I came in Saturday to buy the truck was told the truck would be ready for pick up that afternoon and now it's 4 days later and still don't have the truck yet I've made numerous calls and promised the truck the next day but still waiting I don't know if it lack in communication or what the problem is

Great online experience
I recently had an accident and was unable to go to the dealership to make my purchase. With their free delivery within a 300 mile radius made my online purchase experience and at home delivery a big reason why I choose this dealership over my dealerships that are local . My sales associate Toni was absolutely outstanding. Delivery driver was awesome showed up on time great communication couldn't ask for anything more and I can't beat the price .

Horrible Customer Service!!! No Respect.
Me and my husband were looking for a way to get out from under our huge truck payment. We are a young couple that had made a mistake buying an expensive truck that we no longer could afford. My husband had emailed Kernersville about a price they would give him on his truck and to our surprise they gave us a price a little under what we needed to pay it off. We were so excited! He even emailed a few more times telling the lady he wanted to make sure he understood her correctly before we drove 2 hours to bring the truck (which was $50 in gas that we really didn't have). We get there and a salesman asks a few questions about the truck, writes it on the paper, and goes in the back to talk to the lady my husband had emailed back and forth (we had her name) He comes out with a price that wasn't even close to what the lady had told my husband over the email. My husband told him that wasn't what was discussed, so the salesman pulled up the emails and went back to talk to his manager... They said the financial lady accidentally typed the wrong number confusing it with our payoff amount (which she typed two times when my husband wanted to double-check and it wasn't our pay off amount btw). I understand people make mistakes, but that was a huge mistake, and the fact the lady or the manager never came out to apologize to us is mind blowing.. In businesses you have to own up to mistakes and put the customer first...Would of liked a gas card or an apology from their finance manager at least.

Talked to Katie 3 times deciding on a vehicle and twice since purchase- She's fantastic! She even described a color I had never seen before - It was exactly as I envisioned when she described it when I saw it on the lot!Then there's Jim Coker, our sales rep. - Couldn't have had a better experience. He even bought me a diet pepsi while we waited.Thanks to Ervin, all paperwork took only a few minutes and he was great.Only negative thing is a long wait from buying to seeing Ervin.Overall, great experience.
Service Department Raving Fan!
The welcome was warm when I first went to the service department a couple of years back. I was getting service from other tire/oil places until Lori on the team said to me "We want your business". I purchased my next set of tires there and got great service at a less price. I since have had all my service work done there and have been more that satisfied! I was in the process of looking for a new jeep wrangler for my wife. Although I was over 3 hours away from the dealership, I found exactly what we were looking for online with a price that beat everything in or near our area. My initial contact with their Call Center resulted in me putting a deposit on the vehicle that same day. Katie Bolick answered all of our questions and set everything up for us including an appointment to pick the jeep up later in the week. She was very attentive and returned calls very promptly to make sure everything was taken care of. She also followed up with a call to make sure we were satisfied with the buying experience and had made it back home safely. Our contact person when we picked up the jeep was Frankie Peralta and he greeted us at the door and had the jeep all ready to go with a full tank of gas and fully detailed. He explained all the options and the extra amenities for the 75th Anniversary Limited Edition Sahara and had all the paperwork ready for delivery. Our experience continued in the Finance Department with Devon and everything was ready for signatures within minutes. I was in the dealership less than an hour and out the door with the new jeep. Nice people but.....
I went through the on-line process to purchase a used care from Kernersville CDJR and that process was very easy. Ashley was great, and I scheduled a time to pick up my (prospective) new car the following week. We spoke that morning and I let her know what time I would be there - great, no problem, she would have everything ready. Long story short, the car was still on the lot, was filthy, was missing an important piece of the trim (the floor of the back compartment that covers the spare) and nothing was ready. The entire process of waiting, test driving and completing paperwork took 4 hours, and my ride left after the last of the paperwork was signed. I got the keys and headed out for a 2-hour trip home - and discovered the doors did not lock. I returned to the lot where the sales person locked all of my belongings in my car trying to show me how they did work, and then could not unlock the door. After waiting 1/2 an hour to get my purse, work bag, phone, etc. out of the car I demanded a refund and a ride home. During the event, the sales staff and other employees were courteous and tried to be helpful - I have no complaint there - BUT if someone is coming to purchase a specific car and has put down a deposit, it needs to be ready, clean, and working!! If you are going to sell a used car, at least drive it once to make sure everything - including the locks, lights, brakes, gauges - work.
Easiest Car buying experience ever!
I saw the car I wanted on a Sunday and had it my garage on Wednesday of the same week! Toni and Mary made the process smooth and straightforward. I saw the car I wanted on Sunday April 17th...and it was in my garage on Wednesday April 20. I live in NJ and did not believe i could find the Dodge Challenger I wanted, the way I wanted it, until I saw it online at Kernersville Dodge. The vehicle is my favorite color and has every feature I wanted and more at a very reasonable price. I have never had a buying experience that was this easy. They delivered my new car and picked up my trade-in at the same time. If you are considering a Dodge, Chrysler or Jeep I would highly recommend looking at them.

Howdy, I just purchased a new bright white 2016, 2500 Ram Crew Cab, Long Bed, 4WD with a Cummins diesel. The process was almost 100% done via the internet and email. Hayleigh Jones was a GREAT help in keeping the process moving forward and for addressing my need for information and any questions I may have had. She was just plain GREAT to work with and I am pretty sure she even did some work for me on the weekend. On site Luis Peralta was very sensitive to my needs and very respectful. He is new to the business so he has a little ways to go w/ regard to product knowledge. That's ok. It comes with most new jobs. He still did his best to address any objections or questions I may have had. What I liked the most was if Luis didnt know the answer to my questions he did not wing it. He immediately got me to the folks that had the answers. Good job Luis! Through the whole process there was never any pressure to buy. We had a 10 hour drive from our house to the dealership and we appreciated Kernersville Dodge reimbursing us for our 2 night motel stay. That was very nice! I have called 4 times and left word for the finance person Don to return call, I am still waiting. Trying to get anyone to return a call is impossible. We have purchased 2 dodge ram 3500 from this dealership. I have paid truck off and am trying to find out about the gap insurance refund since I paid off early. I guarantee if I was trying to purchase a vehicle I would be getting returned calls...I finally talked with a Angela who emailed the gap cancellation form however how do I know if anyone is processing or looking at the form??? they do not call me back..
Ran my credit I accepted offer and since I am 4hours away offered my cc to hold vehicle. Was told they would call me back with a walk around and get my cc information which they never did and sold the car today. Then have the nerve to send me pictures of vehicles that are available at twice the price. Really??

