My Ford broke down traveling from Sacramento to Los Angeles, and I got a motel and brought it to the dealership first thing in the morning. I have been here 4 hrs, and they haven't even brought it in to look at it. They just came out and told me they "may" be able to look at it after lunch...... the customer lounge has no coffee and the TV is apparently broken........

We purchased a 2015 Pre-owned Ford Explorer, weeks after having it we noticed back passanger door had something loose inside and front fender seam was seperating, I went in explained the problem and was told I would be notified when to bring the vehicle back, 2 weeks later I did have to follow up and was able to bring in the vehicle first thing Monday morning, so far my experience has been good no complaints and just hope it continues.

Hands down the WORST dealership I've ever been to! Overpriced vehicles and the salesmen don't even act like they want to sell a vehicle. But that's not even the worst-- the service department has been giving me trouble for over a year. I bought my car in March of 2015. It was pre owned and had a couple of cosmetic issues, one being on the drivers side trim. They promised to repair the issues and said I would get a rental because I have no other vehicle. Three months later I still hadn't heard from them about fixing the due bills so I called yet again and they said they had no proof of a due bill on my vehicle. I was holding my copy in my hand. Weeks later and countless phone calls and I finally got them to find the paperwork. I had to bring the car in twice just to get them to look at the car and order parts. A month later the parts finally came in but I'm military and I left for training for a month. When I got back I was informed that they don't give rentals and it's up to me to pay for a rental for two or more days so that they could fix my car. Meanwhile the Sync stereo system started malfunctioning and so did the air conditioning system and they told me my bumper to bumper warranty wouldn't cover them troubleshooting the issue. They said I would have to pay for a rental or I had the option to wait until my fiance went out of town to use his car. Now that the damaged piece broke off and scraped the side of my car they're saying it's my fault for not giving them the chance to fix it. I'm military and I'm GONE for months out of the year! It was promised to me that the issue would be fixed within a month of purchase.

The Manager is very good. The only thing which we don't like is that other places use to offer us carwash after the service is done but your company doesn't offer car wash after the completed service. Yesterday we gave our two cars and I am not at all happy with your sales representative and their hidden costs of offers they give for the Car. I specially with my previous experiences do not like go back to sales department of Keller Ford. Also, there is no coffee in the pots whenever we go and not properly cleaned coffee flasks. The cleanliness is slowly getting lesser-n-lesser day by day. The management doesn't seem to keep their property neat and tidy.

I currently have TWO service field actions listed on my vehicle; #12M02 and #13N02. My car received an electronic diagnostic check and I was disappointed to hear that the current issue I'm having related to my radio and backup camera were NOT related to Ford's current recall service bulletin 12M02 as I thought they would be. Per the service tech, my radio would have to be reprogrammed and a new rear camera would have to be ordered; for a total of a little over $600. I can't afford that now so I indicated that I would hold off. Upon mentioning the other service bulletin (13N02), my service tech indicated that it wouldn't need to be serviced if I was not having problems with it (extended coverage on break booster). My question is, how would I determine if I WAS having a problem with it? Would I have to wait until my breaks did not work? The diagnostic check on my breaks was checked and was marked OK at this time, but it would have been beneficial to know what I would need to 'listen to' to know if my brake booster needs attention. Thank you.

In September 2015 I purchased a 2013 Ford Focus from Keller Ford. A few weeks later the dealership phoned to tell me about a problem reported by the previous owner. They scheduled a date for me to bring the car back overnight and repaired the problem free of charge. They paid for a rental car for me to use while my car was in the shop. I would not have known there was a problem, but the car runs much better now. I appreciate the integrity shown by this dealership.

Randy was our salesman, and he was so easy to work with, and very helpful throughout the process of purchasing the vehicle. I love my Navigator! It is a large vehicle, but rides and handles like a luxury car! The service on the vehicle has been outstanding! Lamont has taken excellent care of us. He and all his staff are great to work with! I took my 2013 Explorer XL in to Quick Lane at Keller Auto Center in Hanford for a new set of tires. I got an excellent deal on the Michelin Defender (which is what was stock for my vehicle). I got 3 tires for the price of 4, balance, and alignment for what would be equal or less than buying just tires somewhere else. The work was completed quickly (90 minutes) and efficiently. My Explorer rides like new. I love going to Quick Lane for other preventive maintenance. They always have a great price and do excellent work. Thank you for keeping me safe on the road.

