Awesome experience!

Jamie greeted my wife and I at the door of the dealership after we had driven to Lake Norman from Columbia, SC. Right away he showed us the Jeeps that we had found online. Extremely knowledgeable when answering our questions about the difference in Jeep models. Previously we had visited 4 dealerships that day and Jamie by far was the best salesperson we had met. If your looking for a new vehicle, find Jamie, and he will take care of you. Even after we bought the Jeep we told Jamie that we had a check engine light on in our truck and he went and got a DTC reader. Found what the problem was and will be getting it in to a dealership soon!Oh ya free snacks and drinks while your at the dealership!

Quick and easy

I found the Jeep I wanted online. When I stopped by the dealership Ed and Tracy were very helpful, but not pushy. The laid back atmosphere really stands from other dealerships. Most places act as if the world will end if you don't buy that minute, but these guys made it a quick and comfortable experience. They worked with us on the price and I left thinking I got a really good deal. I love my new Jeep!

Buying from Samuel DeWitt

We worked for a couple of days with Sam DeWitt. We left and visited a few other dealership but came back to this one to finish up with Sam. He was knowledgeable, not too pushy, let us drive any car we requested. We left for lunch on Saturday and were going to return. Sam wasn't anxious about fears of us not returning and that was great so we even offered to buy his lunch. Now, I have never liked a salesman enough to buy their lunch. He was great. The dealership was so clean as well. The finance guy we worked with really good as well.

I purchased a new 2016 Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon earlier this year with Willie Brown as my sales agent and was extremely satisfied. At the time, I was traveling a lot for work and Willie made the transaction extremely uncomplicated and I was done in a record amount of time. Additionally, Willie knew all the details of the vehicle and even pointed out things to me I had not uncovered in my own reserach. On top of this, I felt I got the Jeep at very reasonable price. All around, this was one of the best vehicle purchases I've had in my ~25 years of driving!

Bought our first car!

My husband and I went out looking to buy our first car as a married couple on Saturday. Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram was the first place that we went to and we worked with Sam. He was so great to work with! He helped us compare the cars, was able to answer all of our questions and got us into the car that best fit us in this phase of our lives. We left for lunch to think on it, went to a couple other dealerships, and came back and bought our car. We are loving it and loved having someone so great to work with! We then sat down to figure out financing for the car and got to sit with Ervin who was another fantastic employee to work with. he made us feel very comfortable and really helped us to understand all of the decisions we were making. He was so easy to get along with! We had a great first time (together) car buying experience.

Wonderful Experience

These guys made my car buy experience less scary. They really worked hard to keep me within my budget and even did much of the work me having to physically be present at the location. Eric Peters was my sales rep and he did a great job of providing excellent costumer service, and product knowledge both at the same time.

Slow greet in quick lane; great sales process, fast!

Service in the quick lane is VERY slow to start but once you get someone service is fast and good. If you are going to offer a quick oil lane then customers expect to get greated immediately and kindly.

Great service department for the Ram brand. And if that wasnt enough in my situation. I found the service department was able to perform a warrantee diagnostic as fast as humanly possible and I was on my way again in short order with RV in tow. Thank you once again

Wrangler for a Wrangler

I had been looking for a chance to trade in my 08 Wrangler Unlimited for a new one. Mark contacted me and we set up a time for meeting because I live an hour away. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Originally read some good reviews about this dealership, but got there to make a purchase and was VERY DISAPPOINTED! In all of my car buying experiences (which has been a lot) this was the WORST! They made me feel very rushed- I guess because it was a Sunday evening and they were ready to go home..but I was there to buy a car, not just browse & waste time! I had been in contact with the dealership since 10:45am that morning! They knew I was there to BUY and still treated me poorly! Salesman gave me the run around on several different things...including getting a second key for my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Everything was all well and good until after paperwork was signed then all the sudden it was "out of everyone's hands"- no one could help, not even the manager! And all Mark could tell me was "I'm just the salesman"- YES, YES YOU ARE- so you are there to HELP me! He acted like he didn't know anything. The vehicle was filthy inside- I asked could a few spots be cleaned up and that was never done. Got home and had to spend over an hour cleaning the inside windows and such that literally had black coming off them. I was sent home without necessary paperwork- including my bill of sale all because everyone there was in a hurry. Have tried speaking with Jack, the owner- but have yet to do so. This dealership is the true definition of car scams and rip off's! I would never ever recommend anyone go here! I will never return to this dealership for anything! We had 2 family members interested in purchasing Jeeps and we have already told them to steer clear of this place!

