Sitting between a rock and a hard lace we did not know what we were going to do with our future as car owners, we knew we were due for a newer car. Wayne Weems did a wonderful job laying all of the cards out on the table. We explained our financial situation, what we could afford each month, what we prefered as far as a new vs. used car, and he did the legwork for us. Once we made the decision to by the financing was handled by our preferred financial institution, and they took care of that in house for us. This was the easiest car buying process I have ever gone through.

Stay away!!!

I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from key auto mall about a year ago. I made the mistake of not looking at the exterior passenger side of the vehicle. The deal was complete, and I drove the hour and fifteen minutes back home. About an hour after I got home, I noticed a sizable dent--about two inches square--on the passenger door. The dealership tried to blame me repeatedly and said they wouldn't cover the $500 repair. After the general manager insulted my wife (she did yell at him), he finally agreed to cover half the cost. He said it would be done a certain day, but it took two extra days to "perfect" it. I will never do business there again, and I would recommend no one to buy there. Terrible!!

Wayne Weems, Wayne Weems, Wayne Weems! Listen i've never in my life had service from a car dealership let alone a lot of places, that were this phenomenal. Wayne greeted me and he said straight up I'm gonna do whatever I can to make sure you're happy with everything here (car, service etc) Wayne was very upfront and honest about what I could and could not afford and I was in a tight financial situation that led to me reducing a lot of my options but still he prevailed and after an hour of doing some tough digging he pulled through and got me a jeep that I am so overly satisfied with its unbelievable. If you go here to even look at cars talk to Wayne. He won't force a thing on you but he WILL do all in his power to try and make sure you're happy with your experience whether you buy a car or not. Love this dealer, and will see him about new cars for the future and for as long as I can. Wayne is the main and I suggest you go to him!

Wayne Weems is the man! When you go here to Key auto mall and you're looking to buy a vehicle, VERY first thing you should do is ask if Wayne Weems is available! He isn't your typical car dealer who tries to push every little thing on you. He is a very real and honest man, not just a dealer. But what this was one that I will be returning to and hopefully having time and time again. He was honest and he was very sincere in terms of handling my financial situation. I guarantee that when i buy a new car for the rest of my life I plan to come and see Wayne every time. My experience was flawless as we waited for the paperwork to finish which was short and about half an hour, but while I was waiting he offered us water, coffee, some tv in a very comfortable lounge. Also every single question I had he knew and he nailed it! He's not a car dealer, hes a genuine man who cares about the quality and happiness you receive both from him and the car you receive.

I can't say enough good things about the team at Key Auto Mall. Internet manager Scott DeBruyckere patiently answered all my questions every time I contacted him about a vehicle I would see online. When I came in to test drive, he introduced me to sales professional Wayne Weems who is the perfect person to buy a car from. Wayne answered even more of my questions and led me directly to a car that was perfect for me. I've been car shopping and test driving for several months, and this 2014 Ford Escape is everything I was looking for. I love the sun roof, the power seat, the back up camera....everything. The entire financing process was faster than I could expect. I really just came out this evening to test drive a vehicle but 2.5 hours later I'm driving away with my new baby. I came into Key and was helped by Derek Spires. I unfortunately totaled my existing Toyota. He was very understanding and ready to help me with the possibility of a new vehicle. We did some initial car shopping and test drives that were in my price range. Great Experience

Came back to Key Auto Mall to look for a bigger car for my growing family in April 2016. I had leased my first car at Key 4 years ago. I then came back in 2015 to look at a bigger vehicle, I requested Wayne Weems has I had dealt with him leasing my first car and had a great experience. Outstanding Customer Experience

On our drive over it came down to a either the Durango we hadn't seen yet or the BMW X3 I had been eyeing. When we pulled in the lot we were greeted by Zac and he was quick to offer to go grab the keys so we could check out the Durango. He then took our licenses and let us look at the car while he made the copies so we could take it for a test drive. I was completely wow'd by the car and immediately changed my mind from the BMW X3. Service Department

