Great services and facilities
We take our Prius in for regular servicing with this dealership. I typically find the staff helpful and courteous. They're polite and respectful and informative. It's light and bright in the waiting area and overall, comfortable.
Kendall has a habit of sending out discount coupons for service and maintenance work, but they never apply or are honored. I had a $20 off coupon for "recommended service" which had no fine print restrictions, and they refused to honor it for the recommended service I had done. No satisfactory reason was given.It's really bad for customer relations!

Dennis was a class act. He was very honest with us and helped guide us toward getting the refund for a needed repair from the Toyota corporate company. He was very good at explaining the process of working with corporate and also explaining what repairs needed to happen and other things we should be aware of down the road. Very friendly, very honest, very patient, and open to all our questions.
We came to look at cars for our daughter, we didn't end up buying one but there was no pressure from the salesman! They were incredibly helpful and gave us lots to think about for our baby girl's first car.

My wife and I were in the early stages of car shopping, not intending to buy yet, when we stopped here for some lookies and test drives. My wife wanted a small car that was fun to drive, and I wanted a hatchback with a reasonable price tag. We gravitated to the Prius C, and took it for a test drive. We both liked the size and handling, loved the quiet operation, and especially liked the idea of 50 mpg. Even though we hadn't planned to buy that day, our salesman Kyle wrote up a proposal that made us commit, and we drove it home. Very pleased so far with our purchase, and had a surprisingly pain-free experience at this dealer.
Got a new Corolla
We had a very reliable Corolla with over 216,000 miles but it got totaled. We were so sad. So, we went to Kendall Toyota to find a new car. We looked at several Toyotas, then drove the new Corolla LE. It sold itself. The dealership made the financial part simple; they even matched the price we researched online although it was not the price marked on the vehicle. What could be simpler? The only hard part was waiting for our car to arrive from the factory. (They tried to find it but no one had one). When the car did arrive, the end of the process was as simple and easy as the beginning.
Excellent Customer Service
The time we spent waiting to talk to someone in finance was more than usual. Other than the wait time, the service and financing process was great.
Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. I love my new car! I fell in love on the test drive. I got a great deal. My three kids car seats all fit comfortably in the back seat.

The car that interested me was listed as an internet special, with a date certain ending for the special. I checked the car out online one day before the sale ended. The next day I arose, checked the website again and realized that the price had dropped more than $1,000. Quickly I called Kendall, made an appointment to purchase the car, came in six hours later, and the car was ready for me. The process of test drive, paperwork, financing, and delivery was done in a scant three hours, with courtesy, helpful information and professionalism from start to finish. Since purchase I have received two calls from the dealership to inquire about my satisfaction with the car. I told them that I was happy with everything about the process.

Tundra 1794 Addition
My husband and I just bought a Tundra 1794 Addition and love it! The team at Kendall Toyota treated us like family. The smile on his face every time he walks out side to the truck makes it worth every penny :-)
My old vehicle was non repairable and I needed a new one. All the staff who took care of me were extremely helpful. The sales man who sold me the Toyota took the time to make sure I understood all its interior functions. I was very impressed with all the outstanding services here!
My experience at Kendall Toyota was wonderful. The salesman was very helpful and kind. He stayed with us even after we had been handed over to the financial department. It was a beautiful facility that was immaculately kept. We had to wait some time to transfer to the financial department because it was a holiday and they had many last minute purchases. But the stayed open late for us and were very apologetic for the delay.

Went in during the blizzard of February 2014, a very nice gentleman named Tom Rhea, came slipping on the ice out to greet us, My wife was unsure which vehicle she wanted, Tom slogged through the snow several times to get keys and cleaned snow off cars with his hands. When she settled on a vehicle, he was most helpful. Tom introduced us to the manager, who showed us the paperwork on the car, and wrote it up with many options. After we made our choice we met Tony, the finance manager, and he expedited our paperwork, because we told him we were hungry for lunch. We made our purchase and left. The next day Tony called to check up and make sure we were happy, and all was well. We have bought six vehicles from Kendall, and I would not hesitate to buy another. I recently went to Kendall Toyota to look at trading in my 2008 Prius for a newer model. I loved the features of the car, but was ready for something new. I wasn't wanting to spend a whole lot or lose any of the great features my car had, but I was able to find something that perfectly met my needs with the help of Elliott Deering and his manager, Keith Hershberger. They found a Prius for me that was newer, had low miles, was clean, and very well taken care of while having every single feature I was looking for. It's even Toyota Certified, so I have peace of mind knowing that I'll be well taken care of if anything ever went wrong with the vehicle. Elliott answered all my questions without hesitation and helped make sure this really was the new car for me. After a very quick and painless discussion about financing and filling out a little bit of paperwork, I was on the road with a practically new 2010 Prius! The guys at Kendall all really seem to have their act together and are incredibly professional and helpful. There was no pressure, no rush, and everyone involved was very kind. I have only bought from a dealership once before this, and I can say without a doubt that this was MUCH more pleasant, headache-free, and I will not shop for a vehicle anywhere else while I live in this area. Kendal Made it Easy
I have deliberated for 2 years over giving up my beloved family wagon, so I knew that the prospect of buying a new car would be very emotional. I started perusing the internet, like most people do nowadays, checking for private party offers because I thought I would get the best deal that way. I quickly discovered Kendall's attractive and very helpful website where I could check out their inventory, see lots of pictures, all the features of the car, and the pricing & availability. I followed that up with my "outside" research so that I felt comfortable going into the dealer, knowing what the car I wanted was worth, knowing what I could afford. I found the whole process to be much more relaxing and pressure-free than I could have imagined. I drove the vehicle, we discussed the pricing, I was informed as to how they acquire their vehicles and arrive at a competitive price, they showed me my financing options which were within the range that I already knew I could afford, explained precisely how they arrived at the value of my trade in (which I thought was very reasonable), and within a few hours I was driving off the lot in my beautiful new car. I gave up the "family wagon" but I have a gorgeous Camry Hybrid which will give me much entertainment and pleasure in the decade to come!
A pretty good experience from a used car dealer
I recently purchased a used 2002 Ford Ranger. The vehicle itself was in excellent condition and the price was fair. They did their best to find the financing to work for my situation. I am very happy with the way the car buying process worked for me!!!
Overall good experience, although I do not consider negotiating with a dealership to be fun. SalesmanTony Bowling was low pressure and as accommidating as one could reasonably expect. Paperwork was simple, fairly quick and painless. It was an overall good experience.

My buying experience
After shopping around for a couple years, I bought a new Prius at Kendall Toyota last Sept.. The salesman Rod Helgren was by far the most knowledgable person regarding Prius that I had met. I also found everyone at Kendall to be very friendly, very helpful with one exception. Manager Mike came up with the "perfect solution" to get me to buy the car that day rather than wait a month. I found his solution hard to believe but when I questioned him, he looked me in the eye and assured me he had made phone calls and it would work. A month later when I called Toyota Financial to implement the plan, they were shocked that someone would totally misinform me. It was a fabricated story with no benefit to me. BUYER BEWARE even at reputable Kendall Toyota.