Excellent Service, satisfied customers

From start to finish Kyle O. made sure we were taken care of facilitating all of our needs, educating us to all of our options, while making sure that we were getting the best deal available, all staff were friendly and the finance guy was awesome too!! He actually got us a way better deal then we initially expected with our finance rate. Mind you the staff seems to be well versed in there positions, they seem to be timing themselves to make sure that you are not waiting for a long time on any of the car buying process..Kyle was very patient and answered all of my questions, I was excited and nervous to purchase my awesome brand new 2017 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited, but Kyle made sure my husband and I were comfortable and they even have a little coffee and cookie shop, we relaxed and had coffee while finance finished up!! Very good experience

Read the fine print

I found the jeep and deal I wanted online and completed the majority of deal over the phone and thru email. I feel there was fraud due to the fact that the purchase price was not what was agreed upon and reviewed more than 5 times. The staff was pleasant, but when you look back and realize you were lied to how can you say great things?

Great Experience

Randy was great to work with, very patient and was not pushy at all. He literally had every single feature of the vehicle memorized and walked us through every single one and the benefits of each. Clearly he is a conscientious employee who makes an effort to be extremely well informed about his products. My wife and I were there with our 5-year old daughter and he made a sincere effort to include them and speak to my daughter throughout the process. Cory was our finance specialist and he was also very easy to deal with. I've purchased several cars before and know that the finance guys can occasionally get fairly aggressive in the attempt to sell additional products, insurance, etc. Cory offered some things but in the end did not push anything. He was also very patient with my daughter who was eating a rather crummy muffin on his desk.Overall, great experience.

We went in to take a vehicle in for service that we had purchased last year. My wife was completely against the idea of getting her a new vehicle. After talking with Mark and showing her the vehicle I wanted her to have, Mark was able to help me convince her that she needed a new one. Uses Sales Gimmicks to get you to buy

Do not buy a car or truck from these people! I purchased a new Dodge Ram 1500 Crew Cab in 2014 under their "free tires for life" and "free oil changes for life" promo. After the first year they said I had to pay extra for synthetic oil, because that was what Dodge recommended. I payed the additional cost because I thought I had to, even though I supposedly had "free oil changes for life". They replaced my first set of tires around 40,000 miles, at which point they said I was putting excessive miles on the truck and that there might be issues if I continued with that kind of mileage. I didn't think mileage even mattered! Recently I called to get the next set of tires at around 70,000 miles, at which point they said they had discontinued the program - "free tires for life" and that they would have to speak with a manager to get it approved. A service manager called and said after reviewing the claim, they was going to have to decline the claim because I had driven to far between oil changes. I only get the oil changed when the truck gets down to 5% on the warning system, they said that didn't matter. I said the oil doesn't have anything to do with the tires, again, that doesn't matter. If I were you I would just choose a company that doesn't employ little sales tactics that "sound too good to be true!" The manager finally quit returning all my calls, so the customer service is terrible!

Received new car with paint damage, bad tint job.

We went to pick up new car, there was paint missing on rear door, white undercoating was visible, scratch about 1/4" wide and about 1" long, plus ripples in window tint. We were promised the door and tint would be fixed like new. Went back to pick up new car and tint was OK but saw they used a paint dabber to dab on paint. It looked terrible, so we left it again and the finally got it looking new.

Service is fantastic!

We bought a used Jeep Patriot and Willie was our salesman. He was wonderful! We had to wait a day to receive the car since we had private financing and instead of making us drive all the way back up to pick up the car he arranged for a delivery service which was extremely helpful since we both work. Additionally, we found out that the brakes were a little squeaky and Willie personally drove me a loaner car, picked up the Jeep and brought back to the dealer for service, and retuned it to us the next day with a whole new set of brakes.Highly recommend! Professional, speedy and responsive. Really appreciate everything.

