Spruce Creek Preserve friends recommended Jenkins Hyundai to my wife and I. We visited dealership and was introduced to salesman Hasan Alserhan. We discussed the lease options available for the Hyundai Santa FE. He checked inventory and suggested two vehicles. We test drove them and decided on a Sparkling Silver Santa Fee. He showed us all the options and explained all the car's features. He went to Keith Andrews, Sales Manager, and Gary Catalanotto, Business Manager. We negotiated a lease agreement that was affordable to us. The salesman was kind and considerate. We were extremely pleased with the outcome. Shopping at Jenkins Hyundai was a great experience for me and my wife. We were very politely greeted by Mannie, as we enter the pyramid of Jenkins's. He was a new salesman at the time. So Carl Polite immediately assisted Mannie in accomplishing a great and pleasant sales experience. We were so impressed that they did not hound us nor pressure us to buy what they thought we should purchase. I can't say enough about Carolyn Davis's outstanding efforts in getting me the car/s I wanted. This is the third car I bought from her. Carolyn is a super sales person who is always receptive to my phone calls and helps me with all my concerns. In the past this dealership has always done the maintenance on my previous vehicles in a timely manner. They take the time to explain what was done and always ask if everything is working to my satisfaction. Everyone I know who owns a late model Hyundai speaks very highly of the Hyundai. Great engineering and surpassing many other competitors in features and comfort. However beware several people I have spoken to have experienced some high pressure sales methods from some, not all, of the sales staff at Jenkins which may lead to a word of caution to the potential customer. Second Hyundai Elantra

Love they way Nico & others helped us get out of a bad used vehicle deal and in a better vehicle & deal. This was our second car Elantra within two weeks (purchase). We had brought in our first Elantra for a minor check and met with Nicolas and explained about an used vehicle we bought earlier in the year (in other city in Florida) with the financing & other problems. We sat down to look at the papers of that vehicle and realized we did get a bad deal but due to our situation at that time we took it. Nico, Kris, Shaun, Ian, etc.. helped us look at all the paperwork/credit/etc.. to get us in a better & more realiable vehicle which we really needed to but wasn't to sure since purchased 4mo prior. Due to the used vehicle business, they had our credit in a mess. Their were times when the staff had to play tag team since other customers were coming in but we never felt pressured. They all treated my wife & I well. It had been over 8yrs since buying a new vehicle and we enjoyed working with Nicolas & staff during the process of both vehicles. We have owned Hyundai's over the years especially the one that replaced our first Elantra which was 9yrs old and over 218,000mi. We love both Elantra's and even though we have had them since last month, both have over 1,500mi on them. Our second Elantra we took to Savannah, Ga (4hrs away) and drove very nice. Very comfortable to drive. I have owned a number of hatchbacks (Honda, Subaru, etc,,) over 30yrs and these (Elantra's) rank up with them. Just love the latest options (standard & extra) that are in the cars. Both Elantra hatchbacks are black and have the same options but the interior colors & pinstripe are different. Wife & I switch every once in awhile.

My initial meeting with a Jenkins rep was conducted by Holden Agee. He asked about the model car I was driving and the model car I wanted to buy. After a brief discussion Holden said he would bring out two Sonatas. The first model, a white Sonata Sport with black leather and cloth interior sealed the deal. I the car was very similar to what I already had. The new model had everything I wanted including a sun roof. Holden answered all my questions in a clear, friendly and professional manner. Buying a 2017 Santa Fe

Overall an excellent experience leasing a new Santa Fe. I traded a previous lease in early and the dealership gave me the best deal they could to make my wife and I comfortable with the new deal and the new vehicle. My salesperson was excellent. He knew his product well and demonstrated all the technology and features of the Santa Fe. He also followed-up later with us by phone and in person when we visited the dealership with a screw in one of the tires causing a slow leak.

My Buying expeience at Jenkins Hyaundai of Ocala

On 9/11/2016 I purchased a 2017 Sonata from Jenkins Of Ocala. When I asked to go over the using of the Navigation system( because this was extremely important to me) I was told to come back in two days and someone will go over everything for me.When I returned two days later is when I was told that Sonata Navigation was operated by plugging into ones own Cell phone and operated by Android auto. This is "NOT" what I expected and asked sales why was I not told this before I was told to go home and returned two days later? After speaking with various Management people I was now told I had a "USED" auto and it is worth "LESS" that two day ago.They tried to set me up in a rental which I did not want and then left me as a dissatisfied person.I was "NEVER" told that there is Sonata models with complete Navigation systems that I wanted. I would have bought such.I did not know this until I drove to Parks Hyundai in Granville Florida and was shown a Sonata Limited, "Which I did purchase from Parks.I am very dissatisfied with this dealership along with putting a call to their CEO Mr. Tom Formanex (which has not returned my call as yet.Frank Arsenault

My husband and I had been shopping around for months and had visited several dealerships from several different manufacturers. We were very impressed with the professionalism of the Jenkins dealership. We were referred by a relative to see his salesman. That salesman was no longer at Jenkins, but we were very happy with William Castaneda! He was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. The sales manager was also very professional and willing to work with us. Juan Del Arco, the business manager, was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. After the sale, Shannon Rodis helped tie up a few loose ends and we were invited to a New Owner dinner and presentation where service procedures were summarized and the floor was opened to questions. Buying a vehicle is not usually a very pleasant experience, but this time was different. We know now why Jenkins is so successful - they really have their act together!

Caroline Davis was the best car sales representative I have ever dealt with. She went above in every effort to get the car I wanted. I had looked at multiple dealership Web sites to try and determine what would be the right vehicle for my needs. I online chatted with several sales reps. and felt to choose to start physically looking with the Ocala Hyundai and had been told to ask for Carolyn. She was prepared for my arrival with the car I had initially considered even cranked and cooled for a test drive when I arrived. There were some features on it I didn't need and she suggested and showed us many other options.
