The recent purchase of my new Camry was my easiest buying experience to date. The salesman ( Randy Hall ) was very knowledgeable of the cars and the features offered. He was very helpful to explain any and all questions I had. The finance department was very thorough in explaining the purchase contract and warranties offered. This was my second Tundra that I had bought from the dealership. I had a positive experience with them 10 years ago when I bought the first one. Both with their sales and service. That's why I decided to go back for my second one. I just purchased my second one, and I can honestly say that in 10 years, nothing has changed. They are THE most helpful and honest dealership I have ever dealt with. Straight to the point, no hidden cost, what you see is what you get. Thanks again for everything. I'll see you in 10 years. Went to Kenny Kent Toyota with my boyfriend to try and finally (a few months now) decide on a car he wanted. He is very picky and tight with his expenses, so we really felt like there would never be a vehicle that was going to satisfy both wants/price. We worked with Ben Bredemeier on Tuesday and he was the most help we have had throughout our whole car searching process. He was intelligent and never made us feel pressured or uncomfortable, which says a lot about a car salesman. He was upfront and honest with us about prices, but was dedicated to getting our price to a place we were comfortable with. On Wednesday, my boyfriend went back and bought the vehicle. Ben made the process smooth and stayed later than scheduled both nights, to make sure things were taken care of. We highly recommend Ben to anyone searching for a vehicle. Kenny Kent Toyota has a great team!

My wife and I recently visited Kenny Kent Toyota, we are both Toyota plant employees and we were thinking to buy a new RAV4 for our family. We met Steven Shutz ( Salesman ) out on the lot. Our immediate thoughts of him were he seems extremely nice and knowledgeable, he explained the RAV4 very well, also went on the test drive to make sure we knew how to use all the equipment on the rav. He never once acted like the typical sales person you would get, he was never pushy, and we feel that we received a great deal. Overall We had an excellent experience at Kenny Kent Toyota, we definitely recommend Steven Shutz and Kenny Kent Toyota.

Wonderful courteous and knowledgable staff. An overall enjoyable experience from the time you walk in the door to the time they hand you your keys. Kenny Kent offers great vehicles to choose from. It is nice to be able to buy a luxury vehicle for my husband and I and also be able to purchase safe recreational vehicles to provide to our new drivers (children) at home. We appreciate the quick well thought out solutions to our ever changing needs. We are also impressed with how well our past purchases have retained their quality and value over the years. Over the past ten + years i have purchased or leased 3 sequoias, 2 Lexus GX's, and 3 Rav's and my buying and maintenance experiences have all been wonderful. Being a very busy Mom of six it is appreciated that when making a service appointment my car is ready when promised and courtesy calls are made to keep me informed of their progress. If in rare occasions that they find an improvement that needs to be made to my vehicle an accurate estimate is always given. I looked at many Toyota and Other Dealerships online in my search to find a replacement for my 2005 Toyota Corolla S with 306,000 miles. Kenny Kent had the best deal by far! We bought a 2013 Corolla LE with 8,694 miles! The entire look, drive, purchase experience was great! Dylan, the Internet guy I talked with, was very nice and informative. Ron, our salesman, was really personable, informative and NOT pushy, which is a HUGE plus in my book!! Nick, paperwork/deal closer, was very patient in answering any questions my husband or I had, explained everything in detail so we knew exactly what we were getting. Next time I am in the market for a vehicle, I will be back to Kenny Kent!! Thanks so much guys!!


Battery Issues

Our 2010 Camry requires a new battery every 2 years. If the car sits for over 3 to 4 days it will not start because the battery has been drained for some unknown reason. Kenny Kent says that this is normal.

He takes the time to understand what your looking for and lets you make the decision. I felt that he worked hard to get me what I considered a very fair deal. I went in on a Saturday, looking to purchase a used Corolla. As soon as I pulled in, I was greeted by Steve, and he immediately asked what I was looking for. I told him what I had in mind, payments and all, and he led me to exactly what I was looking for. He was knowledgable about the Corolla, as well as its previous owners, and the next thing I knew, we had started paperwork to make the car mine. Since it was late Saturday, we had to resume everything on Monday. Steve called me twice to check in and the third and final time was when I had to come pick up my car and sign the paperwork. Everyone was kind and smiling and ensured that the process went through smoothly and effectively. When they brought my car around, it was shining and looked brand new. I'm very happy with my trip to Kenny Kent Toyota and plan on buying from them in the future.

Our sales associate Larry Cartwright was a perfect salesman. He wasn't pushy at all... He was very honest with us which made us trust him. I highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a vehicle! I just want you to know we have purchased several vehicles from Kenny Kent in the past. I don't use the same sales person each time because I know a lot of them personally, so I choose to do business with whomever approaches me in the lot. Larry was excellent! The only reason the "overall" experience was a 4 instead of a 5 is because they wouldn't come down on the price of the vehicle... which we were a little disappointed with. They wouldn't on my husband's Tacoma either so we went to another Toyota dealership 45 miles away and got what we asked for. That's the only sale Kenny Kent lost from us. Other than that... wonderful experience :)

We were very please with our experience at this dealership. Our sales person, Casy Wildeman, was fabulous throughout the whole process. We were looking for a specific color and model of Highlander. They didn't have the exact vehicle that we were looking for on their lot, but Casey performed a search and found one in the area and had it delivered to the dealership. We went out to test drive it and it fit our needs perfectly. Everyone at the dealership that we worked with was very helpful and accommodating. The financial person was very thorough and explained all of our options so that we could understand them.
