Standard oil change and tire rotation. Service claims to check the fluids and all that, but I always double check once I get the car home. Found the coolant system below min so definitely not checked by the dealer. The fancy little post service brochure has all the check boxes saying this was checked along with a dozen other things. Don't believe the hype. I will probably be back, but as always it's buyer beware and verify the work.

Took my Odyssey in for service after I felt it was not driving correctly. I was able to bring it in after work. Moses was completely detailed in explaining the problems found. He made sure my concerns were being taken care of and that I understood my options. As Moses was speaking with me, Dan, one of the Honda mechanics happened to pop in. I asked if I could speak with him regarding my Odyssey. Dan did not hesitate and sat with myself and Moses. Dan patiently took his time explaining exactly what would take place during the repairs and what the car might need or not need when posing different scenarios. Both Moses and Dan were extremely knowledgeable, patient, honest and most importantly they were both on the same page. Driving home that evening I could tell the repairs made all the difference in the world. I also appreciated the fact that my car was not there all day and I could drive it home after waiting not to long. Love the extended hours:)

From the moment I let these folks know I was looking for a used CRV in a defined price range, they helped me get the very car I was looking for - one even better that I had expected! The whole process was seamless and focused on my needs. I could not have asked for better service throughout the process. There was only one slight snafu, a key issue. They needed to be reprogrammed. That took a very short service appointment. I highly recommend Joyce Koons Honda!

Customer Service is a lost art, but not at Joyce Koons! Everyone there was informative, helpful, and most important understanding! Sunny Haque, my sales person, helped me every step of the way and walked me thru the whole process from picking the car to financing the car. I went in, got the service i wanted, and got out. It was simple, efficient, and they did not try to push me into buying other service. That is what i really appreciated. Harris helped me order a new Pilot Elite for my wife. From the moment he introduced himself in the showroom, I new he was the real deal. Throughout the entire process, from putting the deposit on the car we wanted, to the day it finally came in, Harris was top-notch. I was convinced from the start that Harris was only interested in making sure that my wife and I were happy with the new Pilot. And he knows his cars. Harris was able to answer every question we had about our new Pilot and took the time to go over every feature before we left the lot. This is our second Honda. Our first Honda we loved, but it was totaled in a crash, and this is what brought us to Joyce Koons Honda to check out getting a new Honda. The minute we arrived we were promptly met by Ahmed. He was very polite, helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles. We ended up purchasing a 2016 Civic EX-T. The whole process of the purchase was Great due to Ahmed being so knowledgeable of the vehicles and the no pressure atmosphere of him and the dealership as a whole. That's why we decided why look anywhere else. We drove 23 miles to the dealership even though there is another Honda dealership 6 miles from us, I would definitely recommend Joyce Koons Honda and ask for Ahmed. Also I would like to say, the finance process with Behzad was the best we have ever gone through, and we have purchased numerous cars, trucks, boats and rv's over the years.

Contacted Dennis and Tim and was in a 2017 Accord Hybrid Touring within a week (car had to be delivered in from another state) at a price that no other dealership in the area could beat. This was a good car buying experience. I got the price that I wanted. Most importantly, the dealership did not try to work me over up-selling a bunch of crap that I didn't want after we came to terms on the price of the vehicle. Dealerships, generally, should understand that most customers recognize that those additional services are unnecessary and annoying.

We used the USAA buying service. We worked with Doug Miller at Koons Honda to identify the specific configuration, color, etc. Doug let us know when the CRV arrived and we visited the dealership the next morning. Our sales person, Dennis Chen, came with us on a test drive. We traded in a 2007 CRV and agreed on the terms, etc in about a 2 hour window. Dennis did a great job describing the value proposition. We then worked with Behzad.Mahmoodi, the finance manager, to finalize the transaction. All in all, a crisp, professional team.

When we first arrived at the dealership, we were greeted by Davian. He knew a lot about the cars and he answered all of our questions. Everything went well, its just sometimes we thought he was very impatient and got frustrated easily.Later in the week we came back. This time Sunny helped us out. Sunny was truly helpful and although it took a while, we were finally able to agree to our numbers. It turns out Sunny was a close friend of my former manager. He treated us very well. We left the dealership very happy with my new Honda Civic. Overall, it was a good experience.

