Rose and I had an appointment to meet on Saturday, November 27, 2016 and I asked her to have some figures ready. She was all ready, explained everything very well and I walked out of there with a new, clean auto. She even helped me take everything out so my old car into my new, set up my Bluetooth and showed me all the features of the car. I am very happy, as always, with Ken Ganley Nissan in Medina and Rose is an excellent sales person

I just completed a crazy experience visiting six different dealerships in pursuit of a car and buying experience that I could say was easy and uncomplicated. My first dealership visited was Ganley Nissan with salesperson extraordinaire, Abby Donges. From the start, she understood that I was exploring different brands and was encouraging, even following up with me on occasion without ever being obnoxious or pushy. Throughout my experience with her, she would say, "It's important for me to know that you're happy." After a harrowing experience that following with other dealerships, I returned to Abby, who guided me through the leasing process, simplified it, and, well, even "pow-wowed" with the finance manager and general manager to push through a simply unprecedented lease deal - no small task considering my so-so credit, but Abby, together with finance wizard, Justin, and general manager, Frank, MADE IT ALL HAPPEN, and I was able to drive home a beautiful 2016 Rogue. Special thanks to internet manager, Judy, who just exudes a genuine energy of somebody you feel like you've known for years. But people: CALL. ABBY. TODAY. My experience at Ganley was bar none superior!

Getting a new vehicle is always a stressful yet exciting time for us. I like going to a dealership about the same as visiting my dentist. It had been 12 years since I had been in the market for a new vehicle. I loved my car . . I was used to my car . .Yet it was time to send it to retirement. I did MASSIVE amounts of research. Where could I get the most bang for my buck . . what options were important to me . . what's the new 4 cyl CVT's about . . what vehicle kept it's value best ?? Now the time came to finally start test driving the list of vehicles I was considering. I visited multiple dealerships. Drove several vehicles, then I was referred to Ken Ganley Nissan by a family member. He knew Dave Becker the GM and trusted him as a friend. I was then referred to Rose Strelbicki and knew I finally found the next new vehicle that was to be mine. Rose was friendly, kind and meticulous in explaining every detail of the process and option on the beautiful completely upgraded Cayenne Red Rogue that is now mine. She stayed over late to make sure I was completely comfortable. Justin in Finance was equally professional and knowledgeable. To know that they also gave 3 yrs of FREE oil changes and tire rotations helped me appreciate that the Customer Service will continue after the sale. I was never made to feel I met a "quota" I felt respected and appreciated. Huge Thank You to Rose and all the great staff at Ken Ganley!! I'm glad I saved the best for last!

We stopped in to look at a Jeep. On the test drive and through out the process the salesman paid more attention to his phone then us. The options listed on line for the car where not the actual options. We told him the terms we needed to stay within that did not happen. When we got to financing they added more months to the term on top of what the salesman said and finance would not let us leave with out purchasing some other services that we did not want or need and he was told that several times. We were given very little for our trade in and then it was priced to sell at 5 times what we were given.

4 1/2 hours later the deal was done never telling me the keys to the truck where bad yes both of them I got home the mirrors needed fix and the cruise control I had to have fixed. Everyone said to bad it's used if that is the case why did I go to this dealer ship to buy a car. If the not ready to sale then why did they do it I should have to go over the truck with a check list that's there jobs and that's why u go to a creditable dealer ship. RIGHT? don't bother going to this one the keys alone are going to cost almost 400 just to replace and you know and I know they knew they where bad if not how did they even drive the truck across the parking lot

Very unhappy white the sales department!!! After driving 300 miles to look at a car, that they sad they would have there for me. I arrived and they had sold the vehicle to another person that was after me on the list. Over all if you half to dive any distance to look at a car, don't wast your time driving because they won't do anything for your time. And won't hold a car when they sad they would.

I took my wife's car in Doran oil change and had a great experience. Usuall oil changed are a pain and take forever, but this was not the case. I was taken care of from the start and no unwanted or pressure up sells. The service manager Matt was very knowledgable and honest. Highly recommend taking your vehicle here for service even if it's not a Nissan.

