I e-mailed the sales person several times during the day about a car i was interested in. I made an appointment to test drive the car that day. I arrived at the dealer but she never told me the car was not available. She never said she was sorry that she never called me. The old Bait and switch. Very unprofessional.

Darrick provided exceptional customer service! He performed and initial check of my wipers and tire treads right after greeting me. My maintenance was performed very quickly and I was in and out during my lunch break. After Darrick walked me to my vehicle, he opened the hood and insured that all of my fluid caps were righted and the oil was satisfactory, even though I wasn't due for an oil change. I hope to have Darrick Buchanan as my advisor every time I come in!

The mechanics diagnosed and fix my SUV in a timely fashion. I was able to use a loaner vehicle for 24 hours which made it convenient to get to and from my work place. Kim explained the problem very well, and completed all the paperwork efficiently. Even under a stressful and busy situation, she handled me as a customer calmly and quickly.

My service advisor Sean addressed all of my concerns and questions. Also pointed out various services that will need to be attended to in near future. Plus my car was parked right next to the Service building so I could move all my things back into my car. In the past frequently had to wait a awhile for someone to find my car and bring it down.

I had a car towed to the service department and without an appointment, on a snowy day, they were able to service the car. The car also needed some body work, from a parking lot problem from the fall. Service was going to take it up to the collision center afterwards, but with the snow and the lot being slippery, they called me to say that they were holding off on taking the car to the collision center and would take it up today, which they did.

I have never been disappointed in my experience at Jones. I had to leave my car overnight as the technicians were running late and I didn't want the work rushed on my car. Kim called me first thing Saturday morning to advise me on what needed to be done and followed up with a call when the work was completed. Check out went smoothly and quickly.

Living and now also working in Pennsylvania, I cannot get there in order to get maintenance and the auto butler completed. I was told auto butler service is not available on Saturday. Having my car picked up is great!

What a great feeling to know that my local dealer will go above and beyond to uphold their customer service values! My recent purchase of 2007 Dodge Ram quickly turned into what I thought was going to be a service nightmare. I bought a Dodge Ram from the used car lot at Jones. A week later, I brought it in to have the fluctuation in power checked out. Needed an O2 sensor and 16 spark plugs. Two weeks into owning my truck, I was told that I needed a water pump and the radiator needed to be replaced. Very upset and taking by surprise that my new purchase was going to cost me a third of what the truck is worth, I decided to reach out and ask for help. It wasn't long before I received a phone call from John Meyers apologizing for the situation and assuring me that Jones was going to make all the necessary repairs and cover all the cost. During the time that my truck was in the shop, Jones also provided me with a loaner car. I read so many horror stories about cars breaking down and the dealer refusing to help the customer out. I am writing this review to illustrate how Jones was willing to do the right thing to make sure that a customer continues to have a good experience. Jones definitely understands the customer comes first and I would recommend them to everyone.

I liked how I was shown around the whole building to see the complete operation. Also, the follow up service with freebies like oil/filter changes, free car washes, etc. is very nice. One improvement would be for salesman to ask if you were referred by anyone. I had a referee but forgot and after the deal missed out on the chance for referral bonus.

I walked in the front door of your Toyota dealership, told the greeter I was interested in a Highlander and she introduced me to Rob Capaletti. Rob took me outside to look at several vehicles and suggested a test drive. As we drove Rob pointed out features and answered my many questions ,continuing to do so back at Jones. Rob explained the Jones for a lifetime program which definitely add value and took me on a tour of your facility. I picked out a Highlander I was interested in and Rob had someone look at my trade and started the process. Rob introduced me to his manager Tim Wojo... who had the trade info. and we continued talking until we agreed on a price and trade value. I picked up my new Highlander the next morning and Rob sat in the vehicle and explained all the bottoms and controls. He also took the time to pair our phones. I have been very pleased with my Highlander. Rob followed up with me a couple of times and I appreciated that.

Since I live in PA...if she were to leave, I probably would go some place else for service. I like that the timeline they give me is the actual time it takes. I like quality, cleanliness. I never feel (with Karen) that you are just trying to get me to spend more money.