For the first time in our lives my husband and I bought a brand new vehicle. We have had 4 recalls on it so far. Every time we have taken the vehicle to Key Auto Mall for the repairs, their technicians have damages something on our vehicle. First they put a dent in it, nothing was done. Then they put to big gouges in the back panel, nothing was done. This time they damaged the back of the steering wheel, again, NOTHING was done. I've given them zeros on all their surveys they have sent and nothing. They are extremely rude and lack customer service. On one of my many phone calls, I was told by their female employee in the service department not to call back. I was simply calling to get a status on the parts ordered. I would highly recommend NEVER using their service department if you want to get your vehicle back damage free. I am currently in the process of contacting the corporation as this needs to stop. You have all been warned!!! STAY AWAY!!!

Weems Works for You

I had been in and bought a new Jeep 6 months ago. Wayne had come to my work to get my vehicle to put crossbars on it when I couldn't get over to the dealership when I first bought my Cherokee.I had several problems with it but Wayne was always there to do what ever he could do to make it easier. Bought a car at Key from Jay a couples weeks ago. He was unbelievably helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. We were a little indecisive on what we wanted to get and Jay was patient with us the entire time. He pulled around every vehicle we asked about for us to test drive, and answered every question we had so that we could make a wise decision on which car would fit best with us. Confident car buying experience with Brad Wallace

We were looking for the best deal on our new 2016 Buick Enclave, and had visited several dealerships, one of which tried to sell us a car that was still under recall! When we found out what was going on, needless to say, we walked out. We then took a chance and drove an hour and a half based on the reviews on cars.com to visit KEY Auto Mall. We were immediately greeted by a person we now consider one of our good friends and trusted adviser in Brad Wallace. Brad took the time to answer every one of our questions, as well as explain some little known facts to us about the Enclave and the car purchasing process in general. We were shown dealer invoice, and were given all rebates available. The process was 100% transparent, and really, the hardest part was picking out the color! They had the car cleaned, and filled with gas by the time we were done in the finance office. I would bet we were in and out of there within an hour. We have 3 kids who are also needing to get something, and we will all drive the hour and a half to find Brad at KEY.

Great car buying experiance!!!

We were traveling from Cincinnati to Omaha Nebraska last weekend for a family wedding when our Jeep Grand Cherokee starting making a bad noise. We took the Jeep to Key Motors in Moline Il and were connected with Chad Denny in Service. It was the Thursday before Labor Day Weekend and he helped us get to airport to rent a car as it was going to be mid week before the car could be looked at. He stayed in touch with us and we were told the repairs would be pricey. We decided to buy a new car. I was put in touch with the Used Car Manager Austin Jakubowski and he was so helpful expediting the process and giving us our options. He put us in touch with Wayne Weems a sales professional. We drove back to Moline to return rental car and Wayne personally picked us up at the airport. He had the car we had seen on line for us ready to drive. We bought a 2014 Honda Accord. Rob Meyer helped get a NEW Chrysler 200!!

Rob Meyer was very informative and helpful, my credit is not the greatest and Jeff and Braxton their finance guys worked hard and got me an amazing interest rate and everyone was very nice. The process was very quick and painless, a few months ago I went to Green looking for a Chryster 200 they tried getting me into a Ford Focus instead and the financing process took all day, only to see a 11% interest rate in the end, I left there empty handed. Rob Listened to what I wanted down to every detail even my silly color request. And they even put gas on full for me. FIrst time dealership experience, and it went very well. Daniel Speight was the sales representative that walked me through the process, and he was very friendly and low pressure, which I appreciated. Had no issues or stress during the car purchasing process (bought a 2013 Mazda 3). Daniel even helped me find a parking spot as I drove onto the lot. I went home with a 2010 KIA forte. The payments were reasonable and he worked his butt of to get me something I could afford.I will be coming back to Key Auto Mall and I will ask for Wayne Weems.
