Purchased a 03 Dodge 2500 after being shown 3 different trucks. Yes they put on a new rear bumper. However after the month warranty the front bearings went on it. This caused the front tires to go bald.Then the exhaust broke and all they did was sleeve and weld the pipe. All said and done. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM EVER! !!!!!!

Most people think of a salesman a person who only wants your money. In my case these guys helped me tremendously. I don't usually do reviews whether good or bad but I have heard some negative things about this place and i wanted to share my experience. I will be honest, i have bought a few vehicles at a couple different used car dealerships and this was my best experience. They did fully service my vehicle and i did have my check engine light turn on a few weeks after. It was for a 300$ catalytic converter and they didn't hesitate to fix it for me at no cost. They also worked around my busy schedule. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The absolute worst dealership ever. I have never written a review before. However I have to try to let people know about how crooked this place is. First they tell me truck is one price then get to paperwork there trying to rush me through and they added 5,000 to price. Very sleazy luckily u caught it and walked out. They tried to keep deposit. Took 2 months to get back.. if you go there I'm very sorry for you.

I was looking for an older style BMW convertible just to use as my summer car. I was treated with great customer service from everyone from sales to service. I was able to go over what needed to be fixed before I drove it off the lot. They walked me through on how to operate the car and took care of me from start to finish! I love my convertible!

I bought a great Jeep from there. We mentioned that the engine was pretty loud. The seller told me to talk to the service people and they would get it straightened out. Well, I live 2.5 hours away so for me to drive back and forth just isn't possible. I called today about getting a loaner vehicle for when I dropped mine off to get engine issues fixed and talked to the sales manager. He told me that they just don't have cars they can do that with, yet they have over 50 on their lot they could easily allow me to use while they fix what should have been fixed before I bought my jeep. They told me it was serviced and it wasn't. The oil hadn't been changed, I had to buy a thing of anti-freeze to put in since it was COMPLETELY empty. If it had been serviced then I shouldn't have had those issues two days after having the jeep. I will NEVER recommend and am in the process of trying to get my loan directed to another dealership closer to home. I haven't even made my first payment and Im having issues. DO NOT BUY HERE!

Was sold a 2005 ford expedition on feb 16 2016. It went through there service center for 3 days before we could pick it up. Well we picked it up and nothing but problems since. The transmission was and still is to this day slipping and the mechanic there just wouldnt or couldnt fix it. So after the truck has just been sitting at there service department and the mechanic blowing smoke up our xxxxx we ended up going to ford service center and right away the diagnosed it was the transmission. Dont buy from these people nothing but lies and lemons

If you value your hard earned money, don't ever buy a car there. In fact, stay as far away as possible. They are thieves, liars and crooks. They sell crappy cars that they promise to fix which they never do. They don't take your calls or answer to your emails. Buyers beware. Do not buy from this dealership. You will lose your money.

I was very impressed by the professionalism and earnestness of all the employees at JTS. My husband and I were treated with such respect and never once felt pressured (Our experiences elsewhere were vastly different!) Our credit is not the greatest and we were having trouble finding a dealership that could provide us with the help we needed - not only did JTS get us a loan, the down payment and monthly payments were much lower than expected; truly they exceeded our expectations in both price and quality of the vehicle! I cant speak highly enough in regard to the amazing customer service that we were provided with. I just bought a car from this dealership, a car that was supposedly serviceable with no issues, and in a week, the transmission blew. After arguing profusely with the general manager, they agreed to tow me back to their garage and put in a new transmission. A week later, the transmission went...again. For the past several days, I've been trying to speak to Jordan to no avail. He's always conveniently out of the dealership. I think my experience speaks for itself. If there was a star rating for less than one, I'd give them 1/4.P.S. The only useful thing about this dealership is that they have a "service" where they pick you up, but even a service that they freely offer seems like a hardship.

