Hought a 05 chevy 1500 and give the dealership a deposit,which i didnt recieve a reciept for,now after a few months they send me a incoice stating i owe them $500 for the deposit,when i call to talk to them i spoke with a male and he says to me not sure if someone here misplaced your deposit or we didnt recievenit,if you have a receipt we can get a copy of? Well i didnt get one,so he states you didnt pay us then.this was my our second purchase from here hut never again.

Very very good. Our salesman was extremely helpful answering all of our questions. He even set up our phones for us and after a few days called to see if we were happy and if we had any other questions after driving it. The other people we dealt with were also very kind and considerate right down to the service department explaining what they offer.

I am impressed with how the staff treated me when I had my appointment to test drive a 2014~Ford Fiesta. I ended up getting that car and they were so helpful on choices for my monthly payments and were very flexible around my work schedule to have my car set up for delivery and very flexible about handling the down payment. Kerns Superstore really makes you feel like family. We were so please with our first car buying experience at Kerns it is the only place we looked when our van needed replacing. At this point everyone has been very helpful. The escape was a car that fit our needs for my wife and short runs. Many of the dash items are new to us and our sales rep spent time with us going over several with us. The phone, radio and xm all needed programed and this really saved us from time in the manual. There was no hard sell which was good.

I purchased a 2014 F150. It was about a 2.5 hour drive for me, but came cause the prices seemed lower than anywhere around. I was pleased with the selection of trucks on the lot. This will be the 5th vehicle I have purchased from Kern's. The first was from Kern's Chevrolet in 1977...a mew 1978 Chevy short wheel base Van. The others were a 1993 Explorer, a 1997 GMC Safari Va, and last year a 1995 Ford E-150 Chateau Van. With the exception of the 1978 Van which was sold to me by Mike Kerns. The other three and the newest purchase of an '04 Ford Eddie Bauer Explorer, were all purchased thru Craig Zimmerman. Craig is a great person to work with in acquiring a "new" vehicle. He was willing to keep me updated on what Kern's had available in the way of used vehicles and worked with me to get the most vehicle that I could afford.

I highly recommend Kerns Ford for Service. Doug Long did a great job taking me on a tour of my 2007 Ford Fusion and making sure I knew everything that was going on. He was honest and upfront with pricing, which made me feel very comfortable. He also went above and beyond to make sure I was setup with Wifi, so I could continue my work. The icing on the cake is that Kerns Ford pricing for my Front Brakes came in well below my expectation. Please consider them for your future repairs.

My 2015 Escape was not cleaned when we arrived. The salesman had it sent back to the shop three times, each time it was still not clean? The window sticker glue was still on the window! The sales people were helpful and the process was smooth. We love our new Escape, but they just could have done a better of preparing the the vehicle for us.As a comparison: We recently also purchased a Honda 2015 CR-V and when we picked up our CR-V it was clean and ready for us?

On 7-23-14, driving down the road I had my power steering completely fail. (2013 Ford Edge Limited, 8900 miles). I took the car to Kerns Ford and was told they could not look at it till 7-25-14.I called and service manager said a belt failed and it would be ready 7-26-14. I went to get the car on 7-26-14 and was told they had to order the belt and it would be ready 7-28-14. I called and then was told it needed another belt and would be ready 7-29-14. I went to get the car on 7-29-14 and was told they needed a special tool and it would be ready later that day. (you would think they would have that tool in one of their shops). It was not ready that day. Went to pick up the car on 7-30-14 and was told the special tool never came in and it would be fixed when the tool came in. Service manager was VERY RUDE!!!! Got a call at 4:45 that said the car was finally fixed and I could pick it up, but they would be closing at 5:00. Finally on 7-31-14 I got my car back. I only received the one phone call on 7-30-14 at4:45 that gave me 15 minutes to pick up the car. Made 3 trips to the dealership to pick up the car when they said it would be done. Not a good way to get return business. I will never take a car to this dealership again, not only because of the ineptness, but the rudeness of this service manager.

We looked on line and found several used trucks at this dealership. Filled out all the information they asked for and as we were heading there the next day " 1 1/2 hr drive " we were called and said the one truck we were looking at just sold last night ???? But we liked a couple other they were suppose to have in stock. So we went any way when we got there the sales man was waiting on us ans showed us a truck. WOW this thing was so nasty full of dog hair and trash, no matter what the reason was that's horrible way to do business. He asked me if I wanted to take it for a test drive, come on I had pretty decent clothes on no way was I going to sit in all that dog hair and trash. We went across the street and looked at a couple others one stunk so bad from smoking in it and another one he had to keep playing with the ignition and still couldn't get it to turn over . In all honestly I've been to the other kerns dealerships and this one really gives them a BAD NAME need to clean up the vehicles before you have customers drive all that way to look at them. I have been searching for a good used Diesel pickup. Saw one online at Kerns. I should have read the customer reviews first and read the dealerships responses I would have gone some where else. Sure they have slick responses but if you really read them one thing that shows over and over again is failure to take care of the customer and then asking for a second chance. My sales person Ron was great... If I called for him he was very responsive to calling me back or getting the answers I needed. The GM Mike on the other hand would never return my voicemails or calls over a 5 day period and still to this day. I asked Mike to put some numbers together with our preapproval in the subprime market I was told by Mike he could probably do better so I gave him our information to see. After giving him our information I have still to this day recieve a phone call back. On the 4th day of trying to get ahold of Mike abd leaving voicemails with no returned call from Mike I was informed by Ron that yesterday being the 4th day that the diesel I have been waiting for Mike to put numbers together on was sold. Ron sounded as shocked as I was. Mike told Ron I would have had to put 3000 to 3500 down to get the deal... My first question was "Is Mikes phone broke?" I would have been fine with putting money down. The topper was this was not our preapproved financing it was other financing which means dealer incentive. Again failure to do the right thing by the customer proves along with the other reviews. The proof is in the actions of this dealership. Im fine with profit but when a leader of the dealership cost a deal, a customer and a commision for an employee my salesman I continue to question the integrity of the leader and dealership.

This has turned into one of the worst buying experiences of anything in my life. Traded in a a perfectly fine car for what turned out to be a total lemon! Within just a month of trading for it, the car required a $2,000 repair. I have the bills to prove. I purchased the full warranty they sold me at the start and of course the warranty company did not cover the repair. The dealership did NOTHING to help and passed on blame. A larger size gear was put in that the warranty company "thinks" caused my problem, but was proven untrue by the shop that fixed it. When looking at trading the car at another dealership, I was alerted that this car was in an accident prior to my purchase (which I was not told about) and was imported from Canada with electronics that are not common in cars in the United State (yup, not told about that either). Explored trading this in with a local dealer and was offered $6,000 less than what I traded it in for less than six months after getting it. Just terrible. BEWARE!
