I am so happy with my purchase at Kelly GMC! Everything was easy from beginning to end. My salesperson Heather worked with me more than any other sales person ever did. I went to Kelly Buick with no intention of buying a vehicle. While we were looking at the Buick Encore's we met Heather Doll (hence name of the review). I was in no way pressured, but did indeed buy a car I love, had a great experience before, during and after the purchase. My Experience Leasing a 2016 GMC Sierra SLT

My experience with Kelly GMC was OUTSTANDING! I had a 2013 Nissan Frontier SL that had been coming to full term for the lease. I had been torn what I wanted to go into next especially since Nissan really did not change much on it since the first truck I leased in 2007, 2010 and then in 2013. I originally had planned to stay in something similar in size. I tried the Toyota Tacoma and was not impressed with several things on the truck. Toyota did a lot to redesign it but left some important stuff out. I knew Matt Kelly from Nissan and we had been talking about trucks and options installed. Matt had mentioned that I should stop in and take a look at GMC. I agreed to stop by GMC and see what they had to offer. Upon arrival I was shown a Sierra 1500 SLT. I was not 100% sure if I wanted to go any larger than my Frontier. I asked to take a Canyon for a ride. I was impressed with the truck and everything about it. Size was I felt it was close to the overall outside size of the Frontier. However the more I looked at it I felt the inside was a little tighter. I went back to Kelly after this test ride and went back to look at the Sierra 1500 SLT and took it out for a ride. I took it for a test ride and new this was the truck for me even though bigger than I initially thought I wanted. Everything about this truck was great.from the ride to the options. Looking back this truck was really not that much bigger than my Nissan.I came back and had been introduced to Anthony Jayetileke. He was OUTSTANDING as well. Having Anthony and Matt working with me was the perfect team. There was no pressure whatsoever during the whole process and both of them were very knowledgeable. I ended up leaving with the Sierra 1500 SLT and most importantly with a GREAT DEAL! I highly recommend going in and seeing Anthony Jayetileke and Matt Kelly if you are in the market for a new or preowned vehicleyou will not be disappointed!

Pressure Free, Knowledgeable , and Friendly

My experience at Kelly Bui ck was far from a typical car buying experience. Having stated that, it was a great experience. Our salesman, Anthony Jayetileke, greeted us with a smile and showed great knowledge of the car we were interested in. The test drive was great. The price was the best (I visited other dealers). I went back the next day and was allowed to use the car for the weekend. One phone call from Anthony to see if I was interested, we set up an appointment and when we got there, the paper work was ready. Best sales representative!!!

I had been searching around for a vehicle for a couple months. I had no clue what I wanted, except to get out of my old car. I was upside down with my trade. I was looking at cheap little cars, because that's what I thought I could afford. I told Heather what I needed in the car and also what I wanted. While I browsed the lot, she worked with the finance department. A short time later while I was looking at a little economy car that met all my needs, but none of my wants, she came out and pointed out a Mazda CX-9 which had everything I needed and wanted. I went in and signed the papers and off I went!! Best experience ever!

50/50 experience

I have to say in the beginning nick was great he helped me pick a car that suited our family and even steered us away from a bigger more expensive car because it wasn't the right fit. He patiently sat through all of my questions and back and forth, once the deal was done however he seemed to be in a hurry to push us out the door. That alone may be the reason we don't go back next time : ( I feel like they are a good dealership but you can definetly find better deals elsewhere, as I found out after I purchased my car. All of the staff seemed friendly enough and the place is clean with a fully stocked coffee bar!

No one handed them this accomplishment......they worked diligently at it and earned it. I CONGRATULATE THEM AND WISH THEM THE BEST. We have bought several cars from them including two Buick Rendevous and two Buick Enclaves. Nick Paxos is a professional in his field. Kelly GMC and Mike Yerger, you're the best!

