you cannot expect a dealer to know all the hidden problems a used car may have. The review should relate more to the response to fix a problem. I found them to be friendly and have not yet had a problem to be fixed so I cant answer to that. I would purchase another ca there at this point.

Awesome experience purchasing a new vehicle for my wife and Karman auto sales. Came to a great agreement got a great deal and financing was quick and easy. Great rate and affordable payment and they made it happen. They took care of everything I asked for and we're very easy to deal with in coming to an agreement. They also treated my three-year-old son like a king which was great.

The guys there helped me out alot. With very little money down, low interest rate, with bad credit. I still was able to get the car I wanted. I didn't have to settle for something else. They promise the moon. Bought a car and shortly after needed a very expensive gasket repair (which is normally covered by warranty plans). NO COVERAGE. After I was told by GUS the car would run for two years! Be careful, there are a million car dealers out there, PASS RIGHT BY THIS ONE. THEY LIE, AND PULL EVERY DIRTY DEED A USED CAR DEALER CAN.

Karman Auto Sales was a delight to do business with. John was the gentleman I spoke to about my interest in a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Since the first day I called to ensure the vehicle was on the lot, John was very professional and did all that he could to ensure that my purchase was the right choice for me. John allowed me to test drive the vehicle to ensure it ran properly and quietly. I pointed out a few minor flaws and he was able to repair them for me with no problem. I highly recommend Karman Auto Sales in Lowell, MA! Great people, Great service! Thank you John for all your help if you read this review! I am very happy with my Jeep!

They promised the moon and deliver nothing. They are also in cahoots with an extended warranty service that takes your money and then never delivers as well. Salesman John is an obnoxious idiot. Complete crooks. Stay far far far away

Just bougt a mercedes r350 and its been a nightmare been treated like a fool by the owner,refused to fix issues with the car like the brakes radiator reserve licking have to keep adding coolant.very rude guys.This a dealership to really STAY AWAY from!!!...

I walked into Karmens to look for a car to buy the same day, I was interested in two cars that were on the lot, I already had a pre-approved loan in the range of the two vehicles. I asked if I can test drive the car l, look at it, see the engine and listen for any unusual noises. The guy at the front desk said said no we can't do that because the guy that deals with selling cars wasn't there and he doesn't have the authority to sell the car. When we asked him how does the process go in seeing the car, he stated that we have to fill out paper work, get approved for loan and that the car needed to go to shop to get fixed. When we asked more questions about seeing the car after it goes toget fixed, he copped an attitude and dismissed us. Funny thing is there was aanother couple buying a car and test driving it while we were waiting to be seen. He's demonor was different, he was friendly, talkative, answering questions and offered to let them drive the car again before finalizing their purchase. All in all I walked out questioning how the xxxx is this place still in business?? The guy at the front was rude, dismissive and not helpful at all.

I bought one car from there a couple years ago, so I said I might as well go there for my second car, maybe I'd get a good deal, not! They take advantage, very rude, and it took about 10 days after I put my deposit down, got it registered, etc. to get my car. I had to get a new battery and now I think I may need new breaks. Biggest regret going there. Think I will trade in my car at another dealership. Plus there shady, I put $2000 down but on my receipt it said $4000, and bobby knew that. I think they wanted to get more money from the bank

The slimiest worst dealership ever! STAY AWAY, STAY FAR FAR AWAY! The only half decent thing the dealership has is Bobby, aside from him and his helpful personality this is the hands down absolute worst establishment on the entire East coast. Tony is nothing but a crook, who only "claims" to care about his customer service but has no problem screaming & yelling at the top of his lungs (in front of his staff to boot) at a young woman to the point she was ready to call police just to get her car back from his lousy repair shop. His continuous rant of supposedly being in the business for 40+ years, he must be sinking alot of his own money into it to stay afloat because with his attitude, & bad reputation those doors will be closing fast. He is the Master of hidden fee's, lying, false advertising, and then has the nerve to ask for testimonials after selling a car that wasn't even ready to be listed for sale with bald tires, bad brakes, blown bulbs, bad heater, not to mention after waiting 3+ days from date of purchase (which by the way he had no problem taking all $ upfront) to actually take delivery of my car (all of the running around to make it road ready legally i.e. insurance, title etc all of which I was charged a $200 doc fee for absolutely nothing not even the slightest amount of courtesy! I paid to be aggravated and given the run around) only to have the car NOT pass inspection due to safety mind you making it illegal to even drive. Brakes still not repaired/installed properly causing a horrible loud sound and the e-brake not to work only for him to claim he knows how to do business. This guy is the biggest drama filled, argumentative, deceitful liar I have ever done business with. After reading other reviews online I thought maybe one or two would be from meticulous people or something to that effect but NOOOOOOO it's the dealer, he REALLY IS A CROOKED CROOK! I would not even recommend anyone to go there. KARMAN HAS SOME BAD KHARMA! There's your testimonial TONY!

My father and I drove to Karman Auto Sales to look at a Hyundai Tiburon 04'. It was a nice looking car from the distance but up close you could see a lot of scratches on the body and rims. Even though it looked pretty beat up and I was looking for a manual but this Tiburon was an automatic (remember this for later) I decided to test drive it anyways because I wanted to see how this car drives. I'm a soldier in the United States Army so I want to test drive a lot of cars before I get deployed.We I walk inside with my father and asked the dealer if we could test drive the Tiburon. He starts off by saying a mechanic "just" checked it out and a couple and their son were looking to purchase it but it's "still available". I knew everything he said was a lie to get me to think that if other people wanted this car it must be good, but I ignored it and went onto to test driving the car.The car's brakes, suspension and steering were teetering on being broken, I laughed with my father talking about the mechanic that just checked out this car to be the worst mechanic in the world. So we drop the car off and give the keys back to the dealer and the dealer asks what price range I'm going for. I told the dealer I'm not interested in buying this car because I want a manual instead of an automatic. He raises his voice and says, "THEN WHY THE F*CK DID YOU DRIVE THIS CAR!" Before I can say anything he says, "GET THE F*CK OUT OF MY LOT, THERE'S A LOT OF SH*T IN THIS CITY AND YOU TWO ARE PIECES OF IT." He storms out of the office and goes into the Tiburon and vanishes with the sound of the engine revving and redlining. I will never come back to this terrible place EVER again. There's a lot "sh*t" in the city of Lowell, and Karman Auto Sales is a big piece of it.