I bought a charger from here a few years ago...Kellie was perfect...no problems there...skip to a few months ago I stopped in to see a truck...the miles was 144k...cheap price..but the carfax said milage stopped at 201k in 2012...I brought it to the attention of the brass at the dealership..never heard back from them...not even a thank you for bringing that to there attention....they are a honest dealership...I'll buy again if needed...
Gap Check Magically Never Arrived
I bought a Ram a year and a half ago.bbI have since paid it off. The sent in all the paperwork for the overpayment of my GAP. No one returned my calls. So I wrote an angry review on here. I was contacted by their fix it guy. He assured me the check was on Its way. That was 5 months ago. I still do not have it. I have called many times and no one returns my calls. Give me my damn money. I am a disabled veteran and can use all the funds I can.
Great Until you take delivery
I had a nice buying experience but i have been unable to get anyone except my sale rep to return a phone call since I took delivery. I left 3 messages to one finance guy and 2 to another. I emailed my sales guy about my tags and a day later nothing yet.

Well Worth the 3 Hour Drive
Initially very hesitant and skeptical about buying a new truck from a dealer almost 200 miles away. Carmen done a great job over the internet and phone. I anticipated that once I made the 3 hour drive, the deal would somehow change, and not to my advantage. After arriving at the dealership I was met by Thomas (salesman) and he got my paperwork from Carmen, she had the truck I was inquiring about sitting out front waiting on me. I figured after they looked at my trade, they would "pick it to pieces" and the deal would begin to go south. They gave me exactly what they had quoted over the internet and didn't raise the price of the their truck. The deal was better than expected so instead of getting the Ram 2500, I opted for the Ram 3500. Carmen, Thomas and finance guy(forgot name) were great. However, I sure would have liked to had a new hat to wear while driving away in my new truck.
We drove a hundred miles to visit the dealership. We had seen a used Chevrolet Silverado that my husband was interested in. Kelly was our salesperson and she was very helpful, friendly and professional. We were also very impressed with the efficiency of everyone we dealt with. We will definitely recommend Kernersville Chrysler Dodge. Thank you for being an excellent dealership to work with.

Not A Good Experience
I was very up front with what my credit situation was and they insisted that they could definitely help. Unfortunately, no surprise to me, they were not able to help me after taking down every bit of information they could from me outside of a DNA test. Not a good experience at all.
Extremely poor buying experience
Purchased a new Grand Caravan in August 2014, purchased on a Friday evening. One thing we told the salesman we needed was stow and go seats (I have a very bad back and can't be lifting heavy seats in and out if the car). He assured us that the van we were purchasing had them. The next morning, I tried to fold the seats into the floor, I discovered that the center seat was removable only, NOT a stow and go as promised. I returned to the dealership immediately, told the salesman (Brandon) the problem, he promised to take care of the problem, but of course did nothing but make excuses for weeks afterward. We also informed him that we had the incorrect rear floormats (he had taken them from another van - ours were missing at purchase). He promised to order the correct mats also. Now over a year after purchase neither of these problems was ever taken care of. I think we should have been able to exchange the van for one correctly equipped as it was less than 24 hours after purchase that we discovered their error. We were handed excuses for so long, I just gave up, and will never do business with them again.
Great Buying Experience
I looked for months for a diesel truck and found this dealership through cars.com. Prices for their used trucks were some of the lowest around. I drove 3 hours to Kernersville to look at their trucks because there were none in Wilmington in my price range and low miles. I ended up test driving the truck I purchased, a Ford F250, 3x's for several long drives before making the decision to buy. Thomas Badger was a great salesman, made the buying process simple and no pressure. Not much wiggle room on price, but when they have some of the lowest prices around, there was no need to wiggle. Upon financing, they got me a great rate low rate that lowered even more from the first time they told me to when I signed the paperwork. I took my time in making the decision to purchase and never once was I rushed or pressured. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend them. Several weeks after I purchased my truck, I know I got a great deal because I have yet to find a comparable truck with similar miles and features for the price I paid. Go see Thomas for your next truck purchase. I will tell you this too, this dealership is very busy. I would recommend making an appointment if you plan on going there. I did and this helped in feeling like I was their sole priority.
Best sales experience to date
My house hold has 3 Chrysler vehicles purchased from different dealers and i must say this dealership was the best experience I've ever had. Extremely friendly and easy going I can't thank Nate and Mac enough for my buying experience.
Go ahead and make your appointment for service, arrive 15 minutes early, and then wait an additional hour an 45 minutes for an oil change. Go ahead and waste your time if it's of no value to you. That's the feeling I left with. Next time we'll go to the Havoline service center up the road where our business is appreciated and we won't even begin to approach the flippant, don't give a damn attitude of the service rep.
Not happy with Kernersville Dodge, after the sale!
Beware of Kernersville Dodge!!! I bought a 2011 Ford Fusion at Kernersville Dodge on May 23, 2015...Had 30 day warranty...in week number 1 it started with a noise in the front end..Estiminate came in at $1,052.73..They did nothing to help...I talked to Leon Hughes, who I bought it from...Which at times he was very slow, as in a week or so, getting back in touch. Kernersville Dodge did look at my car, with them trying to charge double the list price, on some of the parts needed!!! I called Tim Mitchell ( the owner) to which I got his voicemail....And Tim is yet to return my call....People reading this....I am disappointed to know I gave them my business to only be ignored...which is unacceptable!!!!! Being a Born Again Christian, and the Bible says, Do into others as you would have done unto you...Thats why I wrote this review....As Christians we gotta stand up to wrong doing.... Jeff Brown
Before we agreed on a good price. They ran my credit to several finance companies. I did not buy with them. but I have all these inquiries on my credit report which hurts my credit score..does anyone care about the buyer any more???
Bought a 2015 Ram Truck for 50K-went to buy another one and the salesman Bobby would never call me back, bought from another Dodge dealer. Got a great deal at the other dealer. The problem with Kernersville Dodge as Bobby told me - we have them (people) lining up at the door, if we sell to you we sell to you if we don't we don't care-WOW! Just bought two more dodge rams for my business- not from you!

