I had just installed new tires and wanted the alignment checked. Well they could have aligned it and sent me out the door but the multi point inspection revealed bad bushings and that would have damaged my tires. So glad the free multi point check up is done.

Bob in the Service Department is my go to person for my 2015 Silverado. I needed a tow hitch installed, could of had it done at a lot of places for half the cost but they don't have Bob. I trust Bob, not a easy thing to do these days. As long as Robert (Bob) Carmichael is at John Elway Chevrolet it will be the only place to touch my truck besides me.

I was in town for a short visit before heading to Canada. First, my Volt charger was melting and John Elway Chevy swapped it out, NO QUESTIONS!Later that day I got a coolant code...called to report late Saturday and was told if topping off the fluid did not work, to be there first thing Monday. So at 7am Monday, the got me in and by 11am I was on the way to Canada with a new thermostat and no more codes or problems! Best experience with any service ever!

Where do I start... First my sale person was great, he was friendly he is the only reason customer service got a 3 star, otherwise it would be a 1 star. But after that it went down hill very quickly. First the guy that showed the SUV (which was not my sale person, his boss) Would not answer the one simple question about the bumper to bumper warranty. All he wanted to talk about is their warranty. I did not find out about the warranty until the signing of the contract. When the finance person gave the paper to sign and found that my payment went up from where I had originally been told and when I asked him why, he stated he added a bumper to bumper warranty on the vehicle and the GAP insurance. If I had been told the truth from the start, I would have walked. But being that the person showing me the SUV was avoiding my question I got duked. After driving the SUV off the lot and doing some more looking around the vehicle inside & outside. I found Arby's trash in the pouch located on the back of the passenger seat. When visiting my parents my father found a Crayola in the back seat under the passenger seat. Being I don't have kids it had to be there prior. The cars are suppose to be clean before leaving the lot and it is not clean when you find trash in the car. When I called the finance manager I got attitude about what I was saying and was threaten to be hung up on. I was also told the sales people use the vehicles and the trash was left in the car by them.

This is what Car buying should be like. I met with Alorabeth and had a great experience. She was very understanding to my situation and really worked with me to make sure I was getting what I wanted and needed. Never felt the pressure of an up-sell or the need to make a decision that second. She made sure I looked at multiple vehicles to make sure I knew what was available so I could make the most informed decision. At point my wife and I were not sure what we wanted to do and if we wanted to make the purchase. She was very understand and allowed us to leave with the vehicle and take some time to think about our purchase away from the dealership. We spent some time and talked it through and realized this is what we wanted, we then returned and she worked with me and finance to formulate a loan that fit my budget. Once again never felt the pressure of a pushy car sales person. Each person during the car buying process was helpful and informative and really helped me make the best decision instead of trying to force options on me I didn't want or need. After the financing was complete I had a one on one session with Justin going over all the features in the car. I am tech savvy and some may say it's a waste of time but it wasn't. I left knowing everything my car could do and trust me there was no way I would have looked for some of the things we went over. I would have gone the life of car not knowing some of great features my new truck has. Remote locks from anywhere I have internet access? Awesome! No idea that was on the car. He was a big help and once again spoke to me like an adult and regular person, not another sale to walk in the door. Great work Alorabeth, Mike, Matt and Justin. I had great experience and love my new truck.

I was very impressed with my entire car shopping experience at John Elway Chevy. Justin their internet sales rep worked out a deal with me that was more than fair using the Costco buying program. He picked me up at the airport when I flew into town to buy the car a few days later as I was buying a car for my mountain cabin in Breck. I also was impressed by Daryl who took the time to make sure I understood how all the features on my new Equinox worked.

Ryan was my salesman. He immediately greeted me and was more than willing to help me. I was relatively unfamiliar with the Jeep line and he introduced me to many cars. I felt comfortable with their salesmen as they are not pushy unlike many other dealerships. Upon a selection him and Jorge did a great job showing me pricing options and working with my offers. What a pleasure it was dealing with her. First contact her in June/July of 2015 received a quote on the purchase of my truck and she said in contact with me until Nov 10, 2015 in which we made a deal on my truck. This sale took less than 30 minutes and everything was explained and no questions of her. This letter is about our new 2015 Diesel Duramax Chevrolet truck purchased at the John Elway dealership. Two weeks after we purchased the truck, we brought it to the John Elway dealership to have a Linex bed liner installed. When I went to pick up the truck, I was told that there had been an incident and the right rear panel had been smashed. Justin Betancourt took immediate action to solve the problem. I was told at that time that the dealership would order us a new truck. Knowing that in general dealerships have a poor reputation, I was very skeptical that Elway would follow through. After several days waiting, Scott Reed emailed that they were actively seeking a new truck that matched the one that was damaged. He also said we could get a full refund or have the other truck fixed with a discount. We accepted his offer for a new truck. After several emails and phone calls with Scott Reed and Justin Ling, we were notified that a new truck was being delivered by rail. We would like to compliment John Maul, Scott Reed, Joshua Betancourt, and Justin Ling for their totally professional, responsible, and courteous actions during this trying experience. No one was ever rude or discourteous! They kept their word which is so important to us; we will be a life-time supporter of the John Elway Chevrolet dealership and will recommend them to family and friends. Being a young woman, I was very intimidated walking into this dealership. Thankfully, I was helped by the lovely Justin Carlson. I bought a new Camero convertible in which I paid to much for. It took them 2 and a half months to give me the owners manual and another month for the extra key. One of the rims needed to be replaced in which they told me they would when I bought it. So I brought it in and they called me and said they couldn't find the rim key and that it should have come with the welcome kit that I never recieved, but they were pretty insistent that I did. I told them they needed to talk to a supervisor in sales that it was written on the sales slip, the supervisor told the service department there was nothing they could do after all of that. I would have been out 4 tires that could not be replaced. thank god for Dimitrios in service was a great help to me and ordered me a new key. There will be an additional letter written to corporate. My car is only 4 months old, I'm sure it's not the end..

