Not a happy camper

I was in the market for a vehicle and I saw an ad for a big "tent sale" so I went out to the mall where the sale was taking place. I looked at a few vehicles with Tyler he was a great salesman and very friendly. He actually listened to what I wanted. Then he introduced me to his manager Jason and it went straight downhill from there. He was very rude and treated me like I was his child. He kept trying to pressure me into buying even when i told him I was just looking. It took him 30 minutes to give me my keys back after he looked at my car. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone especially since the price on the car was advertised online 3000 cheaper than the special price Jason was giving me.

VERY HAPPY

I was referred to this store from a friend to see salesman Tony Williams. I was amazed how easy he made the buying process. I used to be under the assumption that dealing with buying a car is aggravating and very time consuming. I am happy to say my thoughts on the car buying process have changed after Tony made sure my time was used efficiently and not wasted. He set everything up! Nothing like going to the dentist

Some people say that buying a car is like going to the dentist, a long drawn out pain, but my personal experience was anything but that. Tony Williams at the Chrysler store went above and beyond the call of car salesman duty! He listened to what my needs were, assisted me by test driving a number of vehicles and introduced me to the car of my dreams; one I didn't even know existed. The entire time I was at the store I never felt pressured into buying anything and my payments were exactly what I wanted them to be. What a wonderful experience! I went in to just test drive a few cars and ended up purchasing one. Tony Williams is an EXCELLENT salesman! Great place to get a vehicle!

My wife and I were looking to get a van and we got a great deal on our 2012 Chrysler Town & Country. The whole experience was great. There was no pressure, and they were very up front about costs. Friendy,No Pressure

Been looking for a white low miles 200 Convertible for months. Found it on Cars.com.at Pete Harkness Auto Group. Called internet manager Chris Nelson. He told all about the car and sent me pictures.Told him what we had to trade and he gave me a good idea about what he could do before we made the trip. We drove the 78 miles from Peoria to look at the car. The car was all and the deal was all that Chris said it would be.No games.I am no novice at buying cars. I have purchased over 50 cars and motorcycles in the last 40 years. I know a great deal when I see one.Not only was the car $1500 to $2000 less than Peoria area dealerships Chris gave us at least $1000 more for our trade.Chris Nelson bent over backwards for us. No pressure deal and everone at the dealership we encountered were freindly and helpful! We are extremely happy with our deal and it was well worth the drive! Another great thing about dealing with Chrisis is he handles just about any domestic new car make you want!