I bought my Civic new here 7 years ago, and I've always found them reliable for service. Their schedule is flexible, their prices are good (for a dealership), their facility is comfortable while I wait, and they fix the problem on the first time. I do much of my "easy" maintenance at a cheaper shop, but anything serious gets worked on at this dealer--for both of my Hondas.

Had an electrical problem with my Civic hybrid that another dealer diagnosed as needing a new hybrid battery and converter for a cost of $6,000. When I took it to Joyce Koons for a second opinion the head service manager met me at my vehicle with his lead mechanic. After discussing they took it to the shop. 45 mins later they told me they did not think it was the battery but had been unable to fully diagnose yet. They suggested a more thorough diagnosis and gave me a limit on what it would cost. By the next evening they had isolated the problem to 2 failed relays at $25 each, replaced them, and test drove the vehicle for 30 mins in rush hour traffic to make sure the hybrid motor wa fully fixed. There willingness to actually troubleshoot the problem saved me almost $6 grand!!! I have never had a bad experience at Joyce Koons and after this I won't go anywhere else

Sometimes you learn more about a company when things do not go smoothly. I was called by one of the sales people to come see a 2014 Accord and trade my 2010 Honda accord in for a lower payment. When I arrived, the car had been taken to the body shop. The manager gave Priscilla 3 other cars to show me. It was a bad night as they could not find those either. The upper management, instead of telling me to come back, told them to put me in a 2015 for the price of a 2014. WOW. This is truly an outstanding dealership. I have been in business many years and things do not always run well. For the dealership to show me a new product for the mishap, they showed their true character. They demonstrated integrity when they could have shown me the door. What a great group of people they have at Joyce Koons Honda. I got a 2015 with 9,000 miles for a price of a 2014. I can't tell you that you will get that kind of a deal but they treat you right in a busy world and that was very refreshing. I strongly recommend this dealership. Ask for the Fred deal. It will put a smile on your face for a long time.

From the first email sent checking on inventory with Doug Miller, through the sale and financial process with Behzard Mahmoodi, this dealership works with the customer to provide first class service. Purchased a 2016 Honda Pilot through Harris Durrani who went beyond the norm to provide complete information about the new car, while obtaining a fair trade in and good price -- all without the typical sales pressure. A very positive experience. Even after the sale, Harris Durrani continues to offer assistance and explanations about all the new technology in the Pilot. Would definitely recommend this dealership.

After taking in my Honda for for my State inspection and oil change I was notified few hours later that a dashboard light was on in my vehicle . I indicated to the service representative that I don't live very far from the dealership and did not see any dashboard lights remaining on when I first started the vehicle or appear while driving over get service. However, I did indicate to the Service Rep the only time I did see a dashboard light was two weeks prior when I was bring the vehicle in for the Airbag Recall Service. A non-response from the Service Rep other than to say it was necessary for them to diagnose the problem for the vehicle to pass state inspection and if it was okay to go ahead with the diagnosis. I told them at this point since they remove the window sticker from the vehicle there was no choice and to go ahead with the diagnosis. After the diagnosis on Saturday, I was called back and was told by the Service Rep it was a seat-belt related problem, and this was a special order part and the vehicle would not be fixed until Tuesday. In the end the cost for the state inspection, oil change and seat-belt fix was over $350.00. It not so much about the cost incurred, though it was high, it's more because I've been coming to this dealership since 2005 and have felt I've been treated honestly and fairly until now.

Bob was our service adviser again, and as usual, he was great. Our Odyssey has been having issues with shaking when driving at 60 mph. He explained that the problem was not the wheel alignment or balance and rotate, but we needed to replace both front axles. This solved the problem and the van is drives smoothly now. Thanks, Bob!

