We called Jhon's auto sales, and was answered by a very nice dealer named Paul Valente. We were looking for a low budget family truck. Paul went out of his way to find us exactly what we needed, he waited up for us after closing time (since we were late), and was very patient, helpful and knowledgable. We coulden't take the car that same day since registration office was closed, so Paul was so kind he took us back home and picked us up the next day. John gave us a very big discount on the price, since we couldn't afford the car we liked in its original price.. All the staff there did everything so we will be happy and walk out with the car we loved. They made sure the car was in excellent shape, fixed all that needed fixing and were very responsible and efficient throughout the whole process. Rocco took care about the financial details , the insurance and registration, and we felt that these are honest, professional and responsible people that love their work and really want to keep their customers satisfied. We come from abroad and this was our first car we bought in the USA. I can't think of a better experience than the one we had at Jhon's place, Thank you all: Jhonny, Marry, Rocco and of course Paul - you really are one of a kind! We will surely recommend you to our friends.

this the way a car dealer should be, the process is fast, great inventory and #1 Customer Services. everybody treat me so nice, this the second time I buy a car from John Auto sale. the first time was a mini van Dodge, the process from start to end was excellent, came in walking because my car broke down and left with a mini van with awesome payments. very knowledgeable and very friendly. Then I left to go P.R. and came back 6 years later and guess what need it a car, again came in walking and again left with a Dodge Durango, sorry I love dodge. Director of sales Shy, welcome me and she did everything perfect to get me in the Durango, very honest, excellent Customer Service and she call me every day check make sure everything was good with the vehicle and she has the best smile in MA. This the best place if you looking for great, honest, friendly, Customer always first, no rush buying, you need to come to John Auto Sales and ask for Shy, John and the rest of the awesome team of John Auto sales. Thank You Shy for everything and soon I will come back to get my 3 Car.

I like how they have a lot to offer. The website pictures are really nice too!.; I was bummed they didn't have a cappuccino machine, but the sales people were extremely nice.

I went to John's auto sales to look into a 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. I was contacted by Shy initially about looking at that vehicle and she was pleasant and wanted to make sure when I came and that I'd go straight to her and avoid the salesmen. I liked this, knowing car salesman, I'd like to avoid talking to them at all costs. I replied to her email about my day to visit and the time I'd show up. I Left a voicemail on her phone the day of and went on my way to Somerville, MA. Which is a 2 hour trip for me, by the way. I arrived and was told to wait for Shy, I think she was on the phone with another customer. After the wait, I was ushered into her office, away from the busy front end of the sales office.Shy is welcoming, kind, understanding and pleasant to deal with; not to mention easy on the eyes. All fun aside though, to my dismay the Mitsubishi was sold two days before I came down. Shy wasn't told of this so I wasn't notified. In order to make up for this, She asked me exactly what I was looking for in a car. Granted, I'm a car guy. I'm picky about what I want and what I'm getting, and what deal. She took down what I was looking for and why; we combed through their entire listing inventory, going through with "yes or no". She pulled several cars from their back up lots, just so that I could look at them. She was making everyone run around just to get me a car I'd want to go home with. We finally found a 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited that had all the bells and whistles that I wanted, we test drove that for a while. It was a thorough test drive too, Shy came with me and she tested out the car with me. We looked all through the car, pushed all the buttons, looked into what was wrong with it too. We noticed the brakes needed repairs, the bumper needed some body work, tires needed balancing and etc.She assured me, that if I wanted this car that those things would be taken care of for me.We sat down, she called the Owner John. Mind you, He was on his way home from Vacation. And she got me approved that they would take in my trade and pay off my existing loan; No Other dealership would do that with my trade!! We then talked about financing, She got me approved for a loan for the Santa Fe. She then didn't like it enough, she went and talked to their finance guy and got an even better loan with a lower APR for me. I signed for that car, that day. I took delivery of that car a week later. The car was all fixed, brakes were great! Bumper looked brand new! Tires were balanced! and they put in a new battery too!! Not to mention, they drove the car to me, surely I met them at a decent middle ground, but come on.. delivery of a car is awesome!I've been to a handful of dealerships in NH, VT and MA.. No one would give me a deal that worked best for me.. It was always for the dealership. But Shy made the difference and gave me a better experience than those other dealerships. If you Go to John's Auto Sales, Ask for Shy!! She will get you set up and on your way with a better car than you came in with!! Always do your research before any car sale, I highly recommend it! But if you want a great deal, Go to John's and talk to Shy!!

Recently, I found myself in need of purchasing a replacement vehicle, and for me there was only one place to go, John's Auto Sales. About five years ago I purchased my first automobile from John and it was so easy and affordable, that when I needed to find another five years later I went straight back to John. I just purchased a Minivan and as usual the knowledgeable staff was on hand to insure I had the answers to every questions I had. In terms of service for my delivery, the sales folks could not have been more pleasant. When I arrived to pick up my car, it was cleaned, washed, registered and ready to roll, pleased was an understatement.
