Salesman (Elvis) was very professional and extremely knowable about the GMC truck products. I have bought 2 trucks from Elvis and both times I could not be happier with him, he treated my wife and I with complete respect. There was a small area of missing paint on the fender. Elvis contacted the body shop and made arrangements to have it repaired. The body shop did a perfect repair.

I've dealt with alot of dealerships but this dealership is in a league of their own. Dolly was awesome she makes you feel very comfortable. David Burke gave me a strong sense of confidence and ease through the whole process. And sam in finance was oustanding. Im proud to say im a owner of a 2013 camaro because of david, sam, and dolly. Fred Henry helped us assess if we could afford to upgrade our vehicle. He found us a great car that was on promotion to save us money. We went in just to look on the 4th. We had a 2014 Toyota Camry Hybrid. Wanted something new release and higher end. Thought of a Malibu hybrid but one wasn't in stock. So we looked at a gorgeous Buick Regal. Love at first sight. Shawn Dunn, our salesman, went over the car with us,pros and cons. Only con, and we were aware of it, was gas mileage was not as high as no more hybrid. Which was fine. Test drove it, loved it and the technology made my lady happy. The one area of the whole thing that we both loved is there was NO heavy handed sales pressure. Shawn treated us like he has known us forever. Brought us water, as it is summer in Florida. Answered any questions we had and will have. I can not recommend Jim Browne Pasco Chevrolet highly enough. One of the best car buying experiences we have ever had, anywhere!! I have never had such service at a dealership. Fred and Greg spent time with me, I never felt rushed or that I was being lied to. The whole time they were honest with me. They treated both my Grandma and me like family. Before Greg let me leave the dealership he sat with me in the car and explained everything to me. I felt like I actually knew my car and how to drive it, instead of fumbling with buttons and things while driving down the road. I know that if I had a question I could call either one of them up and they would help me figure out what was going on. I love my car and I don't plan on getting rid of it for a long time, but when I do, I will be going back to Jim Browne Chevy of Dade City (well that is as long as Greg and/or Fred are still there).

The experience at Pasco Chevrolet was by far the best I have ever had in 40 years of buying new cars.The attention to detail and information by the salesman Greg Pennington started on the phone and continued when we arrived.He went out of his way to stay late and make sure we were happy with the purchase as we drove 1 1/2 hrs to get there.The dealership was officially closed shortly after we arrived, but not once did Greg hurry us thru and kept making sure we were happy.The warranty forever provided was just the icing on the cake for the great deal we got.I hope Jim Brown notices this review and awards Greg Pennington for his exception skills and caring for the customer and Jim Browns Pasco Chevrolet name.

We came in several times to look for a used SUV and each time Eric was patient and knowledgeable as we looked for the right vehicle. Never was he pushy or over bearing and we found the pricing fair. These guys are some of the best! There is a reason that this weekend my family has bought their 9th vehicle from Sam R and his team. I expected to have better service at a dealership than at a local shop but this was horrible. I called a week in advance and made an appointment so I could just wait in their lounge. It was a simple front end alignment which should only take a half hour at other shops. Two and a half hours later and lots of frustration I was given my truck. I am a huge fan of Chevrolet but this dealer will no longer be getting my business.

Gina discovered I needed to change my air filter and found a special they had going that reduced my cost. My husband and I had been shopping around for months trying to find the "PERFECT" Camaro. Every dealership that we had visited was either way over priced, unknowledgeable about the 2013 and 2014 Chevy Camaros, too aggressive and rude, or just didn't seem interested in selling us the car that we were looking for. I became very irritated with these dealerships and told my husband that I was no longer interested in purchasing a new car. My husband knew that I was just frustrated and disappointed so he took matters into his own hands. He continued to look for my dream car without me. Within a few days he began communicating by telephone and email with Elvis from Jim Browne Pasco Chevrolet. Before I knew it we were driving an hour and a half away from home for a test drive. Once we arrived at this dealership I was very impressed. Elvis greeted us with a smile and introduced himself as he was walking us towards the car. It was nice to see that he had taken the time to pull the car around for us and left the a/c running to continue cooling down the inside. During our test drive Elvis answered all of our questions leaving me with the thoughts in my head " Man this guy is a Camaro expert!" which was a huge plus for us. After our test drive we sat down and talked to Elvis about our trade, our budget, and all of our must haves. Dale also checked in on us to make sure that we were taken care of and completely satisfied with the entire process. I can honestly say that if it had not been for Elvis and Dale I would not be driving around in my dream car today. Elvis took care of us by providing excellent customer service, offering outstanding prices, and the best part was that he didn't try to pressure us into buying something else that we wouldn't have been happy with just to make a sale. We will be back when it's my husbands turn to purchase a new vehicle. Without a doubt this was the best car buying experience I have ever had!!!!! I was looking for my 17 year old daughter's first car and it happened to be a Jeep Patriot. Through a friend I was directed to Jim Browne dealership in Pasco to Dale Allison who I spoke with on the phone and he was very pleasant and answered all my questions about the Patriot he had on the lot. He invited me to come and see it which we did and he greeted us when we arrived and introduced us to Fred Henry. Fred was very nice and we did a test drive. We loved the vehicle and Fred was patient as I spoke to my husband on the phone to secure the deal. The price was very good!! We were thrilled to not have to counter the deal. It all went smoothly, the paperwork and the money transaction went very well with Greg Hawes also. He was friendly and explained everything including the great forever warranty. All in all the whole experience was a happy and positive one. My daughter was thrilled with the car!

