I was introduced to Tristan by one of the service reps (whom was very nice) and I told him what I was looking at - he took me out to the Escapes and explained all the models and differences and some nuances in particular. We test drove and the whole time Tristan told me about the vehicle. Needless to say I decided to purchase the black Escape Titanium . Thank you Tristan for all your help! In addition I'd like to mention how knowledgeable Carlos was for financing and the exceptional direction from Cheryl concerning all the computerized systems.

I bought an new Explorer about 8 weeks ago. My salesman was Ron Orel . After he took care of everything with the explorer and I was about ready to leave I mentioned that I might be interested in buying a used F-150 to tow a show car around. But I didn't want to spend to much so the truck had to be at least 5 years old. Ron never forgot about me and contacted numerous times on trucks he found. Needless to say he sold me a 2011 F-150 that looked almost new and drives great. I really appreciate Rons dedication to my needs and his professionalism. I will only deal Ron on all future purchases.

Buying a new vehicle is not something we do often but we know where we will go whenever we buy again ... Kelly Ford. I did lots of online research so I knew what my top choice F-150 was when my wife and I met Phil on the lot. We explained that we were a week or so away from purchasing and Phil respected that. He never once tried to push us into a sale. He went with us on a test drive, answered lots of questions, and made himself available whenever we needed him. Zero pressure!Jay handled the sale as Phil was on vacation when we did make the purchase (although he still made contact by cell!). Jay made sure we were comfortable with our purchase and introduced us to Jon who would handle the financing. Jon was very honest and open, again, making us very comfortable making this very large decision. He did his best to make sure we were making the financial decisions that were best for us. Including not getting GAP since we had such a large down payment and all the rebates rebates but instead getting an 8-year bumper-to-bumper warranty. Again, what was best for us because I tend to keep my trucks for many years. Then Phil & Jay arranged us to meet Cheryl the following week to learn about the technology features in our truck. Do not skip this!. Cheryl spent at least an hour going through all the commands and settings in the Sync 3 system and how to really take advantage of what the truck can do. Again, my wife & I felt like we really made the right decision go to Kelly Ford. Every person we met has an open door policy ... if we need anything, please go see them.

I had a poor experience with another dealership in the area. Had my first oil change done by Kelly Ford and they were so friendly. Even with the line so long for oil change i got in pretty quickly and they called me when it was finished. Even washed my car for me. Thank you Kelly Ford. 3 years ago I purchased a car, took over two hours and I had to threaten to take my car as I told the finance guy I did not want gap insurance 5 times and walked out of the office. Wound dealing with the finance manager and again you want gap insurance? Really? I needed to purchase a car and it was the one I wanted so I suffered through and bought it. I have this in the service department 7 times since then for issues, unfortunately all different ones so can't use lemon law. Latest fiasco, I put it in and told them I needed it back by 1:30pm, they had it for five hours to do 2.5 billable hours of work p, so in reality, maybe 1.5 hours of actual work, I was told the parts were there, I get a call saying the parts won'T be in until the afternoon despite being told twice they were there before dropping it off. Needless to say, missed appointments because I didn't get my car. So it needs to go in yet again and I was told I would have a loaner car and would get a call to arrange it. Got a call, called back after I got t of work, no one there to help me in the service department, too late, no-one can help me tonight he they want me to come in and drop it off again?! Think it will be ready by 1:30? Not chancing it. Besides that I get a call from the sales department wanting to buy my car right after I got it back last time. It took four months after I bought the car to get them to quit calling me, emailing me, basically bugging me.