very pretty truck. I knew this truck was from mountains of N.C. Drove 2 hours to see it. First thing I did was go underneath. Rust on frame. Rust on brake line fittings at joints and on hubs. Not just surface rust. Was told by salesman "a truck this old will have rust". I have 3 vehicles older than this and none of them are rusty. This company has 0 credibility with me now. Why cant people just tell the truth?
Finance Dept needs to hire some help
I cancelled my GAP insurance due to the pay off of my 2012 Challenger and got a letter from Zurich stating I was due back 46.54% of it. That was on 04/29. I left a message on 06/21 for Oliver in finance to receive no call back. Then I called on 06/26 and got Don Trexler. Very nice and helpful on the phone. I got his 31Dodge email to which I sent all the info he ask for. I have followed up with three additional emails and left one voice mail and have yet to get a reply. I really do not know if I have the correct email address since I can not get a reply back. I had intended and let it be known that I was interested in another Challenger in October. The salesmanship was very impressive in 2011 when I made the purchase but all else appears to be too busy to warrant new business.
I bought a car there in January of this year and have already had to spend a lot of money just to keep it on the road. There was Corrosion that kept draining the battery, had to put a new Ignition switch on it and there's more wrong but I can't afford to get it all fixed right now. If I ever get it paid off I will not get another car from Kernersville Chrysler Dodge!!!!
Bought a used car thete and 2 weeks later found the car needed brake,rotor and strut work done and the dealership could do th work there and never even offered to help solve the issue, which leads me to beleive they DO NOT INSPECT THE VEHICLES they only wash and vacuum them and sale them to customers. I also aske for comprehensive extended warranty but was sold the lower warranty HIGHLY DISSATISFIED I Do Not Reccomend !
Love Kearnersville Dodge!
When my fiance and I had a subpar experience with a different dodge dealership, we started looking at dodge of kearnersville, NC. Carmen was very helpful on the phone and we decided to make the 4 hour drive to go look at the lot. As soon as we walked in the door Kelly Hicks was there to delightfully greet us. She immediately let us test drive 2 trucks and we were sold on the second one. She helped us with the buying process and even talked to my bank on the phone after 8pm (closing time). My fiance was quite sick and she got him water and I prophet and kept asking to make sure he was okay. She made everything convenient and made sure that we understood. She was a pleasure to work with as was Devon Rogers that helped us with all the financial paperwork. Once we got home and realized that we had left our garage door opener in our trade in, we called Kelly and she sent it overnight and we had it the next day! The team at Kearnersville Dodge were amazing and we are loving our new Dodge Ram 2500!
Used Dodge Caravan
I Bought a used 2013 Dodge Caravan on the 15 th. of July. The salesman Sean wa great . They supposedly had a 162 service checkon the van before I picked it up that night. The van had ran great that night when I brought it home that night . But when I got home I went around checked the van out thoroughly and found some problems . The first thing I found was that the rear side windows didn't work , now why didn't find this when they did the 162 service check . Also the right side sliding door opens then closes back again . On Friday I brought it in for them to fix the problems . I spoke to a service manager by the name Leny and when I explained to him the problems he told me ( that's what you get when you buy a cheap used vehicle ) I was stunned for a moment , I couldn't believe he would say something like that . That's not very professional at all . He had told me I would have to leave the van there and he would call me when had finished it . They had a driver bring me home and was supposed to pick me up when the van is done . Guess what that never happened , I had to call him which was about 4:50 by the time they picked up the phone it was 5:00 and he said everyone had gone home and said he was sorry . I had to find a way to get there. The van was there all day and all that was fixed was the rear side windows , I had asked if they could clean the van inside and out because it was not thourghly done when I picked it up . That was not done . I was so upset that night I couldn't sleep that night . I bought the van because that was I could afford , I didn't need Leny to tell me that it was a cheap used vehicle .
Service on a used car .
I bought a used car that needed service done on it . So I brought it in for service in the morning in which a service manager says to me that's what you get when you purchase a cheep used vehicle . That was what I could afford , I don' t think that was very professional of him . I was told they do a 162 service check on a used vehicle yet when I got the car it needed work done on it . The windows in the rear did not work which is one item that should have been checked. Then I needed a ride home and back in which I never got a call about the car being ready. I had to call them and doing so it was late and so they didn't have anyone there to pick me up . I had to have my daughter bring me which is like a half hour away . The car was there all day and I wanted the car cleaned inside in which it was not done .
Gap insurance issues
I had a great experience in buying my brand new 2014 Ram. However I just paid off my truck and Kernersville Dodge won't return my phone calls regarding the refund of my overpaid gap insurance. I have tried to call multiple times and am very frustrated.
I bought a 2007 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited in May 2015. Purchased on a Saturday and was not able to take delivery until Tuesday because they said it needed servicing. When I picked it up no fluids were topped off, the water pump had to be replaced, tuneup had to be performed because of it skipping going up regular hills, and it shakes uncontrollably when you hit a bump going 65 or more. All I can say is that this dealership does not inspect their vehicles. Very Dissatisfied!!
My transaction was completed online and on the phone. I live in another state and did not even visit the dealership. I purchased a Ram 2500 heavy duty truck. Great Car Dealership.
Bought a 2013 Ford Escape at Kernersville Dodge. The whole deal went smoothly, quickly, and was pressure-free. Our deal was mostly done when we arrived, so we were in and out in less than an hour. The sales-person (Charlie) treated us like we were old friends. The finance manager was helpful and explained everything as we went to be sure we knew what we were signing. Even though we've purchased several new and used automobiles over the years, it was nice to have him explain why the paperwork looks different than a few years ago. Overall a great buying experience from a great new and used car dealer.
I went there and purchased my 2014 jeep wrangler sahara 4 door. Nick was my sales guy and he was very helpful. The managers were absolutely horrible. The don't inform you what you have to do after law have changed with taxes. I ended up with a ticket and called to tell them that no one told us about that and he was a jerk as well. Will not go back to this place ever but to get my free oil changes. Would never refer this place to a friend or anyone to go too.