I've been looking for a nice used car for a few months now and couldnt find anything I liked. I drove by JTS auto on rt. 125 in plaistow, NH and noticed it was quite busy and they had some nice looking vehicles on the lot. I stopped in and they greeted my right away but didnt give me a tough sales pitch they just were being friendly and let me look for myself. When I had a couple of questions they answered them without making me feel like an idiot. I felt right at home. All the guys working seem like a tight family and that made me quite comfortable as opposed to other car lots where they talk down to me and all the employees are fighting eachother for sales. I test drove a few cars and liked both a maxima and a cadillac sts. They broke down my payments for both and gave me my best options in which to choose from. I ended up buying the Maxima and Im really happy with it. I would recommend anyone looking for a car to check them out first. They also have a website jtsmotors.com that is very helpful. After years of bad luck with subpar dealerships I will forever go to JTS auto in the future. Thank you guys for all the help

This place is a joke i wouldnt reccomend it to anyone!! i bought my truck there and christian was just smiling at me the whole time when i was explaining to him some issues and alls he said is that it had been through there shop and everything was ok with the truck! ive driven about 3500 miles since i bought the truck and now it needs ball joints cv axles the transmission was 3quarts low on fluid and i didnt know until it started shifting hard into 3rd gear and my check engine light came on for a random misfire!! i called them and told them what happened and they said that the truck is off the lot and not their problem anymore, and that it was mine!! what kind of customer service is that!! please learn from me and DO NOT SHOP AT THIS CHEESEBALL PLACE!!!!

125 has many dealerships to choose from and trust me when I say I went to them all and I was so fed up but then I came to JTS Auto. I was hesitant to continue my search but I figured I would give it one last shot and they had some vehicles on the lot that caught my eye. I was greated right away when I pulled up. They said hello but didn't jump right into a sales pitch. They let me look around and then I was able to ask any questions I had. I went on two test drives and fell in love with an Audi. I know Audi's are expensive to fix so I was very cautious when it came to the quality of the car. They had their mechanic look at it and he assured me it was in good shape. I was still hesitant but that's just me being paranoid a bit too. I ended up buying the car and was so pleased with the purchase. I brought it to my mechanic who said the car was in great shape, it was a great purchase and that I got a fantastic deal. I bought the car a year ago and still no problems! I love it! I had such a great experience with the whole team at JTS Auto - especially Randy and Jordan. Finally a reputable place on 125! I highly recommend JTS and will send family and friends their way!

I HAD THE MISFORTUNE OF SEEING A CAR I LIKE ON THEIR LOT WHILE DRIVING BY. I TEST DROVE IT AND HAD TO PULL OVER BECAUSE THE OIL LIGHT CAME ON. THIS AND A CLICKING IN THE FRONT END WERE ME ONLY REAL CONCERNS. WHEN I CAME BACK, EVERYTHING WAS "DEPOSIT, DEPOSIT DEPOSIT.." THEY ASSURED ME EVERYTHING WOULD BE FIXED. AFTER 3 DIFFERENT ATTEMPTS TO BRING IT BACK TO FIX THE ISSUE IN THE FRONT END AFTER I PURCHASED IT, I WAS TOLD THAT THE CAR IS FINE AND NO ISSUES. I WOULD PICK IT UP AND SHAKE SO BADLY AFTER 20 MINS IT WAS UNSAFE. AFTER TALKING TO THE MECHANIC JOE AND CHRISTIAN, I CAUGHT THEM LIEING TO ME. THE MECHANIC SAID HE DID NOTHING CAUSE THE CAR WAS FINE. CHRISTIAN TOLD ME THEY FIXED IT. THEIR "FIX" WAS JUST GREASING BAD AXLES TO KEEP ME QUIET UNTIL I GOT OFF THE LOT. MY MECHANIC NOTICED RIGHT AWAY WHAT THEY WERE UP TO. THE PROPER WORK BY A GOOD MECHANIC WAS ONLY $300 !!!! THEY WERE WILLING TO LET ME DRIVE AN EXTREMELY DANGEROUS VEHICLE FOR $300.aND THE OIL CHANGE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO RECIEVE IN ITS "IT WILL BE FULLY SERVICED" WAS COMPLELETY OLD AND BLACK. WHEN I FINALLY CONFRONTED THEM, THEY SAID THEY WOULD REPLACE THE AXLES. I WOULDNT LET THEM TOUCH MY KIDS BIKE.I PAID FOR THE REPAIRS MYSELF. I have never bought from a dealership on RT 125 but I came across an ad for a Jeep that they were selling and called to inquire about it. One of the sales team answered the phone and briefly told me about the Jeep I was interested in. They asked that I make an appointment and come in to see it. I went down that day and met with Randy and took the Jeep for a test drive. Randy and another sales person, Jordan, also took the time to explain what my current car was worth and what they would give me for a price as a trade in. Needless to say I traded in my car and bought the Jeep from them. They gave me a great price on my trade in and the Jeep! The Jeep is great and I am very happy with my purchase. I have recommended them to a few friends who have also bought from them and are very happy. Overall, I would highly recommend them for customer service and price. They really gave me a great price for the jeep and my trade in!

