I never thought I would be willing to drive 30 minutes from Jeffersontown, Ky. to Jim O'Neal to buy a car. After our experience at this dealership, I would drive hours to have this experience again. I felt like my husband and I were the only customers they had that day. My husband and I wanted to purchase a Platinum Explorer. We had our eye on a certain color and interior. Jim O'Neal didn't have this vehicle, but went and brought one to their lot for us. They spent time showing us all the bells and whistles on the new car. We never felt rushed in any part of the process. They took the time to explain everything and made sure the best options were presented to us. They made sure we got the best deal possible and a fair trade in price. The owner even stayed engaged with us that day. He obviously creates a work environment similar to his beliefs and standards that has kept this dealership around for all of these years.I have recommended them to everyone I know and when it gets time to purchase another vehicle, I am not going to look anywhere else. We had been to Tri-County and Bill Collins Ford. I would not use either of these places. They do not put the customer first.

This dealership treated me very fair to my needs. They found me the exact Escape I wanted and went and got it and brought it to the dealer and we made the trade. Very friendly people working there. Will for sure return for my next new car.

We bought a 2015 truck on Saturday. This was the 3rd time we've purchased from O'Neal. Each time it's a pleasure to work with them. Our salesman, Brandon Stutesman, was very knowledgeable and treat us in a very friendly manner. There was no haggling or high pressure sales tactics. We stated what we were willing to pay and they not only met, but EXCEEDED our expectations. It was a pleasant experience, and we would highly recommend they to anyone looking for a vehicle.... new or used. They also have a great reputation of standing behind their product and service.

I found a 2014 Econoline van online at Jim O'Neal Ford with everything I wanted. The negotiating process went on for at least 10 days, but I Had a great salesman who went way out of his way to send me both pictures and extended up-close video of the vehicle since I was 12 hours away in a nearby State. We made the deal over the phone and there were no surprises when I came and picked it up. Clean, full tank of gas, and ready to go. I got a fair price I think, and no jerking around. I would recommend them.

I JUST BOUGHT A 2013 CHEVY SILVERADO. THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE MORE THAN I WANTED TO GIVE. HE DID MEET ME ON THE PRICE OF MY TRADE IN. THE SALESMAN DID NOT PRESSURE ME. HE TALKED TO ME AND MY GIRLFRIEND LIKE HE KNEW US FOREVER. I FEEL HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WHEN IT CAME TO BEING HONEST. I WILL KEEP JIM O'NEAL FORD IN MIND WHEN I NEED ANOTHER TRUCK.

I was just starting the car buying process and wasn't sure yet what vehicle I wanted to purchase. They had a rare mustang at the dealership which I drove an hour down to the dealer to look at and test drive. It took me 2 hours to get to test drive the car, I was pressured to go home and get my trade in vehicle and bring it back that day to get a deal done before I even got to see if the car started. Went to Ray Skillman later that day and felt much more relaxed and it only took a quick copy of my license and insurance card to get me behind the wheel.

I recently purchased a used 2001 Excursion Limited Diesel from the dealership. The salesman (P.D.) was fair and honest with me with the purchase. He worked with me to find the right vehicle for my needs (took a while to find this one). The Salesman and service staff in the back (M.A. and J.H.) ensured this vehicle was in good shape and problem free. I would recommend this dealership for the salesman's perseverance to find the right vehicle, willingness to make a fair deal and for its service department to ensure my new used vehicle will have many more additional years of service. I have dealt with Jeff Harris, Bo, and Mike Albright on many occasions from replacing a transmission and oil changes, to this last trip with my AC on my Expedition. They are always upfront and trustworthy. The last trip in there with my AC, there was more wrong than expected (which was an upfront possibility) and they called before they did any work to fix it. They searched out the best deal for my money to fix my Expedition (which was using FORD parts I might add vs. aftermarket for a better warranty for just a few dollars more (less than $25 in my case)). I would highly recommend using this dealership for service. Tell them I sent ya!

Customer service does not keep their word and does not pay attention to customer requests, nor do they communicate with each other. They rush vehicles out of the door with out making sure the work was done properly. My experiences have been nothing but negative and I will no longer take my vehicles there for service.

Once you find something at this shitty place, they will offer to let you take it home over night to get a feel for the vehicle, while leaving yours there. By the time you get up and go back to the dealership to make you decission on if you want their car or not, they will already have your vehicle on their RACKS, working on it. Doing only god knows what to YOUR VEHICLE WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION. Then blame you for doing something to their vehicle. I had two oil changes done on the same vehicle in a week. i had the cleanest oil in town, they didnt put the same type of oil I had been using. Once I finally got my Vehicle off the racks I then told them they lost my business. Yeah they are friendly at first, But they will screw you with your clothes on and not give you a kiss. I took My vehicle to another dealership to trade it in. Come to find out the cluster in the Odomitor was bad, magine that, I never had a problem with it till NOW!!!!!! I Will NEVER GO BACK TO THEM EVER... NOR DO I RECCOMMEND THEM!!!!
