If your looking for friendly people with willingness to work with you if you have less than perfect credit....This is definitely not the dealership for you. Not even if you make more money than the salesman and have had the same career for two decades. Thankfully I found a great dealership to find me the perfect car with no problems or high interest. Look around before you go to KAPP!!
never again
I bought a Suv from Kapp a few months ago, the vehicle ran great for about a week then started to break down. The starter first 400 bucks, then breaks, 100 bucks. it stalles when it rains...What??? They had advertised the vehicle had a DVD system and a subwoofer. Both not working. When I called to see if they would help fix some of the problems, I got the run around. They would tell me that I had to talk to a person that would always be unavailable to talk to. So I left messages to the staff and left several messages to the mistry person. Never heard back from him. Never again Kapp.

So in august of 2012 I bought a car at kapp auto. At the time I thought it was a great deal. I've had the car for a year now and went to trade it in for something new and found out the CarFax they gave me was false. While trying to trade the car in we found out about 3 accidents on the CarFax that happened before we owned it that we did not see on the original CarFax. Also they never told me about any of these accidents. I found out that the car is worth over 4000 less than what I paid for the car. Needless to say I will never go back to Kapp auto.
Steer clear
I have bought two cars from kapp and had nothing but problems. At first they are willing to fix them but then once you start trying to get them fixed they aren't willing to help or go above and beyond. At first when we saw the car it was great but then as time went buy more things started popping up and breaking