In the process of negotiating for a new vehicle I was promised by the sales manager that the offer they made us would stay in effect until the vehicle was sold. However when I returned a few weeks later to purchase the vehicle I was told that they would no longer honor their offer. I was told that since the manager who made the offer to me no longer work for the dealership they would not be able to honor it. I stated that he worked there at the time and represented their business and they should honor the word of all of their employees past and present. I will never visit or purchase a vehicle from the dealership. I will say that the salesman work hard for us to get a deal done but management stood in the way.

Went in the first time for a lease on an Altima. Wasn't able to make a deal, and everyone that I was in contact with were all very nice, even though I chose to pass on the deal. I went in a second time, and decided to trade my daughters car in on a new Sentra, and then another deal was worked out for an additional lease on the Altima as well. DJ went above and beyond, and Chad in finance worked quickly to get us home in a timely manner.

We were told to come in to test drive 2 used cars. We were told they would be waiting out front. When we got there nobody knew where the cars were. We were told they were at the detail shop have a seat. Then we were told one sold yesterday the other was out on an overnight test drive. Really it took 30 min to figure that out? Not sure what the trooth is but I call it bait and switch. They tried to get us to look at other cars. We left and headed to an honest dealership.

I gave a call to the dealership to let them know that I was coming tomorrow to check the car, because I live in Columbus Ohio and the dealership was 2 and half hours away, so the salesperson there name DJ told me that if anything happens to the car or if someone purchased it, he will give me a call. I got there around noon and I met with DJ and he told me that someone already put a deposit down for the car around 10 am that morning, I wasn't aware about this deposit cause when I called yesterday I would of put it down, but since he's a clueless salesperson I lost my chance and time on getting the car I wanted. All thanks to DJ

Service wise, I always come to Ken Ganley. I have been doing so regularly since 2010 and I intend to continue. I even bought a car from a different dealership and bring it to Ganley for service. I feel comfortable with them and they are always fair, fast and friendly. During this latest visit, I was approached by a sales person I didn't recognize. It was Ray Spencer. He asked if I was interested in a new car and at the time I was only mildly curious. So I told him as much, but he was going to kill time ( while waiting for my car to be serviced ) with me by telling me about some latest promotions. In the end Ray sold me a brand-new Nissan rogue and I'm extremely pleased. It has been a while since I've been super pleased with the sales staff at Ken Ganley so thank you Ray. Ray is a genuine, down-to-earth, nice person to deal with and I would do so again without hesitation. So hats off to Ray and as always the service guys who never get the credit they deserve. Oh and while I'm thanking - that's to the finance person and to the cashier (she's funny and very personable). Sorry I forgot your names.

I was not going to start looking for a car at Ken Ganley Nissan because the dealership does not have a good reputation from those in Medina who I talked to on willingness to negotiate price or trade in value. I decided the last minute to stop in anyway and ran into John Ramsey. John is a true experienced professional. He just found out what my buying parameters were and through many approaches found a match that fit my budget and the features I needed. Because of that I would recommend that anyone going to Ganley should contact John first.

Getting our new car was a great experience with Ken Ganley Nissan. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, and Ray the person who helped me the night we finally signed the papers was great. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Ray had to deal with a few bumps in the road thanks to me and an 18 month old and he took them all in stride. Another great experience getting a new car from Ken Ganley Nissan. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by several nice people. Once Rose (my saleslady for over 10 years) I knew that I would leave happy. I have another great lease. Everyone was very patient and kind. You can always tell when an expert is in charge. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner. Rose has the most patience of all. I could not make up my mind between a black or red Maxima. Rose had both cars parked side by side and went over each one in detail. She then sat me down with coffee while looked again at each car. Tony was absolutely fantastic! I knew what I wanted when I walked in the doors and he made sure I got it within my budget. Tony went above and beyond and truly exceeded my expectations. had been driving the same Honda Civic for almost 10 years and absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, I did not always take care of it as I should have and it completely died on me 2 weeks before my wedding. Luckily, I have known Tony for awhile and he understood that I needed a new car and didn't have time to do a lot of research. He took care of everything for me- which was great because I was living in Toledo at the time. He kept in contact about different vehicles I may be interested in, he knew my price range (and actually got me lower payments then I had any right to hope for), he knew I wanted something fun to drive but also that I will be starting a family and needed something with some space. We drove I believe three different cars until I decided on my used Fusion. He got the paperwork done quickly, and I was on my way! He has a great sense of humor and I know I will be back to buy from him again! There are much worse ways to spend a couple hours then getting into a new vehicle thoughtfully picked out by an old friend. Thanks again, Tony!

