I'm so happy with all the hard work they did for us to get in our new car. And they made us laugh and keep me going after everything I was in tears. They made use feel like family. I would go back for my next car are truck and tell my friends and family to go see them to get them a car thank y'all for what y'all did for us. And god bless everyone

The staff was very friendly and helpful since it was my first time buying a new car. We did run into a little bit of trouble because someone was using my social at a different dealership to get them a car but the manager was able to clear that up for me which I wasn't expecting that at all. It was late when I showed up and all the staff stayed late to help us. I was recommended here and I would recommend others too

By far the best decision I've made concerning transportation. My Sportage drives great and is good on gas as well.

I phoned two weeks in advance for an appointment to add parts to my new kia and get it serviced. Not only were my parts never ordered but the follow up order was incorrectly written down on a post it note. When I voiced my concern the woman at the service desk was defensive, arrogant, unprofessional, and rude. Her reply to me started with saying I had an attitude. Took me by surprise. Tried to wrap things up quickly with her but got hung up on her technicians inability to properly rotate my tires. Needless to say I went home to rotate them myself. On my way out the door she said it was good I'd never be coming back. Horrendous experience.

I purchased a 2015 Kia Soul. A few months ago, had a fair satisfaction because I would get called by the dealer for something that should've been done while I got the car however this is not why I am very extremely disappointed and mad, but because I went to pick up my license plate and this where it comes to disaster!!!!!!!!!!!!! I didn't know exactly who to go to, to get them, so I knocked quietly to some ladys door because I saw that she was talking to someone else through a window. I asked her where do I pick up my plates and she just pointed next door, apparently to the room whom she was talking to. the lady sitting in front of the door asked "how can I help you" I told her. she told me she had called and I told her well I never received a phone call well to make story short from being frustrated since the beginning with the dealership I got mad because there was a "older man" who said "well its probably not here" I said well I hope so because its been awhile" he grabbed them from a file folder and gave them to the lady, well when the old man was going to sit in his chair he laughed. that to ME was very rude and unprofessional I asked him "what is so funny" he looked at me and said "who are you, I wasn't laughing at you, you were the one who came in and interrupted my conversation" im guessing with the lady in the other room I told him, im sorry but I am the customer here" he literally told me "i don't care if you are the customer, NEVER interrupt my conversation". the next thing he did was take the license plate from the lady tried to give them to me because he told the lady "give me the license so she can get out of here" I told him "I don't want them from you" and guess what he did he threw them at me. literally threw them at me. the lady said to forgive him because he was old. I told her "old or not you don't treat customers or anyone like that, that is very rude." if I would've known I was going to be treated like this before. seriously I would've never purchased it there. and if you are looking for customer satisfaction this is NOT the place to go. give your money to someone who going to treat you like the customer that you are. BY the way he was the manager!!! unbelievable
