I traded my 2014 Escape on a 2016 Fusion. Clint Castellar was my salesman and I was very pleased with him. He was helpful in everyway. I'm very pleased with my new car. I like dealing with Keystone, but somehow the waiting period from saying yes to getting in the car is way too long. I was there I decided on the car around 2 PM, and I did have to run home to get finances in order, but I was back at the dealership by 5:50 and did not get out until 9PM. way too long. Not Clint's fault, just normal procedure. As I remember when I bough the Escape I was there a very long time too. Don't know what all the red tape is about, but that is my only complaint. My credit score was 860 so it really should not take such a long time.

service was tops and the person who took info and explained what the oil changed entailed as far as what else is checked when having an oil change was very nice -the drivers seat in my new ford fusion se is not up to quality standards from my view point and i'm not happy with that problem at all -the bolster on the door side of my drivers seat is wearing out and i want ford to do something about it -i thought the seat material was of much better quality than what is in it now -makes me wander about buying another ford since i buy a new car evert two to three years -i may have to look go back to buying another malibu from jennings across the street not happy at all-please contact me soon -jeff summers

My 2016 F150 had a problem with the tailgate. The Customer Service Rep said he would set up an appointment and call me. Never heard back from him. A week later I had my truck in for it's first checkup and mentioned it to a different Service Rep, she set me right up for and appointment. "Michelle" handled the problem and got me set up.While I was waiting for my truck's service to be done, I inquired about a bed cover for the truck and talked to the Parts Department Rep. I was told he would get the information and call me. He must have lost my number because it has been over a week and still no call.Love the truck and will still keep going back for service, just wish they could keep their promises of calling me back!

I really like working with Darrian I just wish the technicians would pay better attention or have more knowledge. I had my 2016 Ford Explorer in for service, I asked to have my tires rotated BUT DO NOT DO ANYTHING WITH THE TIRE PRESSURE.. What happens the service tech puts air into my tires when like I explained from the start not to. The reason I did not want the tire pressure adjusted is my tires have NITROGEN IN THEM. They are DISTINCTFULLY OBVIOUS BECAUSE THEY HAVE A GREEN VALVE STEM CAP THAT SAYS NITROGEN.... What happens the tech puts air in my tires. It just upsets me that he was either not trained or more knowledgeable or just was not or just in a hurry to get it in and out.

I bought a Pontiac Sunfire a few years ago. It ran well and the team at Keystone Ford helped with all my needs while I had that car. When I determined that I needed to trade that Sunfire in on a newer vehicle that was 4 wheel drive and gets good gas mileage due to my need to drive to Harrisburg daily for work no matter the weather, the team again was there to help and found me the perfect vehicle. When there was a problem with that used vehicle they fixed it no questions and set me up in a rental car so I could still get to work. I bought a 2010 Jeep Liberty and noticed within two weeks that the muffler needed repair. When I took it in for service, they would not fix it for the reason they gave it did not need replacing. When it went in for inspection, I was told the muffler would need replacing at my cost of $150.00. They also never followed up on the sale of the vehicle to see if everything was satisfactory.

Scheduling should not have scheduled me for the repair work on a Saturday so I am told, but the staff worked with the situation and got the needed work done. Took a bit longer to work it in. Tech could have made sure the back set was latched correctly. As I stopped at a red light on s slight downward hill everything in the truck slid forward and created a mess.

This event started when looking at an Expedition while service was checking a problem of our 2011 Explorer. A part needed was ordered to complete the service the next day. The "loaner car" from Enterprise happened to be a 2015 Expedition. We liked it, so when returning to Keystone we were anxious to talk with sales about a trade. The numbers came together and made the deal. Sales staff were excellent, but as the financial papers were being signed, suddenly we were selecting an option of an extended warranty (without any mention of various plans available). In fact, it almost seemed like they were "included" in the agreed price. (NOT SO) I returned the next day to modify the warranty plan. We are enjoying the Expedition and have been happy with the service department in the past four years with the Explorer.

We purchased a used Scion xB. Our purchase experience was great however the delivery was not! We purchased this vehicle for our 16 yr old son, it was a very exciting time for him and us as parents. When we arrived at the dealership to take delivery we found the vehicle parked out front with very little gas and not detailed as promised. The gas was really not a big concern however when we asked about the detail, we were told that because we got such a good deal on the vehicle, it would not be cleaned. extremely disappointing to say the least! Our son drove home his first car, from his first buying experience, frustrated and upset that his new car was covered in pollen and road dirt. I think anyone would agree, not the best way to send off a potential future buyer!