They picked me up at the airport 35 minutes before they were scheduled to close and they offered to stay open for me. Several months ago, I walked into Kernersville Dodge looking for a vehicle for our daughter. I stood for over 5 min. before one of the guys at the desk asked what I needed. He then called over to a group of 4 salesmen who were standing in a cluster talking. One of them turned toward me and I proceeded to tell him what I wanted in terms and asked if he could help. He rolled his eyes and said "Come over here and we'll look at the website". I answered him with, "Well don't get too excited. Is this the same website for the public or is it a special one for the dealership?" He said it was the public one and I thanked him and said that I had already looked there. Gees, I guess if you're not walking in with a gob of $$, they don't want to deal with you! I went next door and got wonderful service and a great vehicle on the terms I needed.
They were busier than Walmart so something must be good. The salesman, JD, gave us space to look over the car without hassle. Once we settled they got our car serviced and ready well after 6 pm which we appreciated as we live 60 miles from Kernersville. Good experience

Purchased a 2014 Dodge Ram 2500 Mega Cab last week. We've always needed a truck, but we have four growing kids. Most trucks manufactures have 4 doors, but Dodge is the only one with the Mega Cab. Its basically a 4 door truck with an extended cab. There is as much leg room in the back seating as the front, maybe more. The front seat has the 40/20/40 split bench seating so 3 adults can fit up front without your knees in your chest. Also, with the extended Mega cab, the back seats can be reclined enough so you can relax on a long trip. We did our research before hand and it paid off. Ask for Kevin whom was our Salesman, and he did a great job helping my wife and I thru the purchase process. Haleigh helped us in the finance dept, she was very quick with the process. Great Price.

Will never go back
Bought a new car and the overall process and the pricing of the vehicle was perfect couldn't match it with no other dealer. Had problems out my car after a few hundred miles, service people seem to be really nice and somewhat understanding at first. Came back to get my car, found a cigarette burn and reeked of smoke. I'm not a smoker, and I couldn't stand to be in my car. Spoke to the service manager and he explained there mechanics are allowed to smoke in the shop but they know not to smoke in customers vehicles and said I could bring it back another day and they would put a machine in my car to take the smoke out. This place is ridiculous with the service department, won't recommend anyone.

My first experience with Kville Dodge but it won't be the last. With the lowest prices on the internet and my trade valued at the upper end of the Kelly Blue Book trade in value they gave us the best deal possible. Our salesman, Nick Econimos was the greatest. worse car buying experience I have ever had and I'
I normally let things slide but this was unbelievably surreal. I had to choose between 2 used 350z's and the first one had a knock in the engine so I put a deposit on the second oneone unless they fixed the engine knock on the first one. We came back and after a couple hours, our salesman Nick had all the paperwork done on the wrong can after telling him to put the deposit on the chosen one....so paperwork day was a 6 hour day which is rediculous....THEN I had to bring the car back the next day for their "168" point inspection or whatever. I sat in their terribly uncomfortable waiting room for another 6 hours waiting until I had to find someone to hunt my car down. Well the car had been done for 4 hours waiting in the service parking lot across the street covered in mud. Then I get no paperwork of what was done or what oil was put in. I call to complain and Mandy said she would get that info together and call me by 10am the next morning andand..... NOTHING!!! Buying from a private seller would have been a much more pleasant experience for sure regardless. I flew here for 4 days to spend with my mother after a recent passing of my father and Kernersville dodge stole 12 hours of my time here with family and should compensate me in some way. They disrespected my time, severely neglected me, and got more than market value for the car I bought. Class act turn and churn dealership.

Worst car buying experience of my life, best price
With exception internet staff, sales staff is rude and disinterested in you as a customer and it is apparent. You will see the sales staff congregating smoking on left side of building as you pull into the dealership. The dealership sales staff has not a care in the world as the pricing is what sells their vehicles. Long story short, they are volume dealership and have best prices around. Everything else is absolutely poor. Advice to anyone is come with cash or your own financing and leave.

