I owed more on my car than what it was worth. When I went into Kelly's I was going to look at used car, I never would have thought I would be able to get a new car. Micheal was very honest and upfront with me about everything. He went up and beyond to do everything he could to get me into the car I really wanted. When I had giving up hope thinking I couldn't get a Outlander sport because the negavite equality I owed on my car. He called and got me into a brand new 2015 Outlander sport. He kept working on every way he could take to get me into the SUV. It was like 2 weeks but he never gave up. I had tears come outta my eyes when he called and told me he got me into a brand new 2015. I had giving up thinking I couldn't do anything because of the negivate equality, but he never gave up on me and did anything he could to get me into the SUV I really wanted. He is a amazing sales person to work with and would go up and beyond to make a customer happy. I would truly recommend this dealership!!!!

I just bought our second car from Kelly and our second car with Joe Brader. He never had to pressure the sale because he was just so knowledgeable about the cars and their features he let the cars sell themselves. That just makes the whole experience so much better and stress-free. We don't need another car for a while now, but when that times comes I know exactly where I am going and who I am looking for when I get there.

I researched many different cars because I needed one with 7 seats. I bought my very first new car from Kelly back in 90's and that is why I went back. I loved my eclipse and the service department was fantastic to me back then. The first person to great me at the door was Joe Brader and I felt comfortable with him right off. We went for a test drive and talked numbers and I left. I went to other dealerships and met with other salesman and came right back to Joe. Kelly gave me the best deal on my new outlander and Joe did an amazing job showing me every feature. He even answered all my 9 year old questions, my kids loved him! REVIEW UPDATE:On October 6, I met with Jim Barndt. It was a very positive meeting. Jim was able to address all of my concerns in a very satisfactory manner. Based on this interaction, as well as assistance from Michael Muniz, I would definitely consider doing business with Kelly Mitsubishi again in the future. My appreciation to Jim and Michael for their understanding, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond to help a customer. I purchased a 2016 Mitsubishi Lancer on 1 August 2016. When I first visited Kelly Mitshubishi, the sales consultant and sales manager were friendly and professional. Unfortunately, none of the in-stock vehicles had the exact options that I was seeking. However, after a few more days of car shopping, I returned to Kelly with the hope that they might be able to secure a car that was closer to what I was seeking. Rather than working with me to secure a vehicle with the features that I truly wanted, I felt pressured to purchase a car that was in stock that was "close" to what I wanted. Regrettably, I gave in.The car was dirty when I drove it off the lot (with even leaves in the trunk area). Subsequently, I found small blobs of tree sap over the car. The tree sap had eaten into the clear coat. Kelly's solution was to wet sand the affected areas. So great - I had a car two days old and the clear coat was sanded down to hide damaged areas! Within a few weeks, the car developed a loud clunking sound in the trunk area. I called the service department. I had to wait several days before an appointment could be scheduled. Problem turned out to be a module that was not secured. The solution was a fix with double-sided tape.So twice within one month, the car had to go back to Kelly! The clear coat has been thinned in areas by sanding and a banging module was fixed with double-sided tape!On August 29, I sent the sales consultant an email to express my dissatisfaction with my purchase. While I didn't expect any significant action, I did expect the courtesy of a reply. There was no reply. On September 1, following my trip to Kelly's service department, I went into the Mitsubishi showroom to speak with the sales consultant and sales manager about my dissatisfaction with the car and the lack of reply. I was told that it was the sales manager's day off and that the sales consultant was in a meeting. I left my name, phone, and email address. On September 12, I sent a letter to the Dealer Principal explaining my experiences. To date, I have had absolutely no response from any of these individuals.

Pete and his team made buying my first car a great experience! The moment I stepped foot onto Kelly Automotive Group I felt that I was in good hands considering I had gone to multiple dealerships beforehand. Pete and Will (his manager) really listened and were able to bring the price of my Dodge Nitro down to my range as well as my interest rate. He answered every question that I had in the best possbile way. I felt like I was family because of the excellent service I received. I went in thinking that I was going to be in the dealership all day long but Pete expediated the process and gave me exactly what I wanted. A couple days later Pete still cared enough and gave me a call to see how things were doing and to schedule my free car wash :-) I definitly recommend Pete as your next sales consultant because of his honesty and desire to help you to the best of his ability.

