Absolutely worst customer service I have ever had. If I could give them negative stars, I would. I took my brand new car there for the first oil change and they FORGOT to put oil in my car - YOU HAD ONE JOB!!!!!!! Got a recall notice in the mail a few weeks ago and tried to call to set up an appointment to take it in for that, left multiple voicemails with the service department - never got one phone call back. I called & called & called only to have to drive to the dealership to schedule the appointment a month out. Rude service department, rude customer service department, rude title clerk, rude operator, all of them - RUDE. Don't ever bother to leave a voicemail - trust me, no one will ever call you back. Don't buy a car there, trust me. Worst decision I have ever made.

I had purchased a set of tires of Kerry in November and since then the car shakes while traveling I-75 at 60 mph and more I took it to ask about setting up an appointment. Ok, I was told to ask a certain man at the service desk and he, (I thought) was helping another woman at the time. So, I waited as a person would. After a minute or so it was apparent they were having a personal conversation about someone they knew. No effort was made to tell me just a moment, or we will be right with you. The guy just sat while looking at me and continuing his conversation. The woman was not polite and said help this lady. So, I felt it was pointless and I needed to pick up my child from school, so I left and as I did, no one offered anything such as someone will be with you. It was a waste of time. Furthermore, not trusting anymore of their oil changes.

I recently leased a 2016 Rogue. My salesperson, Steven Hughes, provided me with the best customer service I have received in the process of deciding which vehicle I was going to choose. He went above and beyond to assist me. He is knowledgeable about all Nissan's and worked very diligently and worked with the manager and the finance dept. to acquire a deal I was able to afford. He contacted me after the deal to follow-up to see if I had any questions or concerns. If anyone visits Kerry Nissan in Florence, please ask for Steven Hughes to assist you. I highly recommend him. He truly cares about his customers. I love my new Rogue. Thank you Steven for all your assistance.

I am in need of a tire rotation, and I wasn't sure if that was covered under my Altima lease. So, I called the Kerry dealership of Florence where I lease my car from to ask. I was transferred to the finance department and someone from finance told me that yes that is covered. He never offered to look up anything for me. I called the service department and scheduled the service appointment. After taking off of work to bring it in, I found out from the service department that it is not covered. When I spoke to the finance department again to express my aggrevation, this time they said that the tire rotation isn't ever included. Only the oil changes for the 1st year. He then told me that all the covered services were given to me when I leased my car. So he was basically saying that I should know what is covered. My lease is almost up and I will not lease or purchase another car from here.

I purchased a car in Late August of this year and I am still trying to get my old loan paid off. It has been one excuse after another. When I did first go to the dealership to get a look at the car I made an appointment. After driving 45 minutes to get to their dealership I was told that the car was driven off the lot by service/lot techs. The car would not be back for a few hours. i went off. I left and then after calming down I decided to go back to the dealership since if this car was available it was a good deal. i was there for hours. Very slow process and promises made and not kept. Almost a month later I am still trying to get my old loan paid off and get information on my new loan. i was told by one person that 4 out of their 5 finance guys walked out and they were short handed. if that is true tell your customers the situation so they know up front that they will be there a long time. I was promised certain things for one of the sales manager and a month later nothing! While i was at the dealership buying my car there was an older couple there that was struggling with dealing with the finance dept. they bought a car from them three month prior and their old loan had not been paid off and they had a lien against them. i should of just walked away the first time. Beware of this dealershipat!

Chad Snider salesman was great and easy to deal with overall. The business manager Chads boss, service manager, and finance guy were not nice at all towards me. Fighting and arguing about the car I purchased, which needed exhaust work, I was promised they could fix on Monday but had to wait till Friday. On Friday still arguing between Service manager TimG and Chad, this whole experience has made me extremely uncomfortable as a customer. I was promised the exhaust system would be fixed and paid for it to be fixed. Not happy about my buying experience here at Kerry Hyandai. I will never be back here again, nor any of my 7 children to purchase a car new or used.


I will be a lifetime customer!

Saw used car on cars.com and emailed dealership to see if it was available. Received a call that the car was available and scheduled an appointment to see the car. When we got to the dealership we waited about 20 minutes for them to "pull the car up around front". Unsurprisingly, when the salesman finally came back he said the car was gone and sold to a wholesaler and there was a mix up in the paperwork. Completely unprofessional to call and schedule an appointment with a client and not even confirm that you still have the car.

