Sean by far is one of the best car salesman I have ever met, his attention to detail and great follow ups makes a huge difference. He communicated and provided us with multiple vehicle options until we found the right vehicle at the right price that would suit our needs. Also Kent the finance manager worked with us and found us and amazing deal we could not have asked for more we were taken care of and we will refer them to all of our fiends and family.

I am long time customer of this dealership. I have leased cars before and my experience has been pleasant until now. I went back couple of weeks ago to return my lease car and get new lease. A trainee who is still learning the system met me. I wasnt satisfied with the service that I was getting and spoke to his manager. The manager told me that someone would call me back. It took them two weeks to get back to me. I made an appointment to see with Mr. Gus. He was helpful and we came to a payment agreement that I was satisfied. They pulled my credit and I thought I would have new car soon. All that changed when finance manager Mr. Kent told me that the monthly payment went up $100 because they made a mistake on their end adding another year to my lease maturity date. I corrected him that wasnt the case and he kept doing different calculations and making other mistakes. He couldnt come up correct number after multiple tries. It was 5-hour ordeal and I end up leaving empty handed frustrated by the unprofessionalism that Mr. Kent showed me including making fun of my English accent. There are good people at this dealership but Mr. Kent is giving them bad name by the contempt he is showing to loyal customer like myself. He actually told me to take my business somewhere else. He is totally unprofessional and you cant rely on the numbers that he is giving you as I outlined above. It seems like he doesn't know the basic math calculation.

Garrett Portell worked patiently with me and my wife to give us a great value on a car. He was cordial and knowledgeable, and intuitive. The whole team, including his managers and the finance managers couldn't have been better with us. They promised to fix some dents and scratches to our satisfaction, and delivered on their promises after the sale. My wife and I very please with the outcome.

Bought a second Kia Forte at the same year I purchase the first one. And they give a car that has been used by someone. It has almost 2k in miles and has a big scratch in the rear bumper and they only offer a full tank of gas after coming back at the dealership for two days trying to get an explanation regarding the car. It was an insult. And theor explanation is that they do not know. Well not recommend that dealership and will never ever going to purchase in that dealership in the future. Nobody even explain what happen.

I recently purchased a 2016 Kia Soul from Koon Kia in Woodbridge. From the beginning to end of the process of buying the vehicle the experience was GREAT. Mathew Strehlow the salesman was very patient with my decision making which took several weeks and was extremely professional when arriving to purchase. Never felt the pressure to purchase. Chris the finance manager was also extremely professional, delightful to work with and helpful with financing questions. I have referred three individuals to dealership, two being perfect strangers that admired my car. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER BUYING A CAR.

I was in the hunt for an upgrade to what I currently had and my father had been looking for months for a work vehicle.When we walked into Koons Kia, off the bat there was no sales pressure, or salesmen following us. We like to look around on our own first and then speak to someone about the questions we have. Matthew was who we worked with. He was extremely knowledgable and professional, again no pressure or pushing a car onto us. He listened to what our needs were and what we were looking for. With that, he was able to show us two prospects and we took them out on a test drive. While on the test drive he was able to explain to us what all the gadgets did/do. Again, his product knowledge was great and helped us understand what the car can or cannot do.Now to the part that no one likes, negotiation on price. We had a budget in mind and were firm to it. Matthew understood this and began crunching numbers to where we would feel comfortable (never easy). Instead of the whole constant back and forth, he went back once and brought the GM, Ali.Ali introduced himself and asked us how he could help to make us feel comfortable with the purchase of the two vehicles. We explained to Ali what we thought about both cars and where we stood. We chatted a little bit more about the cars and ourselves. It was nice to feel that we weren't being shoved something down our throat but to feel respected and that he was taking the time to know us. This lasted about 10-15 mins and then he asked to give him a few mins as him and Matthew walked back to his office. A few mins later they both came back and said "Congratulations!". We shook hands and Ali walked us over to financing, after that we were done!Both cars were outside detailed and ready to go. Again, both Ali and Matthew were outside to see us off, shook our hands and said thank you. Honestly, we couldn't thank them enough about the smooth process. As long as Ali and Matthew are at Koons Kia, I will be a customer for life.Thank you again to Ali and Matthew!!

