Texas. Since I am located in California, I had to take Scot's word on how perfect it was and perfect it most certainly is. Scot Whitworth was extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. We could not have been more pleased. My wife is also excited, since this is her early 20th anniversary gift.

I was impressed with how easy it was to order a brand new car. I was only in the dealership 5 min. Rest of the transaction was done all online. I was kept in the loop of the progress the car was making as it was getting built and John Hrad was very flexible when it came time to take delivery of the car. The purchase of any large ticket item should be treated with an equal amount of respect and care regardless of the price and brand. Over the years I have purchased many cars and am surprised how I have been treated and the cavalier mentality at many dealers. At times it is the difference between an employee and a team player. Many employees just care about getting paid, not the product or the personal interest in how they perform. This is not the case with Lamborghini of Dallas. Their respect, care and attention to details was ever so present. Couple that with a child hood dream and fantastic product and you have a recipe for success. Smooth sales experience!

Louie worked hard to get me approved for the loan as my credit was not the best. I have known John for many years being a previous Lamborghini owner and he was friendly as ever.

I bought a Lamborghini Gallardo sight unseen and worked with John Hrad. Not only did John provide fast responses, he was also very thorough to answer my questions. I can tell that he is very knowledgeable and follows up with his tech team to ensure that questions are thoroughly answered. John and team are reasonable and very accommodating with requests. When the PPI results came in, he ordered parts from Italy to replace components that can be argued as wear and tear. John even replaced potentially problematic components, which I'm sure is quite expensive to do, caused by a previous owner. For example, John and team replaced a wheel for me due to a crack that was welded. The wheel was functional, it was not a visible flaw, and there were no other issues. I'm sure other dealers would have argued about replacing such items, chalking them to previous owners and as-is condition. However, John and team truly went above and beyond in ensuring that the car came in perfect form.The car was delivered in essentially like new condition and I could not have asked for more. After following up with John for further questions he answered promptly and thoroughly again. I wasn't left by the wayside after consummation of the transaction. I felt like they were always by my side, as corny as that may sound.Fantastic and smooth transaction, and you can't get any better for a Lamborghini Dealership. They're definitely my go to guys for a Lamborghini upgrade in the future. I suggest you work with them to buy your next exotic without hesitation.

John provides excellent customer service. He was very helpful in the ordering process of a new Huracan. While waiting for the Huracan, he also helped me sell my black R8. A few weeks later, I had the urge to buy newer white R8 to hold me over till the Huracan arrives. John and Tim helped me find a good deal on one. I highly recommend John's professionalism and calm demeanor in these purely emotional buys. He responds very quickly to emails and keeps you updated on status. Excellent Experince with Lamborghini Dallas

This was my first purchase from Lamborghini Dallas and hopefully not my last one. I had dealt with John Hrad and his professionalism was top notch. I'm a seasoned exoticar buyer/owner of Lamborghini, Ferrari, Bentley, Lotus and other interesting cars based in Los Angeles. I never thought I would be purchasing a super car via the internet, but I did and I am thoroughly thrilled with the entire experience. It could not have been any easier or straightforward. By chance, my salesperson was John Hrad, who I found out, has been with the dealership for ten years. John does not fit the stereotypical used car salesman, being reliable, honest, and very easy to deal with!John arranged the pickup of my trade at my home and the delivery of the new car, and all with not a problem, right on time. I have purchased many cars in my time, but this is the first I purchased a high dollar vehicle through an email only. I knew immediately that this would be an honest and simple transaction, and Louie and John made it very easy and comfortable. I'm a car geek - pure and simple. In the last 20 years I've purchased and sold (for my personal use) 17 automobiles.