I knew I wanted a pre-owned Ford Focus or Fiesta. There were a few in stock. The salesman knew the inventory and helped me find the one that best met my needs. He showed me several options, but did not pressure me to consider other cars. The Finance department arranged a great loan, and I was on my way. I felt the price of the vehicle was fair. I returned to purchase an extra key for the vehicle. Service was excellent, but I would prefer it if the spare key came with the car at time of purchase.

Know one likes the process of looking for a vehicle, the time it takes and the negotiation. I have to say this was the best car buying experience I've ever had. From the moment we stepped foot on the lot. We were greeted buy Eric Lett who was very friendly and helpful, if he didn't know the answer he found out. Treated us like we were family and made us very comfortable. The whole team at Keller Ford were fantastic, couldn't ask for anything better. If your going to purchase a ford your best place to shop is Keller Ford in Hanford, we live in Visalia and I plan on always driving to Hanford. The better service is well worth the drive!

Brought in my 2008 Lincoln MKZ to the Quicklane for 75k mile check. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Was having trouble with my transmission and they quickly identified the problem. They accomplished a lot of work in only 2 hours. Car runs as if it were new now. There was no courtesy car available, which would have been nice.

Horrible dealership! Horrible customer service! Once you drive off the lot they they don't care about you anymore. Sold us an extended warranty that wouldn't honor any of the problems we came across on the vehicle we purchased. Called three different times to discuss issues we were having and all three salesmen refused to return any calls! I DO NOT recommend doing ANY kind of business with this company!!!!!! I definitely advise anyone NOT to ourchase a vehicle off this lot. I would give them ZERO stars if I could!

I called this morning and ask for a quote on some air shocks for my 99 Grand Am and was told straight off the bat over $400 mind you my car's all so I didn't I want to go expensive as I told him so the quote was over $400 I said I think we can do better than that so he did go and got phone some more prices and which I was just in there Tuesday and on another occasion so I was under the impression with California geo said they were a good place to do business very friendly and everything until I talk this morning to the boss and after talking to him about I could go online and find the shocks are a lot cheaper he decided okay yeah oh well I can get them 1288 dollars each I said well that's great and he went to tell me about the price of the labor $150 I thought that was what kind of high considering all you had to do was take a torch and burn the old ones are so after his voice change from me being a customer to his dog well this is the way it's going to be I said maybe I should've talked to feel he says I feel boss gives the price that I say so okay click hung up in my face then give me a chance to respond at all VoIP Austin I thought he was very unprofessional so this is the this is why I'm giving this rating thank you I do believe that if I was someone else things would have went totally different I am i African American and when I spend my hard earned money with someone I expect the same courtesy as anyone else thank you have a blessed day

I was very skeptical buying a new car. I went tommy different dealerships and I felt like I was always getting the run around. No one could get me done anywhere and never wanted to work with me. Selma didn't even give me the time of day. I went online and requested more info on a used car, right away Missy called me and left a message, she also sent me an email witch is the best thing todo to me. I was able to communicate with her via email and she answered all my questions in a timely matter and never pressured me. I felt so comfortable with her so I called. After my wife drove her brothers new ford fusion she fell in love. We did lots and lots of research on them trying to find the best one. We submitted our info online and suddenly dealerships from all over started calling us. It was when I got the call from Missy that I know I was going to buy from Valley Ford no matter the drive. Her approach was very settle and I for once didn't feel like I was being attacked. I let her know exactly what we were looking for and that we were in no hurry so no need to order the car if it comes then its meant to be. She was so sweet and kept me posted every week on the car. Finally it showed up and she called me as it was coming off the truck cause she knew how bad my wife wanted it even though I could wait. I came in and was very happy to meet her! We purchased a used vehicle that was not completely inspected or they tried to hide issues with the vehicle. The salesman was pretty friendly but when asking them to fix the issues that we found, they blew us off. We are happy with the product but the vehicle should have been better detailed and properly repaired so that the customer feels good about spending te money for that vehicle.