I recently purchased a vehicle for my daughter at Koons Kia of Woodbridge. Everyone was very friendly from the time we walking in the door. No harassing salesman, seeking to make money off of me. Instead, Gus, took time to understand my needs and was very knowledgeable of the vehicles that best fit our budget; even included a warranty to make sure my daughter was covered and safe while driving. This was a very family friendly and well organized dealership in which I didn't spend most of my day there. This experience changed my opinion completely of the car buying process. I initially looked at several Kia's online. I saw Koons Kia of Woodbridge had a managers deal promotion and asked for a sales person to give me a call. I was called within 5 minutes. I provided them what I was looking for and they provided me with what they had and with the sale price. My husband was unable to go with me the first day. Once I got there, I was still uncertain about the exact vehicle, so I was allowed to drive a vehicle home (1 hour away). I was able to make the decision of which Sorento I wanted to go with. The next day we went back to the dealership and we purchase the vehicle I decided on. They were very reasonable for the trade in of my truck. The financing department was not pushy with extras which I appreciated. Everyone at the dealership was nice, polite, not pushy, and professional. I had heard great things about this dealership and wanted to purchase a Kia Sorento so I stopped by. I wasn't fully ready to purchase yet but after arriving there, I knew that was the day to buy my new car. The gentleman that helped me was Ali Zaka. He is the GM there but I would have never known that because he was SO hands on and helped me with my 1 million questions. The service I received was exceptional! I felt so comfortable and really safe in my purchase. As a woman, you always hear horror stories about buying a car and being ripped off but I honestly could say that was not the case here! I have a 2014 Kia Optima SXL that was purchased at this dealership. I drive very little, so the car has less than 15,000 miles on it.In short, never take your vehicle here for warranty service. It doesn't matter how small the issue is. They are incapable of fixing anything. They must hire mechanics that were fired from Jiffy Lube. My car has been in and out of their shop many times for various reasons, and every time they find a way to make the experience terrible.My most recent experience involved a clunking noise that my car started making about a month ago while going over bumps and also while turning the steering wheel side to side while parked. It's very easy to hear. My service advisor stated she can hear it clearly and reproduce it too.I took the car in 2 weeks ago for a first attempt at fixing the problem. Parts had to be ordered since this shop never stocks parts for their mainstream family sedan. Picked the car up 3 days later. During a stop, I turned the steering wheel right and left, and naturally the clunking noise is still there. Extremely obvious that nobody bothered to test the vehicle after the 'repair'.A few days later I drop the car off again, and I confirm once again that the service advisor hears the noise and she agrees that something is wrong. This time the car sits in the shop for a full week. This time around, some parts in the steering column were (supposedly) replaced. I pick the car up again, drive it down the road, stop, and turn the wheel right and left again. The clunk is still there and now it's worse.So I have a 2 year old vehicle with 15,000 miles on it and a simple defect that this joke of a dealership is apparently unable to fix. A problem that they agree is there, and they know how to reproduce. And yet they keep returning the car to me with the same exact noise. I don't know whether they're simply stupid or they are hoping that I somehow won't notice. Either way it's utterly disgusting behavior from the dealership that I purchased a $35,000 car from.I've also had the car sit in the dealership for over 2 weeks while waiting for a rattle in my dashboard to be fixed (which of course came back). And I had to wait 2-3 weeks each time I had to get my taillights replaced when they filled with water (happened twice, thanks Kia engineering).Don't buy anything here unless you place on having it serviced elsewhere.