I had my next oil and filter change Jan 29th 2015 at a Hyundai dealer they brought me the crushed half of the centre hole was blocked. The Hyundai dealer indicated on my Invoice that the oil flow was not at normal levels, I sent photographs and the Invoice to Chris Cleavenger Jan 29th.I phone Chris on the 30th Jan to see his thoughts, he asked if he could contact me Feb 2nd as he must speak with the GM Josh Letsis.I waited for a phone call none came so I phoned Chris ,he asked if he can phone me Feb 3rd no call happened. I phoned him Feb 6th I spoke with Chris and Josh. They asked if they could phone me Feb 7th which they did but needed to speak with someone else so can they phone me Feb 9th. I have a Hyundai warranty on the car, I asked that John Elway Chevrolet Service provide a letter stating that if I had an engine problem related to the crushed Oil filter that John Elway Service would pay for the repair ( I of course would guarantee that all my Services would be done on time at my cost at a Hyundai Dealer). John Elway Chevrolet told me that they would not do this. But they would buy my car back and they would keep the dealer fees and sales tax etc. I don't believe I should lose money, I never asked for money from John Elway Chevrolet just some assurance that the Incorrect work they had done does not affect the life my engine during the warranty period as Hyundai Dealer has recorded the incorrectly fitted and crushed filter in my records. I called inquired about a Jeep online. I received an email back that they still had it. I then called the dealer and they said they had it. I drove all the way down there with the intention of driving and buying it (about a 40 minute drive for me) and I was told the Jeep had been sold the day before. I wasted a lot of time and my gas money all because some greedy salesmen wanted me to set foot in the door.

Sold me a vehicle that 5 months later the motor died in a snow storm in the middle of nowhere. When I asked them to reconcile the situation I had to call in 8 times and leave 4 voicemails that were not returned and still nothing reasonable was done in the end when I would talk to some managers and the said they would 'call me back' which never happened. Would not recommend this place, even to my mortal enemie!

There are two reasons why this rating isn't Excellent Overall. The first is that from speaking w/ a rep at the dealership and then actually going in and purchasing the vehicle, the prices/payments were higher than what had been discussed prior to coming in. The other, more important reason for me, why this dealership didn't receive 'Excellent' as far as customer service is the obvious uncomfortability that some of the employees have w/ particular customers. From the outside, the staff doesn't seem very diverse and maybe that could be what's having an effect on the rapport with staff and particular customers. But, at the end of the day, I have my dream car. And I've had overall 'bad' experiences w/ other dealerships but this was not one of them.

Because Steve Bunker was the first person from a Chevy dealer to respond to our E-mails with a phone call, we made an appointment for 2PM the next day at John Elway Chevrolet. We took a test drive to the mountains with Dan Caldwell to assess the 4 cylinder engine in a Malibu. We received answers to all of our questions from Dan; he worked hard on creating the best lease deal with every discount we were entitled to and with a good trade-in for our old car. He found us a great car in the color we wanted, and we signed a lease deal with which we were very happy. As if that wasn't enough, because we were just starting to look for a lease deal we did not bring our old car in. Dan gave even more of his time by driving home with us to pick up the car and take the signed title with him. He wanted to get the entire deal finished that day so we wouldn't have to come back. We felt that was "above and beyond the call of duty." John Elway Chevrolet will be the first place we would go--and ask for Dan Caldwell--the next time we need a car.

I would never go to another dealership.The reason being is that the service from ALL departments is very friendly and fast. My sales guys Chris took a lot of time showing me all the features on the truck . Which I totally appreciated. There was no haggling over the price of the truck from the sales manager. Reason is the truck was at a great price to start at. My finance guy didn't pressure me into warranties I didn't want. The service manager even came over to explain the fuel on the diesel. I've had Toyota's for the past thirty five years. It takes a lot to get me to change that streak. In looking for a large truck for my business I visited a number of dealers from Fort Collins/Loveland to Denver. In John Elway's Chevrolet dealership in Englewood I found something totally different... no games. From the get go a reasonable price was posted. I was offered a fair price for my trade. From Dan Caldwell's almost immediate response to my availability inquiry to Tyler Stoughton who handled our visit the next day when Caldwell was off I couldn't have asked for better customer service. All my questions had honest answers instead of the "salesman speak" I got from some of the other dealers I visited. What a team. The next day when I got a chance to really go over my new/used truck the evidence of Elway Chevrolet's extensive used vehicle servicing became even more evident from updated lines in the engine to all the fluids being as fresh as they could be. Your guys were fine in checking the vehicle in. Your vendor for the tint and clear bra was less than desirable. Their office has no knowledge of their field workers or the status of the vehicles. And she offered no help except to say call the dealer. Your guy at the dealership deal said I needed to contact the vendor. When I picked the vehicle up the windows were down witch I thought was not supposed to happen for at least 2 or 3 days. I rate there company at a 1 out of ten and I think I'm being generous.