The guys at Kelly Mitsubishi were super helpful during this process. Mike, Jason and Chris were a great team. Joe Keller got us into the dealership after we inquired online. We were unable to get in for another week or so, and he gave us some time and followed up with us when he knew we were available. Mike did an excellent job of explaining the differences among the new and used outlander sports, and was also patient with us as we checked out some of the other vehicles on the lot. Jason was super helpful and stepped in to help us out when picking up the car and signing all the paperwork. He sat with us and explained all the different features of the vehicle that we bought. Chris did a great job of working with our budget and helping us feel welcomed throughout the process. As a whole, I never felt rushed and the whole team was very laid back and understanding of our needs. I would definitely recommend this dealership to a friend. For anyone interested in an AWD vehicle, the outlander sports AWD are great buys for the price point.

Recently went in to talk with the manager about buying my current Mitsu Sport. I was overdue for the 60,000 mile check. Had wonderful start, just like the excitement of anticipating a great coaster ride. They let me take a 2016 home because we didn't have time to finalize paperwork same day. Loved being able to try it out and have time to think. Went in the next day to finish paperwork and everything was changed from what we talked about .That felt like the scream while going down hill. I told them I changed my mind and wanted my 2011 back. While I was waiting for them to get it, the manager and the salesman were very concerned about what happened and what they could do to fix it. They let me take the new one home another night and promised to have everything ready for next day pick up.True to their word they had all the paperwork ready to sign and showed me all the new updates, synced my cell for me and I was off. I had mentioned a struggle with trying to decide lease over purchase because I wanted tinted front windows more than anything. They felt so bad about stressing me out and upsetting me, that as an apology, they offered to pay for the window tinting.That was enough for me to know they really were listening, and wanted to begin a relationship that would take us forward. That was like coming back into the docking area where you get off the coaster with the biggest smile on your face cause the ride was far more than worth it, and better than I thought, and even exceeded my expectations. Thank you Chris and Louie, you made a friend for life. My particular situation involved a 1,000. service bill and 1,000. loan balance to buy which they did and still managed to keep my payment affordable. I will be telling anyone I meet to consider Mitsubishi when looking for a car.

What an Amazing experience with Sales Consultant Jason Nichols and Sales Manager Chris Bennett from Kelly Mitsubishi. They are both very knowledgeable about all the makes and models of the cars available on the lot; which kept me interested and wanting to learn more about each vehicle. I started out asking questions about the Outlander, which turned into conversation about the Outlander Sport, Lancer, Lancer Evolution, Mirage, and Mirage G4. Both Jason and Chris were beyond helpful when it came to sticking to my price range and making me feel comfortable about the entire sales experience without putting a bunch of money out of pocket. I purchased a 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander last year and Ken Grant was the salesman. Although he didn't work directly at Mitsubishi, he took the time to show me all of Kelly products that fit my description and requirements. It was a pleasure working with Ken. He is knowledgable, respectful, and patient. I returned this July and looked specifically for Ken. Luckily I caught him as he was leaving for the day. He jumped out of his car and spent about an hour with me (even though his shift ended). Once again, Ken identified the right vehicle for me and was a delight to work with him. I strongly recommend working with Ken if you're looking for a no-nonsense, straghforward, hassle-free experience. Great guy!!

I had a awesome experience at Kelly Mitsubishi!! Before i got there i had my defense up because i had a horrible experience 2 years ago at another dealership! So i easnt gonna let that happen again! Joe came out and introduced himself to my wife, my grandmother, and myself and he could feel the tension i had! But that didnt stop him, he took it slow and really left us know he was there for the right reason! At first i didnt know what to think and if he was being honest or just another sales person, but he really got to know us and slowly our guard came down! He did everything in our power to make sure we were happy and we could keep everything in our budget! I was allowed to take the car until thursday and when thursday came and i went back, he had our hearts and my grandmother even bought the car that she loved as well! Chris and Joe really made my family feel comfortable and made us believe that there are genuine people still out there!! Thank you both for everything you did to make us happy and satisfied!! We were looking for a new dealership after a very horrible experience at another (not to be named) dealer. My wife found the car I wanted at Kelly. After some very pleasant email exchanges I went down and was greeted by Ken. No typical car salesman pitches at all. He answered all of my questions about the car and let the car sell itself. I couldn't have asked for a better salesman. He related to me very well and he and his team worked more diligently than I could have asked for on the financials. I was very upside down in my previous vehicle and Ken was still able to make it work. I have already recommended him to several of my friends and can guarantee that I will be buying all of my vehicles from him in the future. Even if you think you found the perfect car or perfect dealer you should visit Ken just to compare. You will be pleasantly surprised for sure.