I had just bought a 2015 Cadenza when my nephew needed a new car. I went back to Dayz Brooks and we were able to get a 2016 Optima EX. He was nervous since this was his first car but the sales process was handled gracefully by Dayz giving him the piece of mind he could get the car. The car was delivered in immaculate condition with Dayz making sure the delivery was explained in simple and clear detail.Jessie in Finance made is simple as well. My wife & I bought a previously owned (used) Toyota from Koons Kia of Woodbridge. We noticed several scratches in the finish and the salesman & sales manager said they would have them buffed out if we brought it back on either Tuesday or Thursday. We liked the car and although the deal was middling ok, rather than exceptional or even good, we agreed. We also added a minimal service agreement. I usually dont get these, but my wife asked for it so we agreed and purchased the car with the service agreement.That afternoon/evening was overcast, and when we looked at the car in the sun the next morning, we saw many additional scratches in the finish, along with a minor dimple (small dent) in the body. We decided to see how well the scratch repair tech would do. We live about an hours drive away (longer in traffic) and getting there and back takes a big chunk out of our day, but the next Tuesday, as specified by the salesman, but we came in on Tuesday, as they specified, and the scratch repair man was not available. Hours drive back.We went back on Thursday (an hour up, and an hour back, plus time to get the job done), and had the scratches fixed. They did a horrible job. Some of it looks worse after they were through than before. While we were waiting, we noticed that another customer that was having service performed was being badgered about getting additional services (I believe he had an oil change and he service rep wanted him to add tire rotation). The service rep argued with the customer.That afternoon, we talked things over, and given our experience with the scratches, and the lack of quality at this dealership, coupled with the way we saw them argue with a customer, and given the distance to the dealership, we decided to cancel the service contract, as was our right under the agreement. We went back to the dealership, and after being kept waiting again, they canceled it, but said that we had to wait until the next day to pick up the refund check.Again, following their instruction, showing up when they had specified, an hours drive each way, taking another chunk out of my day and when I got there, they could not find the check (they thought it might be locked up in the desk of someone who was unavailable, or maybe they had mailed it). I had to stand around and wait for them to void the first check and cut me another check.I will be dealing with the scratches myself.

This is probably one of the worse buying experiences I ever had, the lack of consideration for my time, the lack of customer service and the way their financing work it is unbelievable. I filled the application online, told them what I want it and specifically told them that I wanted the number to be clear. After waiting for an hour and a half, I was quoted on a car that I didn't requested, I was low ball on the price of my trade in, and when I ask questioned I was treated like they were doing me a favor by selling me a car. It is sad that I was told by the Kia Dealers on Fredericksburg, VA that Koons Kia was known for that. People with lack of customer service skills shouldn't sell cars.

Back in July, I purchased a KIA Sportage from Woodbridge dealer. Chrisy, the sales dealer was very helpful for me and my daughter. She provided excellent service.However, the dealer was supposed to transfer the tags from the old vehicle that I traded in, which they did not do. For five months, I was driving an unregistered vehicle without knowing until I was pulled over. I went to MVA in Maryland to straighten things up. I was told this vehicle does not have any records in Maryland. I called the manager of the dealer, she was very rude and unapologetic, she then transferred me to the sales manager who sent me temporary tags and promised to fix everything in 30 days.A month later my temporary tags are expired, I went to MVA in Maryland, they said same things my vehicle does not have record in Maryland. By the way, I have been paying car note every month. Very disappointed customer.

Wonderful purchase experience in 2013. Since then i have encountered nothing but friendly customer service reps and work done correctly and on time. During the most recent service on my 2013 Kia Sorento, a service rep called me to let me know that two of the maintenance items I requested were not yet due and explained that if I was experiencing a specific symptom or otherwise wanted them done they would gladly take care of it. But these two items were not necessary at the time and could safely be deferred for one more year. That's what I call customer service!

She really took the time to get to know me and understand my needs/wants before going on the test drives. I never felt pushed, bullied or badgered (as I had come to expect from previous experiences at a different dealership) Put it this way, I liked working with her so much I brought my parents back to her and they bought a car too! I really appreciated the courtesy phone call and card after I made my purchase, it was a nice personal touch that I don't often see. 2 bad experiences here. Good: nice facility, pleasant sales staff, good selection. Bad: sales staff not empowered to deal - managers take forever to make counter offers - literally wasted hours before taking business up the road. Beware dealer installed accessories that can add $1000 to price of car. web says Koons gives you more but you pay more for it. A lot more. Beware 125pct of blue book. Take trade to CarMax first then compare appraisals. And oh yes web ad says Amazon gift card for test drive. It never materialized. Expected much more from the guys -got more than I expected from competitor who painlessly closed deal at price Koons wouldn't consider.