Over promise, under deliver
As a sales executive myself, I have come to expect what I am willing to deliver. With that in mind this was a very bad experience. I was searching for a used Toyota Avalon. I found the right price at Kernersville. I was contacted numerous times by phone by a young lady before i made the buying decision. I found the car i wanted online and begin to execute the buying process. I went to the dealership and asked for the young lady that had contacted me but a young man told me he would help me.I was shown the two cars i was interested in. Never was i invited to test drive the cars. I made the decision to purchase the car. The execution was poor. The loan was approved for the car I did not purchase, the mileage on the loan documentation was incorrect and the promise made was not fulfilled. Individually these would not be a problem, but collectively it should have been a warning sign. When the car was delivered I was given the keys and told the car is over there and the promised gas was not followed through. On the drive home I found that the cruise control did not work. I called the salesperson the next business day and arraigned to bring the car in for the needed repair and to fulfill the promised gas. I was assured that would happen. I brought the car in at 9 am, and was told it would take about 30 minutes to an hour to repair. After a 2 hour wait with no communications, I was told it may take another couple of hours for repairs. I was transported to my home to continue my work day. I called numerous times and was told it will take another hour each time. Finally about 5:30 i was told the car was ready. The salesperson volunteered to bring me the car but then he called me back to tell me he had a customer and MAY not be able to get it to me. That was the last i heard from him that night. I guess I stop being a customer when I purchased the car. I spoke with the young lady who was giving me a follow up call about my displeasure. She said she would try to assist me. I never heard back from her that night.. This was the first car i purchased from this dealership and will be the last. Price is important but so is delivering on what you promise.

2014 Wrangler Unlimited Purchase
Quick purchasing process, but dealership did not meet all commitments and perform services paid for in a timely manner without requiring multiple phone from me directly to them. It took almost 3 months for them to complete the paperwork so I could get my registration due to their error on inspections during my car purchase. With the volume of cars the salesmen claimed they process, this should not happen. They have quality gaps in their processes.

Salesperson sold me a SUV that had a known oil leak!! My mechanic looked over the car and discovered the oil leak and a list of other mechanical issues. I returned the car the same day and the dealership refused to address the issues nor did they lower the price. The manager Jeff called my job and was extremely rude and hung up the phone on me! Needless to say, I refuse to close this deal. Never again!

Great sales department very ter service department
Purchased my daughter a 2014 jeep had a great experience in sales department and finance. A week later had to take it back because of a water leak after several hours they said it was coming from the rear windows and had to make them fit correctly . A few days later we had a bad rain storm the whole driver's side of jeep was soaked took it back they kept it for a total of three days said it was the seals around the front window replaced them. Asked them on first visit and second to at least suck the water from the floor. Picked it up tonight the seat was soaked and the floorboards and muddy and soaked. This my friends is called customer NO service. Last time here in service department. Will report this on every site I can find...beware of this place. .....

Had not bought a new vehicle in several years and was dreading the usual all day ordeal. Not with Kernersville Dodge. Talked to sales associate on the phone about price, talked to finance lady on phone about rate, walked into dealership and walked out 1 hour and 40 minutes later and that is with them putting running boards on as well. No pressure, no haggle, great people, will definitely recommend them to others and try to do what I can to always buy there.
Great Buying Experience
I purchased a truck from Kernersville CDJ from 500 miles away. We conducted all of the business over the phone and email, and my truck was delivered to my driveway. The price was excellent, and the service was great as well. They were easy to deal with every step of the way. The numbers were up front, and there were no line item surprise costs like many dealers. The whole process to a little longer buying from out of state, but was well worth it.
Kernersville Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM rebuilt my transmission for my Dodge 2002 Caravan. The vehicle had 99,500 miles on it at the time of the rebuild. Well, just over 31k miles later the transmission went out. Called several times to ask about any warranty. I didn't see any warranty on my invoice that I kept. No return call. Went in personally, explained my situation, and was told that I was out of luck. Was told the rebuilt transmission came with a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty. Seriously. $2,000 rebuild and I get 30k miles out of it. Not happy and will never return to dealer.
Cheated... Never purchase a car from them!
All I can say is how disappointed I am in Kernersville Dodge! After trying to get in touch with someone to finically getting through and making service appointment which was within the thirty days refuse to replace the tracking system on my car! The seat is noticeably loose! And sits with one side higher than the other? I have heard so many excuses to the vehicle didn't have time to get checked out to well we will take care of it to well it has been over thirty days!! Which is what they are using for and excuse to not fix the seat! I had been in contact with someone but it's hard when your not getting a response from any one even Greg that sold it to me! It took writing a review to get someone to contact me! Whose was Stacy Hall. Now they have had my car since Thursday and they are requesting the return of the rental. I was told by Stacy everything would be taken care of and now that they are not willing to honor that requesting rental car back and my car picked up and I have yet to hear from Stacy since Friday at lunch! I was hoping for an honorable establishment and they have once again failed! One last tidbit thank you Matt for your kindness in the service department and Michelle in financing who I originally spoke with in inquiring about the car. Cheated and disappointed! Please read all reviews before buying!
Couldn't Be Any Easier
I was looking for a truck in my budget saw one that I really liked, applied for financing online. I got a call within 30 minutes from Toni at Kernersville Dodge, told her what vechile I wanted and within 30 minutes or so she called back said I was approved. And Mac my salesperson is a character in a good way, makes you feel like you are talking to a friend of yours, he made the process easy too, let me test drive the vechile that I wanted and the rest is history. Next time I need a new or used vechile I will be going there.
Bad Customer Service !!
After finding the vehicle online and inquiring by email. I received a call from the saleswoman quickly. I returned her call and throughout our entire conversation of just 10 minutes she yawned 4 times. I definitely picked up on the fact this dealership could careless about their customers or any form of professionalism.
This is the second vehicle I have bought from here and both times it was the easiest and most pain free experience I have ever had going to a dealership. I would recommend everyone to go to Kernersville Dogde and get their car. The best staff around.
I purchased a vehicle in early July my problem is that they knew I was coming that evening was even told they would get car cleaned up and be ready for me when I arrived. Needless to say car was not ready getting work done to it across the street. I had to wait for it to get to dealership and when it did arrive it was not clean! I was surprised after being told it would be cleaned up and was never told why it was getting work done across the street. After test driving I was told not to worry about the tire inflation signal being on it was because of the tire sensor! So not knowing what he meant figured the tire was low on air! But after purchasing the vehicle found out the next day that the tire sensor was bad and needed to be replaced???? This is a $70.00 to $80.00 dollar sensor and labor to have it replaced you are looking at another $75.00 dollars. This bothered me with salesman knowing what was wrong and not explaining to me that this is a repair the will need to be done. And if it had been in the shop the entire day until I got there in the evening why I. The world won't they replace this sensor before I purchased the car? I had issues with the salesman in which I had messaged the finance department which I had no response from but the salesmen called questioning me to what was going on and I let him know my concerns. He said he would get back in touch with me. Well of course it's now been not yet thirty days and I have yet to get a response from anyone at the dealership! Since having my car now for several weeks it has rained and now I am finding my car is leaking rain into my car on the drivers side next to front windshield? So this further frustrates me that I now have two issues that need to be addressed with my vehicle? Now I know what you customers mean to you at least the ones of a certain salesman.