I had specific features I was looking for in a Camaro, Dan had taken the time to search out and find that only one existed configured how I wanted, and instead of forcing me to pay shipping, gladly worked on ordering it to my specifics, I had been working with several other dealers at the time, and ultimately decided to order it through Dan from the level of service he had provided. He also continually updated me even on his days off as to the progress of the order, and stayed late to help assist in signing all of the paperwork.

We were scammed so watch out!! My husband and I live in vail and have bought two trucks from Bill Benton in the past. We negotiated the sale of a truck and offered a deposit Friday and would drive down the following week to pay cash for the truck outright. We have emails to this fact. Bill said no need to pay a deposit that he had put a sold sign in the window so it was ours. The ad mistakenly listed the truck as certified pre-owned when it wasn't so he said it would need to be certified so we said ok we can wait because it's worth it. We called Monday to let him know we would be down to pay for the truck and he informed us it was sold!!! We asked to speak with a manager and Bill said he was rarely there and then had the gall to ask us if we would like him to find us another truck--SERIOUSLY!!! If a doctor cuts off the wrong leg and then says oops let me try again, who's would be crazy enough to say sure. Do yourself a favor steer clear. As repeat buyers one would expect some integrity and honestly and good customer service. You will not get this from here or Bill Benton. I'm sure the manager isn't even aware of the situation which is sad. The Boyd family will be finding a dealership that values it's customers today.

The service rep was great. He kept me advised of the status of the work. I was pleasantly surprised when the tech found a problem with the rear sway bar, and had to replace the bushings. this eliminated a road noise problem that couldn't be found before.

The service was exceptional from my service advisor, Demetrious, to my shuttle driver (can't remember her name but so pleasant)! I came in with some problems with my engine and Demetrious was outstanding in getting me in right away and following up with me at home on my cars status. It was very cold out that day and the shuttle driver and another employee drove my car right to my house so I wouldn't have to be picked up and run around in the snow and cold!! I had been searching for a very specific low miles used vehicle for several months. Steve contacted me and let me know of two vehicles that fit my request (both happened to be Fords). He did not try to push me on a new model or a Chevrolet because he understood my specific needs. Steve brought the vehicle inside and cleaned it up (snowing heavily that day) so that my wife and I could get a good look at every aspect of the vehicle. Steve was very accurate in his description of the vehicle (which I appreciate as the dealership is 1hr away from my home). I was able to negotiate a price with which both I and John Elway Chevrolet were comfortable. I have been to several other dealerships looking for the same vehicle and have left them disappointed. I felt that everyone at John Elway respected my time and I ended up leaving happy, with the vehicle I wanted.

I was greeted by Bill as I pulled in. We went over my service request and went to the waiting area. A while later Bill came in and shared with me what actions should be taken, ie rear windshield wiper, light, and filter. He showed me the prices, we agreed on the service and he had it completed. Upon completion, Bill came and got me. We went over the work and charges which left me with no questions. I paid for the services, Bill shook my hand and thanked me for coming in. The one black mark I experienced was the three hours I spent at the dealership the next day to determine the car had a bad battery. I thought that part should have taken minutes not hours.

This is the way service should be handled, pulled up service department had paperwork ready to go, wait time was pleasent even got tv remote control in waiting are so I didnt have to watch Sesame Street

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. We were treated with respect and there wasn't the pushy sales routine that we have seen at other places. It was a pleasant buying experience and we are very happy with our new car.

I took my car in, they replaced a coolant sensor that fixed the problem. I was given a rental car since they had to keep the car overnight. I was very satisfied.

Very easy buying experience. Only dealt with Steve, the internet salesperson for the entire transaction. Carfax was readily available as was the 2 month warranty on all used cars. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Demetrias (sp) was very plesant. it is just that everytime I come in for something, more needs to be repaired. each time has been between $700 and $2200 in repairs.

your sales associate juan was excellent. his attentiveness, knowledge and genuine concern for people made buying a car an absolute joy. there were only two negative aspects of our experience. the first was that the second key/fob had to be mailed and now requires a trip to the dealership to be programmed. the second was that i was led to believe i didn't need a custom all-weather liner behind the second row seats because i ordered the longer cargo liner. i mention this because upon receiving the liners, i noted that the area between the second row seats was not lined after all liners were in place. i am certain, however, that these were simple oversights and not at all intentional.

I had a good experience with both sales reps however I was a bit disappointed that I had to continue to research with other dealerships and banks to ensure that I got the best rate for the loan and price on the car especially given the guarantee.