Kelly Mitsubishi I had Don Pryor as my salesman. Very welcoming and didn't feel out of place there. He didn't push me to by a car a cant afford. He worked my numbers and showed me cars in my price range. Wasn't push to buy anything I did not "LOVE." I had a blast picking out cars. I came to Kelly to buy a new car. My wife received a letter in the mail about the sale they were having til the end of the month of June. I walked in and was greeted by Mike Muniz. Mike was very friendly and went that extra mile to help me. I took a test drive and liked what I was driving. We got back to the dealership and started the process of the buy. Mike introduced me to the manager Chris Bennett and the friendship began. These two men really went out of their way to help put me in a new vehicle. My 2002 Mazda died on a Monday. After 5 hours of research Monday night I decided I wanted a Mitsubishi Outlander Sport 4WD. Tuesday evening I strolled into Kelly Mitsubishi and met Danielle. She was courteous, knowledgable, and easy to talk to. I took a few test drives and was about to leave when the manager and I got to chatting about a more expensive one (in a more desirable color) that was out of my price range. He came down to a reasonable price and I felt it was a fantastic deal based on the condition and mileage. Paperwork was drawn up and I picked up my car Wednesday evening, just 54 hours after my car bit the dust. I can't recommend them enough, especially coming from someone who hates the car buying process!

I worked with Ken but there were a lot of others involved in the trasaction. I have looked for the right vehicle at the right price for a long time. I suddenly had it pop up on my e-mail. I emailed in and was answered immediately by the wonderfully polite and helpful Christina, who helped me set up a time to check out the Jeep. I arrived and was greeted as if I were family by Ken. He had the vehicle ready and set everything up with my trade in and we went on a test drive. He was positive he could make it work financially for me and long story short he made it happen! I came to your dealership back in March with my current situation of having to downsize. I worked with Efrain and he was extremely friendly and sympathetic to the nature of what I was going through. I was dreading car shopping because of previous experiences...but, last weekend (in the below zero temperatures) my husband and I went out looking for a new car because the lease on my Toyota was up. Efrain was the only salesman to come outside and tell us to come inside and he would talk us through what we wanted (since it was so cold). I originally was looking at buying a preowned SUV but really couldn't make up my mind. Efrain walked from the used lot (in the freezing cold) to the Mitsubishi lot to bring up a new 2016 Outlander for me to look at. He listened to everything I was looking for and found the SUV in the price range I was ok with. He did everything he could to make the process as quick and smooth as possible since we had our kids with us. Efrain was super friendly and made sure we were happy and comfortable with our decision. The gentlemen mentioned below were the best I have ever been associated with at a dealership. For 22 years I've always bought Toyota's until 2008 when I bought my first outlander. Over an eight year period of having it serviced at Kelly and dealing with Jim I began to realize that no were else had I ever been treated so fairly, and been given such great economical deals. After having my vehicle totaled by a young man on January 31st I decided to return to Kelly and these gentlemen bent over backwards for me. I bought a brand new 2016 Outlander SEL with all the bells and whistles and you know what, they only made a very small profit on this sale. This tells me of the commitment they have for repeat customers. Not that I'm saying I didn't get a fair deal in 2008 but this time around I literally "stole" this SUV. They also through in so many extras in for free that I could not say no. I was planning on going back to Toyota but after the way I was treated, this was a no brainer. I thank Dave, Norris, Lou, Travis, Jim, and Mo for their time and effort and they should be commended for their professionalism. Of and beyond what they needed to do! Worst dealership EVER for customer service. I bought a BRAND NEW lancer GT and after I purchased it I noticed a small rust spot above the tail light. I spoke to Jim Hillegass who is their service writer. He told me they are not obligated and submitted photos because it needed to be approved by corporate! A few months pass and I was never called back. Placing another call to them I discovered it was ruled carrier damage and they were not obligated to correct it. Wow! So you knowingly sold me a car with a rust spot? After mr. Hillegass basically told me to get bent, he passed me over to Norris Almasri who I left a polite message for but never received a return call or message! You jokers can sure call me to remind me about an oil change but not to resolve this open issue! Stay away from this dealership! All they care about is your money, not a positive customer service experience!