Lake Norman CJDR advertises Free Oil Changes for life, Free Car washes for life and most phenomenally FREE TIRES FOR LIFE .I seriously doubted they could or would follow through with this program. I never should have doubted this policy. Lake Norman just placed 4 BRAND NEW 265/70/20 tires on my truck after I questioned their wear during a routine oil change. Salesperson Willie Brown spoke to management and they approved my new tire installation. LAKE NORMAN paid 100% of the price of the tires. Lake Norman and Willie Brown just saved me an additional $600.00. I definitely recommend Lake Norman CJDR and Willie Brown for your next New or Used car purchase.

Fantastic Experience

Very happy with my 2015 Certified Jeep Trailhawk purchase from this dealership. I visited the dealership looking at a specific used Ram 1500. Upon arrival the original sales person I communicated with via email was busy helping another customer but we were quickly helped by John Raila. We told John of the truck we were interested in seeing and in short order he had the keys and we were outside to look at it and take a test drive. John was accommodating to our numerous inquiries regarding the previous history of the truck and in working to get to an agreed price. We were then handed over to Cory James to work through the paperwork. The process went as fast as can be expected considering the amount of forms required these days to purchase a vehicle. Overall we were in and out and headed home in our new (to us) truck in a few hours. Never Gave Up

Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram was one of the most welcoming dealerships I have ever walked into for a business transaction. I originally came to the dealership just after closing hours and to my surprise found multiple sales personnel still on the lot assisting customers. Maggie immediately took down my information and the car I was interested in and the adventure began. Brian & Jeff on the following afternoon quickly began appraising my trade and allowed me to take a test drive while they tried to secure financing for me. Even when it looked like we couldn't come to a deal the team of 3 kept trying to find a way to put me into a newer or new vehicle they had on their lot. Maggie continued to look and try everything she could and even said "we will get something figured out to get you in that charger". I worked with these individuals for a total of three days when a dealership located nearby had wasted eight hours of my time an tried one idea an gave up. Wonderful visit

My wife and I were in the market for a new family vehicle. Friends of ours referred us to Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. They had several new, certified, and used to choose from. We called ahead and they had the vehicles pulled aside and ready when we arrived. Couldn't have been more simple. After taking a couple for test drives, we decided on a low-mileage certified vehicle and couldn't be happier. Great full extended warranty (with maintenance!) included until 100,000 miles. Our sales person, Willie, did everything and more to take care of our requests, serviced the vehicle promptly before we drove it off the lot, and made negotiations easy. Excellent Service and Experience for First Time Buyer!!!

I originally went in the Lake Norman Dealership to test drive the Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk and Patriot; hoping to convince myself that I will be content with the Patriot model. I did not intend to buy or make an offer, mainly due to my credit and finances.Once I walked into the lot, I was approached by John Raila and it was all over. John was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and down to Earth. He was also very funny! I've been researching the Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk and Patriot models since 2014; thinking I knew everything there was to know and just needed "hands-on" experience. Boy was I wrong! John was not only able to expand my knowledge on the Trailhawk, but was also able to convince me that the Patriot model was not even in the same league. I didn't even have to jump in one to do a fair comparison! He politely asked how I was planning to finance the vehicle, and I responded with "probably not going to be able to for a couple of months." He then asked if I was willing to play with the numbers for giggles, and I figured it couldn't hurt. John, working with Tony Zorn (another charismatic and personable guy), was able to get me a decent APR with little to no credit, a very minimum down payment, and a really poor condition trade-in. They were also able to get me a great price for the trade-in; I highly doubt I could of sold it for more through a private sale. They were also able to sell me a premium extended warranty for a really good price (even though I told myself I wouldn't purchase one after reading tips & tricks on buying vehicles).Lastly, they've made it very clear that they are my go to people when I leave the lot and really hope I come back for any knowledge or tutorials I may need. The Jeep Trailhawk runs great, is very spacious, and luxurious! I'm glad that I didn't settle for anything less than what I truly wanted and I believe John and Tony made that possible, All in all, I am very happy with my purchase!