I was in the market for a new vehicle and I was very unsure as to what I was going to get. I stopped by on a whim and Mike Yerger approached me and was very pleasant from the beginning. I continued to look at different vehicles all while Mike and I kept in touch. After a month or so I was ready to take the plunge and went in for the truck but they had sold it. Mike and Mark searched all over looking for that truck at the manufacture rebate price but had no luck. I saw one in West Chester and drove down there but we were met with a very rude salesman and ended up walking out. I called Mike and told him he still had a chance but he told me there were no more available however he had a Denali for a couple of dollars more. I went down and looked at it and told him I had to think about it. A couple of days later I called mike and told him I would take it. Poor Mike Yerger, I tortured the guy with my indecisiveness and he stood by patiently and really worked hard for me when I needed him to, all while continuing to be very friendly. He even came in on his day off for me. After Mike and I did our dance, Kelly stepped up also with a great price for the whole package. Wouldn't Have Believed It!

If, a week ago, you would have told me I would have leased a Buick Encore I would have said you were crazy!! I'm more of a Jeep Liberty/Grand Vitare model type gal. That is the type of car I've wanted for years. Due to a recent accident, I needed to find a new car. My husband and I decided to lease a car...first time ever. What I really liked was that Mike took the time to ask questions about the things I wanted to see in a car before even showing me any models. This lead to my test-drive of a Buick Oncore. Well, my daughter did the driving... We both loved it. Sitting inside, the ride, just felt overall...."classy." Even my daughter stated that she would get the car in a heartbeat. I really didn't expect to be as excited about it as I was. Mike and his manager did provide me with numbers that I thought were relatively okay; however, my husband felt very differently. We proceeded to look at other vehicles and found one we liked (not a Buick).. but was much more in our ball park and the color I really wanted. Still.... I REALLY liked the "feel" of the Buick and couldn't get passed that. So my husband and I went back to Kelly Buick so he could see and test drive the car. Mike was great.. no hassle.. very informative and just an all around great guy with whom to work. My husband really liked the car as well. But between the two cars..though my heart was with the Buick... my pocketbook said otherwise. What I loved about working with Mike is that there was no badgering or hounding. We were very upfront with him and he continued to work with us. Simply due to the numbers..neither of the cars we were looking at had the safety bells and whistles I really wanted. Out of sheer curiosity my husband asked Mike what the next level up would be. Turned out.. that model had almost everything I wanted. Well, guess what....that's the car we ended up leasing. Mike, in my opinion, went above and beyond, working with us to get a lease deal we just couldn't pass up. I am thrilled about my new car and can't wait to drive it. As for Mike, I would not hesitate to work with him again (and plan to when this lease is up). He truly did everything he could, all without being pushy, to help us get the car we truly wanted. Josh is knowledgeable and perceptive as to his customers wishes. I went to this dealership to test drive the Buick Encore, which I did. I did not purchase it because of personal preference (I like the look of it but think I would like a car or SUV with better visibility). Josh spent a great deal of time answering my questions, even though I had said I wasn't quite ready to buy a car. His follow up text was just right, especially since I had said that I didn't respond well to multiple phone calls or messages and pressure that some salesman inflict on you. When I'm ready to buy a car, which may be in a few weeks or a few months, I will think of Josh and hope to do business with him then. I definitely recommend Josh.

I stopped there on Memorial Day. I'd been to other dealers that day and was not happy with the vehicles that were available nor for the pricing. My Husband and I were totally uncertain of the type of vehicle we wanted to purchase. As we were deciding on a vehicle to drive, Mike Yerger approached us, a very friendly, easy to talk with, patient, and totally professional sale associate. Sensitive to needs and desires of the customer

My wife and I have purchased at least two other vehicles through Kelly but this was our first lease. Nick Paxos, our salesperson was patient and completely sensitive to helping us find our new car, one that provided the necessary cargo space yet, was economical, safe, and comfortable. We went in with one set of expectations and after deliberating we reversed our direction a bit but Nick did not lose his cool and he was patient as he helped us get into the car we felt most comfortable with and at a price that was fair and reasonable as well.