The overall experience of purchasing my 2016 Honda CRV at Koons Honda in Manassas was fun and painless - all because of the expertise shown by Sales Rep Sunny Haque and Behzad Mahmoodi on the finance end. Sunny knew every aspect of the car and easily answered questions and took the time to show how all the new features work. Behzad handled the financial end very quickly and was extremely friendly while doing it. Before I even got to the dealership, Doug Miller online quoted me a price and made sure the cars I wanted to see were clean and ready to go when I arrived. All three gentlemen are true professionals in their job. This is my third purchase of a Honda from Joyce Koons, and I highly recommend them. Harris Durrani helped me purchase a used car. He was extremely knowledgeable about the cars. No pressure to purchase one over the other. He gave me time to look at each car, review the car fax and test drive each car. About 2/3 of the way through I needed to leave (unexpectedly) to help at work. I returned as soon as possible and he continued to be as polite and unrushed as ever - even though it was getting close to closing. I went out for 2 more test drives. He reminded me often of what I had come in to purchase so that I did not feel any pressure to go above my budget. He stayed after closing to make sure I was ok and understood my car. He helped me set everything up. I could not have asked for a better experience. Harris is wonderful and the other staff I dealt with were quite helpful.

This is the third car I have leased with Joyce Koons Honda. This time, we leased a 2016 Honda Odyssey and I thought the experience was just awesome and that Joyce Koons Honda really took care of me and values the relationships they build with their customers!Typically, getting a new car, whether leasing or buying, is one of stress and discomfort, but this time around was just awesome. After my initial phone call with Jeff Hever, the sales associate, I had a good feeling that he would be able to help me with the new car while transitioning away from the current CR-V lease I had.After arriving at the showroom, I felt Jeff was genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I needed and didn't feel pressured to make a decision that was outside of my goals. It was also nice to be able to talk about family and learn more about him while we waited! Both Jeff and his sales manager, Tim Welton, were very eager and determined to help me find the right car at the right price...which they definitely came through on! Lastly, I was impressed how Behzad Mahmoodi, the Finance Manager, made the process of handling all the paperwork and financing super smooth as well as the ease of transferring my existing license plate to the new car without having to deal directly with the DMV!Yesterday, I got the kid's car seats loaded up and we all went for a family ride (the first time we've actually made an event of it!) and everyone was super excited about the new car.Overall, my wife and I felt like we made a solid decision with no regrets and that Jeff Hever, Tim Welton, and Behzad Mahmoodi made it happen! Poor service. Normally, soon as car in garage, someone serving me. Today, 3 staff members standing around just laughing and taking to each other as though no customers needed assistance. After 10 minutes, i had to go ask if anyone was working to get assistance ; then i was told it would be a hour and a half before my oil would be chsnge. I also asked for contact in for General Manager and was told they would get it. BUT no one ever returned with info.

I purchased my Honda Pilot Touring at Joyce Koons Honda after looking throughout Northern VA for over about six weeks. The SUV is in high demand and hard to find one on a dealers lot with the options I wanted. Joyce Koons had one in the show room. My sales representative was Mansour. He did an outstand job answering questions and working with me after the purchase to show me the features of the vehicle. I believe a got a fair price for my trade and made a good deal on the Pilot considering the demand for the vehicle. I would recommend Joyce Koons and definitely ask for Mansour. I would buy from them again.

I needed to get my car inspected (I bought my car there and receive free lifetime inspections) and I was able to work from home that day so I also had them perform work prescribed by a recall (not causing me any issues) that would take several hours. My service mgr (Brad Burch) checked me in right away and called the shuttle driver (Wayne) who drove me home and then picked me up when the service was completed (within the time frame I was given) . It took less than 5 minutes for me to check out and get my car (which had received a complimentary car wash). All of my interactions with the staff are professional, efficient and enjoyable. The night before I came in, I called Joyce Koons Honda - my mom got her car here and after being exhausted by phone calls from numerous local dealerships, I decided to give this one a try. Ahmed met with me first thing in the morning - right off the bat, the deal was very reasonable on my 2016 Honda Civic. I didn't feel like I needed to do much negotiating. He was very patient and answered every question - I did not feel rushed at all. They had to go to another dealership to pick up the car - once delivered, we took a test drive and they cleaned it up very nicely. Any little smudges they rubbed off. The financing process (like any) was somewhat tricky, but again - did not feel rushed and made sure I understood what I was getting. The warranty options were reasonable. The finance person researched several financing options for me, but when I decided to stick with my credit union - they were fine with that and gave me the number breakdown the way that I asked for it. Overall, it's always nerve-racking buying a new car, but these folks made the process very pleasant. I would definitely shop here again and save myself the stress of running around all over the DMV.