Purchased my new Jeep off John Raila last week. I have purchased plenty of cars in the past in this was the easiest experience I've ever had. I have bought many cars over the years and have never had the flawless sale execution go so smoothly. I found the exact car I wanted online at Lake Norman. Great Price, Quick and Easy Process

This was by far the easiest and quickest car purchasing experience I have had. Very little haggling and the paperwork and signoff took less than an hour. Way faster than the other car purchases I have had. I also feel like I got a good deal and value out of the car I purchased. I am very pleased with my recent experience at Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge. This was the third time I purchased a vehicle at this dealership and won't be the last. Bob was great, but service after buying the vehicle was awfu

Bob was great during the purchase process, but after having the vehicle for 2 weeks engine was smoking and had a burning smell. After taking to Jeep dealer found pcv valve had Crack and leaking onto O2 sensor, caller Lake Norman Jeep to ask about repairing kept getting the run around. Cory in finance seemed like he had an attitude as well, wished I worked with someone else in finance.

Knew how to get what I wanted in a timely manner

I had been lied to by another dealer and was so frustrated when I went in to LNCJD. I didn't want to spend hours there as I had spent 6 hours the day before at the dealership that was lying to me. I got there met with Mark, found the car I wanted got the numbers right and everything set up for customization and was out of there in 1 1/2 hours. They are absolutely amazing and this is my 6th vehicle from them. Why I tried to go anywhere else was just plain stupid and that will never happen again. By far the quickest and BEST car buying experience ever!

I shot Willie an E-mail of what vehicle I was looking for, what I would like for my trade and what was I willing to put down. In a very quick professional manner through phone conversations, E-mail, and text messages we were able to come to a haggle free agreement and a few days later I drove THREE HOURS from Fort Bragg NC to his dealership location and made the purchase. Purchased new Dodge Charger R/T

My wife and I moved from Cornelius, NC to Birmingham, AL just over a year ago. We were coming back to Cornelius for the weekend to visit friends. I had been in the market for a new Charger and decided to look at the Lake Norman Dodge website to see what they had in inventory. They had a car I liked and Chrysler financial was offering 0% interest for 72 months. Everything seemed perfect until I saw the car live. The wheels were a little too flashy for my taste. I had looked at another Charger in Georgia that had the wheels I really liked, but wasn't the right color. After some back and forth negotiating the Lake Norman team took the wheels I really liked off of another car and put them on the Charger. Wow, what a difference. The car looked exactly the way I had envisioned. Lake Norman Dodge stepped up and made it happen to ensure I left happy and with a new car. Good job!

I'm giving the best rating because, I went in expecting to be let down because the prices and my orginal lease agreement with my current situation! But John raila at the lake Norman location made sure it was possible to get out of my current situation and get everything I wanted when it came to buying a jeep! First Time Buying Experience

Lake Norman dealership has made our first car buying experience simple. My husband and I are from Georgia. We called and spoke to Kenny, who was very helpful! Not only did he do everything, that he could, over the phone, he got us a good deal. On the Saturday we bought our jeep, we arrived at the dealership 30 minutes before closing time, due to the long drive. Although, it was almost closing time, Randy welcomed us as if we were the first customer of the day. He did not rush us at all! We had the best experience and would make the 4 hour drive again!

Our first interaction with Mark was an absolute fantastic one. My fiance and I walked in to get a Jeep and naturally she knew EXACTLY what she wanted. Great people, easy buying experience