We brought a car last year from here and wanted to see of we could trade it in and get a new car. We called Erica Jones again whom helped us last time because she was very great. I spoke with her on the phone and told her what we wanted she said she would get to work on it and in about two hours she returned my call and said she had it worked out!! I then worked with Leon Hughes whom we also worked with last time as well and he tied the loose ends up and we went it and drove it and took it home. Good Salesman not so great finance experience
We found 2 Jeep Cherokees online that we were interested in and called and found out that they were available. We went over and Frankie Peralta approached us with a smile as we got out of our car. He invited us inside to wait at his desk while he got the cars we had seen online. He had them brought out and parked side by side. We immediately liked one more than the other and drove it and decided we would buy it. The finance manager was nice but pushed to sell us an extended warranty and Glasscoat although I said no. He was doing his job but I still don't care for this part of the experience. The contract showed charging me sales tax on the dealer's rebate and being from Virginia this wasn't correct. I told him and he said the people in Virginia would get into trouble for not charging sales tax on the rebate. I agreed to putting the Glasscoat on and they were supposed to do it that day and we waited but the supervisor wasn't there so it wasn't applied and we had to come back another day to have it applied. I agreed to the extended warranty and changed my mind and canceled it when we came back to get the Glasscoat applied and was told that the total including sales tax on the warranty would be applied to my loan with Ally. Buying from Frankie Peralta was great but the rest of the experience with the financing was not to my liking. I regret not getting my own loan and just presenting them with payment. I also paid down $10,000 so the total wasn't financed and seems any refunds due me for the warranty cancellation or overpayment for my sales tax or registration could be refunded directly to me. I would highly recommend Frankie Peralta as a salesman. He impressed me as a true gentleman and a polite and good salesman. The rest of the experience will not encourage me to return as it has left a bitter taste and soured my experience at this dealership. I am also concerned about financing with Ally. So far we are liking our Jeep Cherokee and hoping we made a good choice and the Glasscoat was expensive and hope that it was a good decision to get it.

I has originally planned on getting diesel pickup two years ago but talked myself out of it. Fast forward to this past weekend and I purchased one. My experience with this dealership was great. Very professional and very quick. I was amazed at how many vehicles this dealership had and how many sales are made.

2014 Jeep Cherokee Limited "paint Job"
Ok to begin, My husband bought me a new Jeep Cherokee on 6/24/2014. We hand washed it on 6/29/2014. And to our surprise there was white dots all over the hood and and the sides. Now this is not the first time we have had problems with them. We called the bank and told them what was going on and they said the car we traded in we could go back and get it. That this had not been funded yet! Well we take the local police with us because we know how these people work. They would not give us back our car and do the right thing and tear up the contract. I would like to really save anyone from this place I can because the bottom line is all they care about is the sale! NOT YOU! I dealt with them twice praying these people would not be what they really are Selfish and no compassion for the customer. I will be calling the Attorney General Of NC and BBB as advised by the lender. It saddens me to know it was a simple as them void the contact and giving us back our car! No new car we only had 6 days should look the way ours does on that sixth day! And knowing from past how dodge paint jobs where a mess, we do not really want to risk a fix. Because bad paint is bad paint! I hope this saves just 1 person from this place.

