Baught my brand new chevy camaro, wanted the best deal, so they priced match through out the state so I didn't have to travel, then to my surprise, got me the best financing for it. this is my fourth new car, and the last two have been from Hanford Keller. The only thing missing are complementary doughnuts and starbucks coffee. Hint hint. thank you Hanford Keller, keep up the great work.

Had a problem with an accumulation of leaves and pine needles in the heater defrost fan under the dashboard and though the outside screens were intact, there has to be a design flaw that would allow that to occur from within the cab.

My experience started at the Ford Department when my Ford broke down. Dave Mendes was extraordinary. His customer service was wonderful. I was a little put off by the way the Ford Fleet Sales Manager talked to us, so I went over to the Chevrolet Department. Everyone here was wonderful. I started off with Mike and was later introduced to Martin Baskind. He was honest and informative. He worked with me to make this experience as smooth and painless as possible. I was then introduced to Tony Alvernaz who was also great. He helped me through the paperwork and answered all of my questions. Everyone over at Keller Chevrolet helped me turn a horrible situation into a wonderful experience. I love my new car and am grateful to the staff for helping me out.

So even though we had some bumps with the sales. Only because Chris was not there to see our deal out to the end. When the error occurred Chris made sure someone fixed it correctly. I only went in for a diagnostic on a truck that I was possibly going to by. The results were not good for buying the truck. The service person (Richard) did an awesome job. i did look at your used vehicles.., but not the price I was looking for. Your sales rep by the name of Eli also was a big help, but nothing on your inventory that was the right price and what I was looking for.

Salesman said vehicle had fog lights--we pointed out that it did not. He also told us there was a button to connect to our garage door opener--just read the book he said. Well we don't have that button. We told him and he apologized. Maybe he needs to pay more attention to what he is selling?

I need more hands on training, I don't understand all of the features of my car and my service representative was unable to assist me. My appt was at 8:00am, I arrived at 7:40 for an oil change and tire rotation. I was still waiting at 10:30. Because of time constraint and a previous appt at 11:00 I could not wait any longer for someone who would not be in until 11:00. That has been disheartening. These cars are too technical for a simple salesman's run though and the manual is almost useless.

When my battery was replaced, the service representative indicated that the Positive cable harness should be replaced also. While I had no problem with replacing an 8 year old battery, I would have appreciated inspecting the cable to agree it needed replacing. A $49.00 oil change became $530.00

We had our 2008 Saturn Outlook towed into Keller Monday June 15th because my transmission was having issues. We were due to PCS to Virginia that day and the staff at Keller knew how important it was that we have our Outlook repaired in a timely manner. I waited a few days and called to get a update on the repair this was Friday the 19th and they had not even started the repairs because parts were not all in yet they expected them that day and Monday they would start on the transmission. I called Monday for a update and they had just received the parts and they hoped that they could get it all done Monday.. Today is Tuesday and I am waiting on the shop to open so I can see if hopefully my Outlook is finished. I just do not understand how it takes a week to get parts in. Me and my husband could have ordered them and got them faster! I am unhappy with how long this has taken.

Had an overall decent experience at Kellers. I was given a good deal on my new 2015 Silverado. I was treated pretty well by my Salesman man Abel and Alfonso.. And I was really happy on how fast the deal was able to get done. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because we had to negotiate back and fourth for a better payment. And I had to demand bed liner be included with the new truck since that wasn't being offered to me. Other than that thank you for the new truck I really love it and I will buy another vehicle from here again.

I liked my sales man Albert young he was a pleasure to work with. However I didn't like going to different locations and multiple people I feel like I should of just dealt with Albert and finance that's it and not a closer guy I said from the start I was paying cash no need to talk to the closer or even talk about financing options but I do like my truck I was told it tows 9200 lbs but paper in window says 7200 I would like to know for sure

I purchased my car in August 2014... Told the sales person very clearly put me in a car that I will not have to do any major work on for at least 3-4 years ... Not including the Normal Maintenece and he said sure and in 6 months later here I am at your service department getting work done for the second time... Sales people need to listen to customers wants they are the ones paying for this auto.. And yet twice I'm at your service department putting out money I said I didn't want to do for at lease 3 years.. That was not the normal maintanice services

I really appreciate that you got me out of an unsafe vehicle, however I ended up having to come up with 1700.00 more then what I was originally told. I believe that if you tell someone they have been approved then it should stay that way. Not get more because you didn't have your ducks in a row. I'm very thankful I was able to come up with the 2500.00 I needed yet I emptied my savings doing it. The blessing is that my kids can ride in safety and that's all that matters. Thanks again.