People at Joyce Koons are friendly and seems to advocate for the consumer. This Summer (2016) my family and I did a road trip that began in South Texas. I took my vehicle to Joyce Koons for a check up in the middle of my long trip and my service advisor, Roland Murphy, did not pressure me to do anything unnecessary to my vehicle, explained clearly what needed to be done on my return to Texas, and advice on what needed to be done at the moment. Mr. Murphy, as well as all other people on the staff of Joyce Koons seem to know that money comes after great costumer service, something I have not seen anywhere else. I want to congratulate the leadership of Joyce Koons, for creating an atmosphere where people can be nice and make money at the same time. Sadly I don't live nearby, because I have to deal with local dealers that don't have the same ethics I saw at Joyce Koons, and specially with my advisor, Mr. Roland Murphy.

While the quality of the service preformed was as expected, the price was in line with what was quoted online, and the staff was friendly and helpful, I feel the experience could be greatly improved. The service took twice as long to be completed as I was told when I arrived, and although I have free oil changes for life (from the purchase of my vehicle in 2013) the service department never seems to have this in my record. On this visit, it took almost another 1/2 hour to sort out the pricing.

If you do your research, and you are "reasonable" about understanding that the dealership is there to make a profit, you CAN get a good deal on a new car. Joyce Koons dispelled all of my previous perceptions about the car buying experience. They actually gave me what I feel is their best (reasonable) offer right up front and while the typical sales experience is still there (see previous note about making a profit), I have never left a dealership feeling like I got a fair deal.........until today., Do your homework, have your decisions made before you walk in, but be open to reasonable feedback (from the dealership) about costs. Davian (Sales Rep) and Bob (Sales Manager) were absolutely stellar and personable beyond my expectations. I can not say enough good things about this team.

During a family vacation our check engine light came on in our Honda Odyssey and the engine started running rough. We were too far away from our local dealer so we looked online and found Joyce Koons. After speaking with a Michael Seymour he said they could look at it right away and sent a courtesy vehicle to pick up the rest of my family as I waited for the tow truck. I purchased a brand new 2016 odyssey from this dealership. The management a classical example of bait and switch tactics. The only reason I purchased the car there because of the hard work of the sales person Chris Montanez Jr. He saved the day. Otherwise I would not buy the car from there. The general manager Shawn McGregor wouldn't talk to me after leaving dozen of messages. Charlene Keener did try to mitigate the situation but obviously her hands are tight and she couldn't get the Shawn to resolve my issue.They delivered a damaged vehicle (a minor damage at the side panel) to me. I took the delivery in night and couldn't see the damage, I took the car back to the dealership and the sales manager David Thompson denied and put blame on me that I had caused the damage. I wasted allot of time and went through frustration. I would NEVER go back to this dealership again because their management team has no clue about customer service and all they care is sell their cars and once the sale is made then they would ditch you like trash.I Would recommend the owners of this dealership to seriously look into the practices of their management team because you are going to lose allot of potential customers. YOU NEED TO TAKE CARE OF CUSTOMERS EVEN AFTER YOU HAVE FINISHED YOUR SALES, THEY ARE THE ONLY REASON WHY YOU ARE IN BUSINESS.

I contacted the sales managers at a number of Honda dealers. Tim Welton, the Joyce Koons Honda sales manager, gave me the best price on the specific model and color CRV that I wanted. He didn't play games, and was very pleasant to deal with. When I came in to make the purchase, the process was smooth and pleasant, albeit a bit lengthy (as these things often are). They did not press me very hard to buy dealer-added options or extended warranties, but I did have to sit through presentations of them. Overall, a good car-buying experience.