Friday June 13, 2014 I went to have my 2012 Jeep Sahara Unlimited serviced. Oil change, Inspection and tire rotation. I was advised I needed a front end alignment because my front tire tread was wearing down on the outside and then left my Jeep in great hands for the work. While this was being done I went on the car lot pricing a 2 door Jeep for my husband. I noticed the 2014 4 door Jeep Sahara Unlimited in gold Rocky Ridge fully loaded lift kit with 8000 lb capacity winch sitting in the front so I checked it out. I went in and talked with Nick about the vehicle and asked for a print out on that one and a couple of other 2 door Jeeps. He was so kind and while I was waiting on my Jeep being serviced I asked him how much I could get that 4 door for with my Jeep as the trade in. It was such a great deal I did it. Nick was awesome, he answered all my questions and he was not a talk you into something kind of sales person he was there to answer your questions without trying to talk you into to it. With that being said I came home with the Gold one and had another great buying experience at Kernersville Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram. Great people work there and they help you! Thanks again Nick!!!
Never bought a car this easy
I went into Kernersville Dodge on Saturday, just to look...that's all. Once I started looking I noticed the prices were extremely low. I had a great salesperson. On May 10th we purchased a 2012 Dodge 3500. First we were preapproved for the vehicle and the saleman knew we were coming that day to take possession of the vehicle paper work was not ready. Finally we are on our way home and the check engine light comes on about 38mins into our drive home. We then had to go back to the dealership. They ended up giving us a a loaner to which we had to ask for a tank of gas b/c the saleman acted as if it was coming out of his pocket. Our vehicle was kept for 3days and no follow up fm the dealership. When I called the dealership for status of vehicle got the run around from the Sales Manager and the Owner wanted to tell me that he wasn't making any money for the fact that the work that was being performed on the vehicle was under warranty..Cares more about making money than customer relations......
Best Car Buying Experience Ever
I don't usually write reviews but we had such a great experience at this dealership that I felt I needed to convey it to others. We live an hour away from this dealership and knew exactly the Mazda 6 we wanted to buy. We also knew the price listed online was several hundred dollars less than anything in our area. We expected to arrive at the dealership and there be a catch of some kind. Well there was no catch. We kept waiting for it and it never came. Julius was our sales representative and he was just amazing. No used salesman-type stuff. No dickering back and forth. No pressure whatsoever. Just an honest price for the car we wanted, in a very efficient, professional way--which with two kids under seven with us, was so much appreciated. Also, Don handled our finances and was just as outstanding as Julius. We left knowing we got a great deal on the car we wanted and that we bought it from people who not only did their jobs well, but ethically. I cannot express enough how impressed we were with these two people and this dealership. I felt that both Julius and Don were exceptional and I really enjoyed getting to know them as people. In the future, we will certainly look to this dealership first when purchasing a car and will highly recommend them to friends and family.
Great Experience-New Truck
I live about 300 miles away from Kernersville. The truck that I wanted was not available where I lived. I found Kernersville online and they had a large selection of trucks at better prices than I found elsewhere. I called them on the phone. Angela Adcock was very helpful. I made my order and the truck was delivered (Free) to my house by a very nice driver (Pedro). It was a good experience.
As Good As It Gets.
I contacted by phone or email 6 other dealerships trying to get a price on a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee before I ordered it. Kernersville Dodge was the only dealer that didn't waste my time by trying to quote me dealer invoice. I even had 1 dealer email me while i was negotiating the final terms of the deal with my sales rep asking me to come see them before ordering my new car. She said" we usually get very aggressive on pricing once your in our showroom". I actully laughed out loud as i read the email. They should have been aggressive from the start like Kernersville Dodge is. From my first contact with Angela Adcock who put all the initial numbers together to the day I came into the showroom and finalized the deal with Mac Mccullough, I could not have asked for a better group of people to do business with. It was the most pleasurable car buying experience I have ever had and what should be a benchmark for all other dealerships to strive to become.

Beware if you're from Virginia!!!
Salesman was okay; you'd just better hope that there's nothing wrong with the car after you buy it. I was looking for an Explorer Sport Trac with a V8. Found one there, and their price was good. It had to be jump started for me to test drive (I was told that the dome light was left on). I bought the truck and drove it home to Virginia. On the trip home, the Check Engine light came on. Before that day ended, I was left stranded by a dead battery, and it had to be replaced ($132). Took it to my local shop for VA State Inspection. In order to get the inspection sticker: catalytic converters, RF lower ball joint, and 3rd brake light bulb had to be replaced (additional $382 in parts alone, including the cheapest cats that I could find online). Salesman told me that I'd have to deal with the manager concerning the problems, so I sent an E-mail asking for reimbursement for parts alone and followed up with a phone call (left message on voice-mail, of course). After two weeks, there's been no response. Maybe if you live in NC, they sell you a vehicle with state inspection completed; however, if you live in Virginia, BEWARE. You may be looking at significant additional cost before you can drive your vehicle, and apparently, you're on your own after buying from Kernersville Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM.

From the start, a very professional buying experience dealing with Michele, Will, and Oliver at Kernersville Jeep. The staff was welcoming without being pushy at all. All questione were answered on my timetable without pressure. My trade was priced at a fair market value and the overall transaction was completed where all parties were satisfied. Sold a faulty vehicle
I purchased a 2011 TDI from Kernersville Dodge last Monday evening. I drove the vehicle and tested everything. It seemed to be fine however, Iit was cold on Monday night so when I tested the ac I could not actually tell that it was not working. When I tried to use the ac on Tuesday and it did not work I called them immediately. Took the car back to them and they quoted me a 1800 dollar repair bill for the ac compressor and system which was defective. They are not willing to do anything to remedy the situation. Which is surprising being that they are a big three dealer and I would expect them to sell a vehicle that is free from major defects.
Great shopping experience
I wasn't sure that I would be able to trade in my vehicle, since I still owed on it. My partner started the ball rolling by calling and talking to Madison Knight, who worked with us to get all the information submitted and before I knew it, I was approved. I went in and talked to her and Dave Fierle and they worked hard to get me the best possible deal I could get. I drove away in a 2014 Dodge Journey and couldn't be happier. Went to purchase a car and my daughter ended up buying it..it needed a front end alignment and tbey did it no problem. Her vehical was a 2011. We ended up driving off with a great deal on a 2014 van. I might also add omar literally spent all day with our two vehicles. He was very patient and worked with financing until we were all satisfied. I bought a used dodge nitro from them and loves the process my only issue was the listing about the cars options wasnt right and the interior was not near as clean as it should have been to resale...i will say once i told them of my unhappiness they were very quick to fix the issue.
Smooth buying experience
We live in New York and purchased a Ram truck from Kernersville Dodge. We did everything online or on the phone. We had never bought a vehicle online and were very nervous! They were so accommodating and bent over backwards to make sure everything went smoothly. Even the drivers who delivered the vehicle and took our two trade-ins were polite and courteous. 2014 RAM 3500 Excellent experience
I researched online; most dealers have a few 3500 SRW RAMs; Kernersville has several hundred to choose from. I researched their inventory online; walked in with a short-list. Identified the one I wanted and completed the deal in short order. Process was very quick and efficient. The sales team was very professional. They followed through with their advertised discount price and gave me a very fair allowance for my trade-in. No complaints whatsoever.