My experience at JTS was an absolute pleasure. My fiance and I went in looking for a new car, something bigger and safer, for our growing family. We were immediately greeted at the door by the owner Jordan and one of his salesman Randy whom made us feel comfortable and welcome right from the start. They listened to exactly what we were looking for and took their time to find us the perfect vehicile for the price we were looking to spend. We've had our SUV for nearly 3 months now, and aside from an interior light that went out - that the service department fixed immediately for us at no charge, we have had no problems with our car and it is running just as well as they day we drove it off the lot. The staff at JTS are extremly helpful and caring individuals that made our experience buying a new car easy and painless. After checking out many dealerships on 125, coming to JTS was my last stop and will now be my only stop when buying a car from now on. The salesmen are very helpful friendly and honest. I don't have the best credit and they were still able to give me a great deal and get me financed at a great rate. I have had the car for 6 months and haven't had one problem.The dealership has a friendly atmosphere and even a pool table for while you wait! I debated whether or not I should post this because I didn't actually buy anything, but felt I needed to share the poor experience I had for anyone considering buying from this place.I went to look at a Ford Escape (considering trading my car for it) and was immediately pressured about buying it. I took the vehicle for a test drive with a buddy of mine and soon learned how awful the car was. First, the wipers didn't work. Second, the sun roof broke in the open position. It ran roughly and the seats were lumpy and worn. There was a large rust hole in the exterior as well. Then, to top it off, the Escape broke down on the test drive! It wouldn't run above 20 MPH and got really hot and shaky. I was able to limp it back where the sales rep told me how great a car it was! He showed m the CarFax, which had 17 incidents on it! I told him the car wasn't running properly. He was "shocked" and insisted on taking it for a spin with me to see. (Didn't trust me). He immediately realized it wasn't running properly and took it back to the shop and called the mechanic to look at it. Once back inside, he would not give me my car keys back, told me all the "issues" with my car and told me they would take my car and money from me for their's and asked me for a down payment. I said, "No. Your car doesn't run." At which point he told me they were working on it and weren't even charging me for it. As if I had already bought the car or something? (And they said they wouldn't offer any warranty). I said "No. I am going to leave." The sales rep, still holding my keys, said "Just one minute." He ran off and a minute later called me over to another desk where an even shadier looking guy was. All this guy said was, "We can't get you to leave a little deposit?" At this point I was getting mad. "No. I am leaving. Your car doesn't run." To which this guy said, "Just leave a check. We won't even cash it if you don't want us to." I explained that they were not getting anything from me and that I was leaving and needed my keys back. I finally got them back and left, never to return.