I needed a replacement vehicle after my van was totaled in a car accident. I've wanted a Nissan Altima since 2005, when I had one as a rental vehicle. Both of my sons have one (a 2006 and a 2010), which I found for them, and they are very happy with their cars. My rental vehicle was a 2015 Nissan Altima, and I loved it. I searched online and found the exact car, in the color I wanted and with the options and packages that I wanted, in North Olmsted. I spoke with Jimmy Koty on the phone, and we set up an appointment for the following day. When I arrived, I found out that the vehicle I wanted was already on its way to Medina. They sent someone to get it, so that I could see it in person. I didn't even have to test drive it; I knew that I wanted it. I signed the papers that night and picked up my vehicle the next day! Jimmy was so helpful and answered all of my questions. I ended up purchasing External Ground Lighting for my Altima, and the Service Department was absolutely wonderful when they installed it for me. If I am ever in the market for another Nissan, Ken Ganley is where I will go! I highly recommend this dealership! Their staff is excellent and a pleasure to deal with!

I purchased a used min van from Ken Ganley Nissan the end of June. First, I could tell during the test drive that the brakes were in need of service. Upon inspection by their service dept. I was notified that the pads had about 2000 miles of life left. An offer was made to take 300 off of the price and I could get them repaired myself. Great. Took the van home. The next morning, to my dismay, the van would not start, turn over, etc., but there was power. Called my salesman who got permission to send out a couple of guys and try to jump it. No luck. Had it towed to Ganley and the starter needed replaced. Ganley took care of it. When I took it in to get the brake pads done about a week later I was notified that the oil pan was in need of replacing, the tranny fluid was foul, and there were 2 seeping valve gasket covers. After calling around the best price for the work was around 950.00. Scheduled the work. The Hyundai service dept. called me after removing the old oil pan and said, "Um...we've got some more bad news for you. The oil in the old pan is like tar and the master mechanic said the engine is full of this stuff. You'll be lucky to get 10,000 more miles before the engine blows and there is no way to fix it." They replaced the oil pan and stopped work rather than waste my money, which I really appreciated. I immediately called Ken Ganley and notified them of my "dilemma". Even though the car was sold to me "as is" the service manager, Frank, said they would be willing to trade me out of the van and give me the value minus taxes. That sounded MORE than fair. I was told to find another vehicle and they would hold it. I perused the Ganley websites and settled on another car which I arraigned to test drive the next morning. When I arrived, before opening, another gentleman was taking it out for a test drive...nice. Luckily it fell through. I had my mechanic check it over and decided to go for it. Frank said they would work up the numbers and get back to me. After a bout of phone tag he said I would be getting 5500 towards the replacement car minus the money for taxes (NOT what I was told). I just bought the van of my nightmares for 7200 with 2000 cash down!!! So, in the span of 3 weeks, I lost 250.00 for the oil pan, 2000 cash deposit, 500 for taxes because I bought an as-is van on it's last leg and had to cover the depreciation over the 3 weeks. Lesson is: NEVER buy a used car without an in depth inspection. I really appreciate Ken Ganley's staff working with me to find a replacement vehicle. At the same time I can't give them 5 stars because I don't feel I should have had to cover the bad engine, etc. I think the fair thing would have been to do what Frank initially promised, refund all the money, minus the taxes. It's not my fault they took this hunk of junk in on trade without a thorough inspection. According to the Hyundai service dept. the bad oil, oil pan, and filthy tranny fluid would have been noted during an oil change, or fluid inspection. Maybe they did know and paid out a paltry sum to the previous owner. Then I come along and buy the problem. Now they are up another 2,000 and anything they get at auction. I'd like to say I'm wrong. I'd like to, but I can't. That being said, at least I have a better car and don't have to worry about my engine blowing at any time. I know I bought it "as-is", but it's still unfair. Well...life is.