Our Old Escape 2001, gave out on us. We had it for eleven years,We had over 200,000 miles on it. We've had great Maintanance Service from Keystone Ford. I would call in, and service would provide mechanical service at a desent price. Over this past weekend, Our Old Escape said, I can't go any more, so I called for a tow to Keystone Ford and we knew the transmission gave out. So Monday morning, I called in and said that my wife was coming in for a new or used Escape. The Style of the Escape, the way it functions on the road, and the great maintenance Keystone Ford has we couldn't go wrong. She saw the Used 2012 Ford Escape that we have now, on line, and said to the sales rep. I want that car. So we proceed to buy the car, and we took a road trip out after we bought the car. We were very happy with the new car, it was quiet, the air conditioning was excellent, Never knew what a mood roof was until we used it. However, there was a couple things that we were not happy with, there was a braking problem, and we brought it back and service took care of it right away. Car seems to be braking better. The second problem was there was only one key, The only way for us to get another key, is for me to buy another key. So, we are getting by with one key for now.

Wednesday the mechanic put the wrong state inspection sticker number on the car,he put a 5-16,it should have been 7-16,today Thursday, we had to go back and put the right on the car.They had the car for (3) three days.We were out of a car for (3) dayes.It should had never happen,It mess up our plans we had for Thursday morning,not to wait for the car to get right,it should had never happen.It was not service advisor mistake,he was very very nice person,the mechanic was at fault.

So far I have used Keystone for approximately 4-6 service appointments with my two Ford vehicles and I have been surprised at the experience. Excellent communication seems to be the major difference I have observed that sets Keystone apart from my previous Ford service. I received a call early in the morning to clarify my comments on my dropoff envelope and was given a general idea of the cost of the service requested. 2010 Fusion. Rather fragile car I would say. Broken door latch cable (how can a cable like that break?). Rear camera and side-to-side radar failed just after warrantee ended. Comments on internet regarding this feature are negative. Repairs chancy and costs not worth the gamble. Good transportation however, especially nimble on two-lane roads. No complaints about service.

It started with the morning phone call to the service department. Amy answered the call and scheduled me for service the same day when I got off work, for which I was pleased. I entered and dropped the keys off, sat down at a showroom table and started checking phone messages. Shortly after, someone came out and told me my inspection was due; they fit that in too. Soon my salesman came out and sat with me for a real good talk about all kinds of things, just like old friends. Before I knew it, the car was finished, we reviewed the work, paid and drove off in this one year old car that I like very much. Keystone really has it together, more than any other local dealer with whom I have worked.

My first service visit after buying my Fusion was less than inspirational. The people I dealt with were not friendly and I did not feel like I was a valued customer in any way. So I returned to my former dealership to use up service credit. That credit is used up so I thought I will give Keystone service another try.WHAT A DIFFERENCE! I wish I could remember the young man's name who met me at the service window. He set the mood for the entire visit. He greeted me even before I reached the service window. He smiled. He was friendly. He made pleasant conversation. He explained things and listened to my requests. He escorted me to the waiting area. I purchased a 2009 Ford Focus a week before Christmas. I had looked for several months. Staff was very nice, informative, and helpful. They took time to talk with us when we had to wait several times. Back bumper had a few scratches. I stated that I guess being a used car, it would have these things. Salesman remarked that they would sand and paint the bumper. He said they are not new cars, but they make them look new !!! Enjoyed the whole experience and I love my new car. It does look new and beautiful! I have talked about it so much and how good it was to buy from Keystone, that my brother is planning on getting his next vehicle there.

Oil change was as expected. In and out quickly. Although the regular price of an oil change is a bit higher than most but I found the items they check along with it are a great help to keep the car in tip top running shape and 12 dollars for labor is very reasonable.

In for an oil change. Service was great, it was done pretty quickly.I did ask about deactivating the ding the car makes when you get close to the 80mph. I was told it could not be done but I did read in my manual that some come with a 'master' key to deactivate it.

The only thing I don't like when I bring my car in for service,( and this is minor) my seat is always re-adjusted forward.I'm 6'3" and I would think that to move my car the short distance with the seat all the way back, its really not necessary to adjust my seat.