Got a Great Salesman to work with, and got to a price that was reasonable. Problem was all the add ons that just kept coming. The price with all the (High Preasure) sales of premium services add quite a bit to the original price. Overall, I am satisfied, but i would like the premium service options to be discussed before the financing piece.

Our Salesman Brent Adams was very professional and knowledgeable. We purchased a 2015 Rogue and couldn't be happier. He got us a great deal and took over an hour to show my wife all of the features on the car (which are many). Kerry Nissan is a definitely a dealership I would and have recommended to people I know.

Our sales person was great with us, showed us exactly what we wanted and worked with us to get in the car we needed that day. Process took a little longer then I expected, but were able to complete it that night. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from another dealership besides my brother and they were great in handling everything.

Called regarding availability of a car posted on Cars.com December 31st. and scheduled a test drive on January 2nd with the internet sales manager. I received 2 additional phone calls to confirm my appointment from different people, one being on the trip to the dealership. When my wife and I arrived, no one knew about the appointment. We also learned that the vehicle we drove 100 miles to see had been sold 2 days prior to my initial phone call to confirm availability. We were offered to have them obtain an identical vehicle from a dealer in Chicago for an additional $300 delivery charge. There were no other customers in the dealership and they were disinterested in negotiating. On the drive home I received an e-mail from my initial contact person asking how my visit went. I communicated my displeasure and never received a response. The communication within the dealership is poor, there is little effort to keep track of inventory, and the vehicle is still posted for sale on Cars.com.(2015 Mazda3 5 door sGrand Touring,Soul Red, black interior,manual transmission, VIN JM1BM1M38F1230072). I will never return to this facility nor recommend it to anyone. We were prepared to pay cash and drive it home! We have since made a purchase of the same vehicle locally and have been amazed at the contrasting competencies.

What a great experience I had a Kerry Hyundai! I hate the car buying process but the experience I had at Kerry was so fast and full of super nice people. Once home I saw the rear spoiler had a crack in it and the were on the ball to get it fixed as fast a possible. Totally recommend Kerry for any new car! :)

after my wife and I found a car we liked, we scheduled an appointment to see it, when we arrived we were surprised to find out the car was not there, it was at a different dealership, so we had to wait for them to get it, while waiting, nobody talked to us, and it was a very cold feeling, we felt very uncomfortable just sitting there, most of the sales staff could care less that we were there. once we finally got the car, it was in horrible shape, it was a smoking car and smelled very bad, it also had a slipping transmission, which we told the sales person about, but he was very misinformed about the vehicle, and seemed to really not care if we bought one or not. I would never go back there again, and do not recommend anyone go there, we ended up going to a dealer up the road who was wonderful and gave us a certified used car with a warranty.

I was trading in my 2007 g6 hardtop convertible with 23000 miles Kelly Blue Book was fair $14500 and Excellent $16500 they offered me $10000 would not move off Sticker Price for Nissan Altima 2013 it sticker was $25750 I own my car and this was a cash deal no financing. No movement on my car or sticker. I left then they called me on way home to come back now used car manager wanted to reevaluate my trade. Found same car on Internet at Jeff Wyler Fairfield $25750 sticker for $21000 Internet price. Got $13500 on trade and $21000 on car . All dealers pay games but Kerry Nissan takes it to a new low!

I went in for a loyalty event & was promised lowest possible prices. I went a week later to get my license plate & saw much lower prices on more equipped vehicles. No surprises there. Every time I walked in, the sales reps sitting at tables seemed to ignore me. It took a manager walking by to see if I'd been helped in order to get me a sales rep. There is not a very warm welcome on the sales floor; they seem more concerned with their smart phones. All in all, I got a new car at a fair price & dealt with Elvis who was a super guy. I would recommend the dealership & mostly Elvis, but they need to address the customer service issues in my opinion.

I took the hour and a half drive down to Kerry Mazda in Florence and they made it worth my while. They were pretty flexible on pricing and they ordered me a brand new keyless entry remote at no cost. I would recommend Wayne if you are wanting a low pressure sales person.