Cesare was helpful in setting up an appointment and made sure i knew where i was going. When I showed up to test drive the vehicle, Travis was great at answering my questions and helped me without the 'hard sell' you sometimes experience with used car dealers. The finance guy got me a great rate on a loan too and was easy to work with. I did have one concern that came up right after I bought the car, related to something I noticed during the test drive. Jim in the service department was great to deal with and got things sorted for me promptly and professionally. All in all a rare and positive experience buying a used vehicle.

I purchased my vehicle in their used car lot on 10/10/2015. The vehicle was being sold "as is" however I felt comfortable purchasing the vehicle because of their 30 day vehicle exchange policy. At the time, nothing appeared to be wrong with the vehicle. I was told if there were issues with the vehicle I can get my money put toward the purchase of a vehicle of the same or greater value.After driving the vehicle 200 miles (conveniently 50 miles after their 3 day, 150 miles money back guarantee) the check engine light came on and the cruise control light began flashing. After getting a different dealership to look at the car, the vehicle needed about $2000 worth of work to pass inspection.On 10/21/2015 I spoke with Joey Brader and he spoke with his manager Bill Estadt. Bill Esdadt told me that there was no negotiation on price no matter what the car, if I were to utilize the 30 day exchange policy. When I asked for an explanation, he claimed that they lose money because the exchange value of the car is not worth as much as what they were giving me (what I paid for it). I explained that they didn't lose money on the exchange because I purchase the vehicle from them. Bill Esdadt claimed that since I put on about 800 miles and they have to clean the car that they would still lose money. I offered to pay a prorated fee for the miles I put on the vehicle, however this should not force me to pay ticket value on a car lot with prices already set at a value with the expectation for negotiations to be involved.Bill Esdadt was very unwilling to work with me or hear me out. I would frequently be cut off because he was emphatic about this policy. He claimed that this has never been an issue with anyone else but me. He did not provide any solution to the issue or refer me to speak with anyone.Joey Brader continued to try to work with my situation and went to speak with the new General Manager Jim Barnes. Jim Barnes claimed that he was willing to work with me on price. He claimed that "there was money set aside" for people in situations like mine and that he wanted to make sure I left happy. Jim Barnes made it appear that we could find a solution to the problem.I test drove a few vehicles and was happy with the selection. At this point I had spent 4 hours working with the dealership. After speaking with Jim Barnes, he was willing to lower the monthly payments and APR but not the listing price. I was mislead to believe that there was any room for negotiation. I left the dealership after 4 and a half hours.I was sold a vehicle and led to believe it was safe to purchase because I had 30 days to buy another. I felt the dealership strong armed me in to trying to buy a more expensive vehicle if I wanted to return a vehicle that already had $2000 worth of work to be done. I was only looking for a fair market value on a vehicle they were trying to sell that was over $2500 Kelly Blue Book. They would not reduce the price because they knew I had no where else to go with my car. I was stuck with either paying to fix the car they sold me or pay more than a car was worth to buy a new one.I was open to many solutions: helping pay to fix the damages on my car, offer a prorated exchange for the miles I put on, I even offered 15000k on a vehicle listed at 15500k but Jim Barnes was not willing to budge. I felt like I was taken advantage of then refused to be helped once I left the lot.Joey Brader was the only one at this dealership willing to work with me. He suggested multiple solutions and ideas to help. He was straight forward and willing to listen.I would not recommend anyone go to this dealership. You can not trust the managers or their misleading policies. It's unfortunately another example where a big company takes advantage of the individual because there are no repercussions for their actions.