I have a 2005 Toyota Avalon, for which all of the repair and maintenance work has been done at Jones Toyota. On Saturday afternoon, Oct 18, I had to call AAA because of what turned out to be a dead battery. After they jump started it, I drove straight to Jones, arriving at 2:45pm. I asked for rush consideration of a battery replacement because I have a critically ill family member in the Philadelphia area and we were supposed to leave for the hospital at 3:00. They were more than accommodating I was back in my repaired car with my new battery humming away by 3:45. I could not have asked for anything more!!!!

I'm very bad experience. I have bought over 20 cars in my lifetime. I was in a hurry and we did not have time to review the contract and they never whenever with us anyway. He promised to give us the 2014 Toyota Camry at 1300 dollars under invoice. We ended up paying sticker. After the mistake was caught we contacted them extremely frustrated. I am pleased with the purchase of a 2014 Tundra. Here were some of the issues. 1. Pitched given about vehicle pickup for service. Service ended 3 weeks after I bought the vehicle. 2. Jones Auto has asked 2 times for extra money to cover tax and tags. First time I paid. Second time is to be determined. 3. Took vehicle to dealership to have extra protection applied and dealership did not have door guards in inventory. Jones is just a car dealership. Nothing Special. However the Toyota product is good. Just remember that the dealerships job is to get every penny out of you !

I needed to purchase a truck. I was already familiar with what I wanted and only needed prices so I knew which dealer to buy from. I didn't have much time to shop around due to work. I emailed all Toyota dealerships in the area with the exact model and features that I wanted. I had purchased three Toyotas from Jones in the last four years and always had a great experience. I am familiar with their Jones for a Lifetime program and use it all the time - it's great! I certainly included them on my price comparison check. I received an e-mail back right away with a price so I was very happy with the prompt, professional reply. Unfortunately for them, Russell Toyota in Catonsville beat their price by $ 690.00. Due to the fact that I purchased from them on so many previous occasions I followed-up with them to see if they could at least match the price, if so I would have bought from them. They told me that they couldn't match it and informed me that Russell Toyota was going to charge me $ 400.00 more then my e-mail from them stated, once I actually got to their dealership. I guess that they were hoping that I would fall for that and buy from them. Russell Toyota did not charge me anything more than what their email originally stated. They priced it exactly $ 690.00 cheaper for the same vehicle. Jones called me the next day and the salesman seemed "surprised" that I wasn't charged the $ 400.00. I am not sure where they got this figure from and they couldn't explain it either. While overall I like Jones Toyota, I was disappointed in their price. The manager explained all the "freebies" that they throw in but those would have cost me $ 690.00 this time. As a side note, Jones was the second cheapest dealer in the area and I priced every dealer from Bel Air, Baltimore, Laurel, Annapolis, and Westminster. Thompson Toyota would not give a price over the Internet. Jerry's Toyota was the highest priced.

He showed me, by the numbers why it was going to be more cost effective to buy a new Prius vice a used one, over the phone first and then when I got to the dealership. Let me tell you, these guys know their stuff and they take care of you 100%. I love my Jones Maintenance plan in conjunction with Toyota Care, I'm set for the first 5 years of the vehicle. On top of that, they will even give your gal (or you) a manicure while you wait. It's just the combination of the little things, plus all the good deals that let you know they really care. I hate buying new vehicles. It is always a trying, long, drawn out process of negotiating and spending the whole day at a dealership. My experience at Jones for the recent purchase of my 2013 Toyota Rav4 was unlike any of this and was my best experience ever, by far. Our experience at Jones was great! My husband and I worked with Jerry Flores. He called me with a price for our trade in which was reasonable and worked with us throughout the process. Since we had limited time with busy work schedules and two children, I called him and told him exactly which vehicles I wanted to see. He had them lined up with keys ready when I arrived. My husband and I were able to compare the vehicles (Toyota Highlander, 4 Runner, and Nissian Pathfinder), test drive, and set up another appointment. On our second trip, I told Jerry exactly what I was looking for down to the vehicle color and interior color. He had it on the lot and I was test driving within minutes. Locking in our final deal at Jones was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had! Jerry even gave me flowers for Mother's Day and offered to fill up the tank of our rental. This ad has been on cars.com for over a week and every time call they say this is a wrong price yet it has not been removed or updated. So you know this is true I have talked to Kris Ruhling and Todd Madore. I would not deal with these guys.