Leasing my new Ram 1500 Rebel was easy from the start of the process. I did my research thru the internet and found my way to Mark Mosayebi. From the word go he was fast to respond and happy to answer my questions via email. Once I was ready to come in for a test drive, he made sure he was available along with a truck with all the options I was looking for. He walked me thru the info on the truck and the proposed deal, then took a step back to let me enjoy the test drive and review the deal. There was never any push, even though I left without a commitment, no games to get me to change my mind. He understood I wanted to think things over and just made sure I had his contact info when I was ready with a decision. After I let him know I wanted to move forward, everything was done on-line, making it very fast. The day I came in to pick up the truck it was perfectly detailed and waiting out front for me. Our car buying experience started near Statesville NC, finding several Jeeps that interested us. My wife searched on-line before we approached any dealerships and we found our Jeep at a dealership we hadn't even consider just due to proximity. We decided to check it out and had our minds set. When we arrived at Lake Norman we were met right away by John and told him what we were looking for. He took us right out to the Jeep, in a very professional manner answered all our questions and we went on a test drive. We new this was our Jeep, but just had to do some haggling over the price and some issues that needed attention. An agreement was made at a price we were very happy with as well as arranging for certain issues we wanted fixed/added. We worked with 4 individuals purchasing the Jeep and they were each very professional and helpful. This is not our first experience with LNCJDR and were very satisfied. Within a short period of time, we received a call requesting us to bring in the Jeep for the agreed upon repairs and accessories. The provided a very nice loaner and made both the repairs and changes above my expectations. The staff that processed our repairs, our handler, the cashiers continued to impress me! I am very happy with my car buying experience with this dealership! And... My Jeep sparkled when I got it back, this after a nasty storm leaving my Jeep grimy from ice/snow sludge. Thank you!

Great car buying experience

I had a great experience at this dealership. I'm 17 years old and this was my first time choosing a car to buy. My dad and I found the jeep I wanted online so we went in to check it out. As soon as we showed up. Maggie came right up and started helping us out. She took us directly to the car and within minutes we were test driving it. There were complications with the car itself and in the process of getting it fixed, Maggie was giving us daily updates on the car. We went in and bought it a few weeks later and she even stayed after closing hours to help us with the final purchase of the car. My overall experience was excellent and I will definitely be coming back for my next car purchase in the future!

Excellent customer service delivers repeat customers!

After deciding it was time to trade in my 2012 Jeep Patriot that Mark Mosayebi sold me in 2011 and wanting to upgrade to a Jeep Grand Cherokee, I contacted Mark by e-mail. I had my eye set on a specific 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude and after a few e-mail exchanges over the course of a day and a half we came to great terms on the exact vehicle I wanted. I filled out my credit app in the afternoon Mark asked when I wanted to come in, I told him I would be there by 4:30. When I arrived the vehicle was ready to be delivered. We took it for a quick test drive, he explained all the bells and whistles of the new car and even paired my cell phone for me with UConnect. He then handed me over to Sean in finance. Sean had all my paperwork ready for me when I arrived and all I had to do was sign it all. Mark even removed my personal items from my old 2012 Jeep Patriot I was trading in and loaded them into my new ride while I was meeting with Sean in Finance. Help when I needed it most.

A couple of months ago I borrowed my girlfriends Jeep Compass to run errands. I had to deliver a cake to a clients anniversary party. I placed the cake in the passenger seat and secured the cake with the passenger seat belt. When I arrived at my client's business I removed the cake and the passenger seatbelt pulled back and locked around the headrest. I tried for several minutes to get the seatbelt to come lose and I had no luck. The seatbelt was extremely stuck and I started to panic and then the girlfriend started calling and asking when I was coming home. I called Lake Norman Chrysler and it was 4:00 PM on a Friday. I explained my situation and they tried to get me into the service department but the first opening they had was on Tuesday. I thought for sure I was going to be in so much trouble. As I was driving back to my girlfriend's place the dealership called and asked me to come to the dealership right away. When I pulled up to the dealership they service technician said we have been expecting you. As I waited for the car and made excuses to the girlfriend why I was running late there were free snacks to make me feel better. The Jeep was brought back to me within a few minutes and the seatbelt was fixed. The service technician said he would have washed the car for free but knew I needed to get home before suspicions arose. I tried to pay the dealership for the service however they refused payment. Thank you Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram for fixing the Jeep and saving me from trying to explain how I broke a seatbelt.

What an Great Experience buying a truck!

I never thought I would say the car buying experience would be enjoyable, but that is what I experienced at Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge. First, Yehu, the salesman, was extremely knowledgeable and thorough while detailing the Dodge Ram 1500 I was looking at. He was not pushy at all and was extremely efficient when I told him I was pressed for time. Tracy, the sales manager, really did a nice job of working with me to get what I wanted for my car as well as the sales price out the door for the truck. The check out process was quick and easy and the truck looked phenomenal when I drove it off the lot. I can't say enough about this dealership and I will be buying all my cars/trucks their in the future.

