"Embarrassing"

Called and got a man named rusty, seemed unprofessional by cracking jokes when I told him I was interested in looking at a specific car. Not only was the car sold "a week ago" he tried to have me look at another car that didn't even start. Kinda wasted my time, and I didn't feel valued as a customer.

Great customer service

Great car dealer, they work with you regardless of credit history to make sure you get into a car that you actually like that day. My car (impala 2013) came in perfect condition with low mileage and had perfect car fax history report. I recommend going through Rusty, he is very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to the business.

This has been the best car buying experience I have had since being in Killeen. The staff is great along with their vehicles. They do not just try to sell you something to get their numbers or your money. They actually want you to get the vehicle you want and will go out of their way to make it happen. I would recommend this carlot to anyone in the market for a quality vehicle and customer service also.

I was not sure what type of vehicle I wanted, decided to stop in and see what was available, was allowed to look over entire inventory on internet and pick out cars that appealed to me. I am a first time buyer and they were able to get me a good car 2007 Saab aero at an affordable price. Rusty even sat with me to get my loan from Navy Fed.

Great Experience- Wouldn't go anywhere else!

I have known these folks for over 30 years. I have bought 4 cars from KAB, and never regretted doing so. Edgar and his son, Edward were honest, direct, and absolutely wonderful each time. I have bought cars for myself (1999 KIA), my middle son (1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee) my youngest son (2004 Nissan Frontier PU) and for a very dear friend (2013 Nissan Sentra). Their prices were the best in town, and their overall service was outstanding. I will return again when I need another vehicle.

Great Experience

Definitely, I can say that I made a right decision getting our 2nd vehicle in Killeen Auto Brokers. I love my BMW-X3 that I bought from them last November. I'm really thankful to Rusty and Edward for making the transaction smooth and easy for me. Rusty assisted me that day when I first visited KAB. Unlike other car sales agent I dealt with, he is not pushy and allowed me to have the time and freedom to choose the vehicle that I preferred. What really made me decide to write this review is the fact that I know consumers would love to get a car on a dealership that will still take care of their customers even after signing the purchase agreement. I can say that Killeen Auto Brokers treat me as their family. They called me last December for a a free car wash and even put gas on my BMW. Last 29th of December, we were about to leave for Austin to spend the New Year. After putting all our bags on the rear, I saw that one of my tires on the back was punctured by a nail. It's really a pressure dealing with such situation especially when my husband is deployed. I called Rusty that morning and he immediately sent two of their crews to help me out. We took it off and replaced it with a temporary tire. They even accompanied me to Discounted Tires and paid for the repair that was done. And so, we were able to leave that same day to celebrate New Year! Everything that I need for my BMW, they never had a second thought in helping me the best way they possibly can. I'm looking forward to get another car with them soon! I will definitely recommend Killeen Auto Brokers to my family, friends and to anyone who is searching for an awesome car deal! My Experience at Killeen Auto Brokers was like no other they were honest with me from the very beginning and very helpful! They were honest with me about me being up-side down in my trade and told me how much I was truly getting on trade. They did not try to pressure me into something I did not want and got me exactly into the vehicle I wanted. Edward the finance manger was very honest and informative! Horrible liars retraction

We had issues with our trade in not getting paid off in a timely manner. We spoke to Mr Garcia in person and he quickly resolved the issue. I left a negative feedback before speaking with Mr Garcia. I would recommend the car lot to anyone. They do make good on their word. They will do what it takes to earn your business and they are very friendly.

horrible liars!!

We traded a car in March this is July and they still haven't paid my trade off. My credit has been affected. I call the owner and finance guy almost every week. Its one lie after another. Theres no reason it should take almost five months to pay off my trade. I wouldn't recommend this car lot to anyone!

Worst experience ever!!

The buying experience was very unpleasant. They have no customer appreciation. They sold me the car empty and refused to fuel it up. I had to go back to them several times after sale because They kept calling asking me for information that supposedly the bank was requesting before they sent them the money and when I would call the bank it was never true. Edward would not return my calls and kept lying to me about the status of my tags which I finally got today after several calls and trips back to the dealership and after going through two different temporary tags. He was friendly untill he received the money from the bank. After that he showed no concern or effort to keep me informed about my registration and even when I went to get them he offered no apology or showed any regret for the inconvenience of all the unnecessary trips I had to make back to them. I will never do business with them again and will advice everyone I know to stay away and avoid the headaches.