I bought a pre-owned 2014 kia sorento from koons kia of woodbridge, VA. I loved the car, I took it home and when I got home I noticed a small dent and scrap on the drivers side of the back tire below the gas cap and ran across to the other side. I didn't notice this while I was there because I was very excited to be getting the car I wanted I didn't thoroughly check the vehicle on the outside. I contacted them to inform them I saw this upon getting home and asked why no one disclosed this to me, when they say they don't sell cars with dents. There was nothing on the website about the dent. They told me there was no dent and a rock probably did the damage on my way home, that dent is not from a rock. They told me they could give me a rate to fix the dent, I was very unhappy with what they had to say about this and when I said I wasn't paying to fix the dent they said sorry to hear that and was done talking to me . If you do buy a used car from them check the car everywhere, I wouldn't trust them anymore after this. Terrible customer service after they've sold you the car.

So sorry we ever went to this place. My husband was going to eventually buy the big truck I wanted, but when this guy Jewel said he could have the one I wanted and for a price we could afford we thought ok. He even made a list of everything I asked for. It was not what we got. They wore us down, we had no food other than popcorn. Jewel said he was going up the road to get our truck, when he came back it was after 9pm.We never got to test drive the truck and were told to lie about a $4,000 down payment. We weren't even offered a military discount. We were supposed to get 2008 GMC XL, we ended up with a 2013 that didnt have anything from my list. We went back the next day and were told they couldn't do anything for us and that our Highlander had been taken to auction 2.5hrs. after we left.They did a bait and switch on us and I'm still pissed. I live in New York but couldn't find the model + options I wanted. After being told by several local dealers that it was going to be "impossible" to get the car I wanted, I widened my search and found one at Koons. I was able to negotiate the entire transaction over two days via email. There wasn't much to negotiate the WOW price was what I paid. They were also willing to take the window tinting off before we got there, which was helpful. After a seven hour drive the entire transaction took around 3 hours, which was a little long, but to Koons' credit they took the time to show us all the features on the car. There was only one hiccup, which turned out in our favor: we'd been told we'd pay 0.9% financing. About a week after returning to NY with the car Koons called and said they'd made a mistake and should have given us 0% financing. The paperwork delayed their ability to get new plates and registration, which meant having to get a second set of temporary plates, but they were very responsive and FedExed everything. We got our new plates quickly after that and we're all set.Between the upfront, no-hassle negotiation via email, the ease of transaction and good price, it was worth traveling to Virginia from NY. They were even willing to take a personal check, which helped because it would have been impossible to get a bank check on a Sunday.I would highly recommend Koons to both local and out of state buyers.

I purchased a new car from this dealer and they were very friendly at the beginning of the sale. However, within 12 hours of the sale my check engine light came on. I notified the dealer immediately and they instructed me to take my car to a local KIA service center. I found it strange they didn't encourage me to immediately bring the car right back to them but I took it to a local Kia service center. The service center had real concerns about the issues with the car since it was NEW. I then took the car back to Koons seeking answers and an exchange. I had previously been told by a sales director (when I asked about the return policy) that a car could be exchanged within 7 days of the purchase date but when I brought the car back within the time frame, I was told that was only on pre-owned vehicles. As a busy, single working woman, I did not want to be stuck with a defective car with the need for ongoing service or safety issues. At this point, I found them to be very unfriendly, uncooperative, and unconcerned. I was pretty much told you bought it and now it's a service issue not a sales issue. It is very disappointing that I would even need to be servicing a BRAND NEW CAR within 24 hours of purchasing it and one that may be defective in the long run. I didn't feel I gained much assurance from them about this situation or the safety of this car. The staff I dealt with from sales to service at this dealership were extremely unprofessional. I would never again buy or service a product with this dealership. In today's market a company that doesn't care about customers and will not stand behind their product has no value. I feel stuck with a poor product and a dealership that only cares about making the sale. Buyer beware, yes, even on a brand new car!

Then, after not hearing back from him and I had to call him AND after the exchange time had passed, he said it was a closed sale and there was nothing he could do. Hung up on me on the phone. Had to contact the General Manager who helped me with the simple issue.

