In my car buying experience this was the first dealer to stand buy the offer they made over the internet. I was not handed off to a different sales person. While waited I observed the sales guys help customers with information on how and where to get additional discounts. I drove 140 miles to get the deal they offered and I'm glad I did. Just bought a 2016 Silverado LTZ 4x4. The truck is beautiful and has a ton of great features. My salesman, Gordon, was awesome! We agreed on a great price before I even arrived at the dealership. I had a problem with my car that caused the check engine light to come on and my car was overheating. I called the service department and was given an appointment that was convenient and timely to have my car assessed. My service representative, Sherry Lynn Kee, was extremely helpful and kept me informed throughout the process. I needed to have a new water pump put in my car and she let me know that it was covered by my warranty. I was very happy with the entire process and the professionalism of everyone at the dealership.

We just purchased our 8th vehicle from Jessup. Every buying or leasing experience gets better than the previous one.It starts with Sherry Downey on the service drive. Our 2009 Tahoe, with 187,000+ miles, finally gave out. Sherry introduced us to Mr. Braulio Rodriguez, who immediately began researching the best possible solution for us. Putting a new engine in our Tahoe, just didn't make sense. Mr. Rodriguez was a real pro, not trying to sell or lease us into a new vehicle, but giving us all the options. We finally decided to lease a 2016 Yukon. Now, we begin working with Mr. John Coughlin III. Again, John gave us the opportunity to make a decision that was best for our family. After my purchase of a pre-owned 2013 Cadillac Escalade, I have really gained a greater appreciation for the Jessup Auto Plaza team. Prior to my purchase I have only worked with the service department. Richard Rivas has helped me and my '99 GMC Suburban stay on the road for several years. He has always been friendly, honest and fair. Of course he is a very knowledgeable technician and has always figured out the problems and provided the cost effective solution. His whole team on the service side has always provided a very high level of service. Walter at the service desk and Richard on the shuttle van have always helped me and provided excellent service. Richard Rivas has always mentioned that if I ever would like to look into a newer car that he could help find me a great deal. Richard 's statement had me thinking about purchasing a upgrade for a couple years. Richard mentioned one on the lot and I started checking the inventory online and finally I decide to test drive the one I was most interested in. My purchase experience was also smooth and low pressure. I must say the sale team, David Frizzell and James Isbell made my purchase very smooth and pleasurable. They both were no pressure and willing to go the extra mile to make the deal work. David was very friendly and knowledgeable about the SUV. James also helped with timely information and provided multiple financing and warranty options. Finally, the Finance Manager, Ty Thomas was also friendly, helpful and efficient! Brian Noble was my salesman and he was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to give me all the facts I needed to know about leasing a new Cadillac. The car that I actually leased caught my eye by chance, at the dealership the day that I went in to look at some of the models with Brian. The new CT6 jumped out at me. Unfortunately, it had already been sold. After I left the dealership, with the intent of thinking it over, Brian had me on the phone when I was halfway home and advised me the buyers of the CT6 just backed out, and if I could get back to the dealership, the car would be mine.. I went back, and signed on the dotted line. Had it not been for Brian's diligence and quick thinking, I would not have the car of my dreams today. (And it is a BEAUTY!)Jessup is fortunate to have Brian on board. I will continue to use Jessup as my dealer in the future. I came in as a cash customer to purchase a car. I was coerced and misled and lied to . they asked me to fill out a credit slip but told me that no credit check would be done . I made it clear I did not want my credit pulled. come to find out they ran my credit and ruined my home loan refi .why would a cash customer have to have a credit check . they are scammers

I purchased a 2009 Hybrid Escalade when it was brand new. I live in Long Beach but have a home in Palm Springs. I prefer to have my cars serviced at Jessup in Palm Springs 120 miles from my main residence because of the great customer service and helpful attitude. My 2009 Hybrid Escalade was the first year of the Escalade Hybrid. The first 80,000 miles I didn't have a problem. After 80,000 miles some problems arose. The Hybrid system was covered under warranty but not all of the other parts were. Jessup knew these were related to the Hybrid system and worked out a special warranty to pay for the parts. Because of Jessup I purchased a brand new 2015 Escalade. This one is not a Hybrid but I knew it would be serviced correctly at Jessup. Here is a situation that I stayed with the Cadillac brand because of the dealership. What more can be said for loyalty. It works both ways.

My Sales associate Ryan was a great help in finding me a used vehicle that I was looking for. The problem was when I looked the truck over, I pointed out a few issues with the truck.. The main issue was the paint was peeling from the bed. I was informed that they were going to place a bed liner in it. I didn't want a bed liner so I asked if they would have it Rino Lined instead. The bed liner was going to be free but to have in Rino Lined, I had to pay and extra $500 which I didn't see was fair.. The second issue was there were 2 paint locations that were peeling and I asked for that to be repaired before further damage happen. They were not going to repair unless I paid. 3 days after receiving the truck, the paint peeled off the hood and the left side of the truck after it rained. Not what you want to see after spending $25000 on a truck and have mentioned to the dealer to have it repaired. The third was when I was signing the contract, they tried to sell me a Contract Cancelation Option Agreement. This Contract is pretty useless the way California wrote it.So now 3 days after receiving my truck, it is sitting in a body shop getting painted. Cost of around $650 for the hood, left rear pillar and left rear roof top. I contacted my sales associate and he said he would talk to his manager about helping out with the cost of repairs since I originally requested it. I have not heard back from the sales representative. He stopped responding to me. I eventually got ahold of the sales manager "James Isbell" who I was willing to work out a solution with me. He was very polite and wanted to make me happy with my truck. We came up with a workable solution that made me happy.