We had purchased from a dealership in Palm Bay just one month prior, also had purchased from the chevy dealership up the road the month prior. Now we were looking for our son. How blessed when Chris was the man that approached us. A mom in scrubs and her 16 year old son! He was a breath of fresh air. He did not circle like the common vultures. He was happy, pleasant, and the best part talked to my son. It was his car after all. I discretely told Chris we would buy a car but did not want my son to know we would buy, we would surprise him. Chris actually felt bad because my son left so upset thinking he was not getting the car he FELL IN LOVE WITH!!! Later that day we returned to pick up the car and we were given a HUGE RED BOW TO SURPRISE MY SON!! It was great. Here is what I loved and then sealed the deal , the woman in finance and I apologize I don't remember her name, was amazing! She just so happen to have prior experience on toyotas. We purchased a used 2014 Camry for our son, I had owned a Toyota purchased from the local dealership and this woman gave me a run down on the safety of this vehicle and how this will benefit my 16 year young new driver. She went over all the protection features she knew this due to prior employment for Toyota! How fantastic. They were all so excited for my son and his first car. Now fast forward and month later we return, even though we had just bought an Explorer 4 months earlier, my husband really wanted a truck. This was a no brainer I called Chris and now we own a 2016 Ford F-150! Chris is amazing. Now we have 4 new cars in our driveway and I tell you, I was sad when I said Chris, you wont see us anymore on this end of the dealership, but I will recommend you to anyone! Well never say never, I drive a 2016 Escape, and love it, I don't want to part from it, but if I ever do, I am sure the only salesman I will go to is Chris!!!

I sent in an inquiry and request for a test drive. Everyone involved treated me like family...family that you like. John took the time to answer questions. He was very through and made me feel like I was the only customer he had. I had a simple oil change here. I work during their business hours so the plan was for them to leave my keys locked in my car so that I could pick it up outside normal hours. When I picked up my car they didn't leave my keys. After several phone calls they agreed to mail them to me. A week later, still no keys. I did however get a phone call saying that my car was "ready to pick up." Seeing as I was in my car at the time I told them that they were mistaken. Obviously no communication and they still hadn't mailed my keys. Two more weeks go by and I still didn't have my keys. I called and was transferred several times until finally they said they would call me back. They didn't call me back. Finally I called again and spoke to someone who said that my keys had been returned in the mail. No one had called to inform me of this. It's not that difficult folks. It's been a month. I want my keys. And I want my awesome Harley Quinn key chain back.

Went in with a specific truck in mind with specific options that the trucks in their inventory did not have. The sales team helped to locate the exact truck desired and had it available at their location within 2 days. They were extremely thorough in ensuring that all rebates and bonus deals were applied to the sale price. I am very satisfied with help that my sales rep, Harold, provided and the communications we exchanged during the process. The truck is awesome, especially since I just upgraded fro a 2002 model, and the quality of Ford vehicles has kept me a devoted Ford customer for over 35 years. I hand stopped by Kelly Ford a few weeks ago looking for a used car and met Chris Lefevre the salesman. They didn't have the car I wanted but he said he would keep an eye out for what I was looking for. Well he would call once in a while when something cam in and I would say no not that one or yes I'll come in and check it out. He was very good about keeping in touch and I went in to see a car he called about. Didn't like the color but they did have another car that fit my needs. Hello! My wife and I went there to check cars. One of our acquaintances recommended us Kelly Ford as a dealer. When I got there, I was greeted by none other than John Alligood. He kindly show us around the variety of cars and trucks they have. I thought I wasn't going to get a one that I liked until he show us the vehicle I'm currently driving. Their finance, sales team, and maintenance team were all great to us. Carlos Arciniegas helped us to obtain the new car, which it was a bit of a hassle for both of us. Work with us all week to get that finance that we wanted. Last but not least, Cheryl Shaton showed how the car electronics work, including Sirius and other features. Worth a trip!