UPDATE 1/14/2016: I had my car repaired with the help of the service manager John. He was probably the best thing that ever happened to this place. He really went out of his way to rectify a bad situation!!! He went above and beyond, my repairs were done in a timely manner and the repairs actually exceeded my expectations. I have been there twice now after for routine maintenance and they and they have done a lot of changes. The receptionist was nice and they got back to me right away.I am giving this repair shop another chance. But they really should know that its only because of JOHN that I am even willing to stay with this repair shop.Had requested my car be repaired here after an accident because this is where I got my car so I knew they would do a better job then some other place that progressive had requested. instead i got the run around like no other! Took over 20 days for repairs and then leading up to the end every other day was new problem. Trying to get a hold of someone in this place is hilarious, and even the receptionists dont know what the heck they are doing! They constantly transferred me to all the wrong people everytime I called. I mainly dealt with Jim and Robert when they actually answered or called me back.Got call on 7/27 at 4:52 pm that my car was done . I said great ill be there right now to pick it up and was told no sorry we close at 5 but you can come tomorrow morning. (why call me at 4:52 to tell me that) I said ok ill be there as soon as you open. About an hour later I get a call from Robert that he did a look around and realized my car still didnt have the tire put on and that it would be done by lunch on 7/28. So obviously if you stayed late you could have had me pick up the car. (customer service 101- of course ill stay, if you can make it right now) Well here we are on 7/28 i have left 3 voicemails and its now 2:04 pm. Chances are they are going to call me and say it will be done tomorrow. This place is a JOKE for sales and a JOKE for repairs. I would stay as far away from them as possible!!! I will be filing a complaint as well with the BBB because of how much BS i dealt with the whole time of my repairs. But at least they got the $10,000 in repair costs!!!!!! After not hearing back from anyone I decided to show up at the repair shop. And low and behold Robert is sitting at his desk and my car is done sitting in the LOT!!!!! SURPRISE!!!Then I got to deal with the nasty receptionist who has an attitude like no other and NO customer service what so ever! And I also confirmed that they have caller ID and avoided my calls.Finally get my car back after I pay my deductible and Robert says " sorry about everything"! REALLY! All day you had my car just sitting there!!!!! WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I hope they close this place down!!STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS hole!

I recently had a great experience at Kelly mitsubishi which was weighed heavily on the helpfulness and hospitality of my sales person. We never felt pressured to make a Decision and all the information we received was useful. The customer service was well above average. One of the only downsides was it did take quite a few hours for us to actually leave with the car. I would recommend Mohamed Almalla as a sales man for anyone. He did a wonderful job of making us feel comfortable with the car and making his assistance known if we went home and needed help. i drove up to Allentown to my brothers house from NC and faced major car issues. I was recommended to Troy from a family friend. He took care of me better than I could have ever expected. I needed to trade in my 2013 Lancer (that I loved!) because I had lost my second job and needed to reduce my monthly payment. I met with Joe Brader, who walked me through the process, and with the utmost respect and suggestions as to the best way to go. I was planning on downgrading to an older model, but he led me to a 2014 Mirage that met all my needs and cut my monthly payments. The savings in gas mileage is an added plus! I had a terrible experience when the transmission on my paid-off "baby car" died. Another dealer convinced me she was not worth fixing and talked me into a vehicle that I drove for 10 days before they called me to say they could not get the financing. I was left without a car and the option to get my baby back as they had already sent her to the junk-yard and could not get her back. I had to argue with the owner to get any compensation for my car. I had been researching for a while and test drove a lot of other vehicles at a lot of other dealerships with many leaving me with a bad taste in my mouth. I contacted Kelly online and they called me back within the hour to schedule an appointment. I was running late for my scheduled appointment with Dave, but they were still able to squeeze me in on to speak with Joe on a busy saturday. I went in having a good idea of what I wanted and Joe was able to answer the -very- specific questions that I had about the vehicle. When you speak with someone in automotive sales you can tell when you are talking to someone who just sells cars and someone who is a "car guy"; Joe is the latter. He was very honest about some of the reviews made about the vehicle and what analysts believed were shortcomings, and made my selection easier. Joe stayed late to make sure that all the I's were dotted and the T's were crossed. When I bought my Subaru, I never thought I would buy another make, but now I am the proud and delighted owner of a Mitsubishi Outlander Sport and I'm not looking back.