After researching the selection of vehicles I would be willing to buy, my hunt led me to numerous dealerships with no result. On a whim we headed down to Medina and stopped in at Ken Ganley's lot. With three vehicles that were of my liking salesman Antoine came out and gave me the details on each one. A short conversation and test drive later I walked out that day with a quote in hand. They were reasonable in their negotiations, gave me a very fair price on my trade-in and were absolutely customer friendly. I recently purchased a used van at Ken Ganley Nissan and I can't say enough about the Ken Ganley team. From Antoine, my salesman, to management, and the service department. Gave me a great deal and they were easy to work with. Antoine really went above and beyond the call of duty! He is a friendly, patient, snazzy young salesman who didn't pressure me and dealt with everything quickly and courteously. After I bought the car (my second vehicle), I had no way of getting the new one home. He graciously followed me in my other car and I returned him to Ken Ganley (I would have kept him if I could! LOL!). Then, the next day, I planned on taking the new/used van for a quick trip into town, but, to my dismay, it wouldn't start/turn over. I checked everything I could, but had to call Antoine. He was understanding and assured me they would take care of it, even though I bought it NO WARRANT/AS IS and I was exasperated. He sent out a couple of nice young men who tried to jump it with no success. Then they sent a tow truck to take it back to their service dept. All in the same day. I had it back (the starter was bad), at their expense, by the NEXT day!! And, again, Antoine delivered the van himself and I took him back. They did not have to fix my van, and for that I am truly grateful. If I am still living in Ohio by the time I need another car, I will definitely shop at Ken Ganley Nissan!! Hey, Ken Ganley, give Antoine a raise...he is a real asset!

I was just picking up a rental car early one morning and leaving my 2014 Altima on the lot until the next morning. The service tech,Tigh, asked if I had been contacted about a recall on my Altima and I hadn't. he suggested that since my car would be there all day, he could take care of the recall that day. He saved atrip back to the dealer. Absolutely wonderful and very uncommon in this day and age when not many people care anymore. Keep it up.

My 2007 Nissan Altima used to be serviced by Nissan in Middleburg Hts. and it was great! They moved and I was told to call Ken Ganley in Medina and talk to Matt. Wow! Service just got better! Matt helped me put new tires on my car in September 2014 and it was a great experience. He did not steer me wrong and picked a wonderful tire. I just went back for rotation and an oil change. Again, a great experience with Nick! I had a 6 pm appointment (great hours for working folks!) and the service was fast, comfy and the service staff was so friendly. I am glad I found this dealership! The kicker was getting a thank you note from Nick and the thanking me for my biz! As a sales professional I do this to my customer and I it is nice to feel the gratitude directly. Keep up the great work!

I was at the dealer on Mar 11th, 15 after several email conversation. Salesman DJ offered good lease number on Pathfinder with absolutely no down in email. (I have email proof). However, when I drove 45mins to got there to sign, but he(and his boss) refused the deal with all kinds of excuses. It was very unprofessional and rude. Totally waste of time and energy. I am willing to hear the dealer's opinion.

I drove 3 hrs to see a car on there lot. I was told by the salesman that the car was in great shape. When arriving and seeing the car i was very upset. The car was not as advertised at all. Very poor shape. They lied to me from the start. Bad experience all around.

I had a 2012 Nissan Altima, which I loved and always appreciated the excellent customer service and the service technicians at Ken Ganley Nissan. However, my lease was expiring in July 2015, and as I was making a decision to either stay with Nissan or visit new dealers (not Nissan dealers), the Sales Representative Rose Strelbicki contacted me about specials that Nissan had for their customers. Rose contacted me in October 2012 and I gave her a LONG list of "requirements" and expectations that I wanted in a new Altima and told her not to contact me unless she could meet those expectations. She was persistent and contacted me from October 2014 - January 2015, regarding specials that Nissan was offering their customers. However, I wasn't interested until the recent phone call on February 12, 2015. Rose shared with me a couple specials that Nissan was offering customers, like myself, where the lease was close to expiring and said she could give me ALL of my requirements. I confirmed my long list with Rose and drove to Ken Ganley Nissan on Monday, February 16, 2015 and signed a new lease for my 2015 Nissan Altima. I LOVE the new, updated features in the 2015 Nissan Altima (fully loaded and better gas mileage too!) and would recommend this dealership and specifically Rose Strelbicki to anyone looking to purchase/lease a vehicle.

