Great experience buying a vehicle

We were able to do almost everything by e-mail and then at the end of the deal it took very few phone calls to finalize everything. When we got to the dealership we didn't have to wait, the paperwork was ready for us and we were out of there in less than an hour. It was wonderful!

no pressure sales

Truly a no pressure sales experience. No harassing phone calls. They did not push additional warranties and services at us. They stayed within the budget we set. Found one or two tiny issues with the used SUV we were interested in, and they addressed them perfectly. No short cuts or duct tape repairs found at other dealers. They even went above and beyond to deliver the car to our home since the repairs took longer than expected. My wife and I will most definitely shop there again.