RAM 1500 ?
Well bought a 2012 ram 1500 there and had nothing but trouble with it since bought new in 2012,finily traded for 2014 ram 1500 drove it home and check engine light come on took back they cleared light left dealership drove 10 miles light back on returned to dealership next day only to get a rental truck still in shop.
New Car Purchase. Easy to deal with.
They realize that folks can do their own research via the internet. After searching for the vehicle I wanted with the options I was looking for, this dealership had what I was looking for including price. From arranging the test drive to doing the paperwork, there wasn't the typical high pressure approach. All my questions were answered throughout the process. The negatives were mostly minor annoyances and not directly related to the salesperson I worked with. - Although I scheduled the test drive a day ahead, and confirmed it the day of, I had to wait for the vehicle to be accessible. - Had to stop and gas the car during the test drive. - The finance department seemed understaffed. Once the deal was made and financing approved, I had to wait a long time to sign the papers. -The exterior of the car wasn't cleaned as well as it should have been. -Other than confirming the car was still available, I felt like setting it up ahead of time was pointless and that it would have taken the same amount of time if I had just showed up. If the above issues were improved it would been the best car purchasing experience I have had.
After spending time looking locally for a new Ram 2500 I was starting to get put off with the whole process. I found out about Kernersville Ram from a truck forum I am a member of. I spent the better part of a month emailing Larissa Santos about trucks, questions and working up deals. She was always quick with a response and always answered my questions. When the time came to purchase I was even more amazed. I was buying from VA and would never set foot in the dealership due to it being over 4 hours away. That was not a problem for them.... They offered me a fair value for my trade, great deal on the truck and we did all paperwork via email and Fed Ex. They sent the truck up on a flat bed and took my trade back. I knew exactly what I was looking for- a used, late model Dodge Grand Caravan. I used cars.com to find some in my area and Kernersville Dodge had nearly a dozen for me to choose from. Once we narrowed it down to just 2 we used the "contact dealer" option and Larissa Santos got right back to us. She helped us do a financial application on line and set us up with an appointment to come in and look at the vans. At the dealership we were helped by the best salesman I've ever known- Julius Wittenburg. He was like an encyclopedia of Caravan knowledge and explained everything to us. He was no pressure (even when my wife made it clear she was in love with the car) and we seriously enjoyed the process. Since we did financing on line before we came it was a snap from there. I can;t say enough about how great Larissa was on the front side and what a blessing it was to have Julius to carry us to the finish line. The real cherry on the top of the experience was the fact that Julius prayed for us before we drove off in our new (to us) van. We had been open about our faith as we talked and found that Julius shared similar beliefs; it meant a lot to us that he did this! We will most definitely be coming back to Kernersville and to Julius!
After test driving the Silverado I would end up purchasing, a red light should of went off in my head when the salesman kept discouraging me from having my own mechanic inspect the vehicle. I had never seen a salesman not be encouraging you to have the vehicle inspected independently to assure yourself they were selling a quality product. After being rushed into purchasing without my own inspection, I take it to a mechanic a few days afterwards to find out a section of fuel line had been replaced with rubber hose. This of course after being assured of how high quality the vehicle was because "it passed state inspection". The tires are also worn to the point that they will need to be replaced within a month after its purchase along with the brakes. I was told verbally by the salesman that any small issues would be taken care of, such as tires, brakes, and other small issues. Well I drive 45 minutes back to the dealership, spend 6 hours of a Saturday waiting to only have the fuel line problem fixed. Have to drive that 45 minutes back sometime soon when the parts come in to fix the non-working driver side windshield wiper (mind you "it passed inspection" and windshield wipers are part of that inspection) hopefully I don't have to drive too many more times in the rain as I have already had to do in this high quality vehicle. Not to mention that I have to figure out how to come up with $1,000 for new tires and brakes since "it passed inspection" the sales department won't do anything about either of those. While getting the fuel line repaired the mechanic even told me how bad it made them look that they missed that since they had the truck on the lift to replace the exhaust before it was sold and that fuel line was in the open and plain to see. Obviously the mechanics recognize like anyone should, just passing state inspection doesn't always ensure that the vehicle is ready to go, however, wasting time explaining that to anyone else there is as pointless as explaining it to a brick wall. Bottom line, don't fall for it like I did. Take the vehicle to a private mechanic. This place cares more about getting their trade-ins through inspection and back out on the lot as quickly as possible and don't take the time to make sure they are selling quality vehicles as any other reputable dealership would do.
Buying made simple
As of yet have not received my RAM yet, due to inclement weather. Not worried it's a RAM, sure it's awesome. Anyway the buying experience was great, top-notch in fact. Angela was super to deal with and made it happen. 1250 miles away from where I live and the most affordable dealer I could find. They are out to sell. Who cares where you live give them a try first. Great buying experience dealing with Charlie Johnston. I was not really expecting to buy the day I did but he and the rest of the staff made it a "less stressful" experience. Bought a new Ram truck and so far I'm very satisfied with it. I have also called and spoke with them since the sale and they were very helpful. I had called to tell them that I was not overly pleased with the detail clean up of the vehicle at the time of delivery. They agreed to detail the vehicle again at my convience. I would definitely recommend this dealership!

I found the Sprinter van on Cars.com and sent in an inquiry, Mary Badgett called me to follow up. I thought it was a good deal and flew in from FL to pick it up and drive it home. Awesome Internet Buying Experience
This was my first time buying a vehicle through the internet and my experience with the folks at Kernersville Jeep was nothing but spectacular. Within 20 minutes of sending an email about a 2014 4 door Rubicon Nadia Pennino had called my cell phone per my request. I was able to fill out the financing forms online and was approved and had a purchase order by the end of business on the same day. The process was smooth and I was able to set up delivery of my new vehicle the following week, once again per my request because I was going on vacation the next day. LOVE MY NITRO 4X4
After looking on line at several vehicles we decided to buy the Dodge Nitro 4X4. The pictures looked very good but it looked even better in person. After contacting the dealership we scheduled a time to come in. Everyone was very nice and so helpful. Buying process was very simple.
My family and I went the day after Christmas to drop off copies of my pay check stubs and much to our surprise only a couple of hours later we drove away with a 2010 Dodge Journey. Needless to say we were very pleased with our experience! Everybody was super nice and did everything to make our buying a car a most pleasant and quick experience.