First off I would like to start off by saying this is the worst dealership I've ever done business with. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. My car has had two recalls. I've called numerous times only to be given the run around. Recently I've spoke to the manager Victoria, and I was told I would be given a call back since I have been waiting 2 months for a part my car needs. I had spoke to her in the morning and was told she'd call me back a little after lunch. It has now been a week and I've heard nothing. I've tried calling her back instead since I wasn't important enough for her to remember she was supposed to get back to me. I was put on hold and was never answered. I will never by a car from them again and I will NEVER EVER recommend anyone to Kellers.

Terrible dealing with the mgr of used cars and Juan who did the paperwork. They were difficult to work with.. Our salesman, Alex, went out of his to accommodate us. When we were signing the paperwork, I asked Juan if the military discount was applied; he told me that we had enough discounts. I did not say anything; now I wish we would have walked out. To top it off, they forgot to give us our paperwork of the transaction. It's been two weeks and still haven't received them. I should have stuck with Ed Denas, where we always been treated good. Next I know better. I have referred friends and relatives to Ed Denas, but I won't be referring any to Kellar Motors

These guys went above and beyond to make our car buying experience a great one. The process was the fastest I have ever experienced. Keller Motors refused to price match Fairfield Chevrolet's price offered to me on a 2013 Chevy Avalanche they have on their lot. The lowest they would go was more than 2000 dollars higher than Fairfield Chevrolet's price. The Chevy dealership in Oakland was also two thousand dollars cheaper than Keller Motors. All car dealers pay the same price for the same vehicles, so Keller motors doesn't seem to care about earning customers. Take your business elsewhere and save a few thousand dollars! The salesperson I spoke to was courteous while telling me that the sales manager felt he could find someone else willing to pay more than the price I was offered in Fairfield. The dealer also refused to dealer trade with Fairfield Chevy, so Fairfield Chevy was Kind enough to point me in the direction of Keller Motors to see if I could make a deal because I was looking for a specific color and options package and they were the only dealer in this state with this vehicle.

We first wanted to buy a vehicle but couldnt afford payments with the vehicle we wanted. They suggested leasing. We went ahead a did it on the spot bc we wanted a new car that day. The only thing I wished we did was look more into leasing before that day. Since we did lease w/lower payments then buying then I wish we could have leased a bigger vehicle. Thats just a personal opinion. But otherwise we are happy with our lease. And they did explain everything in detail without making us feel dumb. Overall I liked our experience. Side note: I saw that they had coffee across from the restrooms and it was extremely cold coffee and i had to throw it out.. I think that it was old coffee from the day before. It would have been nice to drink fresh hot coffee.just a suggestion.

My experience started out very bad with Keller Motors. I spoke with 4 different salesman that were either lazy or thought I had no money. The way I was treated was frustrating. I expressed my concerns with this over email. I didn't leave my phone number but Ashley found it and contacted me in a non intrusive or stalkerish way. If it wasn't for her I never would've went back there. Ashley and Eli were amazing and went above and beyond to make me happy. I guarantee you will leave Keller with a smile on your face and a fantastic "Keller deal" if you deal with these two exceptional human beings!

The vehicle we were considering was not available. At the time we were looking it was still posted on the Keller Website and we were already half way there to look at it. On the way I had received a call from Ashley apologizing over and over again that the vehicle had sold the night before and was no longer available. Ashley should have not been put in that position. Someone should have taken down the posting of the vehicle as soon as it sold ( that would be my suggestion). In the future I will still consider Keller, because you have competitive pricing compared to Fresno.

Ashley has been awesome, I found my truck online and spoke with her for about a month before I made a decision. She was informative and very kind during the process. I never felt rushed or pressured. I came out and test drove my truck and with in 2 hours I was driving home in my new baby. Thank you to Keller but most of all thank you Ashley!
