Buying experience.
Great place to buy a car. Love the Keith Hawthorne Guarantee they have on some of their vehicles. Sales people were very helpful and they also took care of my 7 yr old. Highly recommend going to them first to buy your next vehicle.
Great purchase experience of a great car!
I haven't had good luck with my last several cars. My 2013 Prius v was rear-ended in an accident and declared totaled. Looking for another car with a lot of room and great fuel mileage, I chose the 2014 Passat TDI as its replacement. Well we all know about the VW diesel problem and was prepared to wait for the buyback. But the A/C stopped working and the dealer quoted me $1,500 for repairs - on a car I'm turning back in several months. Seriously? I liked the way the Passat drove I was willing to buy a gas model, even though it wouldn't have the same fuel mileage I'm used to. But when I casually inquired, it didn't seem the dealer was serious about offering me suitable deal. The Sonata Hybrid was the only other car at the top of my list. The improvements made to the 2016 model made it very attractive to me and I did hours of research to make that decision. So I search my local dealers, and dealers in Charleston, Wilmington, and Charlotte areas. Low and behold I came across Keith Hawthorne Hyundai, loved what I saw online, made an online inquiry, and CP (Chris Perry) called. We talked a bit to make sure he knew what I wanted and said he would call back. He called back in about 10 min, cut to the chase about the numbers, almost exactly what I was looking for, so right then I agreed to purchase the car! I gave a deposit over the phone and picked the day I would come pick it up. I LOVE doing business that way! It was well worth my drive to Gastonia from Myrtle Beach. I credit CP for making this happen and being a pleasure to work with. Kelsey and Sean were also very helpful in making my purchase smooth and effortless. Thank you so much and if/when I'm in the market again for another vehicle, you can bet you're at the top of my list to buy another one!

This purchase was for my 16 year old son. We researched and looked for this Honda Civic (Various years around 2007.)for quite a bit of time. Your dealership offered a very competitive price for the 2007 Honda Civic Coupe we purchased. Other dealerships in and around Gastonia did not even come close to the offer you made us. Matter of fact its like they were not even interested in my business at this price range. Would definitely recommend you guys to anyone. Very Professional but down to earth. Corrected problem with the engine light
The engine light came on and I checked the code at an auto parts store so I had a general idea of the problem. The service department diagnosed the exact problem and had me on my way in an hour or so.

Worest service of any dealer
Buying process below average. Service the worest that I have ever seen. Would not even replace bad equipment within first 5,000 miles. Upper management would do nothing and said that the person wqs replaced but there was nothing they could do about any specified occurrence. This is a company you shoud stay away from at all cost.

My experience was incredible. My sales consultant, Robin was able to juggle multiple priorities while still addressing my needs, questions and concerns in a very efficient and courteous manner, exceeding my expectations. I had the great pleasure of working with the General Manager, Anthony Barrairo, took great care in insuring my complete satisfaction in a individual manner, not generally consistent with the car purchase experience.

I have bought 3 cars from Keith Hawthorne and had good service till I bought the 3rd car...They told me nothing but lies (Bradley) my salesman left a week after I got my car...Then (Jamie) was checking into some things for me and did not return my calls...When I called back he was no longer employed there....I have had nothing but lies told to me and Keith Hawthorne of Gastonia you have sold your last car to me!!