Wow! From the start, I told Darrell that the service department forgot to call me to let me know the part for my vehicle had come in and I had to wait. I was told b another service representative that it was going to take 4 hours to install shocks (I think it was shocks, can't remember). He asked if I could drop the car off, I told him no because I didn't have a ride. When I had a ride, no one called me. Once I told Darrell I wasn't happy that I now had to wait 4 hours, he apologized and said he would do all he could to expedite the service so I wouldn't have to wait that long. During my wait, he kept me informed the whole way as to what they were doing and why. He was great, pleasant to deal with and I felt he was being honest in his assessment of my vehicle. Why? Because some of the information he told me had already been told to me by someone else, that's why I felt like he was being honest. He was GREAT and I would come back to Kia simply because of him. Drove an hour and a half from Maryland to check out a specific used vehicle I had been searching for. I spoke with salesman Alex (Alejandro) over the phone to set up an appointment and he was a pleasure. I pull up the car is clean, right out front waiting for me to arrive. We did a test drive, the Koons price was right from the start, no haggling needed. I did have to haggle a bit on my trade in value, but no problems and I got the price I was looking for. They cleaned the car yet again before I left the dealership. Then at financing the agreed upon rate was actually LOWERED when I signed the paperwork. Excellent buying experience amd would recommend Koons Kia to anyone.

In the market for a new vehicle and because a good friend has a new Optima I decided to give KIA a look. My intention today was to gather a brochure on the Optima and the Sportage then head home to research. I always joke that a new car salesperson can smell a buyer faster than any shark can smell a gallon of blood and today proved it correct. I was approached within 45 seconds of leaving my car. I asked and received the brochures and was given the courtesy of checking out several cars even though the dealer knew I was not going to buy or had even made my mind up on a dealer or make of car. I was treated like a neighbor over for tea and time was taken to show me the vehicles I was interested in without pressure or obligation. I was sent on my way with a handshake, the brochures I asked for, and more information in person than was expected. This will be my new dealer if I choose KIA and after today they are my top choice.

Justin was great. Peter Kim was OK but I didn't know kim was offering different financing from Kia that would knock out the kia rebate. The sales manager and the overall manager need to implement better communication practices. Here is the run down.After thinking I got the best deal I review the paperwork. Nothing but mis-communication and bullcrap. The advertisement on the internet a wow price thats totally mis-leading. Never believe the WoW price. It includes all the incentives that you might not qualify for. The sales guy justin was cool however all the numbers come from the managers and finance people. I just had it explained to me by the manager what happened the best he could say was you signed the paperwork. I could have just went to fredricksburg kia and got the color I wanted. This after all this practically begging me to give them a perfect score on the survey. If I do recieve a survey its going to reflect this crazy crap. I didn't have to negotiate because I thought I was getting the WOW price. I thought I was getting a rebate for being a student nope, I thought I was getting a rebate for financing with Kia nope the finance guy change it. Who knew the sales manager and the finance guy is in competition to see who keeps the finance?Update,Koons Kia of woodbridge got me back into the dealership and the customer service manager worked thinks out for the better. I look forward to future service.

I have waited a month to write this review to make certain i would be providing meaningful advice to those new to buying a used car like me. I did not want to provide a knee jerk reaction immediately after the sale when everyone is automatically happy. Time was allowed for a considered review. I went to many used car dealerships looking for an older car for the kids. I tried to get honest appraisals of the cars over the phone before traveling to the dealerships. Trayz at Koons Kia was the only salesman providing honest answers being very respectful of not wasting my time just to get me into the dealership. I Drove 40 minutes to Koons Kia and was pleasantly surprised to find everything was exactly as she described. Traz was a low key and no pressure salesman. There was never a hard sale. She allowed me the time and opportunity to make an informed decision. I Received an honest evaluation of the condition of the vehicle from Traz (later backed up by an independent mechanic) and was allowed all the time I needed to make a decision on the purchase. She stayed an extra two hours after her shift to accomodate my family one night. When it came time to make the deal trayz and Ron were very receptive to reaching a deal we were both pleased with. Ron & Traz are very busnesslike without any pressure techniques. We agreed to an "out the door Price" at the table. Much to my surprise, when we finished the tedious task of completing the paperwork nobody came close to adding on a single "extra" charge. After the sale Traz has called us twice (so far) simply to make certain all was good and we were still happy with our purchase. There is nothing I would less rather do then buy a car. When I decide to buy the next car I will start the search process with Traz and Ron. The koons Kia dealership is far from convenient for me. However, the trust and respect Traz and Ron have earned will make it a no-brained drive. If you want a pleasant buying experience without the annoying and unnecessary pressure associated with buying a car, make certain you ask for Traz. Yes that is a "z" in her name.