Chris Lefevre let me spend as much time as needed to look, sit in, and drive the cars. He was respectful of my budget and only showed me cars that met exactly my needs that we discussed before going outside. I purchased a new 2016 Ford Explorer. My sales person was great. But from day one everything else has been a nightmare. There was lot damage on the vehicle in multiple places that weren't disclosed before I purchased it, but were known by the dealership. Promises after promises were made to "make it right". It was been a constant never ending flow of problems, misdiagnosis' and further damage caused by the service technicians. I have had the vehicle for exactly 6 months and the dealership (service dept.) has had it for 27 of those days. When I escalated my complaint to upper management was when things really went south. I was met with "what's your problem now" attitudes and refusal to even communicate with me. I have requested to meet with Tim Kelly (owner/manager) in person, via voicemail, written letter... and nothing. He has made no attempt what-so-ever to solve this problem. So, unless you plan on purchasing at Kelly Ford in Melbourne FL. and having a different dealership do your service, beware! Its one giant headache that will end up costing you the integrity of your vehicle.

I was looking for a pretty specific vehicle. I located several in South Florida so I contacted the dealers and requested out the door pricing. Kelly Ford had the best price and Phil Pettus seamed to be a straight shooter so I decided to buy from them. We agreed on a price over the phone and before I left for the 1.5 hour drive to the dealer, I requested that they not but any of their dealer stickers on the vehicle. I also mentioned that I would be pulling the SPORT decals off of the rear quarter. When I arrived, the truck was ready and Phil had his guys pull those decals off for me.Carols Arciniegas made it a pleasure to complete the pile of paperwork that's always required. I am always amazed at how little a salesman typically knows about a vehicle when I'm shopping. Phil Pettus clearly answered a couple of questions that I had already asked about 5 different salesmen at other dealerships. The other guys had no clue what they were talking about but Phil obviously knows his products as he was able to give me a straight answer. I would certainly recommend this dealership to anyone that is in the market for new Ford.

I have to say I have never had such a good experience at a car dealership before. I don't have the best credit and Kelly Ford really did their best to work with me and the pre approval offer I brought in. They not only lowered the vehicle price in order to make a deal but they also found a warranty for the vehicle that didn't break the bank, as well as giving me a more than fair trade in value for my old truck. They helped my husband and I find the perfect SUV for our little family and I could not be more appreciative! Mike the salesman and John the finance manager really went above and beyond anything I could have expected. They made the vehicle purchasing process quick, easy, and stress free. Our initial contact with Kelly Ford was over the phone. We knew what we wanted. They had it on the lot. We asked for a sales price without having to "dicker". Within minutes we received a quote that was in line with what we wanted and we let Tristan Palmer know to put our name on the car. The next day we drove from Daytona Beach to Melbourne to pick-up our 2016 Taurus - Limited in Ruby Red. The entire crew was great. Tristan Palmer was our sales associate. Carlos Arciniegas prepared our paperwork. Cheryl Shaton gave us a very good introduction to Sync. Comparison shopping is the correct approach for such a significant purchase. Bought our 2008 60th anniversaryF150 pick up from Kelly Ford in Melbourne. Charlie Algiers-McCarthy made the deal work back then. We started having 2008 truck along with my 2005 f150 serviced their as well. Had a few issues with the service dept, then Judy Daly took over and it has been great ever since, only to get better when Traci Daly became my service advisor. Decided to see what was on the lot and see what type of deals they had, Charlie introduced us to Mike Casey and he asked what we were interested in. Mike is a great person, he was not pushy and he is very informative. Between Mike and Charlie we again got a great deal on our new 2016 f150. Jon Powell got all the paper work done and got us out in a timely manor.After our purchase we were introduced to Cheryl Shaton who is awesome. she explained all the options and electronics on our new truck and even my dumb redneck hill-billy non-computer friendly mind was able to understand every thing. We purchased a 2013 Escape from Kelly Ford after visiting several other dealerships in the area. Ourexperience with the other dealers was marginal at best. The model selections were available and in many colors. The sales staff knowledge and willingness to deal was limited. Some had problems answering questions or had to see the manager. We eventually got to Kelly Ford and talked with Cassandra Younger who was so very helpful and we bought the 2013 Escape. I recently bought a 2017 Escape at Kelly Ford and can honestly say the staff on site could not have been more helpful, friendly and open. Jerry Butler Perez handled the sale with me and Ron Orel was also involved. I felt comfortable with everyone involved and will certainly recommend Kelly Ford.

