Just What I Wanted
I had researched the Elantra for several weeks and decided it was the car I wanted to purchase. I checked several different dealer's websites to find the best price. Joe Holland had the best price on the car with the options that I wanted. The closest dealer to me had a good price list on the website, but when I went to look at the car they had added $5000 to the price for the car. A Market Value Adjustment. The price listed on the Joe Holland website was the price I had to pay. I am very satisfied with the price I ended up paying. The sales staff was very helpful and did not push me to buy the car or to buy something that I did not want. My last car
My husband passed away in June but left my car buying needs in the good hands of Sammi King. we purchased our first Santa Fe from her and we were pleased with her and with the car. WIth him gone he felt I needed a car with AWD and Bluetooth and Sammi took good care of me. At 70 I doubt I will buy another car so glad to have my new Santa Fe.

Salesman was great, very knowledgable. Process was straight forward, presented well & easy to understand. Only recommendation would be to speed up the process just a bit. In all fairness, I did have a trade which took some time to evaluate.
Customer Service
The sales staff and personnel are extremely knowledgeable and friendly when working with them on a sale. They were willing to take the time to show the cars, answer questions, provide explanation of the process and worked to get me the best rate of interest on the loan. All this while it was close to closing time and you would have never known they had put in a full day and were ready to go home.

Very professional service and great experience
I purchased a 2016 Veloster, and a few days later co-signed for a 2016 Elantra for my step daughter. I chose to bring her to this dealership because of the great experience I had when purchasing my Veloster. Scott Mullins was the dealer we worked with both times, he does a great job and is very professional and helpful.
Why Joe Holland?
This is the fourth vehicle I have purchased at Joe Holland. I also have all of my service work done there. The sales person has always been friendly and helpful. I try to go into the trade-in and purchase of a new car knowing my realistic trade in value and loan interest rate. I have never been disappointed with the trade in offered, or the interest rate that was arranged. One really great service they have is the separate oil change facility. This is so much more convenient than having to make an appointment and go the regular service facility. At both the oil change and regular service department, I believe they have always been honest with me. I also appreciate that they have never tried to sell me anything. They will make suggestions, but never a hard sell. As I tell people, when I dropped the car off for a state inspection I felt comfortable in telling them that if it needs brakes go ahead a do them. When I picked up the car, I was told that the brakes were ok, and did not need replaced. Having the service work done there also helps on trade in, as they have a full record of all maintenance to show the next buyer.
Disappointed with the 2016 Genesis
I'm satisfied with the employees not the car. Very disappointed that I've leased a car that's at the shop with less than 200 miles since I've took ownership of it.
Hyundai Review
We had received a letter from Joe Holland wanting to buy our 2009 Hyundai. On April 27, 2016 we had an appointment to have an oil change & tires rotated & balanced on the 2009 Hyundai, no thought of trading cars. Mr. Shah met with us while waiting on our car to be serviced. He wanted to show us how many changes had been made to the 2016 Sonata verses the 2009. He took us for a trial ride. My husband liked some of the new features and also how it handled. The rest is history! Still wished we hadn't spent almost $200 on the 2009.

My Overall Experience With Joe Holland
Sammi King was awesome as a sales rep and really helped throughout my whole experience. She was walking with Joe Holland at the time I stepped on the lot, but still took time to let me know that someone would be with me. I had to leave the lot due to limited time on my lunch break. However, when I returned to go over vehicles, it was 10 minutes till the dealership was closing and she stayed over to understand my need, discuss my options, and go over the process with me. I came back the next day and worked with her specifically. We found a car that I absolutely love and I'm now happy with. She's followed up with me and helped with any questions that I brought to her attention. In my opinion, she made my first new car purchase smooth and enjoyable. The longest part of the process was the financing, but it was understandable given the number of customers in front of me. The only improvement I have to offer is more discussion regarding vehicle payment. I haven't been in touch with Wells and am still unsure on how I'll be making payments. I would love to get that setup sooner than later to get ahead of my payment schedule versus falling behind. The dealership was amazing though.

We had an issue with the car and had to switch which one we wanted. There was a clumate issue. After waiting for the part, we got the car back and it wasnt checked ro see if it worked. It did not Everything else was done well.

Exceded My Expectations
Traveling home to Ohio, battery discharge light came on. Found Joe Holland Hyundai. Although we arrived just at lunch break, Ed had a someone look at my problem right away. Erick worked hard to make sure I was getting a great car for the money and made sure it was within my budget. I felt like he personally cared about my needs as well as my wants in a in a vehicle; was very pleasant to deal with. He was also very patient and helpful with showing me the features, set up my Bluetooth and explained my satellite radio. Terrible expirence. I will not go back or recommend to friends and family! It took over a week to get my car when they ordered a mirror to install a quantum paint. No one called me with updates! I had to keep calling or contact my dealer for updates!! Over a week later I finally got my car. Not to mention when I first bought the car they had it parked at the service center with no one to tell me they had not put any gas in it and it was almost empty. I then had to drive back to get them to fill up the tank.
Overall experience was good.
It would be nice if Joe Holland would not take it upon themselves to drill holes through the front bumper of brand new cars in order to affix one of their license plates to it. Also, two metal "Joe Holland" tags on the back is not acceptable.

I must say however that it was not the vehicles that secured my business, it was the people I interacted with. It was clear to me that I was important and I felt that I had their undivided attention.