My initial interactions were with Cassey who answered my questions or got them promptly. I really appreciated the honest, candid conversations and ability and willingness to carry preliminary negotiations over the phone. I also appreciated what I'd describe as the absense of the typical, expected sales cliche's and pressure tactics. After doing a fair amount of online shopping, Koons/Cassey presented the best price/value for the vehical I was looking for. The online information and my interactions made me confident enough that I drove 2 hr.s to make the purchase.My initial interaction with Dazy began in the time between expressing my interest and being able to make the trip to thier location. Dazy gave me a courtesy call letting me know that even though they had someone interested in buying, they were willing to hold the vehicle aware of my interest and intent on buying it. When I arrived to see and test the vehical first hand, it was being freshly cleaned and detailed. Dazy and Alan were great and very patient with my decision making process and gave me the time and space I needed w/out hassle, pressure or harassment. Also worth noting, Dazy and the rest of the team persisted in following through with a somewhat minor, but important to me, detail - the results of which was better than I had expected. I was suddenly thrown into a situation of having to purchase a vehicle as a result of a serious car accident with my other vehicle. It was a very upsetting time for me and Mike showed extraordinary interest in helping me. I had interviewed five online sales managers and Mike stood out as the best. One other wouldn't even speak with me because I had not received a pay off check for my other vehicle and another online manager showed some interest but never even called back. I felt like Mike had my best interest in mind and was not going to take advantage of my circumstances. As a result, I have a great vehicle, a safe vehicle which I got for a very fair price. In the four decades that I've been purchasing new vehicles, never, has this oftentimes uncomfortable process been so easy and, yes, enjoyable. Last week, Jennifer and the folks at Koons KIA extended my family every imaginable courtesy. To save time, many of the details were addressed by e-mail or discussed over the phone. On the day before our purchase, Jennifer toured the vehicle with my wife, taking time to cover the smallest of details. The following day we agreed on a price, finalized matters, and completed the transaction without a glitch. We just love our new Sedona minivan! Today, Jennifer is thought of more as a friend than a salesperson. She never pressured, knows her vehicles inside and out and, of course, delivered a tremendous value at a great price. A big huge 'THANK YOU' to Casey, Alan and Jennifer! I worked with them for several weeks while I narrowed down my car buying decision. Not only were they patient -- but didn't constantly blow up my phone and email with high pressure sales tactics---which was what finally won my business -- as well as the Kia Optima product. I felt I got a very fair deal -- both on the new Kia as well as my trade vehicle. The night I took delivery of the vehicle, Jennifer stayed until well after 9:30 PM going over everything with me until I felt comfortable with all the bells and whistles. Alan came out and thanked me for my business and shook my hand....and both of them said that if I ever have any questions or need anything to just call. I have purchased many, many cars over the years and have basically come to abhore the process...the high pressure, the knowledge that you are getting shafted but you just dont know how badly, the "secrecy" of the price. I was prepared for more of the same upon visiting Koons Kia of Woodbridge, but was shocked to find none of the negatives. Instead, they were willing to move at my pace, were very clear on the particulars of the deal (my trade vs, the cost of their car), and just never pushed.In large part, this is due to my sales person, James Elwell. Do not let his relatively new position as salesperson fool you. He understands the business, but he also understands his customers and goes more than the distance to meet their needs.We came to agreement on the my deal, but the dealership did not have the car in stock that i wanted. I didnt want to just "settle" on what they had given that i wanted something else, particularly a different color of interior. James and his manager searched for days to find what i wanted, calling dealers that were in about a 500 mile radius. It was a tough assignement, but true to fashion, they did it. I got EXACTLY the car I wanted for a price that was more than fair.Bottom line -- my experience could not have been better ALL THE WAY AROUND. We went there to buy a new car paying cash for the car. They hid another $1000 in the contract and tried to make us pay it as a down payment. Everyone know you don't have a down payment in a all cash transaction. It was mixed in with the discounts so it was hard to see and it was not label in any way. I thought I was dealing with an honest car dealership but I guess that would be an oxymoron. Don't buy a car from this dealer unless you take a lawyer with you. I will take them to court to make sure they never do this to anyone else. I will never again buy anything from Koons. I just wanted to get my wife a new car for our anniversary and they turned it into a nightmare. We spent the last month being badgered and bullied buy them to scare us into paying. The last threat was by a collections lawyer that said if we did not pay he would wreck our credit. Don't let this become your nightmare. Shop someplace else.