Tony Nguyen told me after the oil change that they rotated my tires since I got them just about 2 months earlier that it is free. I had totally forgotten about the rotation. This is the reason why I stay with Manassas Koons Honda. They look out for me and my Honda cars. Another example of Manassas Koons Honda service department took care of my 2005 Honda CRV where all my service was done is in 2014 my 2005 CRV had 328,000 miles and it was time to get a new Honda CRV. I donated my 2005 Honda to the Purple Hart Org. and they Auctioned it off and it sold for $4,200.00. That tells me that Manassas Koons Honda took great care of my 2005 CRV for 9 years. I noticed that there was a few oily-lke drips of fluid on my garage floor over the last month or so and was hearing an infrequent clunging sound coming from underneath the car. I took it in for inspection of these items to Joyce Koons Service Dept. Please note that I had purchased my 2014 Honda Accord from this dealership. The Joyce Koons service technician can out and walked me back to see what he had discovered. The oily-like leak was just some excess grease that wasn't of any concern, but that it should be rechecked at the next oil change or if the drippings increase in frequency or amount. Regarding the clunging sound, he indicated that there was a service bulletin retlated to this, that required the bolts on top of the strut top be tightened. The service technician stated that he would replace the original bolts with new ones and tighten them to the new specs. He just wanted to know if I was okay with this and that it would take more time to do, especially the rear ones where the rear seat had to be removed to get at those bolts. IBoth problems have been fixed and the car was ready before noon as expected. I have found that this dealership's service staff to be outstanding and seem to care about their customers. Purchased CRV and get a decent deal. My sales guy Mansour and Tim Welton were great. That's when it all went south... Traded in my Honda Civic and Koons took almost a month to pay it off. It's been over a month since my purchase and they still haven't transferred my tags/title. Was ripped off on accessories also. The 'Appearance Package' consists of wheel locks ($56.00) and splash guards ($104.00) which can be purchased at the parts counter as a non-install item. I was charged $795.00 for these two items and it was documents on the sticker. The worst was the finance team. Roland is shady to say the least. I had an agreed upon payment for 72 months and after I signed the docs, financing had slipped an additional 3 payments into the deal (75 months) which was an additional $1800.00. I was upset and could not even get the Sales Managers (Sean McGregor and Tim Rowan) to call me back after leaving multiple messages. Charlene finally tried helping me out but I still had a 'bad taste' after all was said and done. I'll take my business elsewhere next time.

I wanted to drop a line and voice my experience with Joyce Koons Honda< I had talked to browns honda and even took my ridge line down to Charlottesville for a service and their costumer service was completely useless, they couldn't figure out that when I ask if they could check the fuel and ignition settings what I was talking about, instead of talking to a tech. they kept sending me to another agent, GRRRRRRR, so I call JK honda and the rep. (karen) answered my questions and even gave me info. that really helped. once again I thank the costumer service dept and the tech. that I spoke with you guy's were very helpful

This dealership had a hard to find vehicle so we drove 3 hours to buy it. The salesman was very nice and not pushy like a lot of anxious salesman trying to make a sale. My only complaint is with the finance department. Before driving 3 hours I was trying to get the financing in place up front. I did the credit application online and several hours later I called to get details on the financing. The finance manager did not want to give me any details over the phone but I kept asking about the interest rate for the loan I would be getting. He said it would be in the 3s but would give me any more firm information. Once we sat down with him the rate was 7% and he couldn't explain why I was told 3% earlier and of course didn't know who I spoke too. The more he talked I realized he was the person. My credit union quoted me a number near that so I just signed and took the vehicle because it was a good deal for the vehicle. So other than the finance guy being shady I would recommend this dealership.