I Visited Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram looking for a jeep and the floor sales guy Eric Peters was amazing and friendly not once did I feel overwhelmed or pressured. He made me feel at ease and I had a great time buying and test driving the Jeep. Everyone was so friendly Brian Cramer was also really great and friendly. I would go to this dealership again because of the customer service and efficiency. Refreshing Experience

My wife wanted a Jeep. She didnt really care what model as long as it was a jeep. We had come in months back and talked to Dean. We didnt buy at that time. Dean would text or call from time to time and tell us about the deals that were available. I finally stopped long enough from work to sit down and deal. Excellent car buying experience

My wife and I were shopping for an SUV primarily with secondary consideration for a crew cab truck. Our focus was on diesel based vehicles and the Grand Cherokee and the RAM 1500 in the Chrysler line-up were excellent options. Willie Brown was super helpful from the beginning. From his first call with me where he noted down my key criterion to patiently showing me each trim within the vehicles along with detailed options, he was pragmatic all along the way in his explanations of where a feature offered utility vs. "a nice to have". He also gave extremely practical advice around different financing options. We ended up going with the Grand Cherokee Summit with ecoDiesel and throughout the process Willie was extremely accommodating. After the purchase he sat with me to go over the entire setup of personalized features. By the time I left the dealership, the car felt so familiar to me and I felt more excited as opposed to being overwhelmed by new features. This I believe is a great feeling to experience in car buying. This being my 3rd car, I felt this was by far the best experience I have had and Willie is a great guy to work with. Qwame and Willie worked with us to make the car of our choice meet the financing options of our choice. Qwame has an amazingly polite attitude and non of the childish intimidation tactics that some car dealership managers try to play with the "I will write a number on a piece of paper" type stuff. He is genuine, made efforts to understand our side of it and really worked with us to make a good deal happen. I got a great deal that was better than what TrueCar or any other dealer in the area was offering. Having serviced my other Jeep at this dealership for close to 6+ years and now with my new vehicle bought from them, I have nothing but great things to say about this dealership. They are an amazingly friendly bunch who are honest with their customers and try to work out a great deal for them. Ok!! So I am 25 years old and single!!! (Ladies!?!) Now we got that out of the way below is my personal experience. So, my friend and I stopped by to use the bathroom and kick some tires at this dealership one evening. When soon after arrival a lady (Margaret) stopped us wanting to know what we were looking for this evening. Which I quickly responded "I'm looking for a Lamborghini but found out that they cost more than $30,000, so I'm looking for a truck". So after a few minutes she showed us some trucks that were in my price range. (Time lapse)Within an hour I was sitting in a chair buying a truck that was in my price range. Everyone I came in contact with was great. Mostly because I was joking with everyone. ***SIDE NOTE***They have a cat in the facility and parking lot that they rescued!!! The cat is awesome and super friendly, and to be honest I think that's another reason I bought the truck!!! I wish more people and companies would be like this dealership!!!PS: I'm not a crazy cat person!

Helpful, Honest and look out for my best interest

I choose Lake Norman Jeep because they were the only dealership within a 200 mile radius of Raleigh NC area that had the Jeep Renegade color and the package I wanted as well as great pricing and incentives. Once locating the jeep of my dreams I contacted the dealership and work with a VERY EXPRIENCE sale man name Ed Lucas .I explain to Ed from the jump that I live about 3 hours away and before I make the drive I want to have the comment that you can work the deal and not have me at your dealership for 8+ hours . Ed ensue me that he would not waste my time to make a very long story short Ed had my deal package done and complete before I even left my home it took about 1 1/2 hour from initial phone contact ( and let me tell you my deal was not a easy one due to my trade negative value and not wanted my payments any higher) I also need to mention this man came in on his day off to complete this deal on Sunday Jan 24 2016 (Panthers playoffs) I couldn't be happier with the service that I received from Ed and the finance manager Sean so guys THANK YOU

There's a reason we've come back three times

This is the third Jeep my family has purchased from Maggie, but this time was a little different because I was the one buying the car.