Wow, what more can you say about a dealership who owns their customers. Hadley and Alan went more than the just "extra mile" for us-they made sure we left with the car that we wanted-WITH the price that we wanted and needed. They did not just give us a number and say "take it or leave it", they made it their duty to satisfy us. We went in on a Wednesday night, mind you we drove 2 hrs for this car, and left disappointed because the numbers just wasn't right for us. But between that Thursday and Friday afternoon, they worked some magic to get us in that car, that Friday evening. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and happy to see us back that Friday (2 days later). Employees that weren't even working on our deal, recognized us and welcomed us back with a smile and friendly banter. And Hadley was an awesome Sales Rep. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by Tim, through the financing with Peter and Alan, demonstration by Yacob, and on to the very last handshake with the Sales Manager Alan, I knew that the people there had my best interest in mind and wanted to make sure I had a good experience. The staff was knowledgeable, pleasant, thorough, and flexible throughout the transaction. Having come to the dealership after a previous visit with on-line homework complete, I knew which vehicle I wanted and knew the price to negotiate. When KIA did not have the vehicle decided on prior to the final deal, they went out of their way to find that vehicle and bring it to the dealership before the agreement to signing just so my daughter could look at it the next day. Their staff had all the paperwork ready for me and at exactly the price we negotiated! Having bought many vehicles over the years, I can say that this staff is by far the most knowledgeable about their products including the car care packages and maintenance packages that were also presented. I wanted to thank "Koons KIA" for making this happen so quickly without the long drawn-out process and ensuring that all the financing went smoothly too! An amazing group of people. I rated them very highly because they are VERY dedicated to helping you as the customer. That being said you still need to have patience with them all, there were a few problems that the company created that could have been stressful but they have gone out of their way to rectify it. I recently had a mechanical issue where the key wouldn't come out of my new (used) car. It took Koons about a week to handle the issue and there were some hicups along the way but like I said before they went out of their way to help. They rented me a car, gave me a gas certificate for the gas they used (plus some) and once I picked up my car I realized the key FOB wasn't on the key. I brought this to Dazy's attention and rather than having my wife drive back tommorrow Dazy is going to bring the key FOB out to my house. How amazing is that coustomer service? Casey is VERY knowledgable about all aspects of the car buying process and also about the accessories for various vehicles. All in all I think this might be the best car buying expeirence I have ever had.

Had a wonderful experience with Koon's Kia. I had located a vehicle (on the internet)that was at the Koon's Woodbridge site. I had e-mailed them various questions beforehand so that I would not waste their time (nor mine) in regards to the price and condition of the car. I drove over 1.5 hours to see the car! After endless searches on the internet i came upon Koons Kia which had a 2008 Silver Uplander with 70,000 miles at a price that was hard to believe considering what they were going for up here. I was already pre approved through my bank so i made a call to the dealer and spoke to Jennifer Bryce a saleslady who emailed me over 50 detailed pictures of the vehicle along with the service history and cerfax of vehicle. We were recently in the market for a new vehicle for my daughter. Short version is that we had a vehicle in mind, a 2011 Kia Forte, With gas at $4.00 a gallon and Kia's great warranty, we needed something that was appealing to a 23 year old, practical and dependable at the same time.We requested online quotes from several dealers, Kia of Woodbridge was the one that responded promptly. When we arrived we were very happy with our sales team. They were ready to go. We quickly found a car and we did a test drive. Very deceitful. I purchased an 07 Tundra I assumed had issues due to paint overspray here and there. The salesperson brought out the manager who had in his hand what I thought was an accurate car fax report giving the truck a clean bill of health and insisted the truck had not been repainted. After some wheeling and dealing, I left with what I thought was a good deal on the Tundra. Well, after about 4 months I decided I like the Tundra so much, I went in to a Toyota dealership to trade-up to a 2010. To my surprise, the Toyota manager came out with their version of a car fax report that showed frame damage and would not except the truck in a trade-in!To make sure, I paid for a car fax report and yep, Koons had knowingly doctored the report, and ripped me off! The staff there, including the finance and sales managers, are lying scum!
