the day I went in, the car I had been driving had me broken down roadside that morning with a long tow wait. I worked with Amanda and told her my experience. She showed me a few cars and went on the test drive with me. She was courteous, thoughtful and helpful during my wait for financing, making sure I was comfortable. I also have to shout out to the gentleman who did my financing paperwork. He didn't just say sign here, sign there. He explained things, and chatted and made the signing about more than just paperwork. Love my Sonic, loved my experience. I even convinced my niece to go there for her new car purchase, and she had a very similar good experience.

Jason Whiston was the perfect salesman for us. He was professional, quick, honest and very nice. He answered my questions when I messaged him from the website and didn't get frustrated at any of my insane questions. Jim Trenary Troy is the only place I will buy a vehicle. They have awesome customer service. The salesman Kenny McKinney was able to find me the exact vehicle I wanted and was extremely knowledgeable. I got a great price for my trade in and am happy with the price I ended up paying. The finance man Jamie was able to get me a decent interest rate and was very friendly and was able to go threw the paper work quickly. Both of these men were also able to explain absolutely everything to me about my car. I left with zero question and completely satisfied with my purchase.

The buying process was quick and the purchase decision took place promptly. The only issue was a prolongs wait to complete financing as the dealership was very busy on that Saturday. Overall, no complaints. Was able to take the vehicle home that day.

Really like the shop, showroom, and all the staff. We got 4 free oil changes when we bought the truck. Just had the third, oil change can't beat that.

I bought my 2012 Chevy Cruze at a different dealership but moved and had a recall that needed to be addressed so I called Jim Trenary Chevrolet in Troy, MO. so they could service the recalled item, I also scheduled an oil change and tire rotation to be done at the same time. Tyson Stevener helped me when I brought in my car to be serviced. My husband followed me in his car so we could get lunch and run errands while they worked on my car but we actually never got to leave the dealership because as we were leaving the lot for lunch we saw a very nice used van which we test drove and wound up buying! Salesman Kenny Pease helped us with buying the van, it all went very smooth, everything was done in just over an hour. I was extremely surprised when I went to the lot to pick up my car when the service was done, I couldn't find it at first because I dropped off a car filthy with salt and splashes from the recent bad weather. I was going to get a carwash later that day but they had given me a free carwash and that's why I couldn't find my car, it was clean!! Everyone we dealt with on the service side and sales side were very friendly and professional. We definitely will be back. Sandy and Al Wood

I was driving my Equinox in the morning and had a acceleration problem. I called Jim Trenary service department and explained the problem and they said I could bring it right in. I did and they had a loaner car waiting for me when I got there. My car was fixed that evening and due to bad weather I picked it up the next morning. The service department was friendly and knowledgable as always. They explaine what the problem was and I was on my way. Great dealership and outstanding service department personnel.

2/3/14 my car had a warning sign. I called OnStar for on demand diagnostics. They advised me to get it to shop ASAP. 2/4/14 I called the JT in Ofallon and was told I could possibly get in 2/5 or 2/6. This was major to me because my malfunction indicator came on. JT/Troy said come on in so we can at least look at it for you. A bolt that was not on tight enough, had come off which caused my Serpentine belt to need replacement. Your service dept were able to take care of that for me right then. The staff kept me informed and though it took a while, your staff was friendly (even made me hot chocolate), and kept checking in on me. I am so thankful that they were able to get me in on short notice and had the parts on hand. Even though the JT in Ofallon is closer, I will ALWAYS come to TROY. I absolutely love doing business with you all. The respect is awesome! Friendly faces (even early in the morning).

This is the second car I have bought from Jim Trenary. Travis the salesman was GREAT and was very professional and knowledgeable. The finance person Jamie was AWESOME and took very good care of me and got me a great interest rate as well. I will keep going there as long as they have GREAT personnel. I just bought a 2013 Camero and notice couple things that needed tended to. I was afraid of what kind of response I would get when I called and stated the issues. What I got was Travis being extremely wonderful and taking care of the issues IMMIDIATELY! I will go to Jim Trenary before I go anywhere else when looking for a Used or New vehicle