He told me that my car was under recall for ignition problems, He issued a work order for my car, I also told him about how my fron speakers were blown out. I explained that they had been replaced 3 timems under warenty. We want to let everyone know what a wonderful service department there is at Jim Brown Pasco Chevy-Buick-GMC in Dade City Florida. We have purchased many vehicles in our 50 year buying history and usually have excellent experiences, but generally are very disappointed in our service need experiences. Jim Brown Pasco has always exceeded our service needs. From our first experience with a problem with our 2011 Camaro convertible, purchased form another Florida dealer, with Gina Caldwell through all of our service requests through George Xenos, we can only sing the praises for Jim Brown Pasco. The most recent experience was just yesterday. We dropped in to ask about a slight problem with the spray-in bedliner for our 2014 Silverado 4x4. George, with the approval of the Service Manager, Jim Martin, contacted the after-market supplier. The bedliner was repaired right then. While waiting for that repair, we asked George if he could assist with the new Bluetooth/Audio function of our new 2013 Camaro convertible. This version of the Camaro with it's new Chevy Mylink function no longer has room for a cd player. An auto audio dealer suggested using an IPOD as it would have the capacity to hold all of the data on our radio program cd's. Several people tried to give us instructions, but were really unfamiliar with our requirements. George showed us how to import the cd data through ITunes into our computer and then sync it to our newly purchased IPOD. We have only received extremely helpful and respectful assistance form George, Gina and Jim at Jim Brown Pasco, no matter what the questions or concerns. We can't find enough good words to express our pleasure with Jim Brown Pasco. We will be using Jim Brown Pasco for all of our sales and service needs.

Isabel & I would like to express to your entire staff, that we absolutely LOVE THE NEW BUICK LaCROSSE! As for the purchasing end of things The entire experience was VERY PROFESSIONAL, VERY COURTEOUS and what can I say, WE WERE WON OVER! We visited many, many dealerships in December, but your dealership was the last one we needed to visit. Our Salesperson, Robert Mendola, (who was the ONLY reason we even gave this Dealership a look in the first place) was honest, and an absolute exceptional person to work with, as was Ron Bearden when Robby was busy. Our finance person, Samuel Garcia, was the most CALM finance person weve ever worked with. Though there were some hick-ups along the road, he worked through them and made the deal work in the end. Our experiences with Jim Browne Pasco started last year with a simple question concerning the 'bowtie' emblem on the front of our 2011 Camaro convertible which was cracked. The service department quickly ordered a new emblem through warranty and replaced it free of charge. Our next visit was for an oil change on the Camaro, where Gina explained about the advantages of the synthetic oil for the car. After experiencing several trips to a Pennsylvania dealership trying to diagnose and repair a leak problem with the water runoff system in the Camaro, the service technicians at Jim Browne resolved the problem. While picking up the Camaro, the sales department assisted us in purchasing a 2014 Siverado 4x4. Such a wonderful experience!

After analysis and review by Jim Browne, and authorization to perform service by State Farm for repair work, an appt for a Monday at 9 am for which the car was brought to same. After keeping the car for an entire epweek, the manager called on the following Friday that all was left was a 4 wheel alignment. The following Monday at 4pm, I contacted the dealer about getting the car for which they said they had not done a thing about it all weekend or all day Monday. After not having my car for 10 days and having a considerable hardship imposed upon me by same, I find this dealer to be indifferent and un-caring and I bought the Buick brand new from them. They do not take care of their customers at the "new" Jim Browne

I recently was in the market to buy a new Chevy Cruze. I decided to check out Patriot Chevrolet after locating the car I liked. My wife and I went in to check this car out and had a very BAD experience. We are a young couple, and the salesman and manager tried to take advantage of us due to that fact. It started with them taking the window sticker off the car before we saw it so we didn't know the price; then when we asked the price of the car they told us it was listed for $3000more than it was online. After mentioning to him that it is listed for $3000 less he told us it was incorrect and we had to be looking at a different car. After that we asked for our keys back so we could leave and he told us he was only trying to help us and not jerk us around and left us in the office. After 3minutes of waiting we had to walk to the managers office to get our keys and proceeded to leave. Two weeks later, still on the market to purchase a car, we visited Patriot again hoping to come to a deal to purchase that car. When we arrived the same salesman who was still VERY pushy and inappropriate, helped us again. He told us "This is the deal, no negotiation; I have the car being washed we just need to sign the papers." After reviewing the deal, we didn't like the offer. The salesman kept saying, "This is the best deal you're going to get, I'm 'balls deep in your trade in'". He went on to say the first time we were there, they were only trying to make money off of us, that's why they increased the price of the car. After that was said, we left the dealership and will NEVER return again!