I have a 2009 Nissan cube. Snow and ice and built up under my drivers's side mud flap. I was at a do it yourself car wash and I kicked the built up ice and snow in an attempt to get that ice and snow out of there. Well while doing that, I kicked one of the clips off that holds the mud flap.. Well the mud flap was hanging.. I could not find the clip.. I tried to fix it myself with a screw.. that did not work. I bought some clips at an auto parts store.... The store clip did not seem to get in the spot thoroughly.. it too came out., though I did kick built up snow again.. well any way.. I put another one in.. that one also failed.. I called Ken Ganley Nissan on a Monday.. talked to a real helpful gentlemen.. told me there were two sizes..well I drove up there Monday after leaving the office.. went back to parts department.. .. talked to the same gentleman again.. He wanted to see the car.. I asked him if he could pop the clip in . I am not good at mechanical stuff.. well he had me drive the in to the intake building.. tried a number of times to get clips brought out to work.. none seemed to work.. the car was full of snow, ice, water.. and he never complained, never sighed, never seem bothered.. None of the clips would work though.. He then wanted to bring the car to the service building to get it up on a lift.. He thought he would just remove the hanging mud flap and have me come back when it was dryer out. He had the car lifted.. spent some time working on it.. I was watching through the service window.. Drove around.. met me at the intake building and the mud flap was secured.. He had tried a different clip I think and got it to work. I asked him how much do I owe him and he did not charge me, refused to take any money.I was so impresses... I may have taken a half hour or forty five minutes total and they did not charge me at all. I did not even buy the cube there yet he was so nice to me.. never asked me where I bought the car, never asked my name, never gave me a quote, never had me sign anything.. It really was quite remarkable.. Thank you very much for the incredible way you fixed that mud flap, and did not even charge me.

In December, 2014, I leased my 2015 Nissan Altima from Rose Strelbicki at Ken Ganley Nissan. I first dealt with Rose at Tri-City Nissan and followed her to Ken Ganley Nissan. I leased at least 6 Nissan Maximas from Rose previously but decided to go with the with the Altima this time. Rose has always been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about all Nissan automobiles. From the beginning my experience was bad .They sent me on a test drive with some new guy who knew nothing about the car. Then the sales man just left me sitting there for over an hour in the dark before I was told the deal could be done . Then they tried to over charge me for the car saying that cause I was not getting in house financing I had to eat the extra cost . I ended up getting the car for the right price but the whole experience was bad from jump.

My wife and I purchased 2 cars at one time (bought 1, leased 1). That part was fine. After that, the problems started. They had to get our vehicles from other dealers because they didn't have ones we wanted on their lot and told us we'd have both cars "early" the following week. Monday, Tuesday and half Wednesday passed the next week and we didn't hear anything so I decide to call Wed afternoon expecting our cars to be in considering it was no longer "early" next week. Sales guy had no answer for me and still had no definitive answer where our cars were. We finally got the cars that Thursday evening but honestly if you say the cars will be ready early in the week... make sure the cars are actually in! Next, when we got our cars my wife was getting leather in hers so they needed to take an extra day to get that taken care of which is no big deal. The issue is we both traded in our cars so they gave her a loaner car until hers was ready. She drove the car no more than 5 miles and the gas light came on! Worst part about it is my wife didn't have her wallet on her when it happened so it created a huge inconvenience for us! Who loans out a car that is literally on empty! Finally, the worst part... Everyone knows when you get a new car, the dealership takes care of getting the license plates for you. I am currently on my THIRD 30 day temp tags and still have no plates from them! Ridiculous thing is, they can only give out two 30 day tags by law so when I called a few days before my second 30 day tags expired they said they still hadn't got the title from the dealership they got my car from, and they should have that soon and will get plates at that point. They then tell me that I have to go to BMV myself to get another 30 day tag until they get the plates. Oh but they said they will reimburse me for those so I guess they see no big deal with this. They don't mind the fact that they made me go wait an hour long in line in the BMV for third set of temp tags when they should have had this settled weeks ago! If I wasn't already locked into this purchase I would have returned my cars and went somewhere else!