Knowing I had a bit of a flip, I kept my options open and wanted to follow their advice as to what to look at and which would best fit my situation. After testing a few vehicles and running numbers, nothing was falling into my favor at the time, which I was ok with. The salesman finally came back to the desk and said well, you don't have to trade the vehicle in, you could keep it, by your new one and... Well... Turn it in where you bought it. Seriously?? You recommend voluntary repossession? Yes because purchasing a car is reason to ruin my credit. I immediately got my things and left. Horrifying experience here and I have shared this with everyone I know. I am proud to say I purchased a 2016 Jeep at a competing dealership with everything that I wanted, and also within the perameters of what I wanted to spend. Great staff there Kelly, I hope they put you out of business.

Excellent Service, Very Nice Experience

This was our first time leasing a car from Kelly Buick GMC. Nick Paxos was the salesman who assisted us. He was kind, courteous and extremely helpful. He explained everything that we needed to know and answered every question we had. I would definitely deal with Kelly Buick GMC again, and would request to have Nick as our salesman again.

Amazing service, great experience

Our experience with Kelly Buick GMC was amazing! They did their best to help us get our '13 Hyundai. Kelly makes car buying experience good, it is not your typical car dealer. No complains about this dealer from us!

Good Dealership, Bad Salesman.

We decided on this dealership because we were looking for a Jeep. When we met the sales person Tony Bittenbender outside, he was friendly, but very pushy. We had cars that needed to be jump started to trade in and we let Tony know this, to make sure it would be possible IF we decided to buy a car from this dealership. At this point we didn't even have a chance to look at any cars yet before he was trying to run inside to grab a jump box to get our trade in cars to the lot. We had to let him know that we needed to at least see a few cars before we think about going to jump the trade ins. After letting him know that, he seemed agitated, and begrudgingly showed us a few cars that we asked about, all the while, bringing up the jumping of the trade in cars instead of helping us shop for the car we wanted. Eventually we did find a car that we liked, and drove out to the house to jump the two trade in cars. One car started fine, the other needed a new battery before it could be started. Tony was very insensitive about the condition of the other car (It was my mothers car and she had recently passed away, and he knew this) and exclaimed several times that we should just scrap it, and that it wasn't worth more than $300. Tony was very rude and unprofessional in letting us know they weren't interested in that trade in car (which we ended up finding out was actually worth 2-5 thousand once our mechanic puts a battery in it and washes it). We then went back to the used car building, to start the paperwork for the car we had found that we liked. The person in charge of that area (his name was Matt?) bought us a pizza and made sure we were comfortable, He and the other sales staff were great, and very accommodating. We then went through the paperwork process to buy the car, and Tony was friendly, but still unprofessional. Letting us know the small amount of money he makes per car that he sells, and his hopes that we will give him a good review, so he can get a much needed bonus. At times we enjoyed Tony as a person, but he was too comfortable, and left us feeling uneasy. Our experience with the other staff at the dealership was very good, and we left wishing we had asked for a different sales person to deal with us. We love the car that we bought, but our experience with Tony left us feeling pretty uncomfortable ever going back. We'll be getting all of our maintenance done at other Jeep dealerships.

Gave me back some peace of mind

I had been driving a ten year old car that was slowly getting to the point where the maintenance was not financially worth it, and I needed to know I had a reliable vehicle I can count on to get me where I need to go. When my latest issue hit, I decided now might be the time to get back into the leasing cycle. Nick Paxos stepped up on the spur of the moment to walk me through my options and got me a deal my budget could handle on a vehicle (Encore) that I knew I'd enjoyed driving for a few days previously when my old car was being serviced once before. Needless to say, stepping up from a ten year old vehicle was disorienting, since vehicle tech has advanced a great deal, but Nick patiently took the time to see to it I had a good overview of all the vehicle's systems, as well as working hard to get me the deal I needed for my budget. Would definitely recommend talking to him if you're in a similar situation.