This was our 1st purchase from Joyce Koons Honda. We had taken our Civic Hybrid to them for servicing in the past and couldn't have been more pleased with the consistency of the service we received. We had begun to consider replacing our trusty Civic one day & fortunately for us, they had the very car on the lot that we had been hoping to find. I was disappointed with the last appointment I had. I had a 12:30 appt for an alignment. They said it would take an hour. Well, after 1.5 hours they told me 2 tires needed air, and a break light was out. They had not even begun the alignment. I didn't get out until 3:00. Very disappointed it took them 1.5 hour to check tire pressure.

Didn't want to give up my Acura but can't get much more than 13.5 years/317K miles out of a car, even an Acura/Honda. Worked with Abe on a new Accord LXS and it was a really smooth process. After making the deal, Priscilla was great with some add-ons. Roland made the finance process as hassle free as a finance process can ever be. So great car, great experience, and I'll be back when (if!) new Accord dies.

Simply put - we won't be returning for any service. Harassed at work over rental car used during air bag recall - note: we had appt for recall work yet harassed to make appt (even though had one) to turn rental car in. Inspection of car attempted to get me to fix items not necessary to pass inspection and when checked item wasn't cracked. Greed all about money not service. Additionally they want me to rate them via Google + so they can build their Google circle and delete any negative reviews.

There is so much going right at this dealership... level of service iin the intake, the flexibility of their staff, their willingness to address concerns. We have two Hondas that we didn't by at the dealership (another story), but do take to them for service. The general manager and Tony are both very responsive. There is a lot going right.There are still some concerns... You take the car in for a specific repair and you get a workup on what needs to be repaired. Everything on it is a "fix this right now" kind of thing. Then the service department starts talking up new cars to my husband, like he has any interest in moving on from his. Unless they bring back the Element, they aren't, but it annoys him no end. Is this $5000 estimate the real, immediate needs of our vehicle? Is this fairly priced? Because the service department is talking up the merits of buying a new car. It's stuff like this that makes you question the integrity of the estimate and what the priorities are - to fix 11 year old Hondas that only have 70K on them or to sell new cars. They are a good dealership. Very good. Not perfect. This is the point they need to work on - building trust with their clients.Took that $5K estimate and got it $3K at another shop. Ultimately wound up doing almost the whole list for for less than half that by a friend that was a mechanic for eight years. I'll buy Hondas, I will use this dealership again, but with a whole lot of healthy questioning going on in the back of my mind. Maybe it isn't the dealership, maybe it is the nature of the business, but as consumers we are within our rights to expect more.

Inquired about a vehicle and received a slew of automated emails promising the best VIP online service, and that all but the final steps can be done via email. I asked Kebir about the price and he gave me the typical "come in and see the car then we will talk about price" line. I told him I wanted to negotiate everything online then I will come and finalize the deal...never heard back from him. Needless to say I went elsewhere. I was drawn to JK Honda because of the good reviews, but it seems that the sales staff are pretty typical for car sales folk (tell you anything and everything to get you in to the dealership where they think they will have the upper hand). It's sad really, I was hoping to find a reputable dealer I could trust for my future car buying needs; my elusive (probably non-existent) car dealer unicorn.

The Sales Manager Peter and I agreed on a price before I came in and when I got there it was honored - no questions asked. I was greeted by a Sales and Leasing Consultent named Amed with a friendly smile and a joke. The staff was exceptional, the service was fast, nothing was shoved down my throat. They were curteous, honest, and respectful. The whole process took under two hours even though it was a busy Saturday. I strongly recommend Joyce Koons and in the future I won't buy anywhere else. Amed was the best Sales Consultant I could have asked for. Fun, friendly, knowledgable, and honest. This dealership and staff truly reinvented the way I and I'm sure many others view the 'typical sales guy.'

I must have applied too much torque to the tire inflation stem causing it to break off and a catastrophic air pressure failure. I stupidly went to the dealer to get another sensor stem installed. They charged me 3 times as much ($220) as another place down the street($75). That's what I get for trusting a dealer service center.