The sales person was inept. tried to sell a demo at a price of a new car, Car appraiser was even worst and tried to low ball me to a appoint of being totally ridiculous. he was showing me a value which didnt have the trim of mine thus giving me a wrong trade in value. appraiser got mad when i told him that is not my car and started to get beligerent. I was mad walked out and bought a new car at another Nissan dealer for less and it was 2015 SL with the premium package. it seems all Ganleys are not very customer friendly. i have never heard anything good about them.

Ken Ganley Nissan's Customer Service is off the charts. I used to have my Maxima serviced at Middleburg Heights but recently their ownership changed and with the change their service has declined. The power steering on my Maxima went out on a Friday around 4:30 while driving kids from school. I needed it to be looked at immediately for safety reasons. I called M.H. Nissan and they were busy but would call me back. It has been 4 months now and still no call back. I called Ken Ganley and Tigh told me to bring it in now even though I would not get their until after they closed. They fixed the problem temporarily even though their service department was closed and did not charge me a thing for the temporary fix. I became a permanent customer. Tigh in Service is the best. In regards to sales, we recently bought a new Rogue from Ken Ganley. Rose Strelbicki is very professional and dedicated to her customers. Her sales process was very upfront and honest which made the entire experience pleasurable. After delivery, She spent nearly 1.5 hours explaining all the details of our new Rogue. We never felt pressured but comfortable that we made the right choice with the right car and the right dealer. All the staff at Ken Ganley make the atmosphere at the dealership welcoming.

My salesperson offered me a good price and was able to obtain a 2014 Rogue fairly quickly. However, after that's where the experience went bad. My salesperson rushed us through reviewing the vehicles features before leaving the lot. Since the minute I left the dealership I have never had my purchase followed up. I had a question about a couple of things regarding the vehicle so I made a call to the sales manager. He promised he would have the salesman call me. I never heard back so I called and spoke with the general manager. He also promised to have someone call me. That was 3 or so weeks ago. To this day, almost 2 months after purchasing my Nissan Rogue I have never once heard from the dealership. A purchase should not end when you drive off the lot. I will never recommend Ken Ganley Nissan in Medina, Ohio to anyone.

Several times I was disconnected when trying to reach the sales department and the finance department. This dealership does not embrace technology. I specifically asked to only send my financial documents out to one place for a rate quote and they sent to 3, this doesn't help as you are trying to build credit. I called for the general manager and was disconnected, then I called back and was told he was at lunch, I left a message and the call was never returned. When taking the vehicle for a test drive, I was asked to put gas in the vehicle, they did reimburse me, but that is so far from the way I would expect to be treated. Everyone was nice and friendly, just not up to par with the way a dealership should run in 2014.

They asked me to call back the next day to confirm. When I did, and asked for Neil Mullen, he was not there so Karl, a salesman, talked to me, then to his manager and came back with the message they were not going to honor their offer. My service was great and all the guys I spoke to were fabulous. I needed new tires and brakes, and that is exactly what I got and more! The service was done in a quickly timely manor for what was needed. They also fixed my belts, topped all my fluids off, changed my oil and gave me a list of things I need to get done soon. I will be back for the things they recommended. The price was very competitive and I felt that it was the best price compared to other places that I called and other places that I have been in the past. My car drives like a brand new car now and I am very pleased with the quality of work and outcome.

I regretfully gave this dealer my telephone number as part of the Cars.com contact form. BIG MISTAKE. Despite this form and subsequent Emails stating DO NOT CALL, I received five phone calls in two days, prompting me to reply with an Email stating again, DO NOT CALL... Got a phone call... And worst of all, in all of their voicemails, they did not answer the one question I had about the vehicle in question. They completely ignored my request for information, and as a result of this bad service, they lost a sale.