I had been searching online for a Focus RS with more than 2 months. I came across one that fit my search perfectly at Kelly Ford. I immediately called and asked if it were on the lot. Sure as anything it was sitting in their showroom. It was later in the afternoon on a Sunday and I live about an hour away. The salesman, Mike Casey said that wouldn't be an issue, that he'd stay late if need be. I loaded up the kids and made the drive. Once getting to the dealership it was like being treated like royalty. Everyone was very courteous to my family as the buying process started. After owning a 2015 Ford F150 SuperCrew XLT 4x2 for a year, I decided that I wanted to switch out to a 4x4. After speaking with multiple dealers around Central Florida, I ended up deciding to go with Kelly Ford since they never wavered from their original price commitment. I can attest that this practice is rare in the industry it seems... I had several other dealerships exhibit shady practices. Phil Pettus followed up an appropriate amount to check in on the sale, but didn't pester as I considered all of my options. Him and his team went out of their way to find the exact truck I was looking for and believe me, I was being extremely picky. They brought a truck in from out of the region and offered me a very fair value in trade for my immaculate, one year old F150 4x2 without playing any games. Even installed my child's carseat in the new vehicle so it was ready to go. My advice is to hire more salesmen like Taylor. It would be beneficial to your dealership and your future customers. He is outgoing and fun. He was so nice to my family and I. I also appreciated how kind Carlos (the finance guy) was to my family. He made the process as quick as possible knowing that my 2 children were beyond ready to leave. Thank you Kelly Ford and specifically Taylor and Carlos!

We had gone to 4 other car dealerships. The 4th dealership (Hyundai) laughed at us as. We had a certain amount of money we were going to use. But all 4 wanted us to finance the purchase and or up size the amount so we would have to finance. Kelly Ford was going to be the last stop for the day, After being sunburned, dying of thirst, and laughed at I didn't have a lot of hope. Kelly Ford dealers were AMAZING. The short story is my parents bought a car at Palm Bay Ford 1 year ago and were taken total advantage of. This was not Kelly forwards doing but they made good on the other dealers and wrongdoing and gave us a great deal a year on a new Ford Escape. Terry at Kelly Ford went above and beyond the norm to make sure I got the truck I wanted at a great price. Despite the dealership being a considerable distance from me I felt it was worth the drive and I was right. Terry helped me compare models and showed me options and features I wasn't even aware of, and I did a lot of research. You'll find that Terry will help you clarify all the confusion and help you make good decisions. He got me a better deal than I expected and the savings allowed me to buy an extended warranty and prepaid service which is important because I'm planning on keeping this truck until the wheels fall off! Sandra in the finance dept is a sweetheart and assisted me, like a friend, on which warranty and service package to buy.

My husband and I came to Kelly ford because of a Internet ad I saw for an F150. We made an appointment with"Internet Jay". Jay gave us a test drive. He could tell we weren't happy with that truck. He suggested we look on the lot to see what else was available. We could tell he had our best interests as motivation. We saw a truck and went on a other test drive. We chose to purchase the 2014 red F150. Internet Jay was very accommodating, carrying our offers to the sales department. The sales department and Vinny Amore was friendly and helpful and we made a deal. All subsequent paperwork was handled smoothly and quickly. The employees at Kelly Ford are truly great. I went there with my Grandpa and my best friend to finance a used car. My car salesman, Mike Ross was attentive to our needs and empathetic to our budget. We wanted a car that was safe, affordable, pretty new in years (2011+), and of course pleasing to the eye. Mike immediately found the perfect car for us, it was above our budget. He went above and beyond to get it down to a price we could work with. I was also very impressed with Jon Powell in financing. He was very thorough in explaining everything in the paperwork; he answered all of our questions, and addressed our concerns. He also successfully got the bank to lower our monthly payments and interest rate. Everyone was just so nice and treated us like they would want their daughters to be treated. I could not be more satisfied with my experience here.