I would highly recommend JTS Auto. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by a few employees which I thought was nice since they seemed to be quite busy. I ended up working with Jordan and he was very helpful. I told him I was looking for an SUV, that was big enough for my family and safe for my children. He showed me many makes and models and we went out on as many test drives as I requested. Jordan was very friendly and not pushy at all which was a nice change from the many car dealerships I had previously been too. Jordan asked me about my daily driving, my commute to and from work and what I could afford for monthly payments. He seemed to be genuinely interested in finding the right car to fit my lifestyle. I ended up with a Jeep Grand Cherokee and I love it! I got a fantastic deal on the car and I couldn't be happier. When I went to pick it up it was spotless and cleaned perfectly. My father use to be a mechanic so I brought it to him to take a look at. He told me the Jeep was in great condition and that he also thought I got a great deal. I was so happy with my overall experience with JTS Auto that I would recommend it to anyone looking to buy a car, truck or SUV. I bought the Jeep about 4 months ago and I still have no problems! I regret ever stepping foot in the door of this dealership. I went to this dealer to look at a used corolla. While on the test drive, the salesman (whose name slips my mind) explained that they sell their vehicles as is b/c that is the way they make sales in NH. I explained I did not know this and he explained to me that I don't know much. I should have walked away after being insulted but I didn't. I ended up buying the car at an agreeable price from the manager Jordan b/c I traveled a long way and it was the car I was looking for. A couple days later I came to pick the car up and they pulled it to the front. The car was not cleaned which I thought was common courtesy and also it had a completely flat tire. I pointed out the flat tire and they explained to me that they wouldn't fill it up b/c they had already shut the compressor off for the day and that I should go to a nearby gas station to fill it up. I demanded that they turn the compressor on and they went to ask the owner for permission. I could see that they were in the owners office and left me waiting for about 15 minutes before I spoke up again. Jordan came over told me they can't help me and that I was on my own. He didn't even apologize. The owner meanwhile sat in his office. I was absolutley shocked. I drove the car down the road on a flat tire and filled it myself. It had a leak so ultimately I had to replace it myself. On my way home the check engine light came on. I brought the car to my mechanic the next day and he explained that I needed a new catylitic converter and that the dealer had shut the light off to hide the problem. I also learned that the brakes were gone and that it looked like someone had started a brake job but only replaced half the parts needed. A third problem was that the vehicle was burning oil. There was almost no oil in the engine and the 3rd cylinder had a bad seal. I originally thought that the price was agreeable but after these problems the vehicle needs over $1000 in repairs. Not only do I feel that this dealer is a bunch of crooks but they dont know the first thing about customer service. Furthermore, they are unprofessional which is evident from the first impression. I can't even say they were dressed properly. I feel like an idiot for buying a car from them.

Dealing with Randy and Jordan at JTS Auto and Truck in Plaistow, NH was an absolute pleasure. Randy was informative, helpful, honest, straight-forward and a real class act. I recommend him highly and will undoubtedly see him at JTS Auto and Truck in Plaistow for my next car purchase. I have already recommended JTS to my friends and family.Jordan was extremely helpful, and can no doubt find financing for anyone. I have slow credit, and JTS Auto and Truck was able to get me into the used car of my dreams with a small deposit, while giving me a generous trade allowance for my old Honda Civic.The cars I saw at JTS Auto and Truck were clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful.It has been 3 months now, and I have had no problems with my car at all. I came by to ask if there were any floor mats around, about a month after the sale, so that I could keep my floors clean. Randy introduced me to the Service Manager, Joe, who was friendly, and found a perfect set of floor mats for me. I have never been ripped off and deceived so badly in my life. Lorenzo is a manipulative slimeball. He sold me a 99 volkswagen passat with 96k mi for $2700. It ended up needing $3500 worth of repairs. That thing should've never even been sold, should've gone straight to the junkyard. I am a 20 year old female and I am on my own. I am intelligent and cautious, I do not fall into the stereotype of "dumb young girl" by any means. One of the many problems with the car that my mechanic (a reputable family friend) explained to me when I brought the car to him the next day was that the tie-rod was literally on the brink of breaking. If that had broken while I was driving, it would've absolutely resulted in me crashing the car, which would've probably led to serious injury or quite possibly even death. There was an exhaust leak that they patched with silicone filler and duct tape so they could sell it. The timing belt needed to be replaced. It needed a new abs module, oil sensor, speed sensor, several parts of the suspension, etc. The dealerships mechanic would have been able to recognize all of these things upon giving it a good look-over, between that and the patch job it's safe to say these people knew what they were doing by selling that car; They were ripping someone off royally. I've never heard of a car being sold without being detailed first in my life, so I was a little put off by the fact that the only way I could get lorenzo to agree to have it detailed was to point out the fact that it needed an abs module replacement and that was worth them detailing it for me at the very least. The day that I was supposed to go pick the car up Lorenzo calls me last minute to tell that he wasn't able to have it detailed because the place that they usually bring the cars to was closed (bullsh*t) and he agreed to send me a check so I could get it done myself and then he went back on his agreement the next day. I finally got him to let me talk to his manager who was just as rude and was of no help to me at all. Due to the IMMENSE amount of stress and sadness this has caused me, I find it safe to say that this has been one of the worst things to ever happen to me aside from personal loss. This situation has been so depressing that, as ridiculous as it sounds, I have put off writing reviews because I don't even want to think about it. I have never wanted karma to come back to bite someone so badly in my life as I want it to happen to lorenzo, his boss, the mechanic who works at JTS and anyone else who works there that takes part in such despicable business practices.