We are just amazed at how this facility has graciously helped us in our vehicle purchase!! Rusty, Edward, and Mr. Garcia are the very best!! These gentlemen will work with you until you get your approval even if it takes almost 3 months!! I would most definitely recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to get a vehicle. Even if the vehicle you want is not available on the site they still can get that vehicle for you. You may think it's hard to get approved for a vehicle, but whether u have Bad Credit, No Credit, Repo, etc., Killeen Auto Brokers will still help you in getting a vehicle. We were turned down by 2 dealerships prior to going to KAB. So if you have not gotten a car and feeling down about credit issues and other issue, just think about KAB, the WILL NOT turn you down!!!

horrible service / lemon cars

Horrribbble customer service horrible buying experience .. the sales reps lie and the quality of service is very poor on top of that my friend was sold a lemon ....worst buying experience ever plus we are out of running transportation because the car that was sold to us a few months ago had a bad transmission and the dealer ship refuses to do anything about it. Dont waste your time buying junk. Never buy from this so called Christains. What happen to the lemon law . This has been the worst experience ever .o and i put one star because it would not let me leave it blank.!!

Huge Waste Of TIme

I went there looking for a used car and to do a trade in and on the first day they seemed really nice and helpful. The next day they were still pretty helpful. But by the third day I hadnt heard from anyone at the dealership about my credit application. So I had to call them and ask what was going on they were very short with me and told me to call back the next day. I did this and when the dealer answered this time he wouldnt even let me finish my sentences before he cut me off. He was rude and unfriendly with me. Needless to say they lost my business very quick like. If I could give them less stars I would. Stay Away!!!!!!

Needed new car for commute

We needed a car for my commute to school daily which is roughly 106 miles one way & my full size truck wasn't cutting it. We went to a few other dealerships and the salesmen were annoying and pushy. When we came to Killeen Auto Brokers we met with Jesse and he was honest, helpful, and patient. They got us a great car and whenever we need anything they've been there and are always friendly.

Killeen Auto Brokers has a GREAT selection of vehicles to suit everyones tastes and budgets (Hyundai's to BMW's). The sales team is very friendly and professional. We were very happy with the experience and would recommend them to anyone. PLEASE do NOT let the fact that they are located on Rancier fool you. Yes, they can accommodate bad or slow credit, but they also work with those with excellent credit or you can walk in with your own financing from the bank or credit union of your choice. Come down and give them a try; we will definitely come here again when the time comes for us to buy again.

My experience

Actually we went to look at a 2000 Suburban but thought it was to much vechile for us. Then I spotted a 2007 Hundai Entorage van in very good condition. I had a 2006 Pontiac G6 and wanted something that was higher off the ground for me. We test drove the van I was in love with it. It took a lot to get me to part with my G6. The service was wonderful, considerate. They covered a lot of the costs that are demands of Texas. I LOVE THIS VAN.

AT FIRST WE HAD BEEN LOOKING FOR OVER A WEEK ON A GOOD USED SUV. BEING A MILITARY TOWN EVERYONE SAYS TO LEAVE THE AREA WHEN BUYING A CAR JUST B/C OF THE DEALERSHIPS WILL TRY AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. WELL THIS WASN'T THE CASE... AFTER LOOKING AT 6 CAR LOTS IN THE AREA. AT FIRST WE SUBMITTED OUR APPLICATION ONLINE AFTER LOOKING AT THEIR INVENTORY ONLINE WITHIN A DAY WE RECIEVED A PHONE CALL WITH THE GREAT NEWS THAT WE WAS APPROVED...BUT THE PAYMENTS WAS GOING TO BE WAY OVER OUR HEADS. SO WE LOOKED AT A DIFFERENT TRUCK NEEDELESS TO SAY WITHIN ABOUT 3 DAYS OF EDWARD GARCIA GOING BACK AN FORTH WITH THE LENDERS AND US ABOUT PAYMENTS ETC... HE WAS FINALLY ABLE TO GET US INTO THE SUV WE WANTED WITH A PAYMENT WE COULD AFFORD. VERY VERY FRIENDLY AND PATIENT WITH US WHILE WE DISCUSSED OUR OPTIONS. HE WAS NEVER BREATHING DOWN OUR BACK OR CHASING US AROUND THE PARKING LOT UNLIKE SOME LOTS. WE RECENTLY BOUGHT A DODGE CHARGER FROM MCLEOD AUTO, AND I WISH WE WOULD HAVE WENT TO KAB FIRST!!!! I WOULD MOST CERTAINLY RECOMMEND KAB & EDWARD GARCIA TO ANYONE LOOKING TO PURCHASE A CAR! THEY ALSO HAD OUR TRUCK VERY CLEANED AND WASHED, HALF TANK OF GAS, GAVE A CARFAX, AND EVEN EXPLAINED THINGS TO US IN THE TRUCK THAT WE DID NOT KNOW HOW TO USE! VERY HELPFUL PEOPLE!