Terry answered all of my questions honestly and had our new Escape ready for our test drive when we arrived at the dealership. Chuck helped explain the ins and outs of the Ford rebates and dealer discount.Everyone at the dealership was very attentive and a pleasure to work with. The folks at Kelly never let is sit alone while we were negotiating and closing the purchase.Sandy in Finance was super organized and efficient with producing our finance documents. As a single female who has not purchased a car in some time, I was very apprehensive about how stressful car buying would be. Decisions as to what make, model etc . Kelly Ford had several of the models I was interested in trying so my son and I decided to stop by. We were greeted by salesman Reggie Morton who assisted us and found a car we were interested in. Reggie was very easy to work with and along with Carlos Arciniegas secured my financing and I drove home with an hour or so in my new car. Never owned a Ford before and love it!

The service technician "strongly recommended" that I get a rear differential service performed on my F-150 while it was already in the shop for brake work. It cost $200 extra dollars. The owners manual says this should be done every 150,000 miles! My truck only had 49,000 miles on it...After posting this review, I was contacted by Bobby Brown, who apologized for the mishap and refunded me for the improper service that was performed on my truck. I really appreciate the great customer service!

Phil Pettus is not your typical pushy salesman, he is extremely helpful and really worked hard to help me find the right F-150 I was looking for. It was clear to me that Phil was not just trying to push me into a vehicle to make a sale, but really wanted to get me into right vehicle that I would be happy with. Phil also worked hard to find all possible rebates to get me the best price possible.My first vehicle purchased from Phil at Kelly Ford was so easy, I actually thought it was a fluke and I got lucky, but I was pleasantly surprised that my second purchase was just as easy as the first. My wife received a promotion from Palm Bay Ford. On July 2nd we went to Palm Bay Ford with two things in mind. First to see what she won and the second was to test drive a Fiesta. When we arrived there a very pushy salesman approached us taking the promotion and telling us to sit down by his desk. I told him that we just wanted to see what she had won but he just said well it will not hurt to sit down at that desk. He then opened the computer and spent time asking questions and typing information. He finally gave us the gift card we won. At that point we left and did not ask to test drive anything as we knew we did not want to deal with him any more.On July 4th we decided to go to Kelly Ford to see about test driving a Fiesta. Jerry met us in the parking area where the Fiestas were. We went to a test drive and let Jerry know we were not at this point looking to buy a new car as we had a 2015 Focus we had bought in December. During and just after the test drive Jerry explained many of the features of the car. As the test drive ended Jerry asked if he could put together something just to see what it would cost. We said why not. When came back with a proposal we were pleasantly surprised as to what it would cost and decided to buy it. If Jerry had been the least bit pushy he would not have made that sale. After the sale Jerry got into the back seat of the car to again go over the features of the car. He also programmed my wifes cell phone to work in the car (no one ever programmed her cell to work in the 2015 Focus). I would recommend Jerry to other people looking to purchase a car.

Jerry Butler Perez was the salesman I purchased a 2016 Fiesta from on July 4, 2016. I had purchased a 2015 Focus from a different dealer in December, which was the vehicle I traded for the 2016.Jerry took the time to show us about the many features on the new car. He also set up my wife's cell phone to work in the car. No one at the other dealership showed us how to use the cell phone with the other car.After the sale of the car and before we left Jerry go into the back seat and walked us through many of the things about the car.

I just had my first experience with Kelly Ford and could not believe the customer service. This dealership has the best customer service I have ever seen. I traded in my car and got a great price. I bought a new GT premium and had a supercharger installed. There was a couple issues with my paint and they handled it with no issues and the body shop did a fantastic job. The biggest thing was I did not find the paint issues, they did. I was getting ready to leave after my mustang purchase and the car had just been detailed. They pointed it out to me and said don't worry we will take care of this. That is a dealership with integrity and honesty. The supercharger installation was awesome. The mechanic did a fantastic job. I did not know exactly which supercharger to buy and they took me step by step to help upgrade my mustang. The fiance manager I dealt with was very professional. The dealer manager was polite and professional. I recommend this dealership 100% and any person who chooses otherwise is making a mistake. Great people! My salesman Phil did more for me than any other salesman I have dealt with in the past. He took care of the car, updating me on my supercharger progress and checking in on the couple paint issues they found. Do yourself a favor and go by Kelly Ford. You will not regret it!