I took my 2011 Buick Enclave in to have the front struts replaced. At the completion of the installation, my windshield was cracked at the cowl and the service agent (John) acknowledged the crack and told me he would notify me when the replacement windshield would be in stock,.Two days later I received a call from John telling me the windshield was in and he set me up an appointment the following Monday. When I arrived on Monday (after rescheduling our day) I was informed that the windshield had in fact not been ordered and the agent (Lisa, subbing for John who was off) ) would have to speak to the service manager. After several minutes I was informed that the Manager was not available at the moment. Lisa told me she would follow up and I should hear something in a few days. A wasted afternoon and no resolution.

Took 2010 SRX in for 30K service (we don't drive much). Sherry got the process going in her usual attention to detail manner (that's good) and we had an annoying rattle in the front suspension that Matt (service foreman) tried to diagnose in a test drive. He couldn't hear the noise but promised he would investigate. A day later and the car was ready although the battery had somehow died overnight we we had to replace that also. Matt had found worn bushings in the steering carriage and that ended the problem with the suspension noise (covered by warranty). All in all a customer focused team we can rely on.

I stopped into Jessup's Auto one night after I received bad service from I-10 Buick. I saw that Jessup's had the same car that I wanted except for the chrome wheels. Oh, sure, facilities are great. Free ice cream and coffee. BIG DEAL. Spent over a grand, and they found stuff to do all right, but only one of the five things I took my Yukon into the shop about actually got fixed. You know how when you mention it to the service guy, they kind of look right through you. Next!

Being disabled, I'd done extensive online research on several makes/models I was interested in. I knew their pluses/minuses which were consistent across the various sources I'd read. A car on Jessup's internet ad description perked my interest. I couldn't easily get out of the house and did not want to go through a "let me check with my manager" back and forth high pressure ordeal. With trepidation I contacted the dealer via their internet sales department. Brian Noble an Internet Sales Manager quickly contacted me. I explained my situation not being in immediate need, recuperating from a broken foot. I knew from research the value of the car [as well as my trade's value before I had broken my foot.] With minimal, no pressure negotiations we reached an agreement that was acceptable to me. Having not driven the car, I said I'd need to test drive it before agreeing to purchase and it would be very difficult for me to get there. Although we had all but confirmed my intent to buy, I had not signed anything obligating me. My salesman said he would drive the car to my house with the necessary papers drawn up. He had it detailed so it would be ready. Consistent with the reviews I'd read about the car, it met all of my expectations and then some. Without hesitation I signed the purchase papers. After the papers were signed, he drove my trade back to the dealership. My sales person, again, BRIAN NOBLE was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend him. He was so nice, helpful, low pressure, working with me to make my particular requirements not an issue. I let him know I used to prefer going to the dentist before purchasing a car. This was the exact opposite I'd experienced before. It was a no stress, no worry, no anxiety, and no last minute surprises transaction. To further show his professionalism, he checked with me a few days later that everything was alright after the purchase. He quickly addressed a few questions I had which were quickly answered and addressed over the phone.

I took my car to a local mechanic to fix an engine problem. Cost; $300...and still had the problem. I took it to Jessup. They fixed my problem and it didn't cost me a penny. It was covered under an "emissions" warranty that I didn't even know I had. (my other warranties had run out). You can trust these people to do a great job performed by the friendliest folks around!

I was able to pre plan my visit with Brian Noble over the Internet. When I arrived Brian was waiting for me and already had everything lined up for an easy purchase. The finance department was more than fair and Jessup Auto made the car purchasing experience very comfortable. Brian follow that the sale several days later to ensure I was a happy customer. I look forward to visiting their service department for my regular maintenance.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst experience from a dealership I have ever experienced. My family has worked in the car industry for a long time and to be treated the way this dealership did was absurd. We tried to buy a vehicle from Jessup for four weeks. A vehicle that Jessup has had on their lot for about a year because it is way overpriced. When offering Jessup a fair deal still slightly over market value they turned us down. In addition it took us those four weeks just to get that answer. We tried working with two sales managers, a finance manager, and two sales men who were unresponsive and unprofessional. If you are looking for a fair deal, good customer service, and a local business to support in the valley this is not the place. I will never return, or recommend anyone to Jessup.

I purchased a car yesterday and the experience was wonderful. Specifically, they were honest, fair, and very straightforward. Once we reached an agreement was reached (which only took about 10 minutes- none of this lengthy going back and forth; "my manager says this" and "my manager says that"), I literally braced myself for the pushy pitch about extra warranties, packages, and hidden fees. Previous experience tells me that is where the real cloak and dagger techniques are used; even at Costco certified dealerships. I am so excited to say there were NO SURPRISES and no extra costs I had to fight off! I kept waiting for something to be different than discussed but it never came. It is a family run business and it really felt like they were more interested in me having a good experience than getting every last penny out of the transaction they could.My experience was genuinely a great one. I will be going back to buy a car for my wife in a few months, I have referred my elderly father to them as well as a couple friends.

I live in Santa Monica and I was stranded in the palm springs area with a overheating vehicle. My trusty 2006 gmc sierra finally let me down after 129,000 miles with almost no repairs needed. I was fortunate to be directed to Jessup by a helpful AAA tow truck driver and that is where Scott came in to my rescue. Scott was very helpful from the moment he answered the phone and continued from start to finish to amaze me with his great customer service. I am not usually one to complain or compliment someone but I really feel that Scott went way beyond the normal call of duty and he deserves to be recognized. I have a close friend in palm springs and I think I will come out and visit when my car needs regular maintenance as Jessup will have my business from now on. Once again I have wasted my time at Jessup Auto for service to my 2010 Malibu. I was there for over 1 hour and 45 min for an OIL CHANGE. Plus they STILL couldn't find the problem with my turn signals, yet, when I drove off the lot, the same problem exists.