Went into dealer wanting to experience the all electric leaf. John took us out in the leaf, explained all about the auto. Variant suggested we lease it since the technology is still changing. We were not lease types but after thinking it over could see the benefit in a lease. We were going to wait till spring when Nick contacted my husband with info on leasing rates being lower now. We were not hounded and given only the info we requested. Did not feel rushed or pushed like some dealerships do. Since more than one sales associate was involved I was concerned that each would receive the commission on our deal. They informed me that John would still be compensated. The lease person explained everything to me and I had no unanswered questions upon leaving the dealership with our new leaf. Would recommend Ganley Nissan to anyone in the future. Hope to do business with them on our next auto experience.

I had occasion to inquire about the warranty as I could not find in writing the refund clause through Fidelity Warranty Services. Rose was so helpful. She was very informative when she was explaining all the new options on my wifes new 2013 Rogue AWD. I can truly say my experience so great. I will return to purchase another car from Rose. I picked up the new car on Saturday morning and Rose followed up with me early next week. She just wanted to make sure everyything was going ok, and if I had any new questions. I've had the car back for my first oil change and inspection, the service department were great. AWESOME experience! I stopped by to have my tire pressure checked (indicator light was on). I knew I needed new tires and asked to set up an appointment for the next week. Tigh Shaffer quoted me prices on 3 different brand/types of tires to review.During the tire inspection, the service tech discovered a nail in the edge of one tire. I opted to have the tires replaced that day. Knowing that I had stopped in on my lunch break and had no other transportation arrangements, Tigh Shaffer offered to have an employee drive me to/from my work place. I wish I could remember the name of the young gentleman who dropped me off at Fenn Elementary and later picked me up - he was polite and courteous!Like I said, Nissan provides awesome service and this is not a one time occurrence either. Wow! Going to the dealership for routine oil change was actually stress free. The hours accomodated my busy schedule and I was in and out quickly with a car wash to boot! Recently, there was a dead animal (no, I'm not kidding) who, while alive, had managed to lodge itself in the engine block if my Nissan Juke. So, to recap, I had a rotting carcass under the hood of my car. The service dept was mystified, and grossed out by the horrendous smell, but took on the task of removing the critter (which we later found out to be a groundhog). 5 Stars for Harold Brickels in Service as he does a GREAT job of making me feel like a rock star when I come in. He is very focused on delivering top notch service, and very courteous. Time requirements usually seems to be fairly good for routine maintenance, which is all that the car has needed. For improvement, I would like to see the service technicians do a final Q/A on making sure that service alerts that the driver sees (in my case, both on the dashboard and on the center console) have been reset. This has been a repetitive issue.

I was in resently for repair. Repair was done promptly. There was another repair that should be done. They found that two tpms units are bad. I was very much under the impresion that the warrenty we purchased was a bumper to bumper for threeyears. It was a costly extra. We were very disappointed that when we needed it does not cover the items we thought when, we talked to the finace person. When we were told bumper to bumper that's what we would get. Harold in service has treated us great.

I recently purchased a vehicle from you fine establishment in February. I just wanted to drop a quick note to say how smooth and seamless it was to deal with the staff. From the gals that pick up the phone all the way to the service team that prepped my car for delivery. I first started working with RJ, but then came in when RJ was not around so Mr. Alex Kash was there to assist me. Both men were very professional and helpful throughout the process. Mr. Josh Davis was also a very big help! Due to my past, my credit history was a little shaky, but he was able to help me get financed. The biggest rave I have about him is that he talked me through some sensibility issues. I will admit that I was a bit stubborn at first as I was wanting more than I could afford but Josh walked me through scenarios that would help me maintain my affordability and also raise my credit rating for the future. Mr. Tim Thomas was also very helpful through the signing of the financing documents. He walked me through it all and he also went to bat for me when the financing company wanted to pull out of the deal. These gentlemen barely knew me, but yet they treated me with the upmost respect. They have demonstrated fantastic customer service and helped me get into a new vehicle. Took the vehicle to my local service center and was told it was a major engine repair costing in excess of $4000.00. My message to anyone buying a car from there, steer clear if you can't afford possible repairs. I know Ohio has 'As is' laws, but for this dealership to be so large and expansive, and to not at least assume some responsibility for an issue that was evident while in their care makes me wonder about their integrity. Long story short, I bit the bullet because I really like the car. Just be aware, they do not want anything but a sale.

