When I got to the service area there was one car ahead of me. The service guy was talking to the driver. I sat for about 15 minutes. The driver left and the service guy went into his office. I waited a while and blew my horn because the car in front of me still sat there empty. I got out and another service guy came walking by. He then helped me and was very helpful. I was frustrated and sat thinking how much better if I owned a toyota and brought my car there for service. I am sure they would be much more professional. I own two hyundai cars. I brought my daughter in and she bought a santa fe and my grandaughter and my co-worker and they bought cars. Cars great, service not so great this time. Sometimes it is good other times not so good.

Myself being a woman but was with my boyfriend, I found that they pushed hard for the sale of the vehicle. Once all was done and we saw the SUV in the light, there were chunks of paint out of front bumper that was not disclosed, since it was dusk then nite when we finished. Had a very hard time getting that repaired since I lived 225 miles north of dealership. I went to get the new car book and there was NO book, this only disappointed us further as we got no instructions on how all the buttons worked. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, wish I had gone with the Ford Escape. This car has 0 power for its size.

My niece purchased a used Elantra with no options and paid an amount equal to a new one. I tried to reason with the dealership but was told it was her tough luck. It happened several years ago and I have been able to prevent nine individuals from closing deals and many more from visiting King owned dealerships.

I am a senior worman, I was taken advantage of at this dealer. they tried to charge me more for repairs than they originally quoted me. they put in a battery when I only asked them to check the battery. they tried to charge me $29.10 for the battery check! they quoted 1/2 hour labor to replace my door handle, and charged me 1 hour labor. they charged me for waste and hazardous material removel for my door handle!!!!! they quoted me $79.44 for the handle and then tried to charge me $98.!! I always have my service done at this dealer. they do my oil changes and tire rotation. I was told they could not do my tire rotation because the lug nut was frozen. when I asked for an explanation, I was told the machine acts up about every 7 months. I fought not to have to pay this because it was not my fault. my complaint is the overcharge for 1/2 hour of servuce and the waste charge! I will be contacting every resourse I can to right this situation. going to the corporate headquarters if just as bad. they do not stand by their product. they have no input with the dealer.

I had a wonderful experience shopping and purchasing my new car which is a 2015 Hyundai Sonata Sport. When I got to King Hyundai I was expecting the same stereotype a salesman comes out I tell him my credit is iffy, and the sales try's to put me in what they want to. This time Scotty my salesman listened to what I wanted and made my wants priority and found the car to fit instead of the other way around, I have already referred 2 customers to Scotty and will be sending many many more from my church. I also liked the way he was himself didnt try to put on any act.

No Spare Key, No mats

Back in February I Purchased a car from this dealership. I was suppose to receive two keys with the car but I never did. I spoke to the sale person telling him that I will come back on the weekend to get the car cleaned and I would like to get the key then, he agreed and said that he will do his best in getting me that second key. When I went back low and behold there was still no second key. I have been going back and forth with this dealership trying to get this second key. I have spoken to the manager who promised to get me a second Key at their expense and when I went back to set up the appointment to get the key programmed to the car the supervisor informed me that they are not going to cut the key. Their excuse for me not receiving a second key was we don't give two keys with used cars. This is horrible customer service, I will never recommend anyone to buy their car here. Not to mention that the car was not cleaned properly and it did not come with any mats either. I will never purchased another car from them ever again.

Poor internet service. Contacted King Hyundai and identified vehicle by VIN number that I wished to purchase. Internet manager, Robert Lazar, was to contact me within 24 hrs which did not occur. Was contacted by a sales person, Dale .., who did not know which vehicle I was interested in purchasing. Requested Dale find and examine the vehicle so we could discuss condition which he did and he found a small dent. Dale stated he would contact me within 24 hrs with a date in which the repair would be completed so that we could arrange pickup. Dale did not contact as promised so I contacted him the following morning. He apologized for not calling and stated that he had sent an email (no email was ever received). He stated the vehicle would be repaired on Tuesday and we discussed meeting Weds/Thurs to pick up the vehicle and turn in my trade-in. Hours later Dale left voicemail that the vehicle was sold and offered to help me buy a car in the future. Voice messages for Dale, Robert Lazar and Ron Schey, GM, have not been returned. 5 days after the "sale", the vehicle remains displayed on the dealer and national websites with one website being updated with dealer pictures after the sale. BTW, the dealer pictures fail to display the dent that Dale found.

A few months back I took my son and his girlfriend to this dealership because she was interested in buying an Elantra. This is where I bought my Santa Fe. Upon arriving at the dealership and being greeted I told the salesman that we would like to drive an elantra. He responded that I could go down the block and drive one. Speechless we left the dealership. Next day we went "down the block" and bought a new Elantra. Reminded me of a pretty women moment. Went back to the dealership to let the manager know and when I told him he simply stared at me and said absolutely nothing - not even an "I'm sorry. Although I may buy another Hyundai vehicle in the near future you can be rest assured that it will not be with this dealership - I'll be going down the block


No spare tire

Only after purchase was i informed that the Elantra Limited i bought does not come with a spare tire/donut. Driving without a spare tire/donut is simply crazy. The tire mobility kit provided with the car is useless in a blow-out or other major tire failure. I called and e-mailed Hyundai Motor America to complain about not being informed of this fact. I demanded that King Hyundai provide me with a spare tire kit at no cost or at least at cost. The response was, take it up with the dealership. King Hyundai would not budge. King wanted $350 for a spare tie kit. I got it for $250 tax included. Omitting the fact that a spare tire is not included was shocking and bewildering to me and for sure, the vast majority of the customers King Hyundai encounters and in my opinion, unethical. The behavior of King Hyundai and Hyundai Motor America has been a bitter experience. To the prospective Hyundai buyer i say, STAY AWAY!

Paperwork on its way. signed sealed and delivered exactly what was described by Efran. for being my first internet car purchase, this was a great experience.

Horrible experience!!! The person I came in to see was not there. I met with Dale Hussey! Total jerk. I told him I wanted a buyer's order and he wanted me to fill out a credit application. He said the credit application was to make sure I am not a terrorist. I wanted to laugh and cry at the same time lol. This guy is a piece of work. Then he said I was calling him a liar, because I didn't want him to run a credit report. I requested to speak with the manger (Rocco), however they sent the receptionist. I was then passed on to a nicer fellow name Norm. He was able to get the buyer order in 10 mins and faxed. Nothing should be this difficult. Nothing. I would not send my worst enemy to this dealership. They are the worst!

Would not even let me test drive a car unless I guaranteed I would buy it right then and there...Rude, condescending....they lost a loyal Hyundai customer.

I just bought a 2008 Elantra for my son who is in FL for the winter. I dealt with dealer through email and phone. Car needed to be registered in MA. Dealer was able to handle all of the paperwork to ensure a smooth registration. Was also able to turn around the purcahse quickly as my son had been in a car accident and was without a car. Only downside was the hidden fees that I was not told about. I can justify it by the fact that the deal was completed quickly and seamlessly. Overall price was good. Just don't like hidden fees.
