I came into the dealership with a plan to purchase a certain vehicle. I had a approval from an online car loan company and it was a fraud. Well after that I told my wife we are out of here, Jason took over and made it happen, and now the car is in my driveway. Just bought my 2nd Hyundai from Tim Yancy at Jerry's. Both time we made the deal over the phone, drove to Weatherford was treated like a King. No cat and mouse playing games just straight honest good dealing. Had one very small with the 1st one, they loaned me a really nice car, even offered to deliver back to Abilene. This was also my 4th overall vehicle from the Durant group and it was the same then also. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
My unforgettable experience at Jerry's Huyndai
Jerry's Huyndai is the 1st dealership that I can say with 110% certainty "No Hassle Car Buying Experience" ...from test drive the cars to talking deals with sale folks, they really didn't push me around or give me a bad feeling that I'm walking into a trap. Came test drive a Sonata and Elentra on Saturday and finally bought a Sonata limited on Tuesday with totally seamless experience. Dayana Northrip and Trey at Jerry's are one of the best folks I've ever dealt with at any car dealership and totally recommend you see them if you're looking for a new car.
Purchased over the phone
I found the particular car I wanted (my wife wanted) via the internet. I dealt with Derek Simpson who did a great job. He answered all my questions and was very professional. The scary part is I am located in Indiana and the dealership is in Texas. I took a leap of faith and bought the car, unseen. This was particularly hard because I have worked for a car dealer before and know what crooks they can be. My decision to buy at this dealership turned out to be a very positive experience. The car was exactly as described and there were no surprises (except for the extra set of car mats I found in the trunk, imagine that). Derek even brought the car to Ft. Worth when I arrived so I could get a quick turn around to head back to Indiana. The wife has her red VW convertible and I'm out of the dog house! Life is good. Bottom line, this dealership is run properly and I recommend anyone give them a look when shopping for a vehicle.

I love this dealership. The salesman are very straight forward and upfront with you. They never pressure you into a purchase and make the process as painless as possible. Service department is great as well. I have purchased two cars from Jerry's already and will go back again in the future for sure!

Fantastic Dealership & Salesman - Dayana Northrip
My wife and I drove 125 miles to the dealership because we received the best quote via email. When we arrived, we were greeted by Dana Northrip which by the way was FANTASTIC to work with! The dealership was clean, the staff all had happy faces, and the overall atmosphere of the dealership was pleasant. We weren't sure if we were interested in the Elantra or the Sonata. Dayana asked us about our needs and wants for the vehicle and she helped us pick out one of each model. Took both for a spin and narrowed it down to the Sonata. Verified the price of the car and it was dollar for dollar for the email quote we had received. We still wanted to look at the Toyota Camry and when we told Dayana she said, "No problem, let me know if you need anything else or if I can help you in any other way". If we were dealing with a "typical" salesperson, this is the part where they become extra aggressive - but not Dayana. After looking at the Camry we ultimately decided we wanted the Sonata and called Dayana. They did not have the exterior/interior color combo we wanted, but she told me they could get in about an hour from another dealership. Perfect! So we had lunch, and returned to the dealership and it was there! We headed over to the finance department to sign the paperwork. We worked with Matt Ferris, who was extremely nice and went over all the details of the paperwork. He did not pressure us into buying any extra things like warranties, gap insurance, or other items - even though we did purchase the gap insurance. I would have to say this was the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I've EVER had. Seriously. If the exact car had been there originally, I bet we would have been in and out of there in about an hour. Everything ran smoothly and this is a no-nonsense kind of dealership. I hate buying cars because you always have to go in ready to negotiate and do the back and forth thing forever and then it always takes longer when you get to the finance department, but not at this dealership. The dealership doesn't sell cars - it builds relationships. The staff at Jerry's Hyundai are just a bunch of good old guys and gals. Easy going and easy to work with. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. And I highly recommend Dayana - when I'm in the market for a new car and if it's a brand that Jerry's owns I'll give her a call. :)

I have been around dealerships for over 60 years and I have never seen a dealership run like Jerry's. This purchase of my Genesis was Hyundai number 14!!!!!! Dayana is a dedicated hard working young lady and she would not know how to hard sell anyone. She is extremely knowledgeable of the complete Hyundai line. She listens to her customers and after the sale she calls you periodically to see if you have questions or problems. It is refreshing to see a young person who works so hard as she does! Mr. Jimenez the manager and is very professional and genuinely a very nice person. The service Department is the best I have ever been in, all the Techs are friendly and are ready to explain what they did to your car. In my opinion you will not just purchase one car from them but you will be back and refer them to your friends.

I have bought a Veloster from Jason at Jerry's Hyundai about two years ago. When I bought it I couldn't afford the car I wanted Jason told me to come back in 18 months or so and would be able to get the one I wanted. I came back and got it today and can afford it thanks Jason and all the Jerry's staff

We have leased two Hyundai's from Jerry's and have very well pleased with service from buying to servicing the vehicles. Great place to do business. Recommend them to anyone looking for service from original purchase or lease to the next purchase of lease. In addition, Jerry's does a great job of supporting community projects and youth; like the FFA at Weatherford High School.
I just bought a used 2010 Genesis from Derek Simpson. Normally I have bought cars with the fleet dealer or via internet/email so I must admit that I was a little nervous about a face to face showdown. Well Derek was extremely courteous and not pushy at all. He really made it a very easy process. I told him up front that I was planning on looking at 2 others the same day and he didn't push for me to buy the one there, but asked if there was some possibility that we could buy the one there (which was pretty nice). I threw out a number and they accepted. Really great process, and working through the paperwork with Jon Silcox was a piece of cake. Overall a VERY happy experience, and I'd even consider the 90 mile drive for my next hyundai.

He located it at another dealer and got EXACTLY what I wanted.2) He gave me the price and options I asked for.3) Effectively communicated all details4) Followed through with GREAT service during the whole process.For that, it was worth traveling to Weatherford (from the DFW area) to get the quality product

Drove 490 miles to find the vehicle was not as discribed exterior damage interior dirty truck had 2000 more miles than said. They did a little sanding and touch up while wife was there said they was going to repay for the gas there and a detail never received nothing
I first was hesitant due to the fact that I had already played four square with a different dealership in the area... I found the vehicle I liked online & set up a test drive appointment... Upon arrival the salesman had everything ready... We took a drive he didn't hassle me or feed me information on the vehicle he simply let me examine it on my own & politely answered any questions I had but did not pressure me in any way... I was sold right away... When we got back I told him how much I could afford to pay & he went to his manager came back and said you just bought yourself a car... There was no pressure no games ... Everyone was friendly and attentive... I would recommend them to anyone who does not want to play the games or deal with pushy arrogant salesmen!