Great customer service from the sales personnel to the service dept. Have never had a problem with a service call. Rose was a fantastic salesperson!! She listened to what I wanted and didn't try to make me like another car or features that I didn't want. She had the car clean, gas tank full and waiting for me when I arrived to finish the deal. She has continued to keep in touch with me even after the lease was signed.

Went to dealership to look at a new Nissan Quest. RJ was very friendly and was attentive. He did not have all the answers to my questions but sought them out until I had my answers. Jeff suggested I drive the vehicle home to show my wife, while they had my trade in appraised. We returned an hour later and they offered a very fair trade in, and had found a the same van we looked at in a better color and only 8 miles on it with a complementary DVD package, normally costing $2100. Furthermore, they had a very good price on the van, and had worked it out showing me that 2.99 % bank financing and the $2750 rebate actually saved me about $30 per month compared to the lower Nissan financing offer. A few negotiations later, and we had a deal. Picked up the van the next day, in pristine condition at delivery. The finance session took a while and there was kind of a "hard sell" on the extended warranty...just had to keep saying no! Bottom line...nice people, nice vehicle, salesman who was honest and really tried hard, and I'd recommend them to anyone.

Bought a new car a couple months ago was promisedfree tank of gas with oil changes and they are saying it is only one take of gas not every time. When ask to speak to sales manager who helped sell us car and promised us this he is no longer is there along with both sales men who helped us. So they are not going to honor the free gas with oil change. They do not care about their customers at all! This was our second suv we have bought from them and had no problems the frost time but maybe that is because I only went there to buy it and never took it back Til we traded it in. They write what they promise you on a paper so their is no confusion on what they are promising you that you show them but if the wording isn't as they think it should be they change what you are promised. Will not be doing anymore business with them!

Rose Strelbicki is Wonder Woman. I had previous dealings with her at another dealer, now out of business, so when the time came to lease a new Murano, I sought her out (even though two other dealers are more convenient for me). Rose came through like a champ. She showed me how I could afford a better model than I had thought. She has expert knowledge of Nissans and showed me a trick or two about my new one, even though it is my third Murano. She's a superior sales person. Her "trick" is that she really listens and wants to get the right car for every customer. And she talks straight, with no B.S.I couldn't be happier with Rose and the deal she put together for me.

Rose S. called me and told me that she thought she could lease me a new Maxima at a good price. I told her that my lease wasnt up until December but to tell me what she could do. She called me back; made me an offer I didnt want to refuse, and asked me to come in to pick out the color I wanted. This took place in less than two days. I went in, picked out the color, signed the papers and drove my new car home. I followed Rose from Tri City to Ken Ganley because I feel that she is GREAT!!! I went in to the dealership to test drive a new Nissan Altima. I drove the car and everything was fine. I asked to know what the price of the car would be if I were hypothetically to purchase it that day and I was quoted 19,500. It seemed very low for the car I drove, so I asked the sales person if that price was for the exact car I tried. He said yes. He was very pushy about me buying the car that day, even though I made it clear that I was not ready to do that. He pushed further and said I should give him a post-dated check. I did not leave with a good feeling, but the price was good, so I thought about going back. I called the sales person a few days later and did not get a call back. I then called the dealership and talked to another person. She was very pushy about me putting money down over the phone for the car I inquired about. She was also very pushy about me coming in that day to buy, even though I live about 30 miles away. She scolded me for not asking for her by name when I called the dealer after missing her return call. She quoted me a price for the same vehicle I test drove of $21,650. I said that I was quoted a different price a few days prior. She said she would check with the manager and get back to me. She called me later and said I was quoted a price for a pre-owned vehicle. She described over the phone the exact car I had driven a few days earlier. I told her the story of how I double-checked that the 19,500 price was for the new car I drove. She said that it may have been called a demo instead of pre-owned. I said that word never came up. I expressed my disappointment that the sales person was deceptive. She then said, well, good luck to you and hung up. I will never buy a car here. They are dishonest and too pushy, even for car sales people. Go somewhere else for a Nissan.