I went into to look around at Kelly Ford and the salesman Marc came over to see if I needed help. He was very kind and not pushy at all. I was limited on time and he was very patient with me when I decided to come back at a later date for a test drive. I did my research, I prepared all the info, and I went in to do battle as I have done before when car shopping at other dealerships. I was surprised to find the numbers given to me by the sales manager Charlie were so good that I was left very satisfied. The dealership costs were average with the rest of the state and there were no superfluous fees to debate. Joy was great at explaining the financing and getting us the rates that fit us. Cheryl and Curtis were awesome at explaining the tech features and overall it was a great buying experience and everyone there was happy, helpful, and friendly. No one there gave off the typical car salesman creepy vibe. I was very happy and left feeling like I got the best end of the deal.Thank you Kelly Ford!!!

I went to look at a used vehicle there and at fist mike was polite when after a test drive he showed use the cost i told him i would think about it but he would not take no for answer to the point i just left. Mike then called my cell phone and left me a message calling me a pat$$y for leaveing and not getting the carI advised his manager at the time and i found nothing was done this is a terrible dealership for allowing these types of employees they need better customer service training. Im sure this will be deleted for being negative but true

We visited Kelly Ford numerous times and decided to purchase a new Ford Escape from them. Since we didn't find one that exactly fit our needs, we ordered one, therefore, getting what we wanted on it. It was delivered in approximately 6 weeks. Our sales consultant was Harold Paquet and he was very knowledgeable about the newest features available on the 2017 model. He kept us informed as to the status of the vehicle and called us the moment it arrived. We were able to pick it up a few hours later. The entire process was very easy and we never felt pressured as with some other dealers. After delivery Harold made sure everything we asked for was on the vehicle and re-introduced some of the features. Cheryl Shaton, Sales Customer Relations Manager, spent about 45min showing us the techno features and synching to the Iphone. I would definitely recommend anyone to consider Kelly Ford for their next vehicle.

I had been looking for a new truck for over a year and after countless trips to multiple dealers I finally found the best of the bunch. Tabby was beyond great in helping me find the best truck for my needs. Even after two hours of walking the lot looking at many trucks comparing even the smallest of details, Tabby maintained such a professional and enthusiastic attitude. She seemed just as if not more excited than me that I was finally buying my first new truck! The entire Kelly Ford staff was very professional and have gone out of their way to ensure that my purchase not only fit my needs and budget but also went as smooth as possible. Easily the best car buying experience I've ever had. My salesman Dr. Phil was great, no pressure, and he really went beyond the call of duty to help me get the custom 2016 Focus ST that I wanted. I would highly recommend speaking with Dr. Phil if you are looking for a new car there. Also their finance manager Joy really helped on my deal. In the end I got everything I wanted and the process went very well.

Reggie Morton is an excellent representative for Ford. He helped us make a logical decision between Edge & Explorer. We choose Edge. Reggie was always affable, professional & responsive. Ford is fortunate to have him in their employ. I found that the Kelly Ford website to be somewhat misleading. For the Memorial Day sale, it stated $ 4000 in Kelly Ford discounts. I received $ 2500 in discounts & approximately $ 1500 off the suggested retail price since I am eligible for X-Plan pricing through the Disabled American Veterans organization. I have purchased many Fords from other dealerships who deducted the discounts from the X-Plan price. In this situation, I believed I'd receive $ 4000 off the X-Plan price not $ 2500? The pricing was decided sales management, not Reggie.