We had a great experience at Joyce Koons Honda and bought a used car at a fair price.Our salesman, Chris Montanez Sr, was straight up, personable, and trustworthy throughout. He gave us his full attention and made sure we were well taken care of. I fully recommend asking for Chris personally.We didn't decide on a car in the first visit. After looking at other options and dealers, we decided to go back to Koons. We gave Chris a call and, after some negotiation, settled the deal on a used car we had looked at previously.Tim Rowan in finance made the process as smooth and painless as possible. We traded in our old car, but had financing through our credit union, so I can't speak to the latter processOverall, great experience.

Dipak was easy to work with and provided frequent and appropriate (not too much) communication. I would be happy to recommend him to a friend. Tim Welton was also helpful and took the time to meet with me after a couple of phone calls during the day. Both very customer focused!Although I had an outstanding credit rating, Behzad could/would not provide a competitive rate (more than three times what my bank offered). I would absolutely not recommend him to anyone. Based on that experience, I would have a difficult time recommending anyone working with Honda Finance.

The service adviser and I discussed the specific work I wanted performed during a scheduled maintenance of my 2013 Honda Crosstour. After I checked out, I noticed I was billed for a tire rotation, which I had not authorized and was not needed because I had new tires installed two weeks previously. I also had requested transmission servicing, which was not performed. I was left scratching my head because I had been very specific on what was and was not to be serviced with my car. Disappointing ...

Prior to going to Joyce Koons Honda, I had had a negative experience at another dealership (wasted time, attempted bait and switch, etc.). I spoke with the General Sales Manager, Shawn McGregor and he immediately made a point to make my experience at Joyce Koons Honda completely different. We made all our agreements and arrangements over the phone and he made sure that everything was ready to upon my arrival. Although I didn't exactly time it, I would guess that I was in and out of the dealership, with my new car in an fast 30 minutes. Kebir took over the sale at the dealership and was completed up-to-date with all communications I had with Shawn. All in all, a very pleasant, professional, and impressive experience. I would definitely recommend Joyce Koons Honda to anyone.

I was here or an oil change in April 2016 and I found the best representative to work with. His name is Alan and he is God sent. I asked them to do an oil change/ check my AC, balance and align my tires, change the cabin filter. After they did the complimentary comprehensive review, Alan came back and asked me why do I need to change the cabin filter and balance and align my tires. I had gone to Pohanka Acura a week ago and they suggested I do all this. He checked my records at Joyce and said, you actually changed the cabin filter 6 months ago, we checked and it does not need to be changed. My jaw dropped. I could not believe such people exist in this business where, as you all know, generally they try to upsell you services you dont' always need. I highly recommend this Service Place. I tested them over many years and they are honest folks who don't play tricks on their customers. I bring my Acura here, feeling confident they will take care of my car and only do what needs to be done, profits aside. At the end of the day, in this business, the relationships with customers should matter. I think they understand this concept of customer loyalty and they seem to have earned it every time, over the last many years I have been coming here. Thank you Alan! you are God Sent!

We don't buy cars very often, so when we decide to make a purchase we want an easy procedure for getting the best price possible, best selection available and easiest process possible.Joyce Koons Honda provided all of those.After submitting a quote form on the Honda website we were contacted quickly by Bianca Robles at the dealership. She offered a web page where we could see the vehicle available and the price, which was well below MSRP.We went in the next day and Ahmed Messaoudi took us on a test drive. We had all of the family along, so he was very patient with the kids' questions about all the buttons and features on the vehicle.We told him it would be a few weeks before purchasing because we weren't 100% sure we were going to buy. Ahmed kept in touch without pressure.When we finally gave the go-ahead we asked for a different color than the vehicle we'd tried. Ahmed saw to it that we got the color we wanted, then made a video showing us the car.He was ready for us when we went in to finish the purchase, again, patiently answering all questions.He's also been responsive when we've texted him follow-up questions.Buying a car is never fun. But if the process is easy and efficient, it's always a better situation.Kudos to Ahmed and Joyce Koons Honda. This is my go-to service place for ALL of my Honda vehicle needs. The waiting area with wifi lets me get an appointment without missing a beat with work allowing me to save my precious vacation time off with my kids and not having to take time off for auto services.
