Again Brandon & service, as well as the body shop deliver topflight results! I had a small mishap with one of my new Buick 19" wheels, a birthday gift from my wife no less! It was my my own fault and I did procure a replacement immediately because I'm a perfectionist when it comes to my cars. The service was done very quickly, professionally, and because of a promotional coupon, cost effectively! When the Brandon wrote the service order, I also asked for an estimate to repair a very shallow ding over the right front wheel arch. I mean I figured I was already there. So a few minutes later, Brandon finds me perusing pre-owned cars in their lot and says I have your estimate. I see the price and I can't believe it - reasonable! He then says, the shop can do it right now, they have the time ~ paintless dent removal. I got my car back washed, the new wheel mounted and no trace of that bothersome dent. Wow, was I pleased! However, I found that's how I normally leave Junction! Way to go guys!

BAD ATTITUDE ALERT. I was accused of playing on the net when all I did was shopping around. Please note: I did NOT have an appointment but merely inquired online. Subsequently received an email from a salesman named Wheeler with the above accusation. What a way to treat customers. SUCKS and highly not recommended. .. .....The company website provides no way of contact other than an instant chat or a ph# but no way to send an email. All posts on their Facebook page are subject to approval; my guess is that a negative feedback is not approved. What a way to do business. Just saying .. ......P.S. I have actually purchased a vehicle from this company back in the 1990's. Apparently the attitudes have changed since then. Oh well.

this dealership seems to go out of its way to make a customer happy.my truck had an issue with the 4 wheel drive and I was scheduled to go out of town of a week ,the following day.so on a long shot. I called the service dept. spoke with the advisor and told him what the issue was... to which his response was NO PROBLEM . they picked up the truck at my house while I was out of town ,got it repaired ,washed ,and drove it back to my house.I should mention that I live almost 30 miles from this dealership and there are at least 3 other dealerships within 5 miles of my home. I have been buying / leasing from them for a long time. junction auto is like dealing with family , and the popcorn is not bad either thank you ray.mike.

I brought my car in for airbag recall. The service department clearly and patently explained the steps required in the recall. Not only did they see me in a timely fashion they were also able to get the work done in just one visit rather than the expected two trips. The work was done very quickly and the icing on the cake was a sparkling clean car waiting for me, all the winter salt and dirt washed away.

When your car starts acting up you start to rationalize as to what is going on with it just to avoid the hassle of making that dreaded service appointment. It all began for me about a month after the purchase of my vehicle. At first it sounded like it was going to stall out, it idled "funny" and I just couldn't put my finger on it. I tried to chalk it up to bad gas, hey it happens. But then the engine light came on and it wasn't getting any better. I decided I better have it serviced, after all I only had 2200 miles on it. So I made the dreaded appointment, even left work an hour early. From the time I arrived everyone was friendly, my appointment was at 2:00 and it was an hour before I knew anything that was going on. but during this hour they tried to replicate what I stated the problems were and they were having difficulty, as a girl I thought boy these guys must think I am stupid and I don't know what I am talking about, but to my relief he ran the history which confirmed my complaints. It wasn't too much longer after that the problem was fixed and I was on my merry way. My husband has always been a junction customer and has enjoyed everyone there. The staff do try to keep the customer happy and make you feel welcome.

Junction Auto is a great facility with a huge assortment of vehicles. Everyone there is very friendly from service to salesmen. However, Russ Wheeler by far is my favorite! Personable, helpful, and honest. He gets the job done and follows through.

My salesman was John Bralek. I can't say enough good things about him and the dealership. I was a little disappointed in the price I got for my trade in but not enough to walk away from the deal. Other than that perfect. My next purchase will without a doubt be with this dealership and hopefully John. It was with the 3 hour drive.

Had the opportunity to come into Junction Auto, Chardon Ohio, in month of March. We found the salesman Aaron Webster to be very personable and helpful. Although we have not made a purchase as of yet, we enjoyed our time looking at Junction and will strongly consider them in our future purchase.

What started as a promising experience ended poorly. After making a purchase, a problem came up. Salesman unable to rectify problem. E-mailed owner, never received a response. Will never go back or recommend dealership to anyone and will find another place to having my servicing taken care of.

I will never ever, ever, ever in my life try and purchase a vehicle. After leading me on for about a month on dealing for a vehicle and its price, they just said we cant deal at all. So it was either sticker price + tax, title, fees etc, or nothing. Not a good experience to say the least.

My wife needed a vehicle and was hoping to get a good deal on a wrangler. Sales person was very professional, nice, and knowledgable. I felt very comfortable asking them anything and felt they took the time to meet our needs. I just bought a Dodge Charger at the dealership. This is my 1st vehicle purchased from this dealership and the entire process was smooth. They were very good about informing me about the vehicle and my purchasing options. They asked me what I wanted and helped me get the car I wanted at the price I was looking for. Everyone I encountered was very nice and polite. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I would just like to say, at first I thought that I was a little troubled because Junction wouldn't work with me at all on the vehicle I wanted, but they did pull through and find me the vehicle I wanted slightly used. I got it at the price I wanted, and they still got there side of the deal! Overall Great experience and I hope to be seeing them for future cars down the road!

Long story short, the costumer service was beyond horrible. All they care about is making money. Nothing else. I got one vehicle from them, and that will be the last! The only reason I bought it was because it was a limited edition Jeep the wasn't common to find on every lot.

FIRST I WALKED ON THEIR LOT LOOKING FOR A CAR, AND I HAD TO GO GET SOMEONE TO ACTUALLY COME HELP ME AND NOT SIT BEHIND THERE DESK ON THEIR PHONES ETC... ONCE THAT WAS RESOLVED I WAS LOOKING FOR NEW AND USED, KEEPING MY OPTIONS OPEN... ONCE I SETTLED ON A CAR (NEW JEEP LIBERTY) AND WE WENT THROUGH THE PROCESS, WE CAME TO FIND OUT IT HAD ALREADY BEEN SOLD AND THEY JUST DIDNT TAKE IT OFF THE LOT YET... THEN THEY HAD THE EXACT SAME LIBERTY BUT IT HAD A FEW MORE OPTIONS ON IT... THEY REFUSED TO BUDGE A PENNY ON THE PRICE AND HELP ME OUT AT ALL, THEY TOLD ME THAT WAS THE FINAL DEAL... THEN ONCE I WENT TO LEAVE, THE SALES PERSON DIDNT EVEN SHAKE MY HAND. VERY HARD TO DEAL WITH A STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE.

Junction in the beginning seemed easy to work with, nice people etc. But no. Totally opposite. When I purposed different ideas after my car I has purchased had numerous problems, they would shoot me down on everything. And they pretty much said "Hey, it's now your problem." Every time they said they would contact me, they never did and i always had to contact them. One time I had my car in for some electronic defects and the mechanic said that they couldn't really find the problem. Very Poor service.
